Ordered food. Delivery is quick. But the order was not complete and after several calls no one answered. I'll probably be left with the costs... Never again!!!!

From the ordering to the staff to the food, it's a complete disaster!!! We weren't the first but the last time here today. The staff is unfriendly and so overwhelmed, not to mention the food. Waiting times of 45 - 90 minutes even though there is hardly any activity. The food is usually not what was ordered, cold and inedible. Due to the distance, it's not worth driving back there again. Ice cubes are a foreign concept. Hot drink like coffee just enough to cover the bottom of the cup, if you're lucky it's 1/3 full, if you ask you'll be ignored or told "that's just the way it is here". Not worth a star. Please leave it to those who can or leave it be!

I received today with the order number. K6007 picked up the online order. When we got home we were shocked; the hot wings were burnt and inedible! The fries are flaky! How can you as a worker give out the wings like that? You just can't have a conscience! After several attempts to call the store, we were unsuccessful. Conclusion .... 42.97 € less in your wallet + 40 minutes drive (back and forth) dinner was ruined! Never again !

Really only suitable as a drive through. You can sit in front of it, but it's totally uncomfortable. There were no toilets on site and there were no napkins either. Staff was nice, can't do anything about it. The taste of the food has deteriorated.

Unfortunately not enthusiastic. Very narrow drive in, hardly accessible with an SUV. Staff could smile a bit when selling. Became very expensive. To feed a grown man, you need at least €20. Next time it's better to go to the chicken grill around the corner

If I could 0 stars! Waited alone at the order counter for 20 minutes (after the friendly voice asked for a little patience)... that was too long for me... then drove to the pickup counter and asked why I had to wait 20 minutes and not divorced... The man with a grin meaning "there's a lot going on". There was no one at the counter far and wide... impossible!!! Sundays at 7:15 p.m.... Sauladen!!!!

I've been there 3 times in the last 2 days, once at 10:50 p.m. where the shop closes at 11 p.m. Very good KFC! Even to get something shortly before closing time and with the same good service as always! This is not at all a given as I have a few people in my immediate family who worked at Burgerking in the area. I've never experienced letting one in on a Sunday evening at 10:50 p.m. with the competition, who only do drive, I can understand the reviews 0 here, max, waiting time was 5 minutes. I've now also tried the burgers, which are worlds better than those at Burgerking and Macdonalds. Colonel comes with briouch rolls! I even think the crispy chili cheese is much better than at Burger King, although I used to work there myself. The ambience and service are also great, I can only recommend it and I am grateful that there is a KFC 10 minutes away from me :) Thank you for your work !

This place is fine for a quick stopover but not so much if you wish to eat there. No toilet, no place to wash hands and sometimes no tables (only outside), while I understand it's takeaway only, the place is far more suited for a regular restaurant, especially when people are driving and search for toilet and a meal. Staff are really friendly!

We had it delivered. The food came after 1.5 hours. It was cold, the fries didn't even seem well fried, the prices are high and you can't complain. I would never order from such rip-offs again.

The employee has now given out the wrong food for 2 out of 3 orders. You wait 20 minutes so that half of it is missing or you simply get the wrong burger. Mashed potatoes didn't really look appetizing either. Unfortunately I can't upload a picture here, but normally it shouldn't look like playdough. Unfortunately, chicken pieces were also quite dry.

The prices are really out of this world and you really have to think twice, but the taste is great as always. Unfortunately, coleslaw is often forgotten, even today. Newly opened (2023), clean store. Big drawback: No indoor seating with chairs. Only standing room or outdoor seating with seating.

Hello, I also wanted to give my two cents to the store. I've been working for a company near this fast food restaurant since the beginning of May and have often eaten for some standards. What others describe here happens from time to time but is not a permanent situation here. What you have here is definitely fresh, delicious food. You must not forget that every person/employee is different. In my opinion, friendly staff, helpful if something is missing and don't complain. If the evening is busier than the day, then there are employees who take a little longer, but be patient and would rather wait 5 longer for a warm fries than to get something straight away and it's not fresh :) Summarized: Delicious fresh food, great staff and when it comes to waiting sometimes...it happens and you can survive 👍🏼

The order took a long time even though the store was empty. When we got home we discovered that 3 dishes were wrong or missing. A call to the restaurant: They immediately send a driver over with the correct order. An hour later there was still no one there and I called again - same answer, we'll send someone right away. The KFC is located in a commercial area and is designed purely as a pick-up shop. There are no tables to sit inside and only a few outside. There is also a Pizza Hut in the same building. The ordering system takes some getting used to, but we almost have that now.

I just got a chocolate milkshake with expired milk and fries without salt

There was a plastic cup as a toy for the children's menus. Great toy and so imaginative... The fries tasted very bland and were barely salted. Chicken pieces were partly pink inside. Even though I had pre-ordered and then drove to the DriveTrough, they said I had to park. The food would also be ready. A good 10-15 minutes later I finally got it but had to ask for the second toy from the second children's menu. It was forgotten. There were two cars in the parking lot and it was Saturday. So overall there is very little going on. Not recommendable.

20 minutes for an order is just too long when there are only 2 others. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. Especially since the employees were also very comfortable. 2-3 minutes until 3 cups are full, just too long, especially if you watch the cups being filled instead of finishing packing the bag in that time. You would also like to pay in cash for 5 minutes until someone comes to collect, especially since the order only goes to the kitchen afterwards according to the receipt.

Tried KFC again for a long time. Stood in the drive-in for a very long 25 minutes with only 2 other cars in front of us. Our food was then “parked” 0.5m away from me for 5 minutes instead of being handed to me directly. The employee's one further step towards the issue was probably too much. The food was lukewarm, the salad on the burger consisted mostly of stalks, cheese bites were inedible. I definitely won't need that again. Unfortunately you have to give one star, 0 stars would be more appropriate.

Were here today for the first and last time. The chicken pieces were tiny and don't even get me started on the burgers. A small piece of meat that barely covered 1/4 of the burger was soaked in ketchup. I've never had such a bad meal at KFC!

Today I got a warm milkshake for €5 after waiting 15 minutes. I think something like that is just unreasonable!

"Planless in Roßdorf"... Nothing else to say... Ordered a wrap menu and a super deal box at 4:41 p.m. and received the food at 5:13 p.m. When asked how long it will take: "We make everything fresh." It would be bad if not. But apparently the chickens are also freshly caught and slaughtered on site. Once and never again. The fries were old and crunchy, at least the chicken pieces and wings were fresh from the deep fryer and still hot, after over HALF an hour... Nothing was going on and four employees were walking up and down talking or talking on their cell phones.

The food itself is good, but unfortunately the staff is not familiar with the product names because instead of 6 original bites, when the things that used to be called fillet bites, I was packed with some kind of breaded cheese bits. I went to the drive in twice and both times it took 20 minutes to get my food and both times there was 1 car in front of me! Today I had veggie crispies and 1 portion of fries! When I opened the bag there were nuggets in there instead of crispy ones and the fries were cold! And that after a 20 minute WAITING TIME! This isn't a fast food joint! During that time I cooked potatoes!

We were shocked when we took the so-called Cheese Crunch Burger out of the packaging. Everything is saved here. There was seriously a small spot of cheese sauce and ONE strip of chicken on the burger. Are they kidding you? We even took a photo of the opened burger, but unfortunately we can't attach it here. Unbelievable rip-off!

I ordered and waited for my food for 2 1/2 hours, called in between and was told the delivery man was with you again, he was driving again now and I was the first to get it delivered, nonsense!!! Always check your orders!!!! It's just fast food, so you can't say anything about the food. But I can only advise everyone, especially in this branch, to always check whether everything is inside. Unfortunately, it always feels like something is forgotten and then several things at once. Annoying given the prices.

Was at the drive in. Over an hour before closing time. Wanted to have a menu. Only after the employee had typed this did he tell me that the deep fryer was already off and there were no more fries. No problem. I then wanted to order something else. No menu without fries, just individual pieces of chicken. The employee said I can't order anything else because he's already typed it in and supposedly can't cancel it. He said he would turn the fryer on again and make me fries. Of course he didn't do that. I ordered a combo box. The remaining chicken from the day was simply thrown in there. Hot wings still had feathers on them and the meat just didn't taste good or fresh. The puree was expired and the Cola Zero tasted like spritzi. I will never go to this KFC again. I wasn't given enough change either. Afterwards I had extreme stomach pain.

I arrived at Drive in Roßdorf at 6:25 p.m. and was immediately greeted at the counter with “I’ll be back in a moment.” After 10 minutes the employee “apparently” still wasn’t there. Only after shouting “Hello” several times did a short answer come and you were cut off again. I then drove around the KFC to see if the store was busy, but there were simply no customers in the restaurant or behind me on the drive... so I have no idea what the employee did in the 15 minutes want! When we finally arrived at the order counter, we were neither greeted nor served in a friendly manner. The food was literally dropped in the bag… really shameful!!! The boss should definitely replace his employees, otherwise soon no one will come and the branch may close.

I come here regularly when I no longer have the energy to cook after work. The food is fresh, hot and delicious, the waiting time today was less than three minutes, and the guys and girls were super friendly. Special shout-out to David and Sagar, my shake and pizza specialists, who always do an excellent job in a good mood!

Merciless impudence. This company is called a fast food restaurant? Once again, Fast was not mentioned here. You can't have to wait 50 minutes for 1x bucket and 2x fries. I'm really patient but as I said, this wasn't a unique experience! About 4 months ago I ordered something and went into the restaurant and had to wait a whopping 1 1/2 hours for my food. When I had already waited 30 minutes for my food, an employee came and told me that they didn't have the food I ordered at the moment and that they had to make it fresh, which they said would take 30 minutes. Like I said, I waited 1 1/2 hours!! Since I've seen other reviews that are similar to mine, it's really unbelievable that nothing changes! Maybe get in touch with employees because things can't go on like this.

Ordered lunch via the app for delivery in the evening at 6:25 p.m. Still nothing there at 7:15 p.m. When I called it up, I was told it was my turn next and they would give me something extra. After another 40 minutes the food was finally there. Unfortunately the decision was missing and the order was not complete and unfortunately cold. The gentleman who delivered it supposedly rang the bell, which is definitely not true, and then blamed me for why no one answered the door. So delivery service is definitely no longer used.

How can you be so overwhelmed and disorganized, just ridiculous. Waiting times are utopian. DRIVE's waiting times are absolutely outrageous.

Based upon the ratings I went inside for my order. Made the order up front, then walked on to see what's going on. The lady already seemed to work on it but then the chef (?) came in between asking me if I had already ordered and when I gave my order he seemed to be completely overwhelmed, returned to the lady and had words with her. He then turned around to me again and queried whatever I wanted to have in my takeaway. Glad to be outside again, food was ok but the experience inside wasn't that good.

Mir fehlen die Worte....Grauenhaft. Pommes vollkommen labberig. Der Burger schmeckt nicht. Die Hähnchenteile knapp genießbar. Das Personal ist kaum verständlich und inkompetent. Das Ambiente gleicht einer Zombie-Apokalypse. Alles in allem: einmal und nie wieder.

Klein, eng und schon kaputte, verschlossene Türen. Die Mitarbeiter leider ungeübt und wirken sehr schmuddelig. Pizzahut am Schalter nebenan ist ohne Hinweis unbesetzt.

Haben vor Ort eine etwas größere Bestellung um 22.10 abgegeben. Bestellung erst 23 Uhr fertig gewesen. Zuhause angekommen haben 4 Burger gefehlt. Schmutz !

Kann die teilweise extrem negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Die Wartezeiten sind unterschiedlich, ich wurde aber bisher noch nie wirklich enttäuscht, alles OK.

Essen war lecker! Service total verpeilt. Nichts war richtig. Statt Fanta- Cola. Statt Majo - Ketchup. Musste auf das Essen warten.

Ganz einfach , bestellen zum Mitnehmen. Draußen kann man sein Bestelltes auf ein paar Sitzmöbel verzehren.

Wir waren an einem vollem Freitag Abend da, trotzdem wurde alles unkompliziert und schnell abgearbeitet. Am Schalter wartete ein freundlicher blonder Mann der uns das Essen überreichte. Nach wenigen Minuten konnten wir mit dem essen wegfahren.

Ein reiner Take away KFC/Pizzahut mit zu kleinem Wartebereich, wenn mal ein paar mehr Leute da sind. Die Mitarbeitenden im KFC-Bereich wirken leider meist überfordert oder laaaangsaaam und durch die relativ niedrige Gästefrequenz dauert das Essen leider manchmal länger, wenn sie es frisch machen. (bei keinem meiner bisherigen Besuche hat man die erwarteten Wartezeiten eingehalten) Dadurch leidet leider auch die Qualität. (zu lange lagernde Produkte und Fehler in der Bestellung) Im Pizzahut-Bereich bisher übliche Wartezeit, da die Pizza frisch belegt werden und gebacken werden müssen.

Ganz davon abgesehen das der Betreiber sich das Geld spart auch nur einen Stuhl bereit zu stellen oder wortwörtlich ein Dach, wenn du 2qm drinnen zum warten mit Massen an Menschen überfüllt sind, lässt auch die Qualität des essen stark zu wünschen übrig, auch wenn das personal immer versucht freundlichzu sein sind sie teilweise mit der masse an leuten maßlos überfordert sind. Ich sage wirklich fünf mal das ich gerne extra Käse und Mayonnaise hätte und ich bekomme weder extra Käse noch Mayonnaise sondern Ketchup. Mein Burger was völlig in Soße ertränkt und meine pommes so kalt und labrig das ich sie nicht essen konnte. Das einzige was "gut" war, war die Cola, und das bei einem Preis von knapp 11€ ist einfach frech... Der Colonel wäre entsetzt!!!

Über das Essen brauchen wir nicht zu schreiben, es ist bekanntes Fast Food. Aber über den außergewöhnlich freundlichen Service möchte ich gerne berichte, das ist nicht Standard. Wir kamen Samstag Abend um 0:01 a den Schalter und wollten einen Millshake. Restlich war geschlossen, aber DAVID der Schichtführer hat uns trotzdem 2 Millshake zubereitet und sich hervorragend um uns gesorgt. Es war ein außergewöhnliches tolles Erlebnis in Rosdorf mitten in der Nacht. DANKE

Um eine gewisse Uhrzeit, nachts ca. 21:00 uhr ist es wohl die billig Personalkosten Schicht! Als einzigster in der driveinn Schlange also nur ich, dauerte die bestellung einschließlich bezahlen und entgegen nahme der Speisen 15 Minuten. Davon abgesehen waren Pommes kalt und chili Cheese Pommes gab es nicht. Das Personal war nicht gerade freundlich und habe Motivation dieses Unternehmen nach vorne zu bringen. Eher "hoffentlich ist Kunde gleich weg" In Fällen wo Kunden 15min warten und auch nicht mal bekommen was sie eigentlich wollten sollte kentucky wenigstens ein kostenloses Eis (in dieser hitze) anbieten. Ich denke mal ne 15 Minuten zu warten wenn man einzigster Kunde ist einfach zu lange!

Neues Systemgastronomie-Lokal mit KFC und Pizza-Hut. Wir haben Pizza gegessen, meine Enkelin eine Pan-Pizza Small Salami und ich eine CheesyCrust Tonno mit 2 großen Getränken fasst 35,00 € bezahlt. Das ist eine Frechheit, auch wenn es gut schmeckte. Das Ambiente ist mit einer öffentlichen Toilette vergleichbar: 5 Stehtische auf ca. 30qm verteilt und draußen 4x eine Bestuhlung, die pro Sitzgelegenheit 2 Bänke und einen Tisch als Einheit ausmachen. Ich war vom Essen positiv überrascht, aber Ambiente und Preis unterirdisch.

Sehr pferdefreundlicher KFC 😂. Heute waren wir kurz mal einen Milchshake holen. Zwar hat die Drive In Lichtschranke nicht so gut funktioniert, aber nach kurzem warten wurden wir schnell und freundlich Bedient. Fotos inklusive 🤭 war richtig cool und ich kann’s nur empfehlen

Essen war gut und es ging recht schnell. Allerdings ist es eine Mitnahmefiliale, das wussten wir vorher nicht. Sollte vielleicht auf der Homepage beschrieben werden. Es gibt ein paar Tische, die recht ungemütlich an der Zufahrt stehen. Und das ist dann auch nur bei gutem Wetter möglich.

Das Essen ist Okay, das war's aber auch schon. Wer drinnen am Schalter Essen holt kann sich auf einiges an Wartezeit einstellen, nicht etwa wegen extremem Andrang sondern auf Grund der Arbeitsgeschwindigkeit. Erhält man dann seine Bestellung sollte man diese SOFORT UND DIREKT BIS AUF DIE LETZTE SOẞE prüfen, da hier garantiert etwas nicht korrekt ist (bei bisher 5 Besuchen fehlte immer etwas oder war nicht korrekt).
