Pizza Hut in Düsseldorf

This is the worst pizza I've ever eaten. It's inedible: completely raw and covered in oil. How can you serve such garbage to your guests? My friend ordered pasta with broccoli and cheese – it smells worse than stinky socks. It's simply awful. I absolutely cannot recommend this place.

Delicious and as always, I'm very happy with the pizzas and the service at Pizza Hut.

The pizza was too greasy, it was like driking oil right out of the bottle. They were also cleaning while we were there waiting for the order. And also, hell of a expensive for the taste of the pizza, over 20€ for the large pizza seems excessive. Will not repeat the experience.

After opening the package, I discovered that a slice of pizza was missing. I called several times, but no one answered. Someone must have been hungry.

I recently ordered a Margherita pizza and garlic bread via UberEats. The pizza arrived almost burnt and didn't look like a Margherita. I unfortunately couldn't enjoy it—very disappointing.

The quality of the food and the work atmosphere is quite good. Thus the service is a bit slow but the taste makes up for it.

Last Pizza Hut restaurant in Düsseldorf.

The delivery arrived very late. Then the wrong delivery: 2x Vio apple juice instead of the (ordered) 2x Bolten Alt. So, for the money I paid, I got half the amount! I've ordered it several times before. Probably won't be back again.

We thought it was a Pizza Hut restaurant, but we didn't like the atmosphere, so we moved on, even though we usually like Pizz Hut pizza. So, no eating.

Terrible experience – avoid this location! I’ve rarely seen such disrespect for customers. Orders are consistently delivered with huge delays, and in my case, the driver even delivered to the wrong address without checking the name, someone else got my food! When the pizza finally arrived (after calling multiple times - 2nd attempt to order), it was cold, soaked in oil, and clearly poorly cooked. It felt like something thrown together in a rush, with zero care for quality. To make things worse, the staff showed a completely dismissive attitude, as if the customer is the problem, not their lack of professionalism. This is not the Pizza Hut experience you expect. If you care about your time, money, and sanity, stay away from this place.

As a vegetarian, I received a Bolognese pizza with ground beef! I called, and they said no problem, I can come into the store and get a new pizza! No apology, no understanding! It's a real shame! I didn't order without a reason. If I lived nearby, I wouldn't have had to order... This shouldn't happen under any circumstances, and the reaction was completely inappropriate!

Very bad. The food was delivered cold and was far too oily. The taste was absolutely disappointing. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it at all.

The cashiers were rude, and I asked him for ketchup. He told me there wasn't any, but in a rude tone. I will never visit him again, even though we traveled a long way from Duisburg. I told him the pizza should be soft for the kids. He said that wasn't possible. After much back and forth, he told me he would take it out before it was finished grilling. That was last Sunday around 6:30 p.m., and unfortunately, the two employees were very rude, but I didn't see any reason for it. You have to be careful when choosing your employees.

Wow, I was totally expecting something way worse, but this place was great! The food was delicious, and I was really impressed with the quality. Plus, the service was top-notch – everyone was so friendly and helpful. Definitely going back again soon. Highly recommend!

The service is honestly very nice and friendly! They have great prices and lots of things to eat. When an Arabic customer couldn't communicate well with the employee because he didn't speak German well, the employee welcomed him with politeness and humor! I thought that was right 👍🏽

Employees always get annoyed and slap the food like that every time. Everyone is just unfriendly and unmotivated. Hygiene rather so-so. Strangely, vouchers cannot be accepted because the boss is not there. 🤣 Does this have anything to do with finances? Let it be checked. ☺️ I'll never go there again and advise everyone against it 😊

Last Saturday, February 22nd, 2025, at 12:40 p.m., I was at the Pizza Hut branch in Bilk. There was one employee. Unfortunately he is a rude person, that can't be intentional, it's in his nature. I am a regular customer at this branch I have not noticed any inappropriate behavior from his colleagues other than this cooperation He is not qualified to deal with people.

Everything is great! Fast, tasty, uncomplicated! I order here often, or whenever I'm in Düsseldorf!

Doesn't taste like a Pizza Hut pizza. - Pizza had too much or too little sauce in some places. - Pizza had a strange tasting tomato sauce (very dominant taste, no Pizza Hut pizza I've ever tasted like, maybe way too little cheese was used?) - Pizza sometimes very underbaked It's a shame, when you go to Pizza Hut you expect the pizzas to taste the same despite different branches. The pizza here tastes far below the level that I'm used to from other branches. The service is also strange. Employees seem very uninterested. Unfortunately the store has no ambience at all. Small shop, no service. Pick up your food at the checkout. Employees spend most of their time in the back of the store. No hello, no goodbye. Food tastes good like at any Pizza Hut.

Great pizza but always one person taking care of everything so delivery it is too slow

They only charge money for their brand name, not for the food: very small portions relative to the price, with extremely low quality ingredients. Then they pour a gigantic amount of oil on the pizza to mask the taste of these inferior ingredients.

Been ordering from Pizza Hut again for a long time. Unfortunately the food was lukewarm, almost cold. The pizza was ok, but the lasagna bites were reheated and were clearly frozen. As a result, everything was very watered down and tasteless. The garlic bread and chicken bites were also lukewarm and not really edible. Too bad.

I wouldn't recommend anyone to eat there. Uncomfortable, no cutlery, no toilet, small. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish my pizza completely and judge it because a lot of the ingredients fell down and it wasn't possible to eat it without cutlery.

We were there to eat there, after a short conversation the counter staff allowed us to eat in the branch. After about 20 minutes there was a loud discussion at the checkout as to why we were allowed to do this and from now on it was only available for take away. After asking whether there was a “problem” with us eating in the store, it was answered in the negative and the language was changed so that we couldn’t hear anything else. Due to this circumstance and to avoid further inconvenience for the counter staff, we left the store and took the rest with us. Food was/is great as always.

Ordered via Lieferando for over 60 euros (!!). Part of the order was missing. We noticed this immediately when we handed it over. The delivery man was completely overwhelmed and said we should contact Lieferando support or the restaurant. Restaurant NOT reachable via the telephone number provided. Lieferando has not responded for 2 days. So we were cheated out of around 12 euros and didn't have the food we wanted. Very annoying. I recommend avoiding this store. Edit: The restaurant commented that you should contact them using the contact form on the website. I wrote a long text only to get an error message saying "Server error, try again" when I submitted it. I'm starting to suspect there's a system behind it.

Ordered 2 pizzas. In both cases the pizza base wasn't ready...so it was just like dough. Unfortunately, this was also the case when I ordered it for the first time months ago. Both pizzas were inedible. I'm used to a completely different quality from other Pizza Huts.

Absolutely cheeky boss And I'm not one to complain about little things, let alone write reviews, but I found that so cheeky. I ordered online and overlooked the fact that it was only available for pickup. I wanted to call there but it was in vain (ten). Then I'm there. He tells me that we had already closed the cash registers. It was already the end of the day and I wanted to pay in cash instead of a card. Unfortunately he only had a hundred then he said to me. I can't change can you maybe buy something else then I said no I can't a pizza that costs €20 is pretty expensive and I had garlic bread then I had to give him the bread back because he could only give me €80 back. I couldn't even speak German and instead of giving it to the customers and throwing it away, I took the bread back and gave me 80 back and was still angry. Absolutely no business sense and brazen. I decide about my money. Where is?

Mixed up the order and not answering anything. I specifically asked for vegan because of allergy and sending a cheese pizza. Potatoes have balackened pieces in it. You guys are a joke

The one in Jacobistrasse has unfortunately been closed for a long time. Today was my first time ever at a Pizza Hut and the food was really great! I had the Meat Lover Pizza and my friend had the BBQ Lover Pizza and they were my best pizzas I've ever had! Very airy and soft, although very greasy but it went very well. The food was very convincing. Really expensive but the pizza was worth it! The furnishings of the room were simple. But you could eat in it. The staff was very friendly, they seemed almost confused that we were just as friendly 😅 Many of the guests who came in were very rude and then you don't have to be surprised if the staff aren't the friendliest! Really great and thank you for this great first Pizza Hut experience!!

I visited Pizza Hut in Düsseldorf for the first time and we were satisfied. Ordered 2 salami pizzas and I have to say they were very tasty. Airy, loose dough and I can definitely recommend the salami version in my opinion 😜

Pizza Hut was actually my favorite pizza shop, so far it's always been great. I was wondering why there are hardly any Pizza Huts left, and I got the answer here. I wanted to buy two Magehrita pizzas and was charged €43!!!! 43€ for two pizzas, dude! Pizza has always been “poor people’s food”, why is it so abnormally expensive? But I still bought two pizzas, but for €30 (still way too expensive) Unfortunately the pizzas were wobbly and 60% undercooked. Well, I had my answer as to why the chain goes down... In a time where people live from monthly salary to monthly salary and then charge €20+ for a pizza :D what world do you live in?

I ordered online. After 1 1/2 hours of waiting, I pulled myself together and called. After someone finally answered and didn't answer, I asked, "Am I at Pizza Hut?" and the reaction was to hang up. After I called again I was half shouted at during the "welcome" as if I were hearing impaired. When I asked, he said that he had delivered the pizza half an hour ago and should be there any moment. After another 15 minutes (almost 2 hours of waiting) the delivery person came and kept telling me that the pizza was fresh (even though it was just cold). After a long discussion he took it back. It's definitely not an easier job and that's why I'm always happy to give tips, but you still need to maintain a certain level of service.

Best pan pizza I have had at a Pizza Hut!

Very small stuffy room. There is no service, you ask everything and take it yourself. Looks more like a Pizza Hut parody, but it's not a real Pizza Hut. The food is very different. There is not even a toilet in the premises.

After ages I wanted to eat a Cheezy Crust Pizza from Pizza Hut again. The online ordering worked well, the pizza was ready at the time of pickup. But that was it - instead of a 33cm pizza with cheezy crust, I got a smaller, normal (and cheaper) pan pizza. Unfortunately the half with salami didn't taste good at all, the half with mushrooms was ok. However, the pizza was far too greasy and there was virtually no tomato sauce. Totally overpriced for that.

Today at 8 p.m. we ordered via Lieferando. After 2 and a half hours you received a message from Lieferando your order was canceled. 2 children waited for the pizza. Never again.

After we were at the balloon museum, we wanted to go for something to eat. Since there is no Pizza Hut near us, we decided to eat there. It's not a real restaurant, but you can still sit down and eat something there. We were served by Hozan, he was very nice and accommodating. The food was very good.

While visiting Düsseldorf, I noticed there was a Pizza Hut nearby, and I thought I'd try the Hut here in Germany and compare it to back home in Canada. I've gotta tell ya, that's the best Hut I've had in forever! The manager, Safi, was very welcoming, and the pizza he made me was epic! I'm so glad I chose this location. As a PH fan, I could tell the dough used was made fresh today and hadn't been sitting. For food quality, value, and service, this location sets the bar high. Many thanks!

Good evening, I went to the store today and both service staff didn't understand me when I ordered. The simplest German was not spoken. Out of necessity I paid a small pizza (S) there for just 14.80. I know prices are being raised everywhere in Germany, but that's pure cheek. With all that grease, there wasn't even a napkin in it. Ps: the pizza was as big as the diameter of a handball

One of the last Pizza Hut branches in Düsseldorf. the staff is largely friendly and accommodating. However, you should find out about all the coupons and promotions in advance, otherwise you will pay more unnecessarily. An example: I paid between €18 and €31 for two identical pizzas on three different days.

Pizza und alles ist gut aber Service ist der reinste Dreck. Ich habe 1 und halb Stunden für meine Pizza gewartet und habe 4 mal angerufen, 4mal sagte er das der Fahrer unterwegs sei. Hat sich dann herausgestellt das er nicht mal losgefahren ist. Ich will keine kalte Pizza!

Frecher Service. Absichtlich falsch kassiert 😠😣☹️ Der junge Herr der bedient hat, hat mir mit voller Absicht den höheren Preis berechnet, anstatt des Angebots. Als ich ihn darauf angesprochen habe, hat er es zugegeben, eine freche Bemerkung gemacht und trotzdem keine Anstanden gemacht mir die Differenz zurückzuerstatten. So etwas respektloses habe ich schon lange nicht mehr erlebt. Sehr enttäuschend von einer Firma wie Pizza Hut. Ich war mit meiner Familie am 29.11.2023 abends dort. In diese Filiale werde ich leider nicht mehr gehen wollen.

Das war das schlechteste essen was ich seit langem gegessen habe… Ich kann nicht verstehen wie überhaupt jemand euer Essen essen kann. Der Boden der Pizza war nicht durchgebacken, Käse hab ich nicht geschmeckt nur ungebackenen Teig. Die Nudeln waren nicht nur nicht genießbar, sie waren ekelhaft. Ich hab alles weggeschmissen. Das Fleisch in den Nudeln war das überhaupt Fleisch ? Die Zubereitung hat ewig gedauert … unsere Pause war schon vorbei ohne gegessen zu haben. Auch die Preise utopisch … eine mittlere Pizza 10-15 Euro… mit welcher Berechtigung. In keinem Leben komm ich nochmal zu euch essen geschweige denn rate ich jemandem zu euch essen zu gehen. Ich weiß das ihr euch an die pizzahut franchised Regeln halten müsst aber dann stimmt irgendwas nicht mit eurem Ofen er backt nicht richtig von unten und die Nudeln können wirklich nicht euer erst sein… ich kenne noch Pizza Hut auf der shadowstrasse dort konnte man richtig gut essen. Eigentlich gebe ich nicht so schlechte Bewertungen aber das waren einfach 28 € für die Mülltonne und das ärgert mich.

Sorry Jungs, aber hat absolut nicht mit der originalen Pan Pizza von Pizza Hut zu tun. Die ist so Flach, dass ich eine Zeitung dadurch lesen konnte. Letzte mal das ich bestellt habe.
