The Oops Restaurant offers friendly and attentive service, which is definitely a positive thing. The food was okay, but for the price I would have expected more - both in terms of taste and quality. Overall a nice experience, but the price-performance ratio isn't quite right for me.

It's a great location for a cozy evening with darts and billiards with friends. Smokers also have a large area to eat, drink and play

We were served very nicely and friendly. It was very busy that day, but Alex was super friendly and accommodating, didn't let the stress show and made great recommendations for cocktails and food. Really great service from Alex, we would come again! From now on our new favorite service!!

TWO HOURS of waiting for just 2 hamburgers and 2 drinks. People who arrived after me had received orders before me. After waiting two hours, the hamburgers were already cold. I imagine that if the establishment is busy problems may arise, but it seems that it was not prepared to serve many customers.

Great ambience and very tasty food. The pepper sauce with the steak is amazing ❤️ Many options for entertainment such as billiards, darts etc. Extra smoking area. Very child friendly. We'll definitely be back.

I used to be there more often, there were girls sitting next to me with full jackets and hats, prices were through the roof, that's it, I'm not coming anymore Cocktail tasted like dishwashing liquid and was way too sweet, burgers without sauce and mini coleslaw salad are no longer available.

Unfortunately, the burger was a bit disappointing. You can definitely recommend the Handmade Beet, it tastes much better than the standard Pettys. Otherwise it was just a standard cheeseburger with ketchup and mayo, I would have preferred a delicious bourgeois sauce. So the food wasn't bad, just average good. On the other hand, we found the fries really tasty. 👍🏻 The milkshake was also very tasty. The staff were all super quick and friendly. The atmosphere is a modern American dinner.

The service was terribly bad. Even though we had reserved, we waited half an hour before we could order. Then we got some of the drinks at the table and one drink was simply brought incorrectly. The drink correction only came after we had finished eating. We also had to get the cutlery from a room ourselves because we already had the food in front of us and wanted to eat it while it was still warm. We were told that we were probably alone and apologized, but I found it quite impossible that the five of us couldn't even eat together (at the same time). I asked for “compensation” and they brought us 3 bedside tables for the 5 people. Despite everything, I have to say the service convinced me not to visit the location again. As a service provider in the catering industry, in my opinion this is not acceptable.

Five of us were there at 7 p.m. and had to wait 30 minutes before we could order drinks and food. The food for the first person arrived at 7:45 p.m. Another 5 minutes later drinks for 4 people. The last drink and the remaining food were not brought until 8 p.m. All even after repeated requests. The same thing happened with other drink orders. Accordingly, unfortunately not recommended.

We wanted to go and play billiards with the boys in a relaxed manner on a Friday evening and so we arrived shortly before 8 p.m. What we didn't know was that we had to wait 3 hours until a billiard table became available because we were on the waiting list When a table was finally free, preference was given to other people who arrived later than us. The reason for this was that the staff put us on the waiting list for darts. Even that didn't work

Great location. You could do more with it. This year I have to revise! We were there with 9 boys from 8:00 p.m. to 11:15 p.m. Except for serving the food, the service was there exactly twice. Once at the beginning and once after two hours after waving several times. We would have easily made over €550 in sales here. There was no need for that tonight. When we left the facility we were assured that they were in no way understaffed. Service today underground! The dartboard reservation didn't work either. How about that? The guy didn't care about anything. Good luck with such employees! Now only one star! And one more thing: €19 for a burger?! Which is mediocre at best. Wow!!! Not so cool!!

Was there with my friend this evening, everything was a 10/10, very nice staff, good food and the drinks were also more than very well mixed, good lighting and very good music, sound not too loud, not too quiet! Always happy again, you can have a great time here for a good price. Easy payment for cats but also possible in cash.

Anyone who plays billiards well will not be satisfied with the tables. Still a cool bar.

I've been to Oops several times in the past and now again after a long time but it was definitely the last time. Unfortunately things have gotten worse. The atmosphere is kind of dingy. The furnishings are rather cool. For a sports bar you could overlook this but unfortunately the food was catastrophic. I had the beef salad with “steak strips” - I don't expect star cuisine but it was really very bad. The dressing tasted like a cheap ready-made dressing, the herb baquette was very dry. Any frozen oven baquette is much better! The steak strips were fried for too long and were just hard and cold. The fried onions on top were like bubble gum and inedible. One of the worst salads I've ever eaten! Maybe the other dishes are better but then just take the salads off the menu...! There is one star for the service. The waitress was friendly and attentive.

An incredibly hip place. The parking lot is spacious. It is an American-style pub with many young customers. The menu is diverse and delicious. If you're nearby, I recommend checking it out.

Never had such bad hot dogs before. The waitress has no interest in selling any more drinks TV transmission and sound signal were delayed by several seconds 🙈

Haven't been here for a long time, food was still as good as before. Unfortunately the owner has changed and you can tell that directly in the service. The waitress forgot an order at the beginning, it was then remade and brought to the wrong table. There was no sorry, no nothing. In the end we left it at that. PS: the waitresses should sniff things through their noses a little less, then they wouldn't all be so checked out.

The food is top. The ribs are quite tender, juicy and extremely tasty. The chicken wings are just as good. The restaurant has a nice American vibe, enough space and very nicely designed. The staff are very friendly, they don't pretend and come across as if they were friends, very nice company. The highlight is the manager, he is too friendly, works with us, is funny and knows how to have fun, by God I love this guy, the manager alone deserves the 5 stars for the service.

The steak was the best I've ever had and even better than in a steakhouse. The service was top notch and the manager of this fine establishment is a real man of honor.

Terrible service. Food arrived way too fast to be other than off the rack and out of the freezer. The beverages never arrived despite repeated reminders. We sat for over half an hours when decided to call it quits. nobody ever came or even bothered.

The name “OOPS” says it all here. We reserved a table that wasn't cleared 15 minutes after the time we ordered and we were supposed to sit at the bar first. Apart from the drinks, which were very tasty but took over 30 minutes, there was something wrong with the food order for every second dish. The dishes arrived at 9:40 p.m. for a table that was ordered at 8:00 p.m. For the advertised “Pizza Weekend” offer, there were surprisingly few pizzas on the menu (none at all). Too bad. Some of the burgers were missing all dips and sauces. Apparently you couldn't personalize the "build-your-own burger" or choose the sauce yourself. In the end it didn't matter because there was no sauce on the burger at all. The sauces and dips were also missing from 2 others. Ordered add-ons like onion rings weren't included either. The “upgrade” to the dipper fries was charged at 79 cents when paying, even though the menu says 33 cents. It's only 46 cents, but it's still a hidden surcharge of over 130% 😳 Another burger was ordered with fries, unfortunately they didn't mention that the mozzarella sticks also come with fries, so we had tons of fries. If this had been noted, perhaps a different side dish could have been chosen. There was a wait of over 2 hours for billiards and darts. The trash can on the terrace at the entrance was on fire, tipping a bottle of water in and “it will be fine” solved the problem for the employee. The prices on the menu are wrong and the staff in the restaurant were hopelessly overwhelmed. I cannot recommend the store for large groups. But you can pop in for a drink and a bit of football.

Disaster. I waited for the rings for 1 hour and then came without any fries. With my friends it was even worse. The organization is for zero!!!

We had dinner with you today, unfortunately we waited for over half an hour for anyone to come to serve us, we had to get up ourselves to call the cellar, the food came without cutlery, we had to get everything ourselves again, that's what I imagine no cozy meal ahead! Even after the meal there was no service for drinks or dessert.

We were at Oops and loved it! The food was delicious and the cocktails were a real highlight. We would particularly like to highlight Samira, our friendly and attentive waitress, who looked after us perfectly throughout the evening. We'll definitely be back!

I wouldn't recommend the Chicken Burger. I personally didn't like the bread, the cheese was sweet, the pickles and the chicken was okay. Everything else (in terms of food) was also good in terms of taste and quality. Well, that's also strange in the stomach. For the price it's not worth it. The employee was pretty nice :)

Went there for the all you can eat Thursday buffet. The spare ribs and chicken wings didn't taste good. Packaged, marinated meat into the deep fryer and it's done, way too greasy. The service was friendly, but felt I had to make jokes at the expense of one of my friends. Very unprofessional and not really funny. Great atmosphere, nice shop. Conclusion: not recommended. It is better to go to a restaurant that cooks its own dishes and trains its service staff on how to deal with customers.

Was in Oops for the first time yesterday and the atmosphere there was very great. The service on site was very friendly. The food and cocktails were amazing and I highly recommend it.

It was finally great to be here again. Great service in the non-smoking area. Super friendly and the cocktails arrived super quickly. Wasn't so happy for a few months. With today's waitresses, it's always a pleasure to come here.

Was there for the first time today... I have to be honest… the ambience was okay. The food (Whiskey BQQ) was okay… but what I found damn good was the service. Was served once by Ali, super personable and fun for everyone! And once from Bianca. Both are very happening and make the evening simply unforgettable! Gladly again!

We were at OOPS today, it was pretty quiet. We ate something here for the first time and found it delicious. We were very impressed by the vegetarian selection such as cauliflower wings, which is particularly commendable at an American diner. Service was super nice. Charming atmosphere with American football on TV and good music. We'll definitely come back and play another round of billiards here.

Update Were there again today. The beef and cricket dish was delicious. The service is still not the best, but it's better than last time. Our drinks were forgotten, when we reported it they came immediately and were on the house as compensation. 1 star more than last time. Ambiance is cozy. American. To eat We had nachos which were really tasty but I think €15 is just too much. The hot dog was average. Unfortunately the mac n cheese was tasteless. The prices are too high for the taste and quality of the food. The service was friendly but listless. Was often missing. Empty plates were looked at but not cleared away. Unfortunately, our visit this time did not convince us.

I was disappointed, we have been coming here for many years. I have never experienced that you are not asked if you would like something to drink or, for example, if everything was ok. Service was tried but not very customer oriented. Burgers were without sauce, the menu said it had sauce on it. It was bland and tasted just ok. Very unfortunate.

Stopped by again after a long time because the store is a good place to go for darts and billiards. What I remember particularly positively today was the free recommendation of 2 weekly drinks and a new “burger style” dessert. The drinks were the “Gummy Bear” and a drink with kiwi. The dessert was made in a bun and had cream inside, the closest thing to a brownie. Also recommended, in addition to the drinks. This campaign is a great idea to get direct feedback from customers and improve your own menu. Special thanks go to the two employees (a young blonde lady and a young dark-haired gentleman with glasses, unfortunately I neglected to ask for their names 😂). They approached us for the free feedback loops and we were of course very happy to help evaluate their new creations. Overall a great stay, would love to come back soon 😎.

Not what it used to be.. Food is overpriced and not enough (now 15 euros for a plate of nachos with a bit of cheese on top!) and the service is sometimes really outrageous.. sorry, but what kind of waitress says to hungry, waiting people? Guests “Wait a minute, I have to finish watching the game quickly, then I can take your order” ?? Are you crazy? There was good service here 2-3 years ago, but a lot has changed since the “good” employees left… It's a shame, I've always loved being here...

“Beef meets chicken” dish - no go! 1. The beef slices described are not slices but rather shredded meat. 2. The “grilled chicken breast” is also sliced. You should also write both on the menu. Both were served in glasses, drowned in sauce. The amount of meat is also small.. The coleslaw included is an absolute mini portion!! The fries served weren't even lukewarm. The waiter was convincing but the cuisine and menu should be reconsidered, especially at the price... very disappointing! Music inside for a restaurant too loud for my taste..

Unfortunately, the fries 🍟 were cold, which I had to notice on another visit, but a new portion will be brought without any problem if you complain about this! Burger 🍔 was ok, unfortunately the taste of Petty wasn't right, but the roll was very tasty, not the cheap ones from the supermarket. The music 🎶 in the interior was too loud for normal conversation to be possible. Things look different at the pool tables 🎱, there is more here 👌, each in the smoking area 🚬 and non-smoking area 🚭.

Most of the staff were rude and snooty, apart from one friendly and helpful staff member with tattoos. Service was slow with only one waiter taking orders. The prices were exorbitantly high for the quality of the food. Although the restaurant offers a relaxed atmosphere, many guests were unfriendly. Overall, the visit to the OOPS Restaurant was disappointing and I cannot recommend it.

The pizza is priced very high, but you can add as many toppings as you want for just under €18. Unfortunately, a very long waiting time for the pool table on Friday evening. Special greetings to the super-friendly service person named Anne, please give the lady a raise, so much customer friendliness is definitely appreciated!

The food was a total disaster It didn't taste good at all a 1/10. Was super disappointed. It took about an hour for 4 hot dogs, and they were extremely sour with no taste!

Very nice restaurant/sports bar for American food. I always enjoy going there as the ambience, food and service are always great. We usually take the Stanley Cup for two people (very good!), but other dishes are also very tasty.

Hello. I had dinner there with a friend today and wanted to play billiards afterwards. The reception and service was very friendly and things went quickly. The food was really good. Crisp fries, good dip and the meat was ok too. Unfortunately we had to wait a while to play billiards. It was Tuesday evening. Unfortunately the smoking area was closed, so there were only four tables available. A deposit is required for the balls. The tables, balls and cues are in moderately good condition. We weren't asked if we would like something to drink, even though we were in the flight path of the waitresses. We were only able to order something after being asked. It was said that another colleague was responsible. The nice lady then took care of it herself. The tables are very close together. We constantly bumped into the bar table, bar stools, waiters or neighbors. :/ I miss the old Oops. :( Very nice atmosphere and nice people, but playing billiards is more just to pass the time. We still had a very nice evening. Thanks!

Better eat a burger at McDonald’s across the street. You can find the same “cocktails” at Edeka from the tetra pack

Unfortunately the quality of the food was really not good. The pan-fried vegetables were deep-fried from a discount store and spread over the salad. Unfortunately everything else was of very low quality. The reservation somehow didn't arrive and we were asked to choose a place. Then we had to change tables because food was only served at three of the entire tables. It's a shame, unfortunately it used to be better.
