Good food, friendly staff; things weren't so smooth before. I was here today with my wife, and we were very pleasantly surprised by how everything has changed for the better. It's highly recommended and very, very clean!

Absolute disaster – never again KFC via Lieferando! I ordered online via Lieferando and received no response for over two hours – neither confirmation nor delivery. So I called the restaurant: They told me sneeringly, in a barely understandable dialect, that there were "problems today" and that I should pick up the food myself. That's exactly why you order via a delivery service – because you don't want to or can't pick it up yourself! Shortly afterward, another employee called me back. He barely spoke German and accused me of being "insulted, blah blah blah," before simply hanging up. This is the height of disrespect and unprofessionalism. Conclusion: Order accepted and paid for, but not delivered. Communication completely incomprehensible and rude. Zero customer service, zero reliability. I can only strongly advise everyone not to order from Lieferando. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and dubious.

The service on site was excellent as always, and the staff, Mohamed, was super nice and friendly. Everything was great.

The chicken pieces were a joke, or more accurately, chicken offal. My husband couldn't eat it. The fries tasted stale and lacked salt. The burger topping was more like mush. And you had to wait a really long time for that, and for that price, you could almost have gone to a restaurant. I've never been so annoyed by a meal. And unfortunately, the place was filthy, too. Never again!!!

Was there today, never again. After we ordered, we were called over by unfriendly staff. They said there were no fries and I should choose a different side dish. The food took 40-50 minutes to arrive, even though the store wasn't particularly busy. The store was also incredibly dirty, and to top it all off, the food was cold. How it takes 45 minutes to prepare "fast food"! I have no idea. How do they manage to make half of it cold? Good question. Probably just understaffed or just not in the mood to work.

Sticky floor, cold air – an ambiance like something out of a road movie, only without the charm. The main attraction – a chicken, bacon, and cheeseburger – turned out to be a cold cheeseburger, and the fries were as frosty as if they'd come fresh from the fridge. The spice in the soup? Unfortunately, more of a bitter aftertaste. The whole thing was as if someone had tried to combine Kentucky Fried Chicken with the speed of snail mail. If I may venture a comparison: This was like a botched clone of fast food, as if they'd swapped the McDonald's recipe for the wrong burger in the dark. Verdict: One star. No. Absolutely not. Save yourself the wait and give your hunger to the golden seagulls. You must know!

Today was my first time at KFC in years – and unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The entire visit was anything but pleasant. The restaurant was incredibly dirty – trash everywhere, sticky floors, dirty tables, stools, and the counter left a lot to be desired. There was even hair at the drinks station – absolutely unhygienic. The trash cans were overflowing; it had obviously not been properly cleaned in a while. The prices are completely exorbitant for these conditions. It's a shame, I was actually looking forward to the visit, but this was definitely the last time. Hygiene and cleanliness should be a top priority – unfortunately, they were completely neglected here.

Sorry, but this place is absolutely terrible. I've rarely seen so much dirt. There was nothing going on in the store, but the tables were dirty, the drinks station was filthy, even though it was in direct view of the staff. The floor around the restroom was wet, so you had to stand in a puddle. Unfortunately, what was happening inside was already apparent on the outside. When the plaster is crumbling and the paint is peeling off the facade, the focus is only on profit and the business isn't being lived. It's a shame about KFC, but my family and I are over it.

The portions are tiny and the prices are exorbitant, the fries are inedible, the chicken pieces are getting smaller and smaller, and the drinks are only zero-emission 😨 except for Coke. And you're hardly busy, which I attribute to the prices. That's why I only come to you every two years.

It's just a KFC. They offer free refills. The meat wasn't particularly crispy. I've had tastier food at other KFCs.

Unfortunately, there's a serious lack of understanding of hygiene. Even though there aren't many customers, no attention is paid to the tables, restrooms, or trash. There were food scraps on literally every table, the floor was sticky, the restrooms were dirty, the toilet lids were torn off,... The burgers were cold and tough as rubber. I've never experienced this from KFC before.

I'd give it zero stars if I could. We've been waiting for 30 minutes and it's called fast food! It's not even that busy, but the front-of-house staff are working extremely slowly and listlessly, taking extra time even though the chicken and fries containers are full. Appearance and reality... what was bought and paid for was an attractive, crispy, golden-brown fried chicken piece. What I got was deep-fried chicken scraps with practically no meat and apparently burned in old fat. When I asked what it was, the employee explained that this was the chicken piece... honestly, I had thought it was a piece of scrap, which it really was. Of course, I wasn't offered any other piece. I threw it away... it really wasn't edible. Along with it, they served a lukewarm Pepsi Cola with too little carbonation... unbelievable that Pepsi gave its name to this. But that's probably the reason why they don't have Coca-Cola.

There was this huge ad for the Zinger, and there were coupons, but they were out of Zingers. It can happen, but a week later, the same thing is still happening. I find it sad. We're very disappointed and won't be going there again.

So, I was just there with a colleague... The bacon wasn't cooked through. The fries had been sitting there for hours, and the ones we got were soggy. The mayo had expired on February 25, 2025, and that's what they served us. The coleslaw was also expired, or rather, it was two days over...

Very good KFC, ideally located right off the highway—perfect for a break during your trip. The restaurant was clean and well-organized. The Tesla charging station right in the parking lot is particularly convenient, allowing you to easily combine eating and charging. Ordering at the terminal was quick and easy, and the food was fresh and served promptly. Overall, a very pleasant stopover—we'd definitely go back!

I've lived here for over 20 years - this KFC has hardly changed or been renovated. The staff is getting worse and worse, their knowledge of German is minimal, and the service is catastrophic. 30 minutes of waiting time in an empty store, dirty toilets, trash everywhere, and as so often: parts of the order are missing. The quality of the food declines as does the condition of the store. Other branches show that things can be done better - this one is just embarrassing and disgusting.
