The service was excellent today, and the food was very good as always. That's why I always enjoy coming here.

It's not what it used to be: lukewarm food, staff with poor German skills, trolleys full of empty bottles and dirt on the tables.

The food itself is standard, like at any KFC. However, they initially forgot to include my mashed potatoes when I ordered. When I pointed this out to the employee, she added them, but without sauce, which I only noticed at home. Of course, the staff are often under pressure when it's busy, but that wasn't the case here, which is a shame.

We placed an order totaling almost €80. The Pepsi was missing, as was the Capri Sun, there wasn't enough cheese sauce on the fries, we received small fries instead of the advertised large ones, the toy wasn't included, and the food was cold. As I said, we left almost €80 there – that's unacceptable.

I ordered via Uber Eats, as usual. The packaging was great, sealed. However, the fries were missing. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. Okay, they're probably busy. But please pay closer attention to the order and check everything next time.

The staff were so bored. Unfriendly and uninterested in the customers. The fries were only half full, and they didn't even react to my complaint. I'm talking about the shift on July 27th, 2018, around 6:00 PM. I don't know the other employees. It would also be nice if they cleaned the toilets.

We were there as a group (19 people). We ordered the same meal for everyone. It took 30 minutes to prepare, which we've never experienced at other KFC branches. At others, we've only waited 10 minutes at most. The tables were abysmally clean, and the restrooms were absolutely disgusting.

Terrible service. The order was different from what was on the menu, but they refused to replace it. They spent a long time explaining to me that what was on the menu wasn't what I could get. The manager was incompetent. The staff tried to persuade me to eat something I hadn't ordered.

Unfortunately, I can't recommend it. The food is prepared with absolutely no love and no motivation—the fries are floury, the chicken is bland and just greasy. The shop is very dirty, the restrooms are substandard (familiar blood, etc.). It would definitely be better with proper management.

The food has gotten a bit expensive, a bit warm, and the drinks taste like water. Try adding iced tea to your iced tea. But the staff are polite and the food is delicious.

After work, I went in to order takeout. KFC is a fast-food restaurant, so I expected my order to arrive quickly. The order was placed at 9:45 PM. Now, as I write this review, it's already 10:06 PM, but I still haven't had anything. The curly-haired girl taking the order works very slowly but finds time to chat cheerfully with colleagues. This kind of service is unacceptable.

This KFC is different from all the others. The fries tasted like old grease. The meat was cold. There was drink all over the floor behind the drinks counter. The cleanliness of the restrooms also left much to be desired.

Never been to such a horrible KFC! Ordered at the drive-thru at 9:16 p.m. and left at 9:49 p.m. We stood at the window for over 20 minutes before being sent ahead. It felt like we waited twice as long before we were carelessly handed a bag. When we asked if that was all we needed, since we had also ordered a drink, we were told that the colleague had already given it to us. After we offered to look in our car, he declined and brought us two cups of iced tea, even though we had ordered two apple spritzers and a Pepsi. When we pointed this out, and also that the contents of the menus were incorrect, we were rudely waved aside. We were told to drive around, "You'll find someone there!" So we parked and went into the restaurant, where they continued to accuse us of trying to hurt them. Because of the whole fuss, €40 was a waste of time, because you can't offer it cold to anyone. Absolutely terrible service!

We ordered takeout and waited 30 minutes until they discovered our order had been forgotten. Then we received our order, but it was to be eaten in the restaurant. The shift manager was completely overwhelmed. When we got home, we discovered that the fries were undercooked and therefore inedible. Worst KFC in a long time.
