An employee greeted his friends and then, with his unwashed hands, put together more food for customers... Not mine, otherwise the whole store would have had something from it... Dirty, not tidy and long waiting time.

Because they were kept warm, the crispies were more like softies and what they call cola I call slightly colored water. This KFC won't see us again.

I was in the area for work and thought it would be a good idea to go out to eat because there was a service force for everything, car counter, food preparation, billing and all that at lunchtime. The screen with the preparation was packed, I myself have 30 minutes. waited. I felt sorry for the woman at times. The owner should be ashamed, as should the managing director who let his employees down.

Most of the branches are excellent in Germany, except for Braunschweig. The food is old, and I tried Hanover, Berlin, Dortmund, Göttingen, Essen, Düsseldorf, and Oberhausen. They are excellent in all aspects.

If you're very lucky, you'll even get what you ordered. (This has been the case once for 5 visits) Sometimes the service staff can even understand what you want to order. Sauladen!!!👎🏻 Even in English, sometimes communication is NOT possible.

That was the dirtiest place I've ever been in. The tables, chairs, and floor were all filthy...even the men's restroom was awful...I had to ask an employee to clean it... Even a bar is cleaner.

I'm in the hotel next door in Göttingen every week on business. That's why I come here. 8 times out of 10 I get dry, lukewarm or cold fries. You often overlook it because you think it's just the way it is. But sometime is good. After preparation, you place the fries directly in a bag on the shelf, which is then used when an appropriate order has been received. No wonder it's cold and dry every time. 1. Yes. But you have to watch your food. Because of the stress, the numbers of the people collecting the items are not checked. So it happened that I had to wait almost 45 minutes for my fast food. I felt very sorry for the 2 waitresses who worked there. It was really good to do. Personally, I don't think the burgers are that great - my husband and our friends find them really tasty. My favorites are the mashed potatoes with gravy and the crunchy bites. I also think it's really great that you can put together your own drinks and refill them. I'll give it 5 points. And yes - I'm happy to accept the prices there every now and then.

Unfortunately, super disappointed with Kfc, we like to get something in the drive there and wanted to eat inside this time, but no dogs are allowed there, which is why we decided differently. McDonalds and Co are probably a little more open.

The food is really good and a change from the usual fast food. However, the place is so run down. The drink dispensers were both broken and the staff seemed overwhelmed by every little thing.

You only have to rely on ordering yourself on the monitor. If you don't get any further, you won't be helped. Unfriendly staff, I don't think I'll come here a second time

We waited at the drive for so long and were then put off three more times and repeatedly asked what we wanted to order. Then it took forever until the food came.

Tasted good, but unfortunately way too cold on our last visit in winter. Orders were only accepted at the terminal. Depending on your previous knowledge, it can take time. Drinks can be refilled yourself.

For a lot of money, a lot of breadcrumbs and a little chicken. That was my first and last time at KFC. My companion knew KFC from before and was also disappointed. Pathetic rip-off.

Food was good but the staff would rather do push-ups at the counter than get orders ready. Accordingly, I waited for 30 minutes in an almost empty restaurant. In the end I went and the lady put everything on a tray and gave it to me. So EVERYTHING was ready. It was just a wrap, a burger, fries and coke. So my recommendation is clear: McDonalds next door.

First of all, a nice, clean KFC, nothing to complain about from the side. In terms of taste, well, what can you go wrong with dead-fried chicken, breading inside the fry-ready, the first 2-3 pieces taste delicious as usual, but before you're done you get fed up with it and you avoid KFC for the next while, like that also with me. Anyway, I was craving chicken, KFC was nearby, let's go. Had 2 burgers, I think Zinger(?) at around €2.29 a piece, normal and chilli cheese. OK, at €2.29 you don't have huge expectations But that was outrageous, a piece of chicken between two halves of bread rolls, with the chicken covering maybe half of it, the sauce not even filling 1/3 of the base and Chilli Cheese??? - a thin strip about 5-7cm long and 2mm in diameter, covering at best 20% of the burger - there is no trace of chilli, as is ketchup, you can feel cheated. In terms of price, it's easily on par with the competition (McD, BK), with the difference that the competition mostly sells beef, here everything is chicken - the price difference should be comparable to consumer prices - so it should be significantly cheaper (~30-50%), yes Premium burgers as well as the cheapest variant that I had were even slightly more expensive, which is already questionable, but then to be served such a sweet, unimaginative meal is quite harsh. Also the prices for buckets, probably the main business or that The product that defines and differentiates KFC is simply outrageous, exaggerated and unjustified. So in the future, if the desire for poultry hits me again, I'll pick up a wooden spoon and prepare something tastier myself for far less money, which is a shame.

I recently went to KFC and absolutely loved it. I would particularly like to emphasize the cleanliness in the restaurant - the tables were always clean and tidy. The service was also excellent: my food was prepared in less than 5 minutes, which is really impressive. A big compliment also goes to the staff, who were very friendly and attentive. You immediately felt welcome and the staff were always helpful and courteous.

I'm totally disappointed. I ordered a crispy cheese burger and what I got was an absolute joke. The bun was ok, but the little bit of sauce was topped by 1/2 crispy. We still had 10 Chrispys that lost at least 1/3 of their weight. The employees seemed quite listless as there wasn't much going on, which is something I don't know from the branch.

Waited almost 2 hours for the order, after several calls someone finally answered the phone when I asked how long it would take and the driver was already on the way. After more than 2 hours the food finally arrived, of course things were missing, I called again because the food had already been paid for, then I got the friendly answer that they couldn't deliver it, I had to pick it up myself, I told them I could I couldn't pick it up because I'm at work and don't have a driver's license, their answer was that it wasn't their fault, I could order again then they could deliver it... Thanks for nothing and that I wasn't allowed to pay €8 + delivery costs for anything! !!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

A disaster... first of all there is a wrong phone number on the bill so you can't call. I praise the competition here, you can always reach someone. I waited 15 minutes and at the end 2 citizens were missing. When ordering in the drive, I expect people to double check. There wasn't much going on because the drive was empty and there was no one at the checkout. Calling and contacting us didn't work at all.

I've been going to KFC for 30 years. The chicken pieces are getting smaller and smaller. The sledge was bare bone. The rest mini.

The prices are now a ridiculous €26 for a chicken bucket with 10 chickens to share. In addition, the entrance in Drive is far too narrow for a normal car. 2 stars for the friendly service

1. Ordering is super easy and actually uncomplicated, 2. Half of the order is missing and there is too much of what was not ordered, 3. The outside area is not maintained and the tables are not wiped, apart from the fact that the garbage cans are all unfilled . The food is great but everything else really leaves something to be desired and COVID-19 was a lesson for all of us when it comes to hygiene!

I never really liked KFC but I decided to give a chance... I came to the drive and ordered the 6 pieces crispy chicken menu for 9.99€... the disappointment I had when I opened the box!!!!! The French fries portion is a tiny one, but the chicken?!!!! A real description would be mini bite!!!! Even a nugget by McDonalds or Burger King is a lot bigger!!! It is a shame to fill such a big box with 6 mini-tiny-little chicken pieces and ask 9,99 for that! Plus i have to add that it wss wayyyyy to salty! My mind is set for the rest of my life: thanks but no thanks...

So the food, where let's start, the corn on the cob was overripe and really disgusting, as were the fries that were in there for too long, the drinks system doesn't work properly, e.g. when poetry is supposed to come out, Mirinda comes, Pepsi comes out for the iced tea, etc. The service wasn't that good and the tables weren't clean. The children's area consists of two small rotating discs and a high chair, so it is not very comfortable and child-friendly. And everything got even better when we had to wait 45 minutes for a bucket.

Drinks were displayed at the ordering terminal that were not available at the machine. Adding to this disappointment was the fact that some of the drinks displayed did not contain any syrup at all, so you were given sparkling water. When SchwipSchwap only came out orange. It tasted something like the “orange juice” in a youth hostel or the 3L “Fanta” from Kaufland. The staff were friendly but just as helpful as an NPC in Skyrim. When the drinking machine malleur's attention was drawn to this, he took note of this and went out to have a smoke. Nothing else happened. The fries were as tasty as a cardboard box from Jeff, only salty. The visit wasn't fingerlickin' good, but they were greasy afterwards. Well, you know.

The toilet was completely full of piss and I couldn't sit on the toilet. Everything outside was dirty so I couldn't eat and there was still food and trash everywhere. Service was slow, I waited 20 minutes for a small menu even though no one was there. The drinks were completely snotty and forced to serve apple spritzer because 3/6 drinks were sold out and 2 others tasted like nothing. The staff was unfriendly and didn't feel like working, they read the newspaper and bit their nails, plus one of them put the chairs up an hour before they closed. There was hardly any sauce on my burger. At home I had an explosive anus cough, it was extremely painful. Conclusion I'll never go there again. Wonder why the shop is still standing

KFC used to be really great, now you can really forget it - neither the mashed potatoes nor the coleslaw tasted good. You don't have to wonder why the shop isn't running, the tables aren't wiped down and the floor is totally dirty.

Dirty and unkempt inside and out, sticky tables that hadn't been cleared and there was leftover packaging on the floor everywhere, very unfriendly staff, seemed listless and unwelcoming. It's better to go hungry than to go there again. That was the worst KFC I've experienced so far.

well...probably a typical KFC branch. Preparation was very quick and the food was already there ready. What was missing in the end was the gravy sauce for the mashed potatoes and another sauce for the fries.

Toilets were very messy. Since I very rarely go to such fast food chains, I will generally avoid doing so in the future as the prices at all of them have now risen. I prefer to get a pizza there if I'm short on time.

The floor and tables stick like crazy. Sometimes there are leftovers of food lying around. When a group of male teenagers misbehaved and threw fries around, spilled drinks on each other and climbed onto the benches with their shoes, I lost it all. On top of that, they shouted around, left their chaos and left the restaurant. The staff didn't even interfere.

Everything was great with the order. However, I was really looking forward to the 2 chocolate cookies. I opened the first one and was amazed at the color. I then took a look at the mhd. The cookie was one day past its best before date. I'm actually not like that. But with goods like this that are frozen and thawed, you should stick to it. The color, consistency and taste were not like the normal ones. I put the 2nd one next to it. This one looked completely different. My experience has always been that at KFC you have to make sure that everything from your order is in the bag... But expired food. That doesn't have to be the case! Today is May 19th. The food was handed over around 9 p.m. Mhd was May 18th. I'm glad I noticed that so quickly. I wouldn't want to get food poisoning.

Very nice staff, but so far every time I've been there something has gone wrong: either things were forgotten (which of course I only noticed when I got home) or I had to wait almost an hour (even if it doesn't take that long, you wait in the moment). Compared to other branches it takes quite a long time even if it is empty).

I haven't had a Fras like this in a long time. The service was bad. We had to go back to the counter twice because something was forgotten. 3 people packed at the front and there were....5 orders to process. The fries are so disgusting. I'm still annoyed that I spent money on it. Definitely, NEVER again.
