Food, delicious as always. Hardly any comfortable seating options. Toilet without papers...can happen.

Unfortunately the chicken pieces weren't cooked through, which was annoying but the hunger was greater 😊

Unfortunately it doesn't deserve to be called a fast food restaurant. We've been sitting for 15 minutes and still haven't received any food. The employees are more than unmotivated and look very overwhelmed.

Typical KFC, everything was good, except for the mashed potatoes. It used to taste better. The rest was TOP.

I recently went to KFC and absolutely loved it. I would particularly like to emphasize the cleanliness in the restaurant - the tables were always clean and tidy. The service was also excellent: my food was prepared in less than 5 minutes, which is really impressive. A big compliment also goes to the staff, who were very friendly and attentive. You immediately felt welcome and the staff were always helpful and courteous.

I'm totally disappointed. I ordered a crispy cheese burger and what I got was an absolute joke. The bun was ok, but the little bit of sauce was topped by 1/2 crispy. We still had 10 Chrispys that lost at least 1/3 of their weight. The employees seemed quite listless as there wasn't much going on, which is something I don't know from the branch.

Waited almost 2 hours for the order, after several calls someone finally answered the phone when I asked how long it would take and the driver was already on the way. After more than 2 hours the food finally arrived, of course things were missing, I called again because the food had already been paid for, then I got the friendly answer that they couldn't deliver it, I had to pick it up myself, I told them I could I couldn't pick it up because I'm at work and don't have a driver's license, their answer was that it wasn't their fault, I could order again then they could deliver it... Thanks for nothing and that I wasn't allowed to pay €8 + delivery costs for anything! !!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬

The food is delicious and prepared quickly. There are enough parking spaces available. However, the prices themselves are very high.

A disaster... first of all there is a wrong phone number on the bill so you can't call. I praise the competition here, you can always reach someone. I waited 15 minutes and at the end 2 citizens were missing. When ordering in the drive, I expect people to double check. There wasn't much going on because the drive was empty and there was no one at the checkout. Calling and contacting us didn't work at all.

I've been going to KFC for 30 years. The chicken pieces are getting smaller and smaller. The sledge was bare bone. The rest mini.

The prices are now a ridiculous €26 for a chicken bucket with 10 chickens to share. In addition, the entrance in Drive is far too narrow for a normal car. 2 stars for the friendly service

1. Ordering is super easy and actually uncomplicated, 2. Half of the order is missing and there is too much of what was not ordered, 3. The outside area is not maintained and the tables are not wiped, apart from the fact that the garbage cans are all unfilled . The food is great but everything else really leaves something to be desired and COVID-19 was a lesson for all of us when it comes to hygiene!

I never really liked KFC but I decided to give a chance... I came to the drive and ordered the 6 pieces crispy chicken menu for 9.99€... the disappointment I had when I opened the box!!!!! The French fries portion is a tiny one, but the chicken?!!!! A real description would be mini bite!!!! Even a nugget by McDonalds or Burger King is a lot bigger!!! It is a shame to fill such a big box with 6 mini-tiny-little chicken pieces and ask 9,99 for that! Plus i have to add that it wss wayyyyy to salty! My mind is set for the rest of my life: thanks but no thanks...

Waiting over 30 minutes for an order because the breaks were not agreed upon is not okay.

So the food, where let's start, the corn on the cob was overripe and really disgusting, as were the fries that were in there for too long, the drinks system doesn't work properly, e.g. when poetry is supposed to come out, Mirinda comes, Pepsi comes out for the iced tea, etc. The service wasn't that good and the tables weren't clean. The children's area consists of two small rotating discs and a high chair, so it is not very comfortable and child-friendly. And everything got even better when we had to wait 45 minutes for a bucket.

Why can't I get sugary drinks here? Eating fast food but only having sugar-free drinks available, exactly my sense of humor.

Drinks were displayed at the ordering terminal that were not available at the machine. Adding to this disappointment was the fact that some of the drinks displayed did not contain any syrup at all, so you were given sparkling water. When SchwipSchwap only came out orange. It tasted something like the “orange juice” in a youth hostel or the 3L “Fanta” from Kaufland. The staff were friendly but just as helpful as an NPC in Skyrim. When the drinking machine malleur's attention was drawn to this, he took note of this and went out to have a smoke. Nothing else happened. The fries were as tasty as a cardboard box from Jeff, only salty. The visit wasn't fingerlickin' good, but they were greasy afterwards. Well, you know.

Employees somewhat unmotivated and overwhelmed; not professional but friendly. Food cold had to be submerged. Fries were changed 3 times because they were lukewarm and the fries tasted bad. Cleanliness is better. We won't be coming back.

29!!! Waiting minutes for "fast food"....that's just not possible. In addition, almost ALL drinks are not available!! The only thing available was water and iced tea from a dispenser. The food was the usual KFC quality and tasty, but the long waiting time, the lack of drinks and the ambience (cleanliness looks a little different) give this branch a not so great rating.

So, the staff were friendly and helpful. It's also positive that you can refill your soft drinks yourself free of charge. However, we did NOT like the food. The mayo had a sour taste. The meat wasn't crispy... We won't be coming back🤷

The toilet was completely full of piss and I couldn't sit on the toilet. Everything outside was dirty so I couldn't eat and there was still food and trash everywhere. Service was slow, I waited 20 minutes for a small menu even though no one was there. The drinks were completely snotty and forced to serve apple spritzer because 3/6 drinks were sold out and 2 others tasted like nothing. The staff was unfriendly and didn't feel like working, they read the newspaper and bit their nails, plus one of them put the chairs up an hour before they closed. There was hardly any sauce on my burger. At home I had an explosive anus cough, it was extremely painful. Conclusion I'll never go there again. Wonder why the shop is still standing

The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was also very pretty! It was very quiet and clean!

KFC used to be really great, now you can really forget it - neither the mashed potatoes nor the coleslaw tasted good. You don't have to wonder why the shop isn't running, the tables aren't wiped down and the floor is totally dirty.

Dirty and unkempt inside and out, sticky tables that hadn't been cleared and there was leftover packaging on the floor everywhere, very unfriendly staff, seemed listless and unwelcoming. It's better to go hungry than to go there again. That was the worst KFC I've experienced so far.

Food is okay, although relatively expensive. The price performance is really not that good.

Drinks is without taste, too much water

well...probably a typical KFC branch. Preparation was very quick and the food was already there ready. What was missing in the end was the gravy sauce for the mashed potatoes and another sauce for the fries.

We rarely go there, it's just something different than BK or McD. But almost 31€ for 2 people... 10€ plus you can eat out in many restaurants.

Toilets were very messy. Since I very rarely go to such fast food chains, I will generally avoid doing so in the future as the prices at all of them have now risen. I prefer to get a pizza there if I'm short on time.

The floor and tables stick like crazy. Sometimes there are leftovers of food lying around. When a group of male teenagers misbehaved and threw fries around, spilled drinks on each other and climbed onto the benches with their shoes, I lost it all. On top of that, they shouted around, left their chaos and left the restaurant. The staff didn't even interfere.

The service could be faster. But overall good. :-)

Everything was great with the order. However, I was really looking forward to the 2 chocolate cookies. I opened the first one and was amazed at the color. I then took a look at the mhd. The cookie was one day past its best before date. I'm actually not like that. But with goods like this that are frozen and thawed, you should stick to it. The color, consistency and taste were not like the normal ones. I put the 2nd one next to it. This one looked completely different. My experience has always been that at KFC you have to make sure that everything from your order is in the bag... But expired food. That doesn't have to be the case! Today is May 19th. The food was handed over around 9 p.m. Mhd was May 18th. I'm glad I noticed that so quickly. I wouldn't want to get food poisoning.

Very nice staff, but so far every time I've been there something has gone wrong: either things were forgotten (which of course I only noticed when I got home) or I had to wait almost an hour (even if it doesn't take that long, you wait in the moment). Compared to other branches it takes quite a long time even if it is empty).

Stop fast food with higher prices, normal fast food and unmotivated employees.

Delicious as always, it’s not located at the city center but if you like to walk it’s about 45 minutes from the train station.

I haven't had a Fras like this in a long time. The service was bad. We had to go back to the counter twice because something was forgotten. 3 people packed at the front and there were....5 orders to process. The fries are so disgusting. I'm still annoyed that I spent money on it. Definitely, NEVER again.

Disappointing experience: Unclean and buggy After placing our order at KFC, we were served by an employee with an unprofessional appearance - her long hair was simply tied in a loose ponytail. It is therefore not surprising that in some cases hair is found in food. Luckily this wasn't the case with our order. Unfortunately, however, it appears that staff have difficulty reading orders correctly. We ordered 3 burgers including 2x"Chilli Cheese Crunch Burger", but received 2x "Cheese Crunch Burger" instead. The error continued during output. The wrong burgers were placed on the tray without checking the receipt. However, this tray was not fully prepared for collection. Orders were sorted by number and made available for pickup one at a time to avoid confusion at the pickup counter. Unfortunately, this took quite a long time and the food cooled down. When the food was finally ready at the pick-up counter, we had to tell the employee that we had ordered a drink with it. After a few hours we both had severe stomach problems, especially at night. I wrote this review based on this experience. It is a pity that these inconveniences occurred.

Food is ok, nothing to complain about. Everything was clean and the staff was friendly. But the fact that this American fast food chain is unable to accept American Express is abysmal. All products are Americanized, but the most American credit card is not accepted... crazy

I received the wrong delivery for the second time. I overlooked this last time. Today I ordered 2 Classic Zinger Burgers with extra cheese and a Crispy Chesse with order number X34O45 via Lieferando. The second Zinger Burger is with bacon, which I didn't order, but with extra cheese because I don't eat pork. So I can't eat the second Zinger Burger and so I paid €10 for nothing. I will never order from this Kentucky again. So my experience is so negative.

My first and last visit to KFC! There was hardly any activity there, the tables were dirty and the order was incomplete and cold. After our complaint, we received new fries. When we next complained that both burgers were ice cold (as I said, not a lot of customers), the lady wanted to sell us the cold burgers again. The family at the next table also stood up a few times and complained about their order! For the price, only cold food and afterwards both had a stomach ache for the rest of the day... once and never again, unfortunately one star is still too many!

It's not appetizing to eat in a dirty KFC. Shortly after 11:00 a.m., no tables were washed, the floor was dirty, the drinks dispenser was dirty and only water came out. It's just annoying when the professionals here don't know any hygiene rules. Burger was also cold. Not recommended this KFC.

The employees walk around in a somewhat uncoordinated manner, which means you have to wait quite a while for your order, even if there doesn't seem to be much going on. But they are all friendly!!

The service is terrible, they didn’t put three types of sauce, the drinks were disgusting, the water was mixed with lemonade, they poured three drinks and it was disgusting to drink!! I do not recommend this eatery at all!!! Better than McDonald's. And cheaper and definitely tastier!!!

What can you say about KFC other than it was fast and quick. Point deductions: The deduction does not affect the service, which was good. The deduction is because there is no way to dry your hands with napkins in the toilet. I don't like these air hand dryers. Ambiance: Normal.

So I don't even know where to start or where to stop! Hygiene: So I was at kfc in Göttingen for the first time in my life! And I'm more than disappointed! -There were puddles in the shop, there were also freshly wiped signs there, but it's still not difficult to just wring out the cloth properly! The puddles that were spread throughout the store were also slippery and filled with grease! (just change the water) - The ordering machines couldn't be surpassed in terms of rancidity. Looked like spit stains! The tables were dirty and not wiped! How it should actually be in a fast food restaurant! Then it became clear why, when an employee came and walked around the tables and just wiped the crumbs off! Seriously people? Hygiene foreign word? And that's exactly what it looked like in the whole store! Grade 6! Employees: the employees should rather do a job in the pigsty! It doesn't work at all! German ? None! In Germany !!!!👌 the desire and politeness of the employees was comparable to a garbage can! Absolutely terrible! The music was so loud that you had to scream at each other! Well, I know train stations that were cleaner than this restaurant! I think the managing director should send someone to check on the employees! Because something like that doesn't work!!!!!! Quote: you are better off at any currywurst stall on the street than there! Sorry, but something like that just doesn't work! Since I gave it one star, I have to justify it! The only good thing was that I was there at lunchtime and apart from 2 cars, the parking options were great 👍 All that remains is to say once and never again! Seedy, disgusting, rancid, dirty, greasy and derogatory, the back yard dive bar!

Food was good. The milkshake I paid for was not available. The toilets were unclean and the cabins were locked. The worst thing was the volume. The music was so loud that my ears were ringing and it was impossible to have a conversation with my partner without screaming.

One star deducted because it was slightly stuck under the table. Otherwise it was super tasty and the products were of good quality

Very very slow service in drive through

We have ordered several times via drive-thru and have always been satisfied. So what could go wrong if you eat in the restaurant itself? A lot. Unhygienic is a nice way to describe it given the condition of the restaurant. Had we decided to grab a quick bite somewhere else. Now we're sitting here with a gastrointestinal infection. Not recommendable.

I tried it and in my opinion one of the worst KFC restaurants, cold chicken with a lot of fat. I don't recommend it, look for a closer one because it's not worth it.

Unter aller Sau. Kann nicht sein das man abgelaufenen Coleslaw bekommt. Schon seit einem Tag drüber. Leider ist die Entfernung zu weit um sich dort zu beschweren. So jedenfalls ist es eine absolute Frechheit.

Der Laden ist eine absolute Zumutung, die Hygienevorschriften werden definitiv nicht eingehalten, im Kundenbereich sieht es regelmäßig aus, als wäre eine Bombe eingeschlagen, Tabletwagen sind überfüllt und werden nicht geleert, die Tische voller Essensreste und werden nichtmal abgewischt, ich habe bei meinem letzten Besuch, über eine Stunde beobachtet, dass niemand auch nur dran denktal über einen Tisch zu wischen, aber jetzt kommt noch hinzu, dass man um 20 Minuten vor Ladenschluss keine Bürger mehr bekommt, weil alles schon ausgeschaltet wurde, aber wenn man sich die Belegschaft so anschaut erkennt man ganz klar das Geschäftsmodell, mindestlöhner wohin das auge reicht. Dann muss man die öffnungszeiten halt um 20 Minuten kürzen, dann kommt auch niemand umsonst vorbeigefahren, das schlechteste KFC, dass ich in meinem ganzen Leben jemals zu Gesicht bekommen habe, dreckig und pekig und zwanzig Minuten vor Ladenschluss ist zwar Licht an, aber essen kriegt man keines mehr. Das war der letzte Besuch bei euch, Gott sei Dank, seid ihr gnadenlos inkompetent, dass hat mich nur dazu bewegt, mit absoluter Sicherheit nie wieder diesen Laden zu betreten.

Das Hähnchen ist mega gut, nur leider sind nicht nur die Toiletten dreckig, sondern auf dem Boden im Restaurant und den Tischen klebten Getränke und Essenreste. Auch das geehrte Bild des Erfinders blieb nicht verschont. Ich bin mir ziemlich sicher, dass dies NICHT Essensreste sondern körperliche Sekrete waren…

Das Essen an sich ist gut bis auf das der Burger kalt war. Die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig, die Tische sind ALLE eingesaut und man muss sie selber sauber machen damit man dort überhaupt sitzen und essen kann! Und es ist sehr kalt hier drin, man muss mit der Jacke hier sitzen.

Mittlerweile einfach zu teuer geworden. Ich war begeistert das es endlich eine vegetarische Variante dazu gibt, aber die Preisgestaltung ist einfach zu hoch.

Ist halt fast food. Sehr sauber, aber auch recht funktional eingerichtet. Frittiertes Hähnchen geht eigentlich immer, auch wenn die fertigen Finger schwierig sauber zu bekommen sind. Bestellungen nur noch am Terminal und dann auf den Aufruf warten. Sauberkeit ist super. Hier wird regelmäßig gewischt.

Essen war wie erwartet und schmeckt auch immer gut, der coleslaw ist der Hammer.Ich hatte nur die Pommes nicht so schlecht in Erinnerung. Durch das Nachfüllen a den Getränken bevorzuge ich oft KFC. Wir waren eigentlich da wegen den Milkshake die gab es leider nicht was immer mal passieren kann. Was hier garnicht geht ist die Sauberkeit, kein Tisch ist sauber, der Boden ist dreckig und überall liegt essen. Seit 30 Minuten steht mitten drin auf dem Tisch ein Tablett mit abgenagten Knochen dazu immer wieder irgendwo ein Becher. An der Getränkebar sieht es aus als wäre eine Granate explodiert. Dabei war nur mittelmäßig bis wenig los. Ich bin viel in Fastfootketten aber so etwas extremes habe ich noch nicht gesehen.

Lange Wartezeit ,viel zu wenig Personal

Leider waren die Hotwings mit viel Knorpel und die Pommes lauwarm und labberig. Die Tische alle noch gereinigt und der Müll stand noch auf den Tischen, die Tablett wagen waren alle voll alle voll.

Sauber, und essen ist lecker sehr zu empfehlen

Getränke 2* Die Getränke sind mit Süßstoff gesüßt und haben einen unangenehmen Nachgeschmack. Ketchup ist zu wenig und mit Branntweinessig gestreckt, vermutlich damit der Konsument sich mit weniger zufrieden gibt. Die Preise sind zu teuer für das Gebotene und die Produktabbildungen entsprechen oft, wie bei amerikanischen Ketten üblich, nicht der Realität. Die Pommes sind OK und auch die Hähnchen. Leider schaffen die es nicht, den Gesamteindruck deutlich zu verbessern.

Schon länger her, dass ich hier gewesen bin. Im Prinzip alles gleich wie bei den anderen Gastronomiebetrieben. Online bestellen, am Terminal oder klassisch an der Kasse. Das Essen war sehr gut und echte gute Alternative.

leckeres Essen, mal was anderes als McD oder BK, aber Preise gefühlt noch heftiger/unverschämter als bei der Konkurrenz! Restaurant hier in Gö ordentlich und sauber, keine langen Wartezeiten ...soweit alles i.O. Wären häufiger da, wenn es etwas günstiger wäre.

Gestern zum Mittagessen dort gewesen. Zwei Burger und eine Pepsi dort verspeist. Hatte mich gewundert, warum um 12.10 Uhr dort nur drei Gäste anwesend waren. Musste vor dem Essen noch Müll der vorhergehenden Gäste vom Tisch räumen. Die Burgerbrötchen waren nicht getoastet. Das Fleisch war innen noch rosa. Und das bei Hähnchen. Hatte am Abend einen veritablen Dünnpfiff. Für die Darmreinigung gibt es einen Extra-Stern. Moviprep kostet mehr. Aber ansonsten - nicht gut. Die Leere zur Hauptzeit verwundert mich nun wirklich nicht.

Das hähnchenfleisch ist besser geworden - es ist mir nicht mehr so fettig wie einst - aber die Panade ist schrecklich geworden.

Katastrophe.. Sonntag abends 18 Uhr dort gewesen .. und essen bestellt .. 40 min Wartezeit.. und essen war naja kalt ...
