The food is good but the service is the big weak point. Today we left without ordering anything. After placing it, nothing happened. And the store was far from full. After waiting 15 minutes we left. It was clear that the service staff preferred to stand at the counter to talk. That's not how you make any sales.

Burger no special features like black buns or special ingredients, no, it was simple, 2x bullet cheese, vegetables and sauce but it was very tasty and not too expensive for €17 with fries and salad. Truck Parking is charged at 17€ per day not per 24 hour period this is a rip off also didn't open to 1300 Sunday and charged us all for another full day and even for the 4 hours parked from 8pm on Friday. 51 euro to park 36 hours. Wouldn't use it again.

The food was incredibly delicious!!! We ordered the Chicken Burger and the New York Classic. (Everything HELAL) We also had sweet potato fries with truffle mayo. Everything was excellent. New favorite burger shop. We'll always come here from now on. The ambience has a real American style. Looks very good.

The menu is available in tablet form. But you order from the waitress. The milkshakes looked very good. But I didn't order one myself. The burgers are recommended. The German and avocado burgers were very tasty. At the end you pay at the checkout. The waitress was only at the table when we ordered and didn't come back to ask if everything was correct. Restaurant was recommended by my sister. I can only recommend it. For children there are kids menus and a games corner.

Illegal delivery times 6:11 p.m. ordered via Lieferando. At around 10 p.m. our food arrived after calling 3 times. Fries soggy, nachos a big cold lump. The burgers were ok but I definitely expected more for the money. We got a discount after waiting over 3 ½ hours but it wasn't worth it. I'll never order here again.

Ordered at 6:10 p.m. and after several phone calls, delivered at 9:50 p.m. You will only be mocked on the phone. Burger patties were dry and in comparison for almost 18 euros the burger was generally quite small. With the mushroom schnitzel, the small amount of sauce was almost a disgrace. A salad was ordered that was not brought despite repeated comments, but it would almost have been charged for if the waitress hadn't pointed it out again. Where are the mayor's office and the tax office looking? Blackmail for cash. No cash at ATM +6 € commission € 17 per day. You can eat for 17 but without tickets. At night there is a dry closet. Where is the competition and other autohop nearby??? On Saturday the staff is busy with the restaurant. Drivers, don't interfere. And don’t go pay, you can get water from the road on the other side, and it’s free.

We ate at Route 46 with four adults and five children. The ambience was pleasant, although a bit old - but that's not a bad thing. The service was very friendly, but clearly overwhelmed. An order was forgotten and had to be handed in later, and the plates were only cleared away after we asked for it, and no one asked if we would like something more to drink. The food was very tasty and absolutely fair in price. However, something really disappointed me: items that we hadn't ordered appeared on the invoice. This resulted in additional costs of around EUR 20 for us. Unfortunately, I only checked the bill at home out of interest, otherwise I wouldn't have noticed the error. Even if I should have checked the invoice on site, I think that something like this basically shouldn't happen.

The only problem is that it is closed at night......and the parking is not discounted with the food...

It was a lovely driver to eat there, delicious and above all the service, especially we were there with a wheelchair and they laid a plank directly to the dining area, something like that is rarely given such attention! Something like this really needs to be mentioned!

We were spontaneously enchanted by the exterior of the restaurant, only to realize that it was even more beautiful inside. The food was great and so was the service and ambience. I still have to complain on a very high level: I was very happy about a vegan option, but the patty took the otherwise very tasty burger down a bit. I have rarely eaten such a bad burger. The meat was tasteless and so dry that it simply fell apart. The milkshake looked good, but nothing more. Ground cookies in milk, lots of cream on top and two whole cookies to make it look good and that's it. In my opinion not worth visiting.

This evening I went to Route 46 with my wife using a Groupon voucher. In a nutshell: I haven't had a burger this good in a long time. The fries with chili cheese sauce added the rest. Really great. And the service from Andrea was also very warm and pleasant. Thank you and very happy again!

Schönes Restaurant. Eine tolle Speisekarte. Es gibt Vorspeisen, Burger, Schnitzel und Milchshakes in vielen verschiedenen Variationen. Die Burger kann man sich mit extra Fleisch und diversen Extras zusätzlich machen lassen. Für jeden was dabei. Bedienung nett, Portionen reichlich und die Preise gehen auch in Ordnung.

I've eaten here a few times and I think you can definitely see it as a little insider tip. The burgers are really good and so are the fries! I'm deducting a little because there are things here that I don't quite understand - for example, you can use apps like Lieferando to order other dishes that you can't get in a restaurant (e.g. fries with cheese sauce). The side dishes were also missing from the digital menu. But that doesn't take away from the (good!) quality. The atmosphere is in the style of an American diner, it may not be for everyone, but I like it 😄 By the way, you can also order from here, but I would advise against it - I haven't had such good experiences with it (very long delivery times, food doesn't arrive hot/warm)
