Tolles Restaurant mit leckerem Essen und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Kellnerin Frau Andrea – sie war unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hat sich sehr herzlich um uns gekümmert. Dank ihres tollen Services haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Waren heute das erste mal Dort haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt waren nicht das letzte mal dort, kommen wieder macht weiter so

Der schlimmste Parkplatz, den ich je erlebt habe, 17 Euro Parkgebühr und keine Rückerstattung.

Route46 ist für mich jedes Mal ein Volltreffer. Das Essen hat immer die gleiche, erstklassige Qualität und genau den Geschmack, auf den man sich freut. Der Service ist freundlich und aufmerksam, das Ambiente modern und gemütlich. Ein Laden, bei dem einfach alles stimmt. Klare Empfehlung!

Blöde Regeln: Wer Parkgebühren zahlt, bekommt nichts zu essen! Wer aber sofort sagt, er kaufe Essen im Wert von 17 Euro, parkt kostenlos und braucht keine Quittung für die Firma!

Null Sterne für alles. Unfreundliches Personal. An der Kasse ignorieren sie einen, obwohl sie ihre Arbeit erledigen, obwohl sie es nicht müssten. Dreckige Toilette, dreckige Dusche. Sie behandeln einen von oben herab. Man kommt erst um 6 Uhr morgens vom Parkplatz, weil dort niemand arbeitet. Parkplatz meiden!

Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind nichts Besonderes. Nur Barzahlung, unfreundliches Personal.

Toiletten und Duschen sind bar zu bezahlen. Parken kostet ebenfalls bar. Man kann für 17 Euro oder mehr etwas zu essen kaufen, dann ist das Parken kostenlos, allerdings wird das Essen dann auf die Rechnung gesetzt. Wenn die Firma damit einverstanden ist und der Chef nichts dagegen hat, ist das in Ordnung. Ansonsten sollte man sich nach einer besseren Alternative umsehen. Aber im Allgemeinen gilt: Wenn es keine bessere Option gibt, ist es in Ordnung.

17 Euro Parkgebühr, nur Barzahlung. Es wird ausschließlich alkoholfreies Bier ausgeschenkt.

Sinnlos macht einen riesen Bogen um diesen Autohof das ist ja schlimm !!!!! Duschen 4 Euro. Wasser eiskalt. Wasser spritzt überall hin ausser auf den Körper. Service im Lokal eine Frechheit Nichts passendes zu trinken. Alle Getränkeladen leer. Schämt euch einfach. . 4 Euro für eiskaltes Wasser und nicht mal eine Entschuldigung. Einmal und nie wieder !!

Ein absolutes Highlight in Düsseldorf! Das gesamte Konzept überzeugt von Anfang an – stilvolles Ambiente, tolle Atmosphäre und wirklich starke Hintergrundmusik, die perfekt zum Gesamtbild passt. Das Essen war herausragend. Einer der besten Preis-Leistung, die man in Düsseldorf finden kann. Die Portionen sind groß, das Fleisch perfekt zubereitet und die Qualität insgesamt deutlich über dem Durchschnitt. Alles ist frisch – das merkt man auch sofort. Die hausgemachten Getränke sind außergewöhnlich gut, mit einem natürlichen, intensiven Geschmack, den man selten bekommt. Der Service war ebenfalls top. Das Personal ist freundlich, aufmerksam und hat uns jederzeit bestens betreut. Man fühlt sich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Das Restaurant ist nicht nur zum Essen ideal, sondern auch ein großartiger Ort, um sich mit Freunden zu unterhalten und den Abend entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder und kann es wirklich jedem weiterempfehlen.

Super Laden aber echt. Auch die Sanitäranlagen. Die kosten zwar 50 ct aber das sind sie wert. Essen absolut vom Feinsten. Stimmung ist sehr freundlich. Nachtischsgeschnk für das Geburtstagskind inklusive.

Der laden ist 5 minuten mit dem auto von mir entfernt aber brauchen 1.5h stunden für die lieferung und dann sind die fritten auch noch lappig.

Und es kostet 16,90. Die haben hier den Verstand verloren. Ich rate dringend davon ab.

17 € sind wohl ein angemessener Normalpreis. Einziger Nachteil: Die Toilettenbenutzung ist nicht im Preis inbegriffen und kostet 4 € extra. Ansonsten ist es dort ruhig. Denken Sie daran, bar zu bezahlen; Kartenzahlung ist nur bei Essensbestellungen möglich. Ein Geldautomat befindet sich 2 km entfernt.

Mir hat es überhaupt nicht gefallen, es ist definitiv einer der schlechtesten Autohöfe überhaupt. Obwohl die Atmosphäre im Inneren stimmungsvoll ist, habe ich keine Lust zu bestellen, da alle so mürrisch und unfreundlich sind. Die scheinen eher auf einem Bauernhof arbeiten zu wollen.

Es ist in Ordnung, weil genügend Platz vorhanden ist. Der Nachteil ist, dass man nicht mit Karte zahlen kann und Geld am nahegelegenen Geldautomaten abheben muss, wo mich 20 Euro 124 Złoty gekostet haben. Mit Bargeld ist es kein Problem. Ich habe das Essen nicht probiert.

Ich finde es nicht gerechtfertigt, 18 Euro plus ein alkoholfreies Bier für 5,50 Euro auszugeben. Aber das Parken ist kostenlos.

Fantastischer Fund auf einer Geschäftsreise! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Da ich geschäftlich in Düsseldorf war, wollte ich mal etwas anderes als die üblichen Restaurants ausprobieren und war begeistert: Die Burger im amerikanischen Stil sind köstlich und das Ambiente ist wunderschön. Das gesamte Personal, von der Bedienung bis zum Inhaber, ist außergewöhnlich, herzlich und super professionell. Dieses Restaurant ist ab jetzt bei jedem Düsseldorf-Besuch ein absolutes Muss. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Meiden Sie diesen Parkplatz möglichst. Und wenn Sie doch dort sind und duschen möchten, vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Betreten der Duschkabine, dass sie sauber ist. Ich war nämlich unvorsichtig und bin in eine Kabine gegangen, in der Müll herumlag (Wattestäbchen, Papier, Hygieneartikel). Ich habe mich dann in einer Ecke versteckt. Nachdem ich mich gewaschen hatte, wollte ich den Schlüssel abgeben und das Auto ausladen, habe ihn aber erst zurückgegeben, nachdem ich den Dreck weggeräumt hatte. Seien Sie also vorsichtig. Über die Parkgebühren wurde übrigens schon viel geschrieben.

The server seemed like she was being forced to work; sorry, but a smile for the customer is a must... And sorry, €2 for a dip that should normally be free... 3 stars only because the girls liked it, but my wife and I didn't at all...

First time there; clear menu (digital via QR code and tablet); good quality drinks (we had two iced tea variations) and food (burgers were excellent!); reasonable price-performance ratio; recommended.

First off, I can't understand the hype around this place at all!!! The decor is okay, but sorry, it doesn't feel like the American atmosphere at all! There are other diners, for example in Düren, Hamminkeln, Hilden, and so on, that are nicer! As for the food: Sorry, just your average burgers with American names, but ultimately nothing special! They taste okay, but that's about it! SERVICE: Sorry, a 6 out of 10 - Wait 20 minutes for someone to come, then another 20 minutes for drinks, and another 5 minutes for the coffee to finally arrive!! Then another 45-minute wait for the food. Since the next table was being served and it smelled good, we stayed, BUT THAT WAS A BAD DECISION!! IN SHORT: Nothing special and really disorganized when it comes to service. NEVER AGAIN

The food was amazing! The service was very friendly. You have to be patient while waiting for your food, the restaurant was quite full, but it was worth the wait and we had our appetizer plates and drinks within 10 minutes.

I ordered from Route 46 via Uber Eats. The estimated delivery time was 40 minutes. After waiting 45 minutes, I called the restaurant and was told the driver would be there "in about 30 minutes" and that there was only one other order ahead of mine. In other words: After almost an hour, they hadn't even started processing my order. After another two hours (a total of about three hours of waiting!), the driver finally arrived, but it was all for nothing, as I had, of course, canceled the order in the meantime. Yes, a restaurant can be full and wait times can vary. But they can communicate that! Instead, I was strung along and given incorrect information. I've decided: Never again will I use Route 46.

Well, as they say, let's get started 🤣🤣🤣 Let's start with the fact that the car park itself is dirty and stinks of garbage everywhere. Overnight, they cut up people's awnings and drained diesel fuel; someone tried to climb into someone's car. Payment in the restaurant alone costs 17.50, but you only pay in cash if you want a parking receipt. Or you pay cash for food, but you won't get a parking receipt. You can't pay by card at any point. There are two rude old women at the bar who will swear at you if you ask too many questions about why you can't pay by card, or if you ask them to call the police, they just leave and that's it. There's no free hour, even if you stopped in and didn't know it was cash only and decided to leave, you'll have to pay a 4 euro exit fee when you leave. You can't pay at the gas station. But if you need to leave before 6:00 AM and you haven't paid yet, and you wanted to pay in the morning, that won't work because the restaurant opens at 6:00 AM. The food is terrible, and you have to wait a very long time. All the food is greasy, the meat is dry, and there was a reserve. There was a cockroach running around in the kitchen 🪳 Well, that's probably it. If possible, keep going, don't waste your nerves and time. To everyone, it's rough. And the old woman with the drunken faces would also like to wish these two old women to learn how to communicate with the customers who pay them.

Honestly, I don't know what to write because I'm so annoyed... We actually quite like ordering from here (through your website), but unfortunately, the delivery time is always quite long. But today you've really outdone yourselves! I placed an order and received an email at 1:48 PM saying that the delivery was delayed and should arrive at 2:43 PM. It's now 3:41 PM and the order is still nowhere in sight. I only get automated replies via WhatsApp, no one answers my calls, and no one is reachable by email either. I've lost my appetite and I won't be ordering from you again! You can save yourselves the trouble of delivering; I'd like my money back. Update: The food was delivered at 4:16 PM. No one contacted me before or after that.

It's a very nicely laid-out restaurant with a lovely atmosphere, and the food there is absolutely delicious – highly recommended!

Truck parking spaces are great and 17 euros for the night is normal; you can eat there for 17 euros, staff are very friendly.

Only 3 stars because the parking lot is not open 24/24. You can enter at the barrier at any time, but you can only pay and leave when the restaurant is open. You can pay 17 euros for parking only in cash, or buy food from the restaurant for at least 17 euros and parking is free (you can also pay with a card). They have a toilet for 50 cents at the restaurant and a shower, I don't know how much it costs. They speak English and the food is good. The Pecoul, this is not 24/24 either and has neither a toilet nor a shower. Only items for trucks. The water tap is at the small car pumps. Overall it's ok, quiet.

It took two hours to deliver. They forgot the sauce and brought the wrong drink. And it's not the first time. The burgers themselves are tasty, but there's no organization to the delivery.

The food is very good, I've tried almost all the burgers here. Parking is ample, and I've always found a spot. The payment policy is a bit strange if you want to eat. You eat and parking is free. You just have to leave 17 euros.

Simply fantastic! We were there with the whole family – seven of us in total – and we were absolutely thrilled! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and extremely well-organized. Food and drinks arrived simultaneously, everything fresh, delicious, and served piping hot. Even the smallest details were perfect! The children were also delighted – from the atmosphere to the food, everything was just right. The location is incredibly convenient, right off the A46 motorway and easily accessible by car. It's rare to experience such a smooth and enjoyable family visit. We will definitely be back – highly recommended! 🍔🍟🥤🇺🇸

Parking here is cash only; the ATM wasn't working, so I had to walk 2 km. I didn't use any other services.

Parking is €17, or you have to eat for a minimum of €17. The cutlet and fries were good. Service was friendly as of 10/22/2025, 6:00 PM, and there are still plenty of parking spaces available at that time.

American-themed restaurant. The dishes are well presented and the portions are very generous. It's a bit far from the city, but you can get there by public transportation.

Anyway, guys. Everything is as described in the comments below. Payment is cash if you only need a receipt for parking, by card if you're eating out for 17€. How does the company refund everyone?! Ask your locals! The parking is fine, and there are shops nearby. The girls working in the restaurant are great, big respect to them... They explain everything, they tell you everything about parking. Overall, I parked from Friday to Monday without any problems and ate several times.

This is the worst motorhome and restaurant type. Shame on Germany! Phew.

The food was excellent. A 10/10 in terms of taste. The restaurant is very comfortable. The music is quiet and not disturbing. However, the prices are still a bit high. We spent around €50 for two dishes and two drinks.

Guys, it's not really worth going here. There's parking, yes, there's always a space, but you can pay in cash, there's no discount on food, the nearest ATM is 2 km away, so think before you go to this miracle, the toilet doesn't work at night. Clean truck parking. It is surrounded by greenery, so it is pleasant and quiet. The restaurant offers delicious food, the prices are more or less the same as in any truck parking lot. The toilet and shower are extremely clean and tidy. Friendly staff.

Very nice restaurant with good food

We went there for dinner after the Caravan Salon. It was fantastic. Easy to get to and there was parking. The food took a while to arrive, but everything was fresh and delicious. We would come again.

A complete car park. The toilet and shower are closed on weekends from 8:00 PM to 12:00 PM. In general, in the morning everyone is looking for bushes. The shower is just a song. The owner is probably the most economical in Germany. One star is even too much.

The burgers are okay, but nothing special. The wait times are too long. We waited a total of over 1.5 hours for our food in the restaurant, and the sweet potato fries and burger buns were still cold. Others who came after us were served first. All in all, the visit was okay, but I won't go back again.

I was recommended this restaurant by TikTok and I had high expectations. However, I was very disappointed with the service when I got there. When we walked in there wasn't a single member of staff at the reception so we had to look around the large room ourselves to see how to even get to the terrace. When we got to the terrace the waitress came over. I asked her to clean the dirty table first. She asked in a hectic tone if we already knew what we wanted so that she could take our order and then come back to clean the table. When a customer has just arrived, it's clear that they don't know what they want. We quickly placed our orders so as not to inconvenience her. After waiting 40 minutes our starter arrived. And after 60 minutes a burger. When I asked the waitress if it was normal to have to wait 60 minutes for a burger, she laughed it off without apology and said yes, it can take even longer. I then told her that this was very unusual and that I would pass this information on to the Google reviews. When we wanted to pay at the cash register, the waitress was unfriendly. When she saw that we hadn't left a tip money, she asked, "Why should we have given such poor service?" She refused to say goodbye, took the money, and immediately turned her back on us. I drove 45 km from Cologne for such a disappointment.

The restaurant is beautifully decorated in American style, and the burgers are delicious. I highly recommend the homemade lemonades. The service was quick and courteous.

Update January 6, 2025 From four to zero stars in one visit. The place was empty except for two tables, one inside and one in the conservatory. Unfortunately, it wasn't possible to sit inside because the drafty conservatory was too cold for me last time, and there's a draft from the entrance every time the sliding door opens. (Reason: "I'd get confused otherwise"). Two tables. No words. Old review (4 stars) This was a chance find that very pleasantly surprised me. Delicious, friendly, and reasonably priced. Perhaps a somewhat unusual atmosphere, but it is also a truck stop next to the highway ;-) It wasn't very busy at lunch, and we received our food quickly and together.

We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance and were delighted. It's unassuming from the outside, but beautifully decorated inside in an American style. The food is excellent and the prices are fair. From the appetizers to the burgers and milkshakes, everything is highly recommended. Good to know: They only serve non-alcoholic beer.

We ordered there, and the delivery time was scheduled for 80-100 minutes. After 120 minutes, I called and received a sporadic "your order has been on its way for a long time." After 180 minutes, I called again. Then I realized there was some chaos. I was transferred from one colleague to another, and then I was asked if they could call me back. I waited 30 minutes for a call back and then called again. Suddenly, they said my order had somehow disappeared and they had to prepare it again. The end of the whole spectacle: a 4.5-hour wait for two burgers, two fries, and two coleslaws. As compensation, we even got a small coleslaw for free. Simply insane! Not recommended!

One star is still too many. I had to park my trailer to pick up a customer with my motor vehicle. The trailer was parked for about an hour. I was charged €17 for this! Card payments are not possible. I will contact SVG directly, file a complaint, and also inform the trade supervisory authority.

Absolutely crap shop. The food took three hours to arrive, and sometimes the wrong thing was delivered. We had to call twice. The first time, we were told it was the driver's fault and that it should be there within half an hour. An hour later, we called again and were told it would be there soon, but it would take five times the driving distance. I will never order from there again!!!
