Kentucky Fried Chicken in Karlsruhe

Very bad service, at this KFC you can't use the e-coupon. The e-coupon from the KFC app. But at other KFC the employee told me that you absolutely can use it.

It's just a KfC 🤷 you know what. You get it when you go there

Every now and then KFC is OK, but I think it's excessive on the part of the operator that there are only zero drinks. Actually never again.

I've already ordered twice, both times the experience was catastrophic. Hot wings look terrible, there are no sauces even though I ordered those too.

Hello everyone! I read the bad reviews beforehand and thought I'd go take a look for myself! I have to say that unfortunately I didn't take any photos🙈 My friend had 6 Chicken Crispies 😱 they really got lost in the box, the chickens must have had anorexia! I had 6 chicken wings, I can't say much negative about them (juicy) Now to the fries 🙈🙈🙈 that's not possible, cold and flabby and most of them are only 1cm long 🫣 The coleslaw salad was delicious, but had to be eaten with a wooden fork 🥴 I know environmental protection and stuff! To the toilet It was very dirty and in the toilet 😠 the toilet ring broke off on one side, risk of slipping 🤣🤣🤣 My conclusion is to give this location a wide berth. To those responsible I write a lot of level 6 reviews and most of them are very good, down to great, but there is room for improvement. Kind regards from Switzerland 🇨🇭

Me and my friend have been there 3 times. It's always been the same so far. The food is great, the chicken is always juicy and crispy. However, the service is simply terrible. Every time there was something wrong with the order. Sometimes coleslaw was added with mashed potatoes instead of gravy or a sauce was forgotten. Yes, it can happen, but the employees were simply incredibly unfriendly. We were ignored and then insulted because everything was fine and they hadn't done anything wrong. After we found this statement to be false and actually proved that a mistake was made, there was no insight into it. In addition, we were by no means unfriendly and spoke nicely and politely to and with the employees. We love going there to eat something because of the food, but both customer service and atmosphere are poor due to permanently dirty tables, unfriendly guests (of course the shop can't do anything about that) and the tray trolleys being emptied too rarely. very bad. A branch of the fast food chain KFC, this is located directly in the ECE Center. The focus of the menu is of course chicken in various variations. There are also vegetarian dishes and of course the usual drinks.

Before we could place our order, we were spoken to in a foreign language by the very unfriendly staff. After several attempts at interpreting by a colleague, we were not allowed to eat on site about 30 minutes before closing time. This is a bit mysterious, but with a friendly explanation it wouldn't be a problem at all. We didn't place an order because this employee was so incredibly bold in her dealings with customers that we almost lost our appetite. So that evening the competition had to be sought out. Why do you just scare off customers who are willing to pay?

Das Essen sieht und schmeckt immer gut, das Pesonal kann zwar kein Wort Deutsch aber mit dennen muss man ja nicht reden. Die Toiletten sind sauber und man wartet meistens 5-10 Minuten.

Mitarbeiter bei meinem Besuch sehr unmotiviert und einer hatte mich auch blöd angemacht nur weil ich nach einer Servierte gefragt habe, äußerst unhöflich einem zahlenden Gast habe mich nicht mal vorgedrängt sonder habe extra gewartet bis frei war um dann zu fragen. Essen war naja hatte ich definitiv schon bessere KFC Aufenthalte wo anders. Plätze/Tische waren leider nicht gerade sauber deswegen die Frage nach der Servierte. Hat zum satt werden gelangt mehr aber auch nicht. Würde es nicht weiter empfehlen. Aber jeder soll sich sein eigenes Bild von machen. Für KFC meiner Meinung nach aber eher eine Enttäuschung.

It's fingerlickin' good! Wer noch nie in einem KFC gespeist hat sollte das unbedingt nachholen. Aus meiner Sicht besonders gut sind die Buckets mit den crunchy Filets.

We ordered bucket of fried chicken wings and pommes , taste is good but pommes are not hot enough . After long time we had KFC Chicken . For kids are also there is display to play games .

KFC below the average. Not sure what to recommend. Planty of places near by with better service, tasty food, better quality.

Typisch fast-food in einem Einkaufszentrum. Diesesmal hatte ich ganz frisches chicken wings gekriegt. Das war super lecker. War bischen fett aber so ist es normal. Ich finde Preis bischen hoch für schnelleres Essen. Eigentlich alle Preisen sind hoch aber trotzdem finde ich den Preis bisschen hoch.

Leider einer der schlechtesten KFC. Das Personal ist total unorganisiert und überfordert. Bei den meisten Leuten wurden Teile der Bestellung vergessen, was unter anderem daran liegt dass das Personal während dem zusammenstellen der Bestellung private Telefonate führt. Das Essen ist wie in jedem anderen KFC, aber der Service ist furchtbar
