Kentucky Fried Chicken in Roßdorf

We first happened to drive past this KFC on the way to the pharmacy when it was still under construction. I thought to myself that a new KFC would definitely be cool. About a week ago we were back in the area and saw that the KFC was now open. Curious and full of anticipation, we spontaneously drove to the customer parking lot to eat something delicious on site. The disappointment didn't take long to arrive when we entered the KFC and discovered that apart from a large counter for ordering, there were only a few bar tables. We expected that if there was such a new KFC that it would be nicely and attractively furnished and also have seating. Unfortunately, this KFC is not at all reminiscent of what we know from KFC. You'd think you'd go to an old little fast food restaurant in the bottom drawer with bar tables and that's it. We immediately left the KFC and went somewhere else.

Order placed on Lieferando worth €120! The order arrives but more than half is missing. After calling a few times, someone finally answers. I complained that more than half was missing! The employee says sorry, we'll send it out as quickly as possible, but it only arrived after an hour and half of a new order is missing again then they say it's a system error! I then said that I don't pay for the new order and don't accept it, he should get me the complete order then the driver threatens to call the police 😂 I call the police no problem then after calling the restaurant 20 times someone finally answers and what comes from them is the same system error I say that it's not my problem and I want my order complete then I also pay for the new order because I had already paid €120 online for the first one but the employee says yes to me Let the driver drive on, I'm like, he's already gone a long time ago, so the end of the story is a shop that's only famous for chaos and instead of looking for the fault, it's the customer's fault!!!!!!!!!

I must be honest with this place. Worse it's can get but this time the service was absolute disaster. When I have ordered for KFC , they have forgotten my drink and a bucket with 10 fillets and for this I have paid 15€ Then the service didn't want to do my order because it's was really a long order (It's not my fault that your team organization is a disaster) but you still have to do you client order , because you work there. Check your order , when you get it because they will steal from you!

Absolutely not recommended, ordered online, according to the order email you should pick up at the drive-thru, but when I got there there was no one there. Then I continued to the drive in counter, again no one there 😂 after waiting a few minutes, went into the store, and surprise, no one there again 😂 finally after a few minutes someone from the kitchen just said a moment and came and served the order. After eating the food one of us had a bad stomach, the only thing different in our orders was the coleslaw. Please don't go to this store.

I've been to this KFC several times (4-5 times) and the same problem every time: the portions of fries and chili cheese sauce are a disgrace. Hardly any fries in the box, the sauce is only a third full - and that's at the prices that KFC charges. That doesn't work at all! If you pay for a good portion, you should get one. Very disappointing, I will consider ordering from here again.

A pure drive-in restaurant... If you need something like that then it's suitable but otherwise rather annoying... No toilet... Nothing to sit inside. As mentioned... If you just want to take something with you, you're in good hands there... Otherwise not recommended.

Relatively small and not very busy KFC. The food is usually good - but sometimes the chicken is a bit dry. The service is friendly, but sometimes a bit slow even though there is little going on. Tip: Use vouchers - normal dishes are sometimes quite expensive.

Clearly a little busy shop with shabby snack bar furnishings, only a few standing tables and benches outside, and last but not least, no umbrellas or anything similar. It's a shame that people build something like that these days

We were there last weekend and wanted to grab some lunch. It was only shortly after opening but I had to wait 10 minutes until someone came so I could order. Then it took another 15 minutes until I had the food (I was the only customer at that point). When we got home we noticed that some of the chicken pieces were cold. The taste is standard as always but the service is actually NOT worth ONE STAR.

Waiting times of 45 - 90 minutes even though there is hardly any activity. The food is usually not what was ordered, cold and inedible. Due to the distance, it's not worth driving back there again. Ice cubes are a foreign concept. Hot drink like coffee just enough to cover the bottom of the cup, if you're lucky it's 1/3 full, if you ask you'll be ignored or told "that's just the way it is here". Not worth a star. Please leave it to those who can or leave it be!

I received today with the order number. K6007 picked up the online order. When we got home we were shocked; the hot wings were burnt and inedible! The fries are flaky! How can you as a worker give out the wings like that? You just can't have a conscience! After several attempts to call the store, we were unsuccessful. Conclusion .... 42.97 € less in your wallet + 40 minutes drive (back and forth) dinner was ruined! Never again !

Really only suitable as a drive through. You can sit in front of it, but it's totally uncomfortable. There were no toilets on site and there were no napkins either. Staff was nice, can't do anything about it. The taste of the food has deteriorated.

I've been there 3 times in the last 2 days, once at 10:50 p.m. where the shop closes at 11 p.m. Very good KFC! Even to get something shortly before closing time and with the same good service as always! This is not at all a given as I have a few people in my immediate family who worked at Burgerking in the area. I've never experienced letting one in on a Sunday evening at 10:50 p.m. with the competition, who only do drive, I can understand the reviews 0 here, max, waiting time was 5 minutes. I've now also tried the burgers, which are worlds better than those at Burgerking and Macdonalds. Colonel comes with briouch rolls! I even think the crispy chili cheese is much better than at Burger King, although I used to work there myself. The ambience and service are also great, I can only recommend it and I am grateful that there is a KFC 10 minutes away from me :) Thank you for your work !

This place is fine for a quick stopover but not so much if you wish to eat there. No toilet, no place to wash hands and sometimes no tables (only outside), while I understand it's takeaway only, the place is far more suited for a regular restaurant, especially when people are driving and search for toilet and a meal. Staff are really friendly!

We had it delivered. The food came after 1.5 hours. It was cold, the fries didn't even seem well fried, the prices are high and you can't complain. I would never order from such rip-offs again.

The employee has now given out the wrong food for 2 out of 3 orders. You wait 20 minutes so that half of it is missing or you simply get the wrong burger. Hello, I also wanted to give my two cents to the store. I've been working for a company near this fast food restaurant since the beginning of May and have often eaten for some standards. What others describe here happens from time to time but is not a permanent situation here. What you have here is definitely fresh, delicious food. You must not forget that every person/employee is different. In my opinion, friendly staff, helpful if something is missing and don't complain. If the evening is busier than the day, then there are employees who take a little longer, but be patient and would rather wait 5 longer for a warm fries than to get something straight away and it's not fresh :) Summarized: Delicious fresh food, great staff and when it comes to waiting sometimes...it happens and you can survive 👍🏼

The KFC is located in a commercial area and is designed purely as a pick-up shop. There are no tables to sit inside and only a few outside. There is also a Pizza Hut in the same building. The ordering system takes some getting used to, but we almost have that now.

There was a plastic cup as a toy for the children's menus. Great toy and so imaginative... The fries tasted very bland and were barely salted. Chicken pieces were partly pink inside. Even though I had pre-ordered and then drove to the DriveTrough, they said I had to park. The food would also be ready. A good 10-15 minutes later I finally got it but had to ask for the second toy from the second children's menu. It was forgotten. There were two cars in the parking lot and it was Saturday. So overall there is very little going on. Not recommendable.

20 minutes for an order is just too long when there are only 2 others. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. Especially since the employees were also very comfortable. 2-3 minutes until 3 cups are full, just too long, especially if you watch the cups being filled instead of finishing packing the bag in that time. You would also like to pay in cash for 5 minutes until someone comes to collect, especially since the order only goes to the kitchen afterwards according to the receipt.
