Kentucky Fried Chicken in Wuppertal

The worst KFC I've ever been to!! To break the habit. Totally overpriced for the food. If there wasn't a Tesla Supercharger there, I would never have gone there.

Stomach pain and diarrhea cramps in response to eating do not make a good impression.

There are three people behind the counter and no one thinks it's necessary to serve. Hardly any German speakers, no one pays attention to customers. We then left and went to another KFC in Hagen. Unclean tables, high prices. That doesn't really appeal to me. There needs to be a few drops of quality.

Friendly and clean. Pleasant atmosphere for a fast food restaurant. Very tasty food and free refills for the drinks. Close to the motorway and therefore ideal for a break next to the motorway.

In my opinion, KFC in Wuppertal is hardly recommended. The location isn't particularly appealing, but it's not an upscale restaurant either. Unfortunately you can't redeem any of the coupons in the store, which is a bit strange. Ordering on the screen and having to pay at the checkout is also a bit strange. The staff was friendly and a little disinterested. The food slapped you together very carelessly. The drinks station wasn't in the best condition either. My recommendation in Wuppertal: definitely Burger King.

I have been a regular customer at this KFC for two years and visit the restaurant almost every week. Recently I ordered as usual, including still water from the soda machine. Unfortunately the machine was broken and didn't dispense still water. Also, there were no alternatives to non-acidic drinks, which is a serious problem for me as I have a severe allergy. I noticed that there were other types of drinks in the fridge inside, but when I asked the manager for an alternative he told me to pay 5 euros to take one. When I asked the manager for a solution, he responded dismissively and said, "That's your problem, not mine." If he had simply offered me water from the sink, I wouldn't be writing this message. To make matters worse, the manager didn't know that I understood Syrian Arabic. When I turned around, he insulted me with vulgar expressions. I am extremely disappointed by this behavior and ask management to take appropriate action.

Preferably no star at all but you have to give it. Firstly the restaurant is dirty and the toilets even dirtier. The service is not good, they forgot a burger that they had given when asked. We were also missing a chip, which we were told would be brought to the table, but this was not the case. I'll go to another KFC next time.

From now on I will look in the bag every time I order. Ordered 2 boxes and a burger. Only one box in the bag. Unfortunately I only noticed this when I got home! Regardless of the fact that not a single one of the app coupons works, it's an absolute disgrace! You owe me €9.99!

Like so many KFCs in the area, extremely understaffed, which leads to a number of hygiene issues. Tables, drinks dispenser and other things were very dirty. The chicken burger was still raw on the inside, which unfortunately I didn't notice until too late and later resulted in a night full of vomiting and diarrhea. I'll never eat here again!

The place is terribly dirty, especially in the toilets, I almost sat on my knees and elbows, water all over the floor, full trash cans and a table with a sink that was floating in water. When we had to eat, it didn't get any better, the only hot food we got was the mashed potatoes with sauce, the rest was lukewarm and boring, not much crispy chicken on the menu... In addition, you could only choose soda without sugar... 🥴

Unfortunately, I now have to revise my review down one star. Like many other KFC restaurants in the area, e.g. B. in Dortmund or Bochum, there is unfortunately a clear problem with hygiene, especially in the consumption area. The tables are not clean, there are leftover food there, the trolleys with the trays are only sporadically emptied, and there were several puddles on the floor in the self-service area for drinks, which posed a not entirely insignificant risk of falling. There were no warnings, as is usually the case in such a situation! I've now started visiting other fast food chains, but unfortunately I'm finding it less and less likely to find my way to KFC and only when there's no other option and there are no alternatives locally.

During our visit, it was significantly worse than the already not high average at KFC. Service was OK, but not great either. There were a few things missing from the order, but they were delivered quickly and with an apology. There were no napkins, no finger wipes and no paper towels in the toilets. In general, the entire restaurant seems very run down. Exterior lighting defective. The entire drive-thru was shrouded in darkness and the intercom system appeared to have been broken for a while (according to the note on the terminal). The order terminals also only worked to a limited extent and online ordering and payment were not offered. But the KFC app is a huge disaster anyway.

No online ordering, no vouchers, no payment at the machine, more than 30 minutes of waiting time, unfortunately the food wasn't great either, plus dirty/broken toilets - the only positive thing is the friendly staff and the good parking options.

It was great this time, and the service at the front counter was also great. It was 30 degrees today, air conditioning would have been great. The fact that neither credit cards nor vouchers currently work in this restaurant should urgently be sorted out.

No more regular drinks. Only this zero garbage! Strangely enough, you can get regular drinks if you order online for delivery. However, these can only be given out in the store for an additional charge of more than €2. The toilets are an imposition.

Disgusting… is the only thing I can think of about this store. The store is super dirty and completely run down. The service staff can't keep up with cleaning the tables and no matter what you touch, the Eckel is present everywhere. The chicken was undercooked and the burger looked like it had been fried. After I consumed the food, I immediately felt nausea and other symptoms that I don't want to mention now. In my opinion, the health department should urgently pay a visit here, as they are really playing with the health of customers here. One star in the rating is definitely too many! Stay away from this KFC!!

Got ZERO drinks even though you didn't order them. Food was barely edible, we choked it down because it was too expensive to throw away. Ambience - well. Looking at walls isn't really my thing, but if you like it 🫠

Unfriendly staff. When I asked if I could have extra homemade sour cream sauce I was beaten by the manager himself. There were several hairs and some kind of white liquid in the food. It was very bitter. The fries are smeared with a sticky liquid. There was a strange hole in the bag with a 2 centimeter cut. (Already small, but definitely has a good character.) In summary, I found the KFC very stimulating for my needs. BOAAAAAGH

I've never been to a dirty shop like that. If my daughter hadn't wanted to eat there, the tables would have been so dirty and everything was full of grease stains. The food was okay. I actually had to go to the toilet but didn't want to go there because the place was already so dirty.

Then I asked the shift leader to the window and the first thing he did was in front of us in a different language to speak to his employee. Absolute disrespect. I worked in system catering for 10 years, two of which were full time and that is an absolute no go. As a solution he then said: Oh, that one euro that you paid too much... Then I really wanted to have the euro back...

We were there again today after a long time. Unfortunately it was very very disappointing. I always swore by the fries but unfortunately they were cold and soggy, not to say soggy. Man kommt in eine eiskalte Gaststätte, keine Mensch da, daher prompte und freundliche Bedienung. Ich aß Menue chicken mit Pommes frites und Cola. Chicken und Pommes frites wie Gummi, lauwarm. Sauce süßsauer viel zu wenig. Es handelt sich um eine etwas bessere Pommesbude mit Vorteil: Direkt an der BAB 1 mit ausreichend Parkplätzen und Autoschalter.

Einfacher Drecksladen ,Mitarbeiter überfordert. An SB Automaten bestellt um 15:36 kleines Menü war erst um 15:57 fertig und es fehlte noch 2 x Mayonnaise. Und es waren vor mir nur 3 Kunden. Tische dreckig. Einfach nicht das Geld wert.

It's unbelievable in this branch. I had to place my order again. And what's the matter? I get the wrong order and I'm already on the highway. I paid 13 EUR and got 3 burgers. Worth 5.98 EUR. Incredibly anti-social!

Ich habe am 17.04.2024 nach 18:00 Uhr am Autoschalter eine 3er Box mit Pommes und Krautsalat als Menü bestellt. Zuhause angekommen fand ich 3 trockene Hähnchenteile in der Box vor. Die Keule hatte ein großes Loch und kaum noch Fleisch. Das Fleisch aller Teile war hart. Ich habe den Verdacht, dass man mir die alten Teile einpackte, weil man am Autoschalter zunächst keine Kontrolle über den Inhalt der Tüte hat. Immerhin waren Pommes und Krautsalat okay. Mein Fazit, 14,49 Euro verschenkt und weitere Besuche werden nicht geplant.
