Always check your orders!!!! It's just fast food, so you can't say anything about the food. But I can only advise everyone, especially in this branch, to always check whether everything is inside. Unfortunately, something is always forgotten and then several things at once. Annoying given the prices.

Tried it again today for the first time in 3 months, hoping that something has improved. But none, instead of crispys and bites there were only bites and even then 3 pieces were missing. The second time we ordered via Uber Eats at noon at 12 p.m. and stated 5 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. as the delivery time. At 5:45 p.m. we called to see what it looked like and when we could expect it. We were then told that our order wasn't even on the way yet and would easily take half an hour. If the Uber Eats offer hadn't existed, I wouldn't have tried it a second time, but the woman wanted to give KFC another chance. I really don't need a third attempt here at the moment. The reviews speak for themselves. I'm surprised that this feedback hasn't been addressed yet.

Today was the first time that the order worked perfectly. The young lady was also very friendly, hence 2 stars. The last employees were all a disaster and didn't even deserve a star. Wrong or missing articles, no idea about your own stories. Extremely poor German language skills. Kitchen poorly organized.

I had to wait forever at the speaker. I then drove up to the counter. Even though I was seen, no one cared. On the contrary. They made fun of each other about it. Nobody cared about my honking either. After a while the staff even became rude. Never again.

The lights flicker annoyingly and it always takes sooo long until half the food is finished. What can you say about the staff, they are nice and you talk past each other! Otherwise it wouldn't have happened that my children would have received hot winks.

Relatively small and not very busy KFC. The food is usually good - but sometimes the chicken is a bit dry. The service is friendly, but sometimes a bit slow even though there is little going on. Tip: Use vouchers - normal dishes are sometimes quite expensive.

Ordered at 5:50 p.m. should be delivered at 6:30 p.m. I called twice, the driver was on the way, the driver is coming, he'll be there soon but unfortunately it lasted until 8:20 p.m. until this absolute feast absolutely exceeded my expectations and patience. The store is complete garbage, the people are just too stupid to take orders. You have to wait forever for your food. How can they make money there? I've been waiting outside for my order for 15 minutes. I don't understand that. I would have thrown everyone out of there.

We were there last weekend and wanted to grab some lunch. It was only shortly after opening but I had to wait 10 minutes until someone came so I could order. Then it took another 15 minutes until I had the food (I was the only customer at that point). When we got home we noticed that some of the chicken pieces were cold. The taste is standard as always but the service is actually NOT worth ONE STAR.

From the ordering to the staff to the food, it's a complete disaster!!! We weren't the first but the last time here today. The staff is unfriendly and so overwhelmed, not to mention the food. Waiting times of 45 - 90 minutes even though there is hardly any activity. The food is usually not what was ordered, cold and inedible. Due to the distance, it's not worth driving back there again. Ice cubes are a foreign concept. Hot drink like coffee just enough to cover the bottom of the cup, if you're lucky it's 1/3 full, if you ask you'll be ignored or told "that's just the way it is here". Not worth a star. Please leave it to those who can or leave it be!

I received today with the order number. K6007 picked up the online order. When we got home we were shocked; the hot wings were burnt and inedible! The fries are flaky! How can you as a worker give out the wings like that? You just can't have a conscience! After several attempts to call the store, we were unsuccessful. Conclusion .... 42.97 € less in your wallet + 40 minutes drive (back and forth) dinner was ruined! Never again !

Really only suitable as a drive through. You can sit in front of it, but it's totally uncomfortable. There were no toilets on site and there were no napkins either. Staff was nice, can't do anything about it. The taste of the food has deteriorated.

Unfortunately not enthusiastic. Very narrow drive in, hardly accessible with an SUV. Staff could smile a bit when selling. Became very expensive. To feed a grown man, you need at least €20. Next time it's better to go to the chicken grill around the corner

Waited alone at the order counter for 20 minutes (after the friendly voice asked for a little patience)... that was too long for me... then drove to the pickup counter and asked why I had to wait 20 minutes and not divorced... I've been there 3 times in the last 2 days, once at 10:50 p.m. where the shop closes at 11 p.m. Very good KFC! Even to get something shortly before closing time and with the same good service as always! This is not at all a given as I have a few people in my immediate family who worked at Burgerking in the area. I've never experienced letting one in on a Sunday evening at 10:50 p.m. with the competition, who only do drive, I can understand the reviews 0 here, max, waiting time was 5 minutes. I've now also tried the burgers, which are worlds better than those at Burgerking and Macdonalds. Colonel comes with briouch rolls! I even think the crispy chili cheese is much better than at Burger King, although I used to work there myself. The ambience and service are also great, I can only recommend it and I am grateful that there is a KFC 10 minutes away from me :) Thank you for your work !

This place is fine for a quick stopover but not so much if you wish to eat there. No toilet, no place to wash hands and sometimes no tables (only outside), while I understand it's takeaway only, the place is far more suited for a regular restaurant, especially when people are driving and search for toilet and a meal. Staff are really friendly!

We had it delivered. The food came after 1.5 hours. It was cold, the fries didn't even seem well fried, the prices are high and you can't complain. I would never order from such rip-offs again.

The employee has now given out the wrong food for 2 out of 3 orders. You wait 20 minutes so that half of it is missing or you simply get the wrong burger. Mashed potatoes didn't really look appetizing either. Unfortunately I can't upload a picture here, but normally it shouldn't look like playdough. Unfortunately, chicken pieces were also quite dry.

The prices are really out of this world and you really have to think twice, but the taste is great as always. Unfortunately, coleslaw is often forgotten, even today. Newly opened (2023), clean store. Big drawback: No indoor seating with chairs. Only standing room or outdoor seating with seating.

Hello, I also wanted to give my two cents to the store. I've been working for a company near this fast food restaurant since the beginning of May and have often eaten for some standards. What others describe here happens from time to time but is not a permanent situation here. What you have here is definitely fresh, delicious food. You must not forget that every person/employee is different. In my opinion, friendly staff, helpful if something is missing and don't complain. If the evening is busier than the day, then there are employees who take a little longer, but be patient and would rather wait 5 longer for a warm fries than to get something straight away and it's not fresh :) Summarized: Delicious fresh food, great staff and when it comes to waiting sometimes...it happens and you can survive 👍🏼

The order took a long time even though the store was empty. When we got home we discovered that 3 dishes were wrong or missing. The KFC is located in a commercial area and is designed purely as a pick-up shop. There are no tables to sit inside and only a few outside. There is also a Pizza Hut in the same building. The ordering system takes some getting used to, but we almost have that now.

There was a plastic cup as a toy for the children's menus. Great toy and so imaginative... The fries tasted very bland and were barely salted. Chicken pieces were partly pink inside. Even though I had pre-ordered and then drove to the DriveTrough, they said I had to park. The food would also be ready. A good 10-15 minutes later I finally got it but had to ask for the second toy from the second children's menu. It was forgotten. There were two cars in the parking lot and it was Saturday. So overall there is very little going on. Not recommendable.

20 minutes for an order is just too long when there are only 2 others. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. Especially since the employees were also very comfortable. 2-3 minutes until 3 cups are full, just too long, especially if you watch the cups being filled instead of finishing packing the bag in that time. You would also like to pay in cash for 5 minutes until someone comes to collect, especially since the order only goes to the kitchen afterwards according to the receipt.

Tried KFC again for a long time. Stood in the drive-in for a very long 25 minutes with only 2 other cars in front of us. Our food was then “parked” 0.5m away from me for 5 minutes instead of being handed to me directly. The employee's one further step towards the issue was probably too much. The food was lukewarm, the salad on the burger consisted mostly of stalks, cheese bites were inedible. I definitely won't need that again. Unfortunately you have to give one star, 0 stars would be more appropriate.

Were here today for the first and last time. The chicken pieces were tiny and don't even get me started on the burgers. A small piece of meat that barely covered 1/4 of the burger was soaked in ketchup. I've never had such a bad meal at KFC!

"Planless in Roßdorf"... Nothing else to say... Ordered a wrap menu and a super deal box at 4:41 p.m. and received the food at 5:13 p.m. When asked how long it will take: "We make everything fresh." It would be bad if not. But apparently the chickens are also freshly caught and slaughtered on site. Once and never again. The fries were old and crunchy, at least the chicken pieces and wings were fresh from the deep fryer and still hot, after over HALF an hour... Nothing was going on and four employees were walking up and down talking or talking on their cell phones.

There was seriously a small spot of cheese sauce and ONE strip of chicken on the burger. Are they kidding you? We even took a photo of the opened burger, but unfortunately we can't attach it here. Was at the drive in. Over an hour before closing time. Wanted to have a menu. Only after the employee had typed this did he tell me that the deep fryer was already off and there were no more fries. No problem. I then wanted to order something else. No menu without fries, just individual pieces of chicken. The employee said I can't order anything else because he's already typed it in and supposedly can't cancel it. He said he would turn the fryer on again and make me fries. Of course he didn't do that. I ordered a combo box. The remaining chicken from the day was simply thrown in there. Hot wings still had feathers on them and the meat just didn't taste good or fresh. The puree was expired and the Cola Zero tasted like spritzi. I will never go to this KFC again. I wasn't given enough change either. Afterwards I had extreme stomach pain.

I arrived at Drive in Roßdorf at 6:25 p.m. and was immediately greeted at the counter with “I’ll be back in a moment.” After 10 minutes the employee “apparently” still wasn’t there. Only after shouting “Hello” several times did a short answer come and you were cut off again. I then drove around the KFC to see if the store was busy, but there were simply no customers in the restaurant or behind me on the drive... so I have no idea what the employee did in the 15 minutes want! When we finally arrived at the order counter, we were neither greeted nor served in a friendly manner. The food was literally dropped in the bag… really shameful!!! The boss should definitely replace his employees, otherwise soon no one will come and the branch may close.

I come here regularly when I no longer have the energy to cook after work. The food is fresh, hot and delicious, the waiting time today was less than three minutes, and the guys and girls were super friendly. I'm really patient but as I said, this wasn't a unique experience! About 4 months ago I ordered something and went into the restaurant and had to wait a whopping 1 1/2 hours for my food. When I had already waited 30 minutes for my food, an employee came and told me that they didn't have the food I ordered at the moment and that they had to make it fresh, which they said would take 30 minutes. Like I said, I waited 1 1/2 hours!! Since I've seen other reviews that are similar to mine, it's really unbelievable that nothing changes! Maybe get in touch with employees because things can't go on like this.

After another 40 minutes the food was finally there. Unfortunately the decision was missing and the order was not complete and unfortunately cold. The gentleman who delivered it supposedly rang the bell, which is definitely not true, and then blamed me for why no one answered the door. So delivery service is definitely no longer used.
