Despite pre-ordering online, we had to wait quite a long time. Sitting outside is rather unpleasant due to the traffic and the car posers that are probably due to the region.

Very clean shop, very nice employees, it's fun to eat there and feels clean. Nothing has been forgotten when ordering online and everything has been freshly prepared. And. Almost no waiting time. Really recommended

I've lived here for over 20 years - this KFC has hardly changed or been renovated. The staff is getting worse and worse, their knowledge of German is minimal, and the service is catastrophic. 30 minutes of waiting time in an empty store, dirty toilets, trash everywhere, and as so often: parts of the order are missing. The quality of the food declines as does the condition of the store. Other branches show that things can be done better - this one is just embarrassing and disgusting.

Coke was warm, fries old and dry, no salt. We all had stomach cramps and diarrhea after our meal there. But the service was very friendly and helpful.

The store is really cool. Food was bomb, super high quality, no comparison to other fast food chains. You can tell that it's just generally a shop that doesn't want to save money on everything! Stupid example, for example, the receipt or the napkins weren't wafer-thin. I just think it's the little things that make the big difference! The burgers look exactly like in the advertising photos and also keep this delicious promise! The staff were super friendly and the music was good too! Great and recommended!

I ordered a large meal on Uber Eats for €60. I received a whopping 9 hot wings!!!! How can it be that 90% of the entire order is simply not delivered and even the drink from the hot wings box was forgotten. I have never experienced such incompetence in my life, not even in the most repentant rack shops. Uber Eats refuses to refund the amount, so I will now take legal action against both the KFC branch and Uber. For me it's not about the 60€, but about the principle.

Ordering sometimes takes forever and things are forgotten when you order to take away. Somehow the floor is sticky and the shop isn't exactly inviting

So I've been to a hell of a lot of KFCs and this is by far the worst. The hot wings taste like they've been sitting there for 3 hours (they probably did) and the breading was incredibly hard. If someone throws it at my car at 100kmh I'll get a rockfall. The cola also tastes as if the cup had been stirred 50 times. Terrible.

OLD! We were pleasantly surprised. The food we ordered arrived quickly and we also enjoyed it. The fries could be a bit better but everyone is different. Tables and seating were clean and not dingy. The sanitary area would be in need of a renovation, toilet lid next to the bowl doesn't make much sense... we would probably go there again to eat if chance brought us nearby. !UPDATE 2025! : The store is just awful now. Having subtle stomach problems after eating. I don't want to write anything about the condition of the tables or even the filling station for drinks. I think underground is the best way to describe it. No recommendation to get anything there. The last visit for us!

The tables are sticky and the whole fast food restaurant is dirty. The drinks dispensers are either broken or totally dirty and non-carbonated.

Rating: -10/10 for service I like KFC and the food is good like every branch, but this location never fails to disappoint me. Every time my drive-thru order is made wrong: either something is missing or the wrong sauce is packaged. This happens every time, and I'm extremely annoyed because I have to keep going back to the restaurant to clear up the error. The wait at the drive-thru isn't particularly long, everything goes according to plan - until I receive my order. But as soon as I have the bag in my hand, something is missing or wrong. To make matters worse, I'm then told that I ordered something different, even though that's not true. Same excuse every time. I am simply extremely dissatisfied with the service in this branch. Service Rating: -10 out of 10.

Unclean, unstructured. There were three of us and all three had the same thing. Two of us had finished eating and only the third got our food. Really a bad joke!

I was passing through and had the choice between McDonald's and kfc because I generally prefer the chicken from kfc. After driving 150km we first visited the steep little village. I should have turned back here straight away. There were no urinals. At first I thought I was wrong in the door. But no, there is a riffle steel plate attached where the parts were once located. You can probably imagine what the cabins looked like then. Well, since I still had a long way to go and didn't want to stop again, I thought I'd get a little something. Order placed 10 crispys. When you pay with a card, I was told “it will take a while” Well, come to think of it, the store was really full. After about 10 minutes I noticed that there was a certain unrest among the guests because (and I hadn't noticed this before) many of them hadn't eaten at all. The first customer asked at the checkout when he would get his food - he had been waiting for 20 minutes. About 5-10 minutes later his food arrived. In the meantime, another woman came who must have waited over 15 minutes for a salad. And people also came and got their money back. In the meantime I really felt sorry for the poor guy at the counter because he was feeling the brunt of some people's dissatisfaction. I'm going to take a shortcut here. After 25 minutes I received my food. The attentive reader may now be wondering Whether the quality is below the high level pressure suffers? I can answer this question clearly with yes. Parts of my meat were unbreaded, the breading didn't seem seasoned and a very thick piece wasn't cooked properly. That was the last time at KFC Wuppertal. P.s. I think waiting times can happen, but communication needs to be open and honest and at the latest before paying.

24 years ago it was better for the first time after 24 years. Hänschen Burger had way too much parinade, way too dry biscuits 🍪 and way too expensive. I prefer to go to Burger King for juicier Hänschen Burgers

I really feel sorry for everyone who eats here and also for everyone who has to work here. The toilets are just unbelievably disgusting (no urinals for men, wtf?!) and the property itself is extremely shabby. I wouldn't even eat something here if I was offered money for it.
