Burger und Pommes waren okay, allerdings die Wings waren wirklich gut. bei diesen warmen Temperaturen wirkt der Laden ohne Klimaanlage leider wie eine Sauna … Soßen waren bis auf Barbecue, Ketchup und Mayo auch nicht vorhanden.

Die 4,7 Sterne müssen fake sein. Noch nie so schlechtes (Fast Food-)Essen gehabt. Chef's Choice bestellt, Burger schmeckt überhaupt nicht sehr mager gesalzen, die nuggets eklig, die Chicken Tender auch nicht gut. Da ich zum ersten mal da war, hab ich leider zu spät gemerkt, dass da viel weniger drin war als im Menü angegeben. Nur die Pommes waren halbwegs essbar. Billigstes billig ketchup. Dafür fast 16€ zu verlangen ist dreist. Einmal und nie wieder. Bedienung bisschen unfreundlich, lag vielleicht am heißen Wetter. Kann die guten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Freundlicher Service, leckeres Essen und faire Preise. Der Sonntag ist der perfekte Tag, um dieses Lokal zu besuchen. Vielen Dank!

Der Laden sieht super aus, alles wie in einem Disney Film. Das Essen hingegen war eine absolute Enttäuschung. Das essen schmeckt nach Indien Streatfood. Burger bestehen aus 60% brot, 20% Sauce, 20% Salat und 10% Hänchen. Die Wings waren nicht durch sondern Pink. Meine Pommes waren Braun voller Öl und ungenießbar. Unfreundliche Bedienung ohne Begrüßung...danke für nix.nie wieder

Heute waren wir mit unseren zwei Kindern und meiner Frau zum ersten und letzten Mal bei Belchicken in Wuppertal essen. Wir haben nur zwei kleine Menüs bestellt – eins für die Kinder und eins für uns – und dafür fast 35 € bezahlt. Für diese kleinen Portionen ist das einfach übertrieben teuer. Das Schlimmste war aber das Essen selbst: Die Chicken Wings waren nicht richtig durch. Innen war noch Blut bzw. rohes Fleisch zu sehen. Sowas darf bei Hähnchen niemals passieren! Uns ist direkt der Appetit vergangen. Ich bin dann zu einem Mitarbeiter im orangenen T-Shirt gegangen. Er war wenigstens freundlich und meinte, er könne neue machen. Aber ganz ehrlich: Nach so einem Anblick wollten wir dort nichts mehr essen. Danach kam die Vorarbeiterin bzw. eine Mitarbeiterin komplett in Schwarz gekleidet dazu – und ihr Verhalten war einfach respektlos. Statt sich ordentlich zu entschuldigen, hat sie uns vor unseren Kindern angeschrien und behauptet, ich wäre zu laut gewesen, obwohl ich ganz normal gesprochen habe. Man hat gemerkt, dass sie genau wusste, dass der Fehler bei ihnen lag. So geht man nicht mit Kunden um. Einzig der Chicken Burger war okay. Der Rest war einfach schlecht – viel zu teuer, schlechte Qualität und dann noch respektloses Verhalten gegenüber Familien mit Kindern. Nie wieder. Erstes und letztes Mal. Für die Zukunft sollte man dort vernünftige Mitarbeiter und vor allem vernünftige Führungskräfte einstellen.

Hat ausgezeichnet geschmeckt, Personal auch sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Nur zu empfehlen!

Die Qualität ist immer Glückssache. Burger sind trocken und hart teilweise. Manchmal ist viel zu viel Soße dabei, dass einem übel wird. Ich werde wahrscheinlich nicht mehr dort essen gehen

Die Qualität des Essens ist schlecht, obwohl es teuer und ungeeignet ist.

Das Essen ist köstlich und die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich. Die Toiletten und die allgemeine Sauberkeit sind ausgezeichnet. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

Ich war nie ein Fan von dieser Art von Essen. Aber ich war jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal dort. Man könnte sagen, es ist mittlerweile eine neue Aktivität für mich und meine Familie geworden.

Das Hähnchen war sehr gut, schmeckte wie richtiges Essen und nicht wie KFC. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn es etwas weniger salzig und nicht halal gewesen wäre. Der Service war überaus freundlich, wirklich sehr nett 💓

Leider für uns ein Reinfall. Zuerst haben wir 20 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet dabei war der Laden komplett leer außer wir und noch eine Person waren im Laden. Preislich viel zu teuer für die Portion die man bekommt. Geschmacklich ok. Nichts besonderes. 15€ Menü mit einem kleinen Burger einem kleinen Getränk und eine kleine Pommes. Dazu noch 20€ eine chicken Box davon war das meiste nur Nuggets keine Soßen dazu. Der Kinder Bereich eine sehr nette Idee aber da lasse ich mein Kind nicht spielen alles war verwüstet, dreckig und kaputt. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Ich gehe da schon lange hin und es ist super. Ich fand es etwas schade, dass derjenige, der das Belchicken eröffnet hat, nicht viel verlangt hat, daher ist die Schließung vielleicht ein Problem. Aber uns geht es trotzdem gut. Wir gehen seit vier Jahren hin und es ist toll, oder vielleicht auch schon seit dreieinhalb Jahren. Ich denke, es ist einen Versuch wert.

Hab immer den Hype gehört, aber das erste mal bei mir war: trockene Filets, kleiner Bürger, Ketchup schmeckte mal so gar nicht nach Ketchup (also wirklich bäh), Pommes EXTREM wenig, und… das was dies alles erst respektlos macht: der Preis. Dafür dass man so viel zahlt, sollte das Essen zumindest genießbar sein. Ich bewerte eigentlich nie schlecht, aber dieses Mal ist es fair

Das Essen an sich schmeckt gut. Aber ich musste 20 Minuten darauf warten, obwohl nur wenige Gäste im Laden waren. Gebratenes Hähnchen soll doch Fast Food sein. 20 Minuten darauf zu warten, ist einfach inakzeptabel.

Sehr leckeres Essen bei Bel Chicken in Wuppertal. Der Burger war frisch zubereitet und hat richtig gut geschmeckt. Man merkt, dass hier Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Auch das Ambiente hat mir gut gefallen — schöne Beleuchtung, angenehm hell und gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten, sodass man sich wohlfühlt. Der Service war super freundlich. Kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Ein Ort, an dem man köstlich essen kann! Ich war mit meiner Familie dort. Die Burger sind preiswert. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hervorragend. Man kann dort auch Kaffee und Desserts bestellen. The tranquility and overall atmosphere were quite impressive. As for the service quality, the staff is attentive, friendly, and attentive to their guests. The seating arrangement is also one of my favorite features. The tables are well-arranged, offering a spacious and comfortable atmosphere, avoiding close quarters. The menus were both filling and delicious. If the current promotional pricing policy continues, this place will definitely be a must-visit! Furthermore, the presence of a children's play area inside makes this a popular choice for families. Finally, the cleanliness of the restrooms demonstrates the high standards of overall hygiene.

Delicious but too expensive; I wish there were better options. Once, an employee put one chicken tender too few in the bowl. When I went to her, she immediately knew there was one missing without me having to say anything. If she already knew, why didn't she bring it to me or let me know? Once, the best-before date on a ketchup packet was a few months past its expiration date, but of course, we got a new one. Despite everything, the food is tasty and the staff is friendly.

The chicken burger was very tasty and juicy. The hamburgers simply felt like Meccafood petticoats, which was a no-go. The tenders and wings were also good.

I went to Bel Chicken and I'm absolutely thrilled! The food is fresh, super tasty, and the portions are more than generous. The chicken, in particular, is perfectly seasoned and incredibly juicy. I give the interior and cleanliness of the dining room a solid five. The food is a three at best and nothing special. The children's area is a very good idea, but the implementation was quite dirty when we were there, and some parts of the structure are broken.

I was really pleasantly surprised by the ambiance; I never would have expected it. It was really nicely done and very cozy. The food was okay; I had the 6-piece chicken tenders on the menu. The tenders themselves were super juicy and well-seasoned. Unfortunately, the burger was pretty plain, basically just a patty with some mayo. When I asked later if I could have mayo with the fries, I was told they were empty. I honestly can't imagine that happening in a fast-food restaurant. When we were there (Thursday around 12:30), there was only one employee on site, which was unfortunately noticeable. Everything took a little longer. Maybe just bad luck; I can imagine that's not always the case. Overall, you can see that a lot of attention to detail has gone into the decor, in some places perhaps more than into the food itself. Nevertheless: If you appreciate a nice ambiance and want uncomplicated food, this isn't a bad place to go.

The restaurant is nice and tidy, and the food is good and highly recommended... There's a children's playroom, which makes it especially attractive for families... The portions are a bit small, however, and orders could be taken more carefully. Overall, though, a pleasant place, especially recommended if you have small children...

Great, service and taste was good

Very good chicken; not dry and deliciously crispy. The milkshake was disappointing, though; you could clearly taste the dry seasoning, which made it much less enjoyable. It was also very warm inside, and the awnings were only lowered at the last minute.

I paid €10.90 for a meal, but the value for money was disappointing. The burger was quite small, the portion of fries was very small, and the Coke wasn't exactly generous. For the price, I definitely expected more. The food tasted okay, but overall, it wasn't really worth the money.

Disappointing – Not a recommendation I've given this place several chances, but I've been disappointed every time. There are a lot of insects inside – whether that's due to poor hygiene or maintenance, I don't know, but it's very off-putting. The staff is unfortunately unfriendly, and the value for money is completely unacceptable. You pay over €10 for a burger, fries, and a drink, which I find overpriced considering the quality. You get more at McDonald's for the same price – and it tastes better there, too. The food is reminiscent of McDonald's, but significantly worse. The only positive point: the fries taste really good. What worried me, as well as my friends and family members, was that we always had stomachaches after eating. That really shouldn't happen. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place.

The shop was full of little flies, the food didn't taste good except for the fries and the service was very disrespectful.
