Kentucky Fried Chicken in Oldenburg (Oldb)

The fries were greasy and soggy, and the burger was lukewarm. Other than the drink refill, I was rather disappointed.

Very nice staff, but the food wasn't good. Soggy fries, dry breading, and dry meat. Not even the kids ate it. The hot wings were the only good thing.

Clean KFC. Everything worked and tasted good.

It was really delicious. The staff were all really nice and I was able to improve my English, but it costs money and it tastes good, I really recommend it.

The last time I was there, it was a disaster: The food was cold, it took a long time to prepare, all the tables were dirty, and it was loud. The other new branch in Oldenburg is a very good alternative to this one.

The employee behind the counter is constantly leaning over the finished products in the rack and calling something to the kitchen. It doesn't look very appetizing.

For a KFC, the food is very good. It's served quickly. The fries were fresh and the chicken was juicy.

Food as always... You can hardly go wrong... But the service is overwhelmed. Everything is a bit dirty outside, and the wait times are loooong.

Today was our first time at a KFC restaurant. The service was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself didn't seem very appealing. The food didn't really impress us. It wasn't tasty, just very salty and spicy. The fries weren't crispy. The dipping sauce wasn't to our liking either. The price/performance ratio wasn't good. If I had to go for fast food, I'd rather go for one of the other big chains.

I've been here many times. Overall, I'm satisfied. They used to have Mirinda orange soda. Now they have Schwipp-Schwapp. Doesn't taste as good. Too bad.

We stood in front of the drive-thru counter for five minutes. We then drove up to the window and knocked on the glass, but unfortunately, the conversation between the employees seemed more important than the customers.

This is a really dirty store! Stuff is lying around everywhere, everything is sticky at the drinks station, and the employees are chatting behind the counter without paying any attention to the customers. It would be a good idea to teach them how to clean the customer service area while they're not serving customers at the checkout or anything like that.

I don't understand what so many people are up to here. The food is great, the staff is always friendly. From ordering at the vending machine to receiving your food, it takes less than five minutes. Many fast food chains could take a leaf out of their book.

After work at 10 p.m., you just go in and think, grabbing something to eat is quick. Yeah, yeah. After waiting 45 minutes, the employee comes out and says the original parts are sold out. Great, you notice that after almost an hour, right? Apple spritzer is also sold out, so the menu itself was probably sold out. Then, after what felt like an eternity, the food finally arrives. And what a coincidence, my burger was missing. Great, as if you weren't pissed off enough because of the wait, so you run back in and convince the guy that the burger was really missing. After an hour, everything was finally there, and the fries were just rubbish, although KFC's are the worst anyway. Great first experience at KFC Cloppenburg. I think that was a first 😅

We were in the drive-thru and the man who served us was very nice! But the chicken was completely dry; it had definitely been sitting around for a while! Among other things, we got cold chicken burgers... and the wrong drink. Once and never again. I pray I don't get food poisoning. BTW, I ordered a schwipschwap (a kind of squid) and (see picture) got something exotic that really didn't taste good :)

We were there this morning. The service was super friendly and everything was perfect. The food was delicious. All in all, very good. We'd love to come back.

Okay, it's fast food, so it doesn't have to be healthy :D We've never had any problems with them And even when there were minor breakdowns, we quickly came to an agreement :) The lady at the window should get a raise for her very nice service :D This is not my first time here and it won't be my last Greetings to the entire KFC Oldenburg team! Simply awful. The meat and wings were cold...not even lukewarm, just cold. The fries were also cold and soggy. The whole thing still took 25 minutes, for whatever reason. The sauces were wrong on the tray, and the cup was forgotten. If we're being honest, KFC is just extremely expensive compared to other places! Unfortunately, this isn't the first time, especially here in Oldenburg. Still, people are always stupid enough to try this place. We'll definitely never go back!

Not a great branch - difficult to reach on foot or by public transport as you have to go through the drive-in. And children are more likely to like this food. There are better alternatives

It's still at the very beginning in Cloppenburg, just newly opened. But there is a lot of room for improvement here. Maybe plan a few more training days. Work processes, order and cleanliness and then customer communication. Then maybe it will be something???

New opening in Cloppenburg, ordered two buckets with two side dishes each, paid just under €40. One bucket was smaller, when I asked where all four side dishes were, the employee said everything was in the bucket and offered, if I didn't believe it, I should take a look. I didn't want to seem rude, so I said I believed him. When we got home, opened it, and of course two side dishes were missing. It's a shame that the new store is in our city and people are already being lost.

The chicken is always freshly prepared, juicy on the inside and nice and crispy on the outside - exactly how you want it. Whether it's hot wings, filet bites or the classic bucket, you get exactly what you expect here: delicious fast food with the typical KFC taste. Side dishes such as fries, coleslaw or corn on the cob are always a good choice.

Unfortunately not. The food was almost cold, the staff weren't paying attention to the customers while cleaning, there was a bad smell of cleaning products everywhere, dirty rags on the tables, and buckets of water in the way to the tables.

Honestly, I don't like fast food, but this place is totally underrated!!! Very nice helpful staff!! Despite mistakes made by customers, they are very accommodating! If I could, I would have given the service more than 5 points! Thank you, I'll be happy to come back!!

Took something back today. Unfortunately, not everything was received for the second time. Today it was annoying because it cost me more than 10 euros. Unfortunately no one was available by phone so I left something on Google. The food is good, but the service on site is a bit poor. I also received the wrong tray on site almost 4 weeks ago despite being informed.

For the price it was a bit too little. But okay. Well, the quality is higher, but it's still a fast food restaurant, which doesn't necessarily justify higher prices. The ambience isn't that great either. A bit old: chairs are broken. Backrests are loose in the seat or are snapped (risk of injury!!!), tables are unclean.

At the beginning I liked the store relatively well, but now and over the years things have gone terribly wrong. Ordered three times in the last few weeks and have always been very dissatisfied. I have no idea why I'm still trying again. But after last time it definitely was. Received food that was extremely dry and shrunken. See photo This couldn't have happened within 12 hours or so. I think the food was more than 24 hours+ old. How can you give something like that out? Why isn't this checked regularly? The health department belongs there. Ordered, drove off and then threw it in the trash. And now for the second time. I have no idea how this will be compensated. I've actually never seen such disgusting food before.

In my opinion, KFC is the nastiest fast food I've ever had. Extremely greasy, salty and bad taste. In addition, the shop is totally dirty on Saturday afternoon, the sinks in the toilet are partially broken (children's sink) and there is no paper to dry with. Never again!

My friend and I were there on December 30, 2024. The order went smoothly and we got exactly what we ordered. The food was definitely fresh and warm. The decor is okay, but the tables were dirty. The toilets were clean :)

It's very surprising when you order a 0.5 Pepsi Lime and then only get a 0.3 cup with the message that you are only allowed to give out small cups. The icing on the cake is...there was no Pepsi Lime at all!! I can only fool myself... Never again!!

I ordered a “Crisby Burger”. There was a small, lonely nugget in there that was half the size of the bread. I basically have bread with a disgusting ketchup, mustard and dried cheese mixture. ate and a tiny bit of cold nugget and all at 11:50 p.m. I think this was done on purpose because I was there just before closing time. Summary: The shop looks good and promising, but the food tastes like rotten bananas from the GDR. And we got a stupid toy. (We wanted the pink one) Best regards (No hate)

Ordered from Lieferando. After 2 hours the driver arrives. The food is then not the right one and is also cold. Cancellation will be refused according to KFC. Lieferando, however, was able to cancel. Conclusion: Order somewhere else.

The young man in service was very nice! So much for the positive!! There were only two other guests present at lunchtime, but almost all the tables were dirty! I just ordered the “Medium Home Bundle for 3” with my colleague at KFC. What kind of idiots actually work there? Forgot 1 burger (my main course) Forgot the sauce for my mashed potatoes (it's getting cold at the time you want to send it. It's been an hour again.. hard as a rock now.) Forgot fries twice (the side dish for the main courses my colleague) Now we've been sitting here for an hour and neither of us can start.. And all this for 38.48 euros.. Sorry, I worked in the catering industry for 7 years. If I were the boss of this store, I would have terminated everyone involved with this order without notice. Absolutely shameful. A real disgrace for a catering business!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Defenetively the last time!!!!

Highly recommended. Delicious food and the most important thing: you stay full and don't feel hungry again after 45 minutes like with BK or MC. Unfortunately the drinks refill was defective. But the employees gave everything 💪

Unfortunately a personal chaos. Everyone is confused, no one knows what to do. In the end, three out of four burgers are empty. As a bonus, the drinks machine doesn't work for this. Tip: Check everything on site and make sure everything is correct. And if necessary, have mayo, onions, lettuce and cheese at home. The lighting from the sign outside works. That was great.

I've wanted to go to KFC with my family for a long time. When I was a child, I remember it was always a highlight. Today we were in Oldb. and then we went to KFC :-) It was definitely not a highlight! Very long waiting times, no cutlery on the tablet, no napkins, missing paid chicken parts - we received everything when we asked. The refil station is broken and you are being served from PET bottles. Unfortunately, the guest room and the toilets leave a lot to be desired. The toilet doors open inwards and the person who is washing their hands gets hit in the back. My kids couldn't understand my euphoria before. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back again.

It took a long time for our two veggie burgers to arrive. These were then delivered without lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. Furthermore, the tap machine was broken and warm drinks were being served from bottles. The table was dirty.

Absolutely understaffed!!! You wait for half an eternity and are asked 4 times to wait a short moment again during the drive in. First you stand at the drive in 10 minutes, then at the food distribution another 15 minutes and I was the only one in the drive in. Hire more people! It definitely works better at the other KFC in Nadost.

There are people working here who can't even speak German. They don't even understand what they're doing. My order was postponed for 6 more orders even though I ordered before that. The workers don't even work. The two of them are hanging out at the checkout, walking slowly and the drinks machine has been broken for weeks. There's no work being done here!!! (The food is good)
