Great store. The food was good, but due to the lack of staff it takes a little longer before you get your food. Price is good and if you eat inside, the parking lot for trucks is free. Showers are clean and spacious. Costs 4 euros for 10 minutes.

Citizens are good in themselves. Unfortunately, they are handled rather carelessly. A small mini tomato slice the size of a €2 piece. Add 3 5 cent slices of pickled cucumbers and a slice of lettuce. Sauce and cheese was ok. The patty is a little smaller than the citizen's bun, which I didn't think was particularly bad.

It wasn't crispy, it didn't taste as tasty as it used to. And of course everything was cold. Simply amazing for the price. (Inflation or not.) We won't be ordering from here anymore.

What used to be a good truck stop and frequented by truck drivers is now just a mega rip-off. 17.- € per night and you can compensate this either as a parking fee or with an overpriced meal. Over the weekend that's €34. Either you go out to eat every day or the consumption for the first day is forfeited because it is not charged for the next day. And then you don't even get the food that is on the menu because the ingredients are not in stock! Once again someone can't get enough of it. It's a shame, hopefully it was the last time I had to spend the night there!

Service was 0, we had to wait 40 minutes before we were even asked if we knew what we wanted to eat. We sat in the rear left compartment, none of the 20 guests around us had a drink or food on the table. A simple chicken burger with fries, a small salad and cola, of which the portion of fries wouldn't have satisfied even a child, cost 20€ WAY TOO EXCESSIVE. Aside from that, I had to tear the chicken with my teeth with every bite because the meat was so tough. Overall not recommended. There's so much advertising here, very little choice and not much to do with American. You get more for your money at the Burger King down the street and have to wait less. PS: it took over an hour until we were able to eat, just burgers for 4.

Juice shop, for a simple chicken burger that was also tough, with some fries and salad without a drink, €17 is pretty cheeky. Apart from the half hour wait before you were even asked if you wanted something. We urgently need more staff, otherwise we could close part of the area and turn it into a small snack bar.

The restaurant is located in a rather inconspicuous location in a rest stop, but totally meets the expectations of an American diner. The burger with fries and salad was super tasty, plus the chili cheese sauce. The homemade passion fruit ice tea was also super tasty. The service was very nice and entertaining and the atmosphere is very cozy and detailed, you can feel very comfortable and spend your time here. This won't be the last time I go here.

I was really excited! The food was super tasty, the burger was perfectly prepared, the fries were nice and crispy and the drinks were totally refreshing. I particularly noticed the selection of drinks and how lovingly they were served. A huge compliment goes to the waitress: she was extremely personable, super friendly and took really good care of us. You felt totally welcome, which made the visit even nicer. In terms of price, everything here is absolutely fair for the quality and the great service. I also found the modern solution with the QR code on the table for the digital menu practical and contemporary. I will definitely come back and can only recommend the restaurant!

We stayed at Route 46 and absolutely loved it! As soon as you enter, the restaurant impresses with its cool, American-inspired ambience - cozy, but still stylish. Large selection of different unusual burgers that are very tasty. Juicy patties, crispy rolls. The side dishes like grilled corn on the cob also taste very good. The service was friendly, attentive and quick. The food came at the same time and it was hot too. Price-performance is top – more than fair for the quality of the food. We'll definitely be back!

We ordered two schnitzels - 1x Viennese style and 1x mushroom cream. Unfortunately your schnitzels were very dry and very thin. Unfortunately, drinks weren't served properly and the toilets put me off! Before entering, you ask for €0.50 on a note on the door because the toilets are cleaned regularly by “professional staff”. I've seen a lot of disgusting toilets at motorway service stations or mobile toilets at events, but these toilets topped everything. I'll save the details.

We went to Iftar as a family at 46route in Düsseldorf. Unfortunately, our experience was somewhat mixed. Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait almost an hour for our food after ordering. On top of that, the dishes arrived at different times, and many things were forgotten – including drinks, sauces, and even some of the burgers were incorrectly prepared. On the positive side, however, we should mention the friendly staff, who were always attentive despite the stress. The food itself was very authentic and we enjoyed it. Overall, it would have been a truly wonderful evening with better service and more attention to detail. We would like to give the place another chance, hoping that things will run more smoothly next time.

I waited an hour for my shake, that cotton candy shake, and it wasn't even tasty. It just tasted like cream and cost 13 euros. Wow. The waitress forgot a lot of things and wrote them down incorrectly. That was a real disappointment.

Not again! Burgers like those you'd expect in Germany in the 90s: a dry bun, a super-boring, tasteless patty. Simply superfluous. A friend and I had the NY Classic; for my friend, the burger was at least "okay at best." At the server's, you order two drinks, a Coke Zero and a non-alcoholic beer, and are then asked three times, "Coke Zero and..."? With a bit of luck, the right drinks will arrive. In the second round, after the meal, you're ignored beforehand, and then you order a Coke and a coffee. With the comment, "But it says cappuccino here," you're offered cappuccino instead of coffee. Even after declining, you're still asked if you'd prefer a cappuccino. The coffee arrived half an hour later...without sugar. It was almost impossible to find sugar until the coffee was cold, the waiter wasn't available, and the counter was unmanned. I can also prove that I was there. But don't worry, it won't happen again.

Were there during Lent, we were offered dates and water. Very tasty burgers. I liked the sweet potato best.

What surprised me was that, despite some reviews, our food was at the table very quickly. The portions were more than sufficient and filling. The taste is like a culinary delight. It was a spontaneous visit to the restaurant. My best friend and I were traveling in Düsseldorf and were looking for a place where we could have a quiet drink or two. Unfortunately, we were fooled by the star rating and didn't read the reviews, which was our first mistake. When we got to our table, we regretfully discovered that they didn't serve alcoholic beverages (which I would have expected at an American diner), so we decided to just order food. We ordered nachos and a club sandwich, including two milkshakes. Both dishes were very disappointing in terms of taste; the cheese on the nachos had already hardened, and the club sandwich was simply tasteless. The fries that came with the sandwich seemed very greasy. The quality of the food was completely out of proportion to the price. I wouldn't recommend the restaurant to anyone. The meal at the restaurant was a sad end to a great evening. What a shame....

The food itself is very good, even if it used to be much better. Cozy on site, so if you want to go there, you won't go wrong here. However, we no longer do delivery orders. Whatever is going wrong here in the internal processing... It has now been 3 times in a row (different times, different days) that we had to wait for over three hours and only made progress after a query call. Conclusion: Food quite good, ambience on site also good, delivery unfortunately not recommended.

We ordered three burger menus through Lieferando, Dallas Double Cheese Burger, Boston BBQ Burger and the Chicken Burger menu and the minced meat was completely raw inside!!!!(See photos). In addition, a delivery time of 50-75 minutes was stated on Lieferando and the food only arrived two calls and exactly 120 minutes later. So the fries were completely soft. We couldn't eat either the burger or the fries! Almost €50 was thrown into the trash can… Never again!

I understand that there may be longer waiting times, especially during Ramadan when many guests order at the same time. However, I don't think waiting times of over an hour are acceptable. Instead of responding to our dissatisfaction with understanding, the owner threatened us with a report, accused us of cheating and threatened to call the police - but took this back shortly afterwards. A constructive dialogue was not possible. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this store.

We liked the restaurant and the food was also delicious. But I've eaten in better American restaurants. There is also a prayer room, which I find very positive. The Oreo milkshake is highly recommended, unfortunately there was no more cream.

There were two of us two days ago. We were able to order directly and that wasn't a problem. Our drinks arrived straight away, but we waited almost 2 hours for the food. Other guests also waited for over 2 hours and even left because it was unbelievable. It said “there are currently problems in the kitchen”. The worst thing: the orders came incorrectly and nothing of the order was 100% adhered to. I specifically mentioned that I am allergic to tomatoes. I bite into my burger and lo and behold: a large, squishy slice of tomato inside. After I told the waiter, he just laughed and ran away. Later, when paying, the cashier seriously asked if we were happy with everything. Pure disaster and not recommended. PS: some customers were there to break their fast and literally had to starve until they got the food.

Actually there should be 1 star but the fries tasted good. Charging around €18 for a ready-made schnitzel is a disgrace. The Seevice well you will be served at some point and the restaurant was almost empty. Since the truck parking lot belongs to the restaurant. Cleaning the parking lot doesn't seem to be part of it. There are rats running around and you can survive for a day if you catch and slaughter them. And it is also used as a scrapyard for other vehicles. So I won't visit this truck stop again. In Eastern Europe you get better and faster service and it is cleaner

I tried the so-called “UFO burger” with two friends after we saw it in a YouTube video. However, the anticipation quickly gave way to disappointment: after a wait of almost 60 minutes, the burger was served to us completely burnt and unappetizing. When we asked why the burger was so “black”, we were given the bold answer that it was normal. If that's considered "normal" there, I don't want to know what else they serve! This is really an absolute disgrace! Not only the long waiting time, but especially the quality of the food and the unprofessional reaction of the staff definitely make us refrain from ever visiting this restaurant again. I can only advise everyone to think twice about eating here - disappointment is inevitable!
