Was OK, nothing to complain about.

The food has gotten a bit expensive, a bit warm, and the drinks taste like water. Try adding iced tea to your iced tea. But the staff are polite and the food is delicious.

After work, I went in to order takeout. KFC is a fast-food restaurant, so I expected my order to arrive quickly. The order was placed at 9:45 PM. Now, as I write this review, it's already 10:06 PM, but I still haven't had anything. The curly-haired girl taking the order works very slowly but finds time to chat cheerfully with colleagues. This kind of service is unacceptable.

This KFC is different from all the others. The fries tasted like old grease. The meat was cold. There was drink all over the floor behind the drinks counter. The cleanliness of the restrooms also left much to be desired.

Never been to such a horrible KFC! Ordered at the drive-thru at 9:16 p.m. and left at 9:49 p.m. We stood at the window for over 20 minutes before being sent ahead. It felt like we waited twice as long before we were carelessly handed a bag. When we asked if that was all we needed, since we had also ordered a drink, we were told that the colleague had already given it to us. After we offered to look in our car, he declined and brought us two cups of iced tea, even though we had ordered two apple spritzers and a Pepsi. When we pointed this out, and also that the contents of the menus were incorrect, we were rudely waved aside. We were told to drive around, "You'll find someone there!" So we parked and went into the restaurant, where they continued to accuse us of trying to hurt them. Because of the whole fuss, €40 was a waste of time, because you can't offer it cold to anyone. Absolutely terrible service!

Its ok smaller sizes but that's happening every where.

We ordered takeout and waited 30 minutes until they discovered our order had been forgotten. Then we received our order, but it was to be eaten in the restaurant. The shift manager was completely overwhelmed. When we got home, we discovered that the fries were undercooked and therefore inedible. Worst KFC in a long time.

We were really looking forward to our visit to KFC. We hadn't been there in a long time. It wasn't very busy. Unfortunately, we received the wrong meal—okay, it happens. So we politely complained. They tried to explain that I had ordered incorrectly. The service employee went with me to the terminal, typed in the order himself, and my (correct) meal was displayed. Unfortunately, the service didn't acknowledge it. I returned the entire order and informed them that we wouldn't eat there again.

Worst KFC I've ever been to. It's been this bad ever since it opened. The chicken is always dry and tasteless, the fries are soggy and not very good. The staff are nice enough, but that's about it. It's a shame!

Today, I pre-ordered 15 minutes in advance using the app and drove to the drive-through, but of course I had to pull over again, like last time, and wait an extra 10 minutes. So why is this option even there? The real reason for the complaint is that although they included two ketchup bottles, they did NOT include any of the three fries we ordered. It's naturally a great relief to unpack the food at home after the drive back and find half of it is missing.

The venue is not maintained and it's very dirty during our visit. Long waiting times.

I've been there three times so far. Each time, something was missing from my order. Twice the sauces weren't included, and today they forgot to bring the salad twice. I tried to call to clarify the matter, but that didn't help. Not recommended!

Food as usual at KFC, but unfortunately, we waited 40 minutes for our food. The wait was too long for our two small children, despite the children's play area. The processes here need to be improved, as it was definitely not due to excessive customer volume, but rather a lack of organization.

Of three orders made, none were compatible with the products ordered, after spending almost €50 they gave me the equivalent of €30, I went to complain to the staff and they answered me annoyed "what do you expect from this?" Unfortunately, we had to wait about 30 minutes for our order, which was definitely too long for a fast-food restaurant. As a small compensation, they did offer a cookie, which I thought was kind, but it doesn't change the poor organization. We ordered three different wraps, but they were all packaged the same and unlabeled. This meant we had to open each wrap to figure out which one was which, which was very inconvenient.

Unfortunately, this KFC branch was a bit dirty. The staff was friendly, but I had to wait a long time for my toffee milkshake – about 10 minutes. It seemed to have been forgotten. As compensation, I got a large milkshake instead of a small one.

Der Service war schlecht, lange Wartezeit. Ich hatte einen Toffee Milkshake bestellt, der war aber erst nach rund 10 min. fertig. Immerhin habe ich als Entschädigung statt einen kleine Milkshake einen großen bekommen. 😊 Das Personal war freundlich. Die Filliale war leider relativ schmutzig.

Moderate like all fast food chains. I eat there about once a month, always in the restaurant, whichever I specify when ordering and again when paying at the checkout. Partly consciously pointing this out. I always get a take away invoice, which means that the majority of the invoice only shows 7% VAT instead of 19%. The 12% is therefore probably going illegally into the pockets of the franchisee instead of into the tax budget, through which, among other things, our schools and other infrastructure could be maintained.

There is no fast food. Long waiting time, cold fries and the only thing that comes out of the Pepsi machine is water. And that's why I got off the highway.

I prefer the Polish offer, unfortunately the German one does not include Quritto... the most similar ones are wraps and that's it.

I was in the area for work and thought it would be a good idea to go out to eat because there was a service force for everything, car counter, food preparation, billing and all that at lunchtime. Most of the branches are excellent in Germany, except for Braunschweig. The food is old, and I tried Hanover, Berlin, Dortmund, Göttingen, Essen, Düsseldorf, and Oberhausen. They are excellent in all aspects.

That was the dirtiest place I've ever been in. The tables, chairs, and floor were all filthy...even the men's restroom was awful...I had to ask an employee to clean it... Even a bar is cleaner.

I'm in the hotel next door in Göttingen every week on business. That's why I come here. 8 times out of 10 I get dry, lukewarm or cold fries. You often overlook it because you think it's just the way it is. But sometime is good. After preparation, you place the fries directly in a bag on the shelf, which is then used when an appropriate order has been received. No wonder it's cold and dry every time. 1. It tastes like cardboard 2. you pay €12 for a meal with a burger and a drink and get old fries with it. impudence. The photo shows the rest, which is actually beneath me.

Yes. But you have to watch your food. Because of the stress, the numbers of the people collecting the items are not checked. So it happened that I had to wait almost 45 minutes for my fast food. I felt very sorry for the 2 waitresses who worked there. It was really good to do. Personally, I don't think the burgers are that great - my husband and our friends find them really tasty. My favorites are the mashed potatoes with gravy and the crunchy bites. I also think it's really great that you can put together your own drinks and refill them. I'll give it 5 points. And yes - I'm happy to accept the prices there every now and then.

Unfortunately, super disappointed with Kfc, we like to get something in the drive there and wanted to eat inside this time, but no dogs are allowed there, which is why we decided differently. McDonalds and Co are probably a little more open.

First of all, a nice, clean KFC, nothing to complain about from the side. In terms of taste, well, what can you go wrong with dead-fried chicken, breading inside the fry-ready, the first 2-3 pieces taste delicious as usual, but before you're done you get fed up with it and you avoid KFC for the next while, like that also with me. Anyway, I was craving chicken, KFC was nearby, let's go. Had 2 burgers, I think Zinger(?) at around €2.29 a piece, normal and chilli cheese. OK, at €2.29 you don't have huge expectations But that was outrageous, a piece of chicken between two halves of bread rolls, with the chicken covering maybe half of it, the sauce not even filling 1/3 of the base and Chilli Cheese??? - a thin strip about 5-7cm long and 2mm in diameter, covering at best 20% of the burger - there is no trace of chilli, as is ketchup, you can feel cheated. In terms of price, it's easily on par with the competition (McD, BK), with the difference that the competition mostly sells beef, here everything is chicken - the price difference should be comparable to consumer prices - so it should be significantly cheaper (~30-50%), yes Premium burgers as well as the cheapest variant that I had were even slightly more expensive, which is already questionable, but then to be served such a sweet, unimaginative meal is quite harsh. Also the prices for buckets, probably the main business or that The product that defines and differentiates KFC is simply outrageous, exaggerated and unjustified. So in the future, if the desire for poultry hits me again, I'll pick up a wooden spoon and prepare something tastier myself for far less money, which is a shame.

I recently went to KFC and absolutely loved it. I would particularly like to emphasize the cleanliness in the restaurant - the tables were always clean and tidy. I'm totally disappointed. I ordered a crispy cheese burger and what I got was an absolute joke. The bun was ok, but the little bit of sauce was topped by 1/2 crispy. We still had 10 Chrispys that lost at least 1/3 of their weight. The employees seemed quite listless as there wasn't much going on, which is something I don't know from the branch.

Waited almost 2 hours for the order, after several calls someone finally answered the phone when I asked how long it would take and the driver was already on the way. After more than 2 hours the food finally arrived, of course things were missing, I called again because the food had already been paid for, then I got the friendly answer that they couldn't deliver it, I had to pick it up myself, I told them I could I couldn't pick it up because I'm at work and don't have a driver's license, their answer was that it wasn't their fault, I could order again then they could deliver it... Thanks for nothing and that I wasn't allowed to pay €8 + delivery costs for anything! !!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬
