Yep, pretty rocky. Toilets were really nasty and the food was certainly ok, but I have no comparison. Was in a KFC for the second time in my life. Chicken on the burger was delicious, but the sauces were so-so

It was great this time, and the service at the front counter was also great. It was 30 degrees today, air conditioning would have been great. The fact that neither credit cards nor vouchers currently work in this restaurant should urgently be sorted out.

Incredible! The look alone shows how shabby the place is. The fries had already been sitting for several hours and were therefore inedible! The drinks were warm and you should definitely avoid the toilet.

No more regular drinks. Only this zero garbage! Strangely enough, you can get regular drinks if you order online for delivery. However, these can only be given out in the store for an additional charge of more than €2. The toilets are an imposition.

We ordered food there and only got half of it for an order worth €60. Something like that shouldn't happen. Probably won't go there again

Disgusting… is the only thing I can think of about this store. The store is super dirty and completely run down. The service staff can't keep up with cleaning the tables and no matter what you touch, the Eckel is present everywhere. The chicken was undercooked and the burger looked like it had been fried. After I consumed the food, I immediately felt nausea and other symptoms that I don't want to mention now. In my opinion, the health department should urgently pay a visit here, as they are really playing with the health of customers here. One star in the rating is definitely too many! Stay away from this KFC!!

Got ZERO drinks even though you didn't order them. Food was barely edible, we choked it down because it was too expensive to throw away. Ambience - well. Looking at walls isn't really my thing, but if you like it 🫠

Unfriendly staff. When I asked if I could have extra homemade sour cream sauce I was beaten by the manager himself. There were several hairs and some kind of white liquid in the food. It was very bitter. The fries are smeared with a sticky liquid. There was a strange hole in the bag with a 2 centimeter cut. (Already small, but definitely has a good character.) In summary, I found the KFC very stimulating for my needs. BOAAAAAGH

I've never been to a dirty shop like that. If my daughter hadn't wanted to eat there, the tables would have been so dirty and everything was full of grease stains. The food was okay. I actually had to go to the toilet but didn't want to go there because the place was already so dirty.

I eat in this store often and have always been satisfied, but unfortunately the quality of the staff has gotten worse from time to time and today it was so bad that I decided not to eat there anymore... We were at the drive in and unfortunately the employee didn't understand German. Even after explaining it several times, she didn't understand what we wanted to order. Then we drove to the front but personally things didn't go any better... Then we were charged for sauces that we didn't want... Then I asked the shift leader to the window and the first thing he did was in front of us in a different language to speak to his employee. Absolute disrespect. I worked in system catering for 10 years, two of which were full time and that is an absolute no go. As a solution he then said: Oh, that one euro that you paid too much... Then I really wanted to have the euro back...

I haven't been to any of the restaurants in this chain before and I have to say that I didn't like it compared to the other well-known ones.

We were there again today after a long time. Unfortunately it was very very disappointing. I always swore by the fries but unfortunately they were cold and soggy, not to say soggy. KFC used to be much better. 1. The waiting time is just too long. I sometimes wait 15-20 minutes for my order and it's not too busy. That doesn't work 2. Who gave you the idea to only sell zero drinks in the vending machines? I want to decide for myself whether I drink real Cola or Cola Zero. So I ate there with my family today, as far as hygiene is concerned this branch would have to close. Whether it's the tables or the drinks machines, I don't even want to talk about the toilets. Everything is just dirty, there are leftover food everywhere. For so much money you leave there, it's really sad. That was most likely our last visit there.

Man kommt in eine eiskalte Gaststätte, keine Mensch da, daher prompte und freundliche Bedienung. Ich aß Menue chicken mit Pommes frites und Cola. Chicken und Pommes frites wie Gummi, lauwarm. Sauce süßsauer viel zu wenig. Es handelt sich um eine etwas bessere Pommesbude mit Vorteil: Direkt an der BAB 1 mit ausreichend Parkplätzen und Autoschalter.

Einfacher Drecksladen ,Mitarbeiter überfordert. An SB Automaten bestellt um 15:36 kleines Menü war erst um 15:57 fertig und es fehlte noch 2 x Mayonnaise. Und es waren vor mir nur 3 Kunden. Tische dreckig. Einfach nicht das Geld wert.

Ich habe am 17.04.2024 nach 18:00 Uhr am Autoschalter eine 3er Box mit Pommes und Krautsalat als Menü bestellt. Zuhause angekommen fand ich 3 trockene Hähnchenteile in der Box vor. Die Keule hatte ein großes Loch und kaum noch Fleisch. Das Fleisch aller Teile war hart. Ich habe den Verdacht, dass man mir die alten Teile einpackte, weil man am Autoschalter zunächst keine Kontrolle über den Inhalt der Tüte hat. Immerhin waren Pommes und Krautsalat okay. Mein Fazit, 14,49 Euro verschenkt und weitere Besuche werden nicht geplant.

We wanted a coffee...and we didn't want to fight our way through the ordering terminal with 4 people. The shop is almost empty, an employee is bored behind the counter and tells us that there is so much to do that he can't take the order. We should use the terminal. We dont have. The gas station next to it had great coffee and great service. The store is also run down.

This franchisee uses cheap chicken meat. It's dry and doesn't taste like other Kentuckys. I don't know if they add their own meat here. 3 pieces of chicken were forgotten when I ordered, which is not the first time. Parts of an order are regularly forgotten. I wouldn't eat here again.

The food is good. Ants on sticky tables in the restaurant even though there are hardly any customers there. Drive-through is completely forgettable thanks to the ancient intercom system. Something is constantly misunderstood, as if you were talking to a person who is hard of hearing and has forgotten their hearing aid. Urgently needs to be modernized.

Overall nice KFC. Service was friendly and the order was quick. But the price is pretty decent, hence the star deduction
