Kentucky Fried Chicken in Karlsruhe

I like KFC, it's almost always the same taste and same quality, no matter where. For this one in Karlsruhe, I would say : The place is clean and friendly , maybe a bit more crispy could make it much better. 😉

Unfortunately the chicken burger was just slapped on the wall, didn't taste good and the fries weren't salted enough. The ketchup was initially forgotten, but was delivered immediately when asked. Tables reasonably clean.

Endless incompetence... I ordered at the terminal. The card machine didn't work. When I gave notice, only the half-full paper roll for the receipts was replaced and I was told that the device would now work again. Spoiler alert... it didn't. I then ordered at the checkout. A combination box with a piece of chicken and a coleslaw. Additionally 4 fillet bites and 3 more hot wings. The store manager then entered 3 hot wings at the checkout instead of the chicken portion. Instead of 6 hot wings I had 9. So far that's not a bad thing. But when I checked the order I noticed that the chicken part was missing and the 4 fillet bites too. When I informed them on site, the branch manager treated me like a small child who was as stupid as anything... It's not my fault if she isn't able to type the order correctly. But then, in front of a full restaurant, making me look like an idiot for the crap she poured out is disgusting! I didn't get the 4 fillet bites for which I paid €3.49 either... And instead of 9 hot wings there were 5 normal wings... I was ripped off there too! And instead of the receipt there was only 1 coleslaw and I got 2. When I wanted to speak to the other employee, she told me in English that she didn't speak German -> so I spoke to her in English. Even then she didn't get anything done. By the way, the food was already cold less than 5 minutes after I got it, which makes me wonder how that could be. The food was typical KFC and you could eat it. But the incompetence extends completely from the normal employees to the branch management! I advise everyone not to go to this branch! It's better to go to the KFC in Ettlinger Tor because the staff is friendlier and more competent

Incredible! Only ordered 2 things and a complete menu was not packed for us and with 2 pieces of chicken, one of them was so small that it would pass for a hot wing. I will never go to this store again. Thank you for this rip off!

Disgusting! Tables not cleared with leftover food on them, everything very dirty and sticky. It stinks. The toilets are dirtier than at truck stops. Corresponding clientele as guests in the store, where you have to fear for your wallet and physical well-being.

I ordered (Original bites) + 2 side dishes (Cole Slow) through Lieferando First the chicken wasn't fried well, and I didn't get Cole Slow but Puree! I called and the employee told me (I'm sorry we don't have salad!) Totally tasteless and unprofessional! I am very disappointed!

Even though the table was cleaned in front of us, it was still dirty and greasy. When I had finished eating, I wanted to go to the toilet and backed out. The reason for this was that it smelled extremely like urine. The food is delicious, as I'm used to from KFC. The service was also good because I asked and got a bag and a box to pack my food. Still, it's a bitter aftertaste considering what the table was like and the toilet. The only reason why I honestly won't go there again even though I really like KFC.

In terms of staff and service, this is the much better, more professional KFC in Karlsruhe. Friendly demeanor and quick preparation even at peak times. The extra stars are thanks to the older, super nice employee! Typical fast food and unique selling point through the delicious fried chicken.

KFC never disappoints, and this outlet certainly lived up to its reputation. I ordered a Crispy Chicken Meal, which included two chicken tenders, fries, a burger, and a soft drink. The indoor and outdoor seating options were ample and comfortable. However, the long wait time for my order was disappointing, especially given the lack of a crowd. I hope the staff can improve on this front. Despite the wait, I would still highly recommend this location. 👍

Unfortunately it's getting worse and worse. The chicken pieces are getting smaller and smaller. The chickens appear to have been on a diet. Unfortunately not worth the money. You won't get tired of it. Someone is really stingy... It borders on fraud when you get cola, fries and 3 mini chicken pieces (drumstick, chicken wing and approx. 5x5 cm thigh) for almost 15 euros. Who would put a stop to someone like that???

We were there quite late and cleaning was already taking place. Water was leaking out from under the counter. One of the displays was broken. The service was very impersonal. Not a word was spoken. The burgers were soggy and the meat was an indefinable mush. The chicken pieces too. As if they were leftovers from the day before. I don't even want to start with the fries, we had to throw them away. It used to be very good, but is no longer recommended. Especially since the price was very high in contrast to other system caterers.

Quick, friendly service. Watch the screens as sometimes some people don’t understand them, but be nice, they try. Kids menu and vegetarian options available. Limited parking, but paid parking nearby. Accessible via bike and foot easily. Tram stations nearby.

Just bad. Chicken is not crispy, likely microwaved, no coffee, corn looks like it was eaten already. And too expensive.

One star is actually to generous for this place. We ordered coffee, chicken and peace of corn. Corn costs 4 euro. Is this peace look like 4 euro corn? It seams that someone ate another half of it and rest was than cut and saved for later. Chicken wasn't crispy at all. It seems like it was microwaved. And coffee, it is the best. They told us, 'oh we are out of coffee". Ok, give us money back. "Oh we can't". Ok, than give us tea instead. "Oh, we don't have tea either". Than some else come and found one bag of tea. Really the worst kfs ever.

The only warm thing on the burger was the chicken. The cheese was cold and the bacon was almost raw.

One of the nicest hospital cafes Modern, clear with large outdoor seating. There may be longer queues, but these are processed quite quickly. There are warm drinks and cold drinks, also to take away. Also 3 types of beer 🍺 There are various snacks, from soups, pizza 🍕 and spaghetti and more. Plenty of cake and sweets There is also ice cream from the counter and from the chest. The entire selection is clear and completely sufficient. You can also pay well for the services. But I miss the old café with the shop. Such a lovely corner shop. There you could actually find everything you needed for your hospital stay or anything else in life. Fresh rolls, pretzels and so on were also on offer, as well as cheese. The shop was great. But you can be happy that after Corona an entrepreneur found the courage to open a café in the city clinic.

A man who was working that day constantly ate the food and drank from the vending machine. He didn't actually work at all, just ate and walked around. It just looks so unprofessional even if it's just KFC. He was very unfriendly towards his colleagues and also delivery services. Where Uber Eats was there to pick up the order, he simply threw the bag with the food on the table.

Go to the juice shop and get it no matter what, it will be better

This evening I was in Karlsruhe Waldstr. They were greeted by two smiling girls and the food was delicious and fresh. It's just that the situation is escalating and it's not pleasant. The restaurant needs to be renovated.

Food is fine. Toilet is not very clean. Music is loud. Staff complain about my picking up order a bit late (no more than 5 mins late) and blame it on the use of headphone even though I just went to toile. A staff asked me to take headphone off, probably not understand that some people have invisible disabilities like autism and are very sensitive to noise.

We eat with my KFC family at least once a week. The restaurant is well kept clean. My kids also really like chicken nuggets. I would like to go again

Food was okay. But I've never experienced such a dirty restaurant. Disgusting. Nobody feels responsible. I then asked myself whether the tables could be cleaned. There were enough unemployed staff. I was then very kindly given a dry rag. When asked again, it was even damp. But it didn't get that far that the staff did the cleaning themselves.

The food is really hit or miss, either very good or very dry, sometimes it's fresh sometimes it feels like it's old chicken and stale bread. The staff is very nice though and always smiling and making jokes, they're good.

I have never experienced such a bad KFC as here in Karlsruhe, Waldstrasse. The tables were all cleaned with the same cloth. Very hygienic 🙈 The leftover food from the tables was simply pushed onto the floor. After ordering we were looking for a clean table. Unfortunately all the tables were dirty, the cheese on my hamburgers wasn't melted, it was just placed on top. The floor could also be cleaned. It can't be due to a lack of staff. The four of them stood behind the counter and there wasn't much going on in the restaurant. They didn't overwork themselves. It's a shame, I was a big fan of KFC🥲

Heute war nicht nur das Essen nicht richtig warm sonder auch der Laden an sich spart wohl Heizung. So musste man mit Jacke sei maximal lauwarmes essen genießen. Dazu kam noch das man sich kaum unterhalten konnte aufgrund lauter italienischer Musik

KFC hat es geschafft statt einer 50 Euro Bestellung, eine komplett andere im Gegenwert von vielleicht 10 Euro zu liefern und der Inhaber verweigert vehement die Erstattung. Viel Spass mit dem Geld.

Das erste Mal seit Jahren wieder da gewesen. Es waren keine Gäste da, trotzdem mussten wir einige Minuten auf unser Essen warten. Wir hatten Chicken Wings und Burger, die aber nichts besonderes waren für den Preis. Das beste war der Coleslaw. Wären wir in ein Restaurant gegangen wäre es auch nicht teurer geworden, dafür gemütlicher und hochwertiger.

Etwas überteuert aber lecker 😋 Preisleistung ok.

Burger Brötchen weichen nach kürzester Zeit durch, so dass man nur noch Matsch mit Fleisch in den Händen hält. Pommes fad und kalt. Bestellungen brauchen, trotz wenig Kundschaft, viel zu lange. Lage gut, daher nicht ein Stern.

Wir waren nun das 2.mal dort.Unsere Pommes waren fettig und lauwarm, die Tische z.T. schmutzig von Gästen zuvor, auf der Toilette war kein Papier für " gross ". KFC werden wir nicht mehr aufsuchen.

Es ist ein KFC und damit nicht anders als andere KFC. Das Essen war schnell fertig trotz großem Ansturm. Den Kindern hat's geschmeckt. Es war sauber genug. Warum nicht 5? Weil 2 mal in 5 Minuten zwei verwahrloste Bettler kamen und die erst reagiert haben als die Gäste darum gebeten haben daß dies nicht geht. Also gehe ich davon aus das es dort bisher immer geduldet wurde und tut mir leid das geht halt gar nicht. Quatschen die einen 5 und 7 jährigen an für Geld und stanken nach Alkohol. Zeit Bestellung Zubereitung und Abholung ist zu lang.

Mann sieht beim Grosskonzernen es geht nur noch ums Umsatz. Optisch wird nichts gemacht und auf dem Boden liegen Servietten wo nicht aufgehoben werden.

Das Essen ist wie man es von KFC gewohnt ist. Es gibt Terminals zum bestellen. Allerdings würde ich nicht vor Ort essen. Es ist einfach räudig dreckig.

Das Essen war super frisch und richtig heiß.
