We went there twice. The food and atmosphere were excellent. Unfortunately, we would have liked to order more drinks. But the staff didn't come or only delivered to the tables. It's a shame. But we'd still be happy to come back.

The burgers and gravy were too salty! We had to wait a long time, which wasn't worth it! The onion rings were a highlight! The New York cheesecake was also very salty! We ordered through Lieferando! Once and never again! Sorry!

The food was excellent. A 10/10 in terms of taste. The restaurant is very comfortable. The music is quiet and not disturbing. However, the prices are still a bit high. We spent around €50 for two dishes and two drinks.

Guys, it's not really worth going here. There's parking, yes, there's always a space, but you can pay in cash, there's no discount on food, the nearest ATM is 2 km away, so think before you go to this miracle, the toilet doesn't work at night. In general, I've traveled around Germany for the first time, and this is the first time I've encountered such inconveniences, I won't go here again.

A truly awful place, slow and disrespectful service...and at the end they even ask for a tip, I can't believe it. Three waiters without a smile...but maybe they can change their profession.

Clean truck parking. It is surrounded by greenery, so it is pleasant and quiet. The restaurant offers delicious food, the prices are more or less the same as in any truck parking lot. The toilet and shower are extremely clean and tidy. Friendly staff.

Very nice restaurant with good food

We went there for dinner after the Caravan Salon. It was fantastic. Easy to get to and there was parking. The food took a while to arrive, but everything was fresh and delicious. We would come again.

A complete car park. The toilet and shower are closed on weekends from 8:00 PM to 12:00 PM. In general, in the morning everyone is looking for bushes. The shower is just a song. The owner is probably the most economical in Germany. One star is even too much.

I was recommended this restaurant by TikTok and I had high expectations. However, I was very disappointed with the service when I got there. When we walked in there wasn't a single member of staff at the reception so we had to look around the large room ourselves to see how to even get to the terrace. When we got to the terrace the waitress came over. I asked her to clean the dirty table first. She asked in a hectic tone if we already knew what we wanted so that she could take our order and then come back to clean the table. When a customer has just arrived, it's clear that they don't know what they want. We quickly placed our orders so as not to inconvenience her. After waiting 40 minutes our starter arrived. And after 60 minutes a burger. When I asked the waitress if it was normal to have to wait 60 minutes for a burger, she laughed it off without apology and said yes, it can take even longer. I then told her that this was very unusual and that I would pass this information on to the Google reviews. When we wanted to pay at the cash register, the waitress was unfriendly. When she saw that we hadn't left a tip money, she asked, "Why should we have given such poor service?" She refused to say goodbye, took the money, and immediately turned her back on us. I drove 45 km from Cologne for such a disappointment.

The burgers are okay, but nothing special. The wait times are too long. We waited a total of over 1.5 hours for our food in the restaurant, and the sweet potato fries and burger buns were still cold. Others who came after us were served first. All in all, the visit was okay, but I won't go back again.

Waited two and a half hours. Food wasn't there. I called. The woman said the food would take another hour. The driver was sick. I'll get a refund sometime soon. Manager not there. Deputy not there either. Apparently some father is driving here now. I'll wait and see if the salad arrives. 😂 Two stars because I haven't lost hope yet 😅

The restaurant is beautifully decorated in American style, and the burgers are delicious. I highly recommend the homemade lemonades. The service was quick and courteous.

Update January 6, 2025 From four to zero stars in one visit. The place was empty except for two tables, one inside and one in the conservatory. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to sit inside because the drafty conservatory was too cold for me last time, and there's a draft from the entrance every time the sliding door opens. (Reason: "I'd get confused otherwise"). Two tables. No words. Old review (4 stars) This was a chance find that very pleasantly surprised me. Delicious, friendly, and reasonably priced. Perhaps a somewhat unusual atmosphere, but it is also a truck stop next to the highway ;-) It wasn't very busy at lunch, and we received our food quickly and together.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were delighted. It's unassuming from the outside, but beautifully decorated inside in an American style. The food is excellent and the prices are fair. From the appetizers to the burgers and milkshakes, everything is highly recommended. Good to know: They only serve non-alcoholic beer.

One star is still too many. I had to park my trailer to pick up a customer with my motor vehicle. The trailer was parked for about an hour. I was charged €17 for this! Card payments are not possible. I will contact SVG directly, file a complaint, and also inform the trade supervisory authority.

We ordered there, and the delivery time was scheduled for 80-100 minutes. After 120 minutes, I called and received a sporadic "your order has been on its way for a long time." After 180 minutes, I called again. Then I realized there was some chaos. I was transferred from one colleague to another, and then I was asked if they could call me back. I waited 30 minutes for a call back and then called again. Suddenly, they said my order had somehow disappeared and they had to prepare it again. The end of the whole spectacle: a 4.5-hour wait for two burgers, two fries, and two coleslaws. As compensation, we even got a small coleslaw for free. Simply insane! Not recommended!

I waited 40 minutes for my burger 🍔, and then it was cold. Fries were cold too. I won't be coming back.

The food could have been more seasoned. The dips, in particular, were very weak in flavor. The food was okay, though. The staff was friendly. The ordering system was unclear. You get tablets to choose from, place the items in your basket, and submit it. Then they come to your table and ask what you ordered. When you point out that you've already submitted your order, they say the system isn't working. It would be a good idea to point out that you have to order separately before handing out the tablets. That's why we forgot to order something.

Absolutely crap shop. The food took three hours to arrive, and sometimes the wrong thing was delivered. We had to call twice. The first time, we were told it was the driver's fault and that it should be there within half an hour. An hour later, we called again and were told it would be there soon, but it would take five times the driving distance. I will never order from there again!!!

A total disaster, you have to wait forever until you can order. Drinks are only delivered after the meal and you have to sit for ages. There were several tables like this, so the conditions are not clear as to where things have to be delivered. As a truck driver you pay 17 euros for the parking space and there is no voucher for consumption. I will not drive to this dirty place again, even one star is too much.

Very bad service and attitude towards customers. If you pay with a card – they don’t give you a receipt. If you pay in cash – they do. This is incorrect and raises suspicions of fraud. The staff is rude and unfriendly. They lied to me that there is no ATM and that I have to walk over 1 km to the nearest one. In reality, there is an ATM directly in the parking lot – an obvious lie. If you eat in the restaurant, the parking and the toilet are free. But if you say that you will not eat – their attitude becomes even ruder. In addition, the bathroom and toilet are paid only in cash, which is an additional inconvenience. I do not recommend – avoid this place if you have the opportunity!

So we waited 1.5 hours for the food and unfortunately we were very disappointed, really disappointed. Even the fries were very salty and the nachos were covered in cheese and had probably been in there for too long because they were also inedible. The milkshake was ok but still liquid like water.

Terrible value – avoid if you can! I stayed at Autohof Route 46 and paid 17 euros just to park overnight, and honestly, it’s a rip-off. You get absolutely nothing included in that price – no food voucher, no discount, nothing. On top of that, they charge 4 euros for a shower and 50 cents just to use the toilet. Seriously? After paying 17 euros just to park, you’d expect at least basic facilities to be included. This place feels like it’s just trying to squeeze money out of truck drivers without giving anything back. There are much better autohofs out there that offer more for less. Won’t be coming back.

We ate here and were absolutely thrilled! The burger was super juicy, with a fluffy, crispy sesame bun, delicious cheese, and fresh ingredients. The crispy patty in the middle is particularly noteworthy – simply delicious! The fries were also crispy and perfectly seasoned. The atmosphere was cozy and the service very friendly. We'll definitely be back – a definite recommendation!

You eat more than 17E and you get free parking!! I don't know why the drivers are complaining!! They accept all bank cards!! Only if you don't eat you pay for parking in cash! Then it's better to eat something and have free parking!!

Parked here and you either have the option of purchasing food from the restaurant or paying for parking with no receipt allegedly. I choose to purchase food, after a half hour waiting it finally arrived , food was in all honesty pretty good but the service if your a lorry driver in my opinion isn’t very good as opposed to being a car driver you are treated completely different and a lot better. All in all not bad experience but it could be alot better

The first time I was here, I ordered the famous "Toronto Burger Meal." When it arrived, I immediately noticed that the meat smelled strongly of rotten cows—not just a faint smell, but quite strong. I took out a few of the patties and ate the burger as is, forced to eat it because I'd paid a lot for it. The fries were delicious, though, especially delicious. I also enjoyed the coleslaw. I went there again today because a few friends wanted to try it. I thought to myself, "Come on, give it another chance." This time I ordered the "Dallas Double Cheese Burger Meal"—and it was okay. The meat didn't smell this time, and the fries and salad were fresh and delicious again. According to my friends, the homemade iced teas (especially the passion fruit one) are really good. So, I'll be honest: For the value for money, I give it 2 out of 5 stars. The service was okay. The lady at the counter was a bit annoyed, but she still did her job well. Things like that happen in everyday work, so I won't say anything more about that. What's absolutely unacceptable, however, are the restrooms: very dirty, with a strong smell, a dirty floor, and an unkempt sink. It looks like they haven't cleaned there in a while, or someone has just completely lost their minds... My conclusion: They should definitely rework the burger patties, keep the restrooms clean, and maybe have a bit more friendly service. Then the place would have real potential. But honestly, the current reviews seem significantly overrated to me.

You can't pay with a card, I walked 6 km to an ATM

Wow! I was there again today after a long time. Things have really improved! The service was super friendly, the food was absolutely top-notch, and the prices were perfectly reasonable. I really like the atmosphere; Frank Sinatra was still playing inside. We sat outside; it was very pleasant. I'd love to go again.

We ate there for the second time on June 24, 2025, and as always, the food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented! I have to give a huge compliment to the waitress. The young man was not only friendly and personable, but also very attentive. I have rarely experienced such excellent service.

The service was very pleasant, but unfortunately, they forgot to bring something from our order. The portions were quite small, so we were still hungry afterward. However, the quality of the food was as expected, considering the price.

First of all, I must emphasize that this negative review isn't about the food. The burgers are fantastic; I've rarely had a burger as good as this one. I also find the mozzarella sticks very, very tasty. What really bothers me, however, is that you can't order the burgers individually, but only as part of a meal with fries and a small coleslaw salad. If you go there really hungry and want a second burger with your meal, you're forced to buy another full meal for €17.90 (depending on the burger). Unfortunately, that's an absolute no-go. It's a shame, otherwise the place would be perfect.

This was my second time there and I definitely can't complain. We'd barely arrived and chosen our food over the phone (about 15 minutes) when the lady came and took our order. The food was, as expected, very delicious, arrived at the same time, and empty plates from the appetizer were immediately taken away as we walked past. If you like the American feel, you'll definitely get your money's worth. Some songs might be played twice, but you don't have to be as petty as a fussy eater. There's also a small but nice kids' corner. Overall, we were there for a good two hours. We'll definitely go again.

Route 46 is simply amazing! The burgers are delicious – juicy, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. They come with crispy fries, fresh coleslaw, and best of all: everything is halal! The ambiance is a true diner experience – you feel like you're in an American road movie. Stylish, cozy, and simply special. To finish off, we had a cheesecake shake that was simply amazing – creamy, sweet, and totally irresistible. I will definitely be back. Absolutely recommended for anyone who loves good burgers and a cool atmosphere!

I just called and asked about the delivery time. All I heard was the sound of warehouse work. Is the phone number still up to date on Google Maps?

The food arrived almost an hour late. It actually looked great, but the glasses were dirty, the salad was unwashed and had hairs and holes in it, other people were smoking next to us, the salad wasn't fresh, and the restrooms were dirty. You had to pay 50 cents to use the restroom. And everything was overpriced! I'll never go there again!

The food wasn't served until 60 minutes after ordering. For what you pay, you get far too little food of only adequate quality.

Had to wait a bit till we could order. It didn’t seem all too busy when we sat down at the table. After ordering the food took up to 40 - 45min which was fine at first but then they brought the wrong dish. The correct siah then only took 10 min to arrive which made us question the 40min original time. They made up for the mistake with a nice apology a free salad and a discount which we thought was reasonable and kind.

I ordered a burger without leeks. What was on it? Leeks. Unfortunately, I have a major problem with leeks and had to throw up in the bathroom. In the end, I only got 10% compensation. It really wasn't what I expect from a restaurant. I really didn't feel well enough to continue arguing. And I was glad to get out.

Unfortunately, it was disappointing – I wouldn't go back. The fries were okay and the passion fruit drink was tasty. The mayonnaise, which costs extra, was rather mediocre. The burger itself, unfortunately, wasn't very tasty. What was particularly unpleasant was that the meat had a very strong odor, which both I and my companion found unappealing. Another criticism: You can't order the burgers individually. That's a shame – especially if you'd rather have a salad instead of fries, for example. The service was also rather cool and could definitely have been a bit friendlier.

I had a Jägerschnitzel (a kind of schnitzel made from frozen pressed meat) with canned mushrooms and a mashed-up mush that's supposed to be gravy. I don't understand why they serve such garbage. I can't say anything about the burgers; it was my first and last time there.

The food is crap, the service is just crap, there is not a single auto shop nearby, I have stopped there many times, but it never worked out without incident.

Given how often we've been there in the last year, I think you could call us regulars, and we still really enjoy eating burgers there. The meat is freshly prepared, not frozen, and everything is deliciously presented. I always get the barbecue burger. The fries are crispy, and they always come with coleslaw. Everything is beautifully presented on slate slabs, and they use rustic cutlery. The American-style ambiance is nicely decorated, and the staff are always very friendly. We're from Solingen, and it's our first stop when we want a burger.

The fries today were really tasty, but the schnitzel was truly perverse. The cream sauce was okay, but the schnitzel tasted musty. Today, May 24th, we had another training session and had something to eat there again. This time it was a cold burger 🤢!!! That's absolutely outrageous!

The burger menu was delicious and freshly prepared. The staff was friendly. The restrooms were a bit run-down/not modern. The conservatory was cozy. There was plenty of parking. I paid €23 for the Hawaiian burger and a 0.5 liter Coke.

Very rude service, at 10:30 you can't eat anything, the restaurant is dark and dirty, coin-operated showers, you can't pay for parking by card. Overall, very poor parking.

At just under 18 euros the food was overpriced and the beer we ordered was undrinkable.

Don't go. You can't pay with a bank card, only cash. They don't give you a check from the cash register. I had to walk 10km back and forth to withdraw money from my account to pay for parking. The nearest ATM in town didn't work.

The portions are generous and filling—just right for a burger restaurant. The value for money is good, and the ambiance is fitting and cozy. A particularly positive aspect: the food is halal, which is an important criterion for many guests. The digital menu is a modern and hygienic solution. Overall, a coherent concept—we'd be happy to return!

A great shop has something American

The worst autohoff in Germany. Parking is paid 17 € in cash, shower with coins 4 € 10 minutes, the toilet in the restaurant is open on weekends from 13:00 to 22:30. If you leave on Monday morning, it is better to pay on Sunday evening, otherwise there will be problems with check-out.

Bürger was very tasty, she was very nice and gave me a cola on the house, I recommend it.

Great store. The food was good, but due to the lack of staff it takes a little longer before you get your food. Price is good and if you eat inside, the parking lot for trucks is free. Showers are clean and spacious. Costs 4 euros for 10 minutes.

Citizens are good in themselves. Unfortunately, they are handled rather carelessly. A small mini tomato slice the size of a €2 piece. Add 3 5 cent slices of pickled cucumbers and a slice of lettuce. Sauce and cheese was ok. The patty is a little smaller than the citizen's bun, which I didn't think was particularly bad.
