This gas station should be avoided if possible. When I simply wanted to fill up with diesel, ALL the pumps were out of order. Annoying, but these things happen. Out of necessity, I went back 10 days later. This time, at least, all the pumps had been shut down with a sign indicating the problem. No repairs, no sales... You get the impression this gas station is being shut down.

The parking lot is complete crap, just like the guys below write. Look for another parking lot soon.

Normal parking. There were spaces at 9 pm. Pay at the parking attendant, don't go to the cashier, don't ruin your nerves. It costs 16 for food, 6, cash only. For those who don't get parking at the office without a receipt, think about going or not. They take the ticket at the gas station, not in the cafe next door. Two schnitzels with potatoes costs 11.99, a good price for a car dealership.

Man, what a truck stop... This is my second time here; everyone deserves a second chance. Nope. You park, and the parking attendant comes to collect your parking space. After I politely pointed out that I wanted to pay by card, he became rude, dismissive, and insisted on cash. A super welcome to the 21st century. Visited: Thursday night at 23:40 I stopped at the Aral petrol station late Thursday night and had a really unpleasant experience. The lady working at the till was extremely rude for no reason. I was polite and simply trying to pay, but she acted like I was bothering her. No greeting, no eye contact, just a cold, dismissive attitude. Definitely not the kind of service you expect, even late at night. Won’t be coming back here again.

The shower is out of order, and the food is reheated, even the fries. If you need a receipt, you won't receive a food voucher. The only positives are the clean restroom and the quiet parking lot.

Well, it's the only gas station I know without a restroom. There's a restroom right next to this gas station, which (supposedly) belongs to the restaurant, and they charge €1 for it. Never experienced that before. So it's no wonder the gas station only has 3 stars.

Not worth a single star. Garbage everywhere, dirty windshield washer fluid, zero service! I feel sorry for the truck drivers who unfortunately have to rely on this. I wonder what Aral would say about that.

A truly wonderful family-run business; the breakfast and dinner are lovingly prepared and delicious. The family and staff are very, very friendly. I can recommend Haus Hassler with a thumbs up and a clear conscience.

They're no longer accepting vouchers at the gas station, it seems to be an Aral issue. This is the second time in one day. It can't be that you have to go out to eat to redeem them. Eating there was a disaster!!! According to the waitress, there hasn't been any bratwurst for days, and there's no curry sauce either. The service was nice and obviously can't do anything about it, Aral advertises his Bistro petite, to be honest the club should consider not offering the items at all if they haven't been there for days can offer customers. I had to charge my car in Mainfrankenpark. They have new and fast 300kw charging stations there. Everything very clean. The charging station itself is not covered and some plugs do not have an exact number, making it more difficult to select a charging point. There is a fast food chain nearby and there is a restaurant on site.

Cash payment is expressly required to park the truck. This is not written anywhere in any way. I'm assuming that the employee in the Aral probably wants to earn a little extra money here. Po raz pierwszy Aral mnie zaskoczył, 12 euro parking prawie jak wszędzie. 6 euro bon do wykorzystania na stacji. Za lada w restauracji młoda przyjemna pulchna milutka dziewczyna. Dopłaciłem 1.50 w sumie za 7.50 euro dostałem tak ogromną porcje jedzenia, że nie mogłem tego przejść. Miło.

Hallo ... Meine Kollegen und ich sind Stammgäste auf diesen Autohof. Sehr freundliches Personal auf dem Hof, in der Waschanlage und in der Tankstelle/Bistro Leider hat sich einiges in den letzten Wochen/Monaten sehr ins Negative verändert, woran das Personal keine Schuld trägt. Das gewohnte Stamm-/Truckeressen wurde von Seiten der ARAL auf Standard-0815-Futter umgestellt. Statt frisch zubereiteten, schmackhaften Mahlzeiten gibt's jetzt den normalen Tankstellen-Einheitsbrei. Currywurst, Bratwurst, Schnitzel ( wenn man die bei der Größe so nennen darf) zu überteuerten Preisen gibt's überall. Das, was dieses Bistro ausgemacht hat und jahrelang für uns ein Grund war, hier Halt zu machen, fehlt nun ganz.... Sehr Schade!!!! Gruß, Marcus Labuddé

Einer der schlimmsten autohoefe der Republik Hier soll nur Bar bezahlt werden. Höre ich da etwa einen Steuerbetrug? Weil eine ordentliche Quittung mit Referenz des Finanzamtes könne nicht ausgestellt werden. Wenn man dann etwas Druck macht kann man doch per Karte bezahlen. Komisch komisch komisch. Das Personal ist mir das unfreundlichste was ich je erlebt habe. Ich weiß es herrscht Personal Mangel aber solche Leute stellt man nicht ein. Naja evtl sind sie ja billig. Oder keiner will da für diesen Hungerlohn arbeiten wer weiß das schon zu duschen und Toiletten sage ich besser nichts. Jeder Strassenstrich in Ruanda ist ungefährlicher und hygienischer

Katastrophe... Tankstelle aussen runtergekommen. Umfeldpflege Fehlanzeige. Ein Reifenfüller und der an der LKW Tanksäule und dieser funktioniert auch nicht richtig (Taste klemmt) . Toilette wie die anderen auch schon geschrieben 70 Cent. Gibt 50cent Gutschein der jedoch nicht an der Tankstelle einlösbar ist.. Sonntag um 17.15 Wartezeit von 10 min zum bezahlen. Weil das Mädel hinter der Theke, Essen machen, abkassieren und Paketshop gleichzeitig machen muß. Beim nächsten mal tanke ich wo anders.

Leider kann man keine Sterne abziehen. So etwas wie hier habe ich noch nie erlebt. Da steuert man nach 13 Stunden Arbeit diesen Autohof an und freut sich auf Duschen und Essen. 12€ Parken (6€ Verzehrgutschein) muss in BAR bezahlt werden... willkommen im 21. Jahrhundert 🤦‍♂️ Duschen (3 Minuten 2€) und WC (0,70€) gehören zum Restaurant und der Wertbon ist auch nur im Restaurant einzulösen. Der 6€ Verzehrgutschein aber nur in der Tankstelle 😡😡 Hier stehen herrenlose Auflieger rum, PKWs... der Müll liegt in Säcken rum. Also ganz ehrlich, wenn meine Fahrzeit nicht um wäre, würde ich sofort wieder fahren. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen, hier nicht zu halten😡 Für mich war es das letzte mal... da fahre ich lieber Maxi-Autohöfe an

Parking 12 euro doba, jak bierzesz kwit do rozliczenia to nie dają talonu na jedzenie i za to odejmuje 1 ⭐️, tylko gotówka (DKV nie), WC 0,7 💶 (nie wydawało reszty), prysznic 2 euro za 3min, 4 euro-6min, ale to nie jest całkowite 3 min na umycie się tylko 3 min lania cieplej wody (jest przycisk START/STOP i zatrzymujesz wodę), od wrzucenia monet na umycie się jest 20min w tym np. 3 min ciepłej wody w prysznicu jeśli wykupisz za 2 euro ⬆️ Miejsca w piątek w nocy było sporo. Można śmiało polecić jeśli nie masz gdzie stanąć na pauzę.

Ob nun mit Absicht oder aus Versehen, sei dahin gestellt. Bei der Ankunft gestern hat man jedenfalls auf Barzahlung bestanden. Widerwillig hat man zwar die Möglichkeit der Kartenzahlung eingeräumt. Dann aber ohne Verzehrgutschein. Gut! Dann wird halt auf den Verzehr verzichtet. Mitunter ist das ja kein großer Verlust. Gekrönt wird das ganze dann durch einen Münzautomaten für die Dusche: € 2,- für 3 Minuten warmes Wasser. Ja, was meinen die denn, was man so als Berufskraftfahrer verdient? Seit wann ist Körperhygiene Luxus? Sinniger Weise ist der Automat dann auch noch außerhalb der Duschen installiert. Ja, sogar außerhalb der Waschräume. Man Stelle sich vor, man steht frisch eingeschäumt unter der Dusche und muss dann eine Münze (€ 2,-) nach werfen .... Insgesamt ist das Angebot inakzeptabel und auch zu teuer: Rund € 20,- für eine Übernachtung im eigenen LKW, mit einer Dusche und ein, zwei Besuchen der ebenfalls kostenpflichtigen Toiletten. Und da hat man noch nicht einmal etwas verzehrt. Eigentlich ist da selbst dieser eine Stern noch zu viel.

Tolles neue Ladeinfrastruktur! Aber bitte bitte bitte macht irgendwelche Schilder an die Ladestationen gegen die Falschparker. Selten Probleme, da es sehr 8 Schnellladepunkte gibt, aber es ist schon ein paar mal vorgekommen, dass davon 4 von Verbrennern zugeparkt waren. Das nervt! (Kann die Aral wenig dafür, aber eine klares Schild würde helfen)

2:40 hab extra den Autohof angefahren um etwas zu essen war auch begeistert von der Auswahl, aber leider hat mir die Dame mehrmals signalisiert das sie einfach kein Bock hat mir was zu essen zu machen! Traurig dabei war ich der einzigste Kunde! Aber wer nicht will der hat schon!

Leider gehen keine Minus Sterne. Werde ich nicht wieder besuchen. Ein Arbeitgeber der hin- und herschiebt wie er es möchte und seinen Mitarbeitern keine 11 Stunden Ruhezeit zuspricht, ist einfach das Letzte.

Schön wenn man als LKW Fahrer extra aufgrund der geworbenen Bockwurst und Kaffee den Autohof anfährt. Diese dann aber selbst auf Nachfrage nicht bekommt, und auch keinen Ersatz. 1500 € reichen leider nichtmal um die Toilette zu benutzen.

Wir waren heute dort zum tanken. Service im Shop war ok. Wollte dann noch kurz zur Toilette. Sollte 70 Cent bezahlen. Da kam mein Problem. Automat wechselt nicht. Wobei ich der Meinung bin, dass wenn schon über 100 Euro bezahlen muss, dass das WC kostenfrei sein kann.

Доброго время суток, коллеги. САМЫЙ ПЛОХОЙ ПЛАТНЫЙ ПАРКИНГ в этой сети. Два варианта оплаты и два варианта тикетов за паркинг. Оплата ТОЛЬКО НАНИЧНЫМИ!!! Ни DKV, ни личная банковская карта для оплаты не принимается!!! Рядом стоит банкомат для снятия денег. По возвращению на кассу для оплаты, Вам предлагают паркинг с едой или без еды. Ответ очевиден - конечно с едой! Но тогда вы получите просто отпечатанный лист бумаги на принторе, где указанно, что вы оплатили и там 6 евро на еду. При этом после оплаты, Ваши деньги попадают в странный пакет для наличных денег. Если начинаете требывать кассовый чек, то тогда тикет на еду вам не дают. И в этом случаи ваши деньги попадают прямо в кассу. От всего увиденного вывод один: Кто-то устроил свой бизнес на имени междунарожной сети придорожного сервиса ARAL. И тем самым позорил имя и подрывает реппутацию этого международного оператора. На данный момент только фото. В следующий раз будет сделано видео и отправлено в глдовной офис ARAL.

Nízké ceny pohonných hmot, velké parkoviště. Průměrné kafe, ale ve špatném kelímku, který se rozmočí a zdeformuje. Takže jsem se napřed polil a pak jsem půlku kafe vyhodil.

Die ekligste Tankstelle die ich kenne. Nach betreten der Tankstelle stinkt man bereits nach Fritteuse. Kasse befindet sich auch direkt daneben. Jeder Zapfhahn ist beschmiert. Einfach nur bäh🤮 Zumindest ist das Personal nett, somit ist der eine Stern berechtigt.

Wir waren nur tanken und auf der Toilette, aber das hat gereicht. Schlaglöcher auf der Ein-/Ausfahrt, tiefer als es jedem Nicht-SUV gut tut, sprich aufsetzen des Autos im Spritpreis inbegriffen. Die Innenbeleuchtung im Kassenstellenbereich macht den Eindruck, als ob hier kräftig gespart werden müsse. Der junge Mann an der Kasse war so intensiv mit der Ausgabe von Speisen beschäftigt, dass 6 Kunden zwecks Bezahlung warten mussten. Aber die 2 ebenfalls noch anwesenden Mitarbeiter haben lieber gequatscht und die Anstehenden mit gleichgültigen Blicken geehrt. Nach dem ich das Hinweisschild zu den Toiletten, weder beleuchtet noch im Sichtbereich angebracht, gefunden hatte, ging es weiter. Schranke mit 70 Cent Gebühr (Sanifair ähnlich, aber ohne deren Hygienestandards) sind fällig. Keine Reinigungskraft weit und breit zu sehen, aber der Spendenteller steht zusätzlich auch noch bereit. Geht es noch? Toiletten halbwegs sauber, aber in 2 Toiletten lief das Spülwasser auf Dauer. Lufttrockner der ganzen alten Schule. Die haben ihre Anlage echt im Griff! Nie mehr!!!
