Unfortunately a personal chaos. Everyone is confused, no one knows what to do. In the end, three out of four burgers are empty. As a bonus, the drinks machine doesn't work for this. Tip: Check everything on site and make sure everything is correct. And if necessary, have mayo, onions, lettuce and cheese at home. The lighting from the sign outside works. That was great.

Waiting time approximately 35 minutes. One burger was almost cold, the other was very oversalted. The place is dirty. Tables not cleaned, places for trays filled to the brim. The worst place we have seen from this chain. Rating 0/5

I've wanted to go to KFC with my family for a long time. When I was a child, I remember it was always a highlight. Today we were in Oldb. and then we went to KFC :-) It was definitely not a highlight! Very long waiting times, no cutlery on the tablet, no napkins, missing paid chicken parts - we received everything when we asked. The refil station is broken and you are being served from PET bottles. Unfortunately, the guest room and the toilets leave a lot to be desired. The toilet doors open inwards and the person who is washing their hands gets hit in the back. My kids couldn't understand my euphoria before. Unfortunately, we won't be coming back again.

It took a long time for our two veggie burgers to arrive. These were then delivered without lettuce, cheese and tomatoes. Furthermore, the tap machine was broken and warm drinks were being served from bottles. The table was dirty.

Food was good BUT the shop is completely filthy! Everything sticks, garbage everywhere on the floor and the tables. The shift manager shouts at his employees in front of everyone in the guest room and insults them.

Absolutely understaffed!!! You wait for half an eternity and are asked 4 times to wait a short moment again during the drive in. First you stand at the drive in 10 minutes, then at the food distribution another 15 minutes and I was the only one in the drive in. Hire more people! It definitely works better at the other KFC in Nadost.

Don't go there! It's not worth it, it's very expensive and the quality is zero.

There are people working here who can't even speak German. They don't even understand what they're doing. My order was postponed for 6 more orders even though I ordered before that. The workers don't even work. The two of them are hanging out at the checkout, walking slowly and the drinks machine has been broken for weeks. There's no work being done here!!! (The food is good)

Food was lukewarm, fries were totally over salted and the bags of fries weren't even properly filled. Hot wings and crispys were dried out. They must have been there for a long time. Drinks refill was only possible at the counter because the drinks station was out. The cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. Not even soap in the washroom. My son then ordered something else and the fries were cold and too salty. When asked, he said they were only fresh. Sorry, that doesn't work. Better drive to Bremenhabenhausen. Everything is fresh and super delicious. Juicy and tender as you would expect for the price.

Industrial chicken, industrial fries, there was nothing else there. Never again...

Well, no Diet Coke, no 7up, the burgers look strange when a piece of chicken is folded with 2 drops of sauce, fries without ketchup/mayo, the ordering terminals were blocked... There is still a lot of room for improvement!!

Nothing really works here. Order terminals defective. Soda machine broken. Milk shake machine broken. And vouchers are not accepted here anyway.

I ordered there yesterday afternoon at the drive-in counter, and a super nice and friendly lady took my order. The food was also good. I'm already looking forward to the next time :)

Too salty food. Dirty tables. Self service screens are not working

They are extortionists, not even the butter for the corn is free, you pay extra for the sauce, the service is such that they obviously only want to take care of you for money. Never in my life will I come to the cash register, they sold a full can of terras, it wasn't even half of it, it was just thrown away, ugh, I can be ashamed

Today I ordered a Kentucky BBQ Zinger from Lieferando from the menu with chille cheese nuggets and a few other things. The nuggets and burger were forgotten. Called several times and no one answered. Order of almost €30 thrown in the trash 👍🏼 thanks for nothing.

Don't add salt to cold food for free

The food wasn't to our taste. The toilets aren't that clean and neither are the sinks in the anteroom... the soap dispensers are greasy or broken. Butter with the corn costs 50 cents extra.. I was disappointed

Was worth the money, really good crisp on the chicken and the Zinger. The staff was friendly. Overall the environment was really good, the seating area was clean and tidy. Would Definitely visit again!!!!!

This was my second time at this KFC. The first time it was disastrous. Dirty tables, dirty floor. I thought maybe I had a bad time. So I forgave them. The second time there was mold in the toilet, no soap, it smelled. The shoes stuck to the floor, the tables were dirty again, the drinks machines only gave water. Everything was dirty. We were disgusted about eating anything there. If things are so messy in the visible areas, then things can be even worse in the kitchen. I'm afraid that the employees won't pay attention to personal hygiene if they allow such dirt. Yuck, I'm disgusted by this place and don't recommend it to anyone unless you want to eat in a place where mold grows.

Change from before....to the negative (2021)Very good..... I love KFC so every 1 - 2 weeks I need a bucket. Add fries and corn. Leka Update 09/23 generally always too few staff... and the drive-in is closed for weeks or months. Update 04/24 Situation has improved again... Everything is fine again.

I really enjoyed the food there but unfortunately I forgot my wallet at KFC. I was treated very kindly and after a short consultation the wallet was sent to me directly with two vouchers.

Unfortunately didn't speak any German, lots of people behind the counter who would rather talk than wipe the table. Very bad for the money, the portion wasn't great. It's a shame we were happy. Addendum: even a general answer doesn't help; it would be better to clean, change staff and work with passion to achieve a good result.

I don't go to KFC often, but I've still not received parts of my order several times. At the store you really have to check your food three times to make sure everything is there, the staff is unfortunately very incompetent (20 minute wait for "fast food" and everyone speaks little to no German. I won't set foot in this store again.

Food was great! When it opened today at 2 p.m. they arrived almost 7 minutes late, those who were there before left! You couldn't understand the service at the checkout, the communication between the customers was too quiet! When we ordered, we noticed that we had ordered a 0.5 liter drink with our meal but only received a 0.33 cl cup! Mayo + ketchup only have 1 bag each even though we said 4 * each of mayo and ketchup! Staff very unfriendly at the door when I opened it, there wasn't even a hello or an apology for opening it later! That's why only two stars from me/us!!

I just came from the KFC branch. I had to wait a good 15 minutes to place an order. Another 10 minutes until the order came. This wasn't even complete. This happened to some other customers too. The restaurant is dingy. The specialists don't seem motivated. Maybe the GA should take a look.

It's a fast food joint. Does what it's supposed to do: quick food to fill you up. Soft drinks can be refilled free of charge.

Food continues to be great. Unfortunately, as with every visit there, the toilets were totally dirty and some of the locks were broken.

This was the first visit in years - at that time we were in a different branch. All the free tables here were dirty, no wonder when you don't have a plate on which to eat the chicken pieces and the three graces at the counter prefer to stand together instead of walking through the shop with their rags. There was almost nothing going on at the time of our visit... The toilets matched the rest of the impression. Not nice. The food itself was delicious, but eating the mashed potatoes with a wooden spoon took a lot of getting used to! The possibility of refilling the drink yourself was positive. In terms of price, we could have gone to a simple Italian restaurant for the chicken pieces, puree and drink. Therefore the next visit will probably take years again.

Expensive fast food. For that money I should have eaten at a real restaurant. Toilets smell unpleasant and the floors stick.

I was there today, 03/03/24, around 12:20pm with my son, who is a big KFC fan, but we left disappointed because the opening times on Sunday from 11:00am were clearly written on the door and we At that point the doors were closed the whole time. Everything was closed, only one employee was quietly smoking a cigarette on the terrace.

Unfortunately, shortly after 8, the restaurant had already put up all the chairs and closed the drive-in, which was a shame, we drove 34 km for this because it says on the internet that it is open until 11 p.m.! It's a shame and not the first time

You wait over 40 minutes for food

The food is fine, as is the ambience. However, unfortunately I don't like the service here at all, the shop here closes whenever it wants, the staff is semi-nice and recently the opening times have been changed without notice (nowhere visible), so I recently had to travel a long way for nothing.

Food tastes good, but the food is different from my order. This is not the first time they have made mistakes with the quantity and type of burgers.

The shop in Oldenburg was closed again and we drove 20km there to eat at McDonald's afterwards

There should definitely be a money back guarantee. Ordered food in the drive for the second time and received the wrong order. It was also dinged when it was exchanged. Last shop.

Far too few staff for the number of guests. We waited over 30 minutes for our food with two small children - a disaster!! Nobody had cleaned it in the last few hours. There was leftover food everywhere etc. really disgusting. The employees were simply not friendly and really annoyed by the customers.

The place is so dirty, tables are not clean, around tables dirt, toilet Is the best. I wanted to lock myself in the toilet cabin and the lock was not working and sinks were not working, toilet lid broken off, around mirrors already something green growing. Next to Dyson hand dryer was terrible. Just because of this I don't think that food is made also very clean. Staff I think is going to the same toilet

Naja der Laden wirkte ein bisschen dreckig and der Softdrink Maschine sah es nicht sauber aus sondern eher ekelhaft dazu dass meine Bestellung nur eingepackt werden musste ohne dass was nachkam musste ich 15min warten um am Ende kaltes Essen serviert zu bekommen bei den „crunch“ Burgern gab es leider absolut keinen crunch sondern es war eher labberig Wünsche mir einfach nur einen guten KFC in der Nähe ._.

Zum mehrfachen male sind wir leider wieder enttäuscht worden... Langes Warten im Drive ca. 20 min +(1 Auto vor uns) kaum Gäste im Laden... und dann 3 einfache Hähnchenburger mehr kalt wie lauwarm :-(

Da es mir leider nicht möglich ist Sterne im Minus Bereich zu vergeben muss ich nun doch 1 Stern vergeben, schade. Die Mitarbeiter die in der Kundenbedienung arbeiten sind unhöflich, inkompetent und provozierend. Ich würde den Chef empfehlen diese Mitarbeiter dem Kundenservice abzuziehen. Viel zu klein und barrierefrei nicht erreichbar. Essen war kalt und die Bedienung unfreundlich - sichtlich überfordert angesichts der MenschenMassen. Nicht empfehlenswert. Update vom Januar 2024: Die Bedienung war sichtlich bemüht und freundlich, so gut es in so einem Job eben gehen kann. Für Mindestlohn ein Kackjob. Das Essen war warm und augenscheinlich frisch. So viel zum Positiven.

Unsere Bestellung wurde vergessen(Wartezeit 25min)WC sehr treckig, Personal wirkte auf mich etwas Planlos/überfordert. Keine möglichkeit am Bestellterminal die Burger anzupassen. Essen sonst gut.

Bewertung ist über den neuen KFC in Nadorst. Haben viel zu lange gewartet und dafür kaltes Essen bekommen. Danke KFC Verschwendetes Geld, gehe ich nie wieder hin. Ich schwöre meine kleine Schwester (11 Jahre alt) arbeitet schneller.

Leider war um 19:30 Uhr nicht mehr alles vorrätig, kann passieren. War sonst in Ordnung soweit. Burgerbuns waren leider Kalt, aber das Fleisch war noch warm. Pommes waren ein wenig zu verliebt (zu salzig). Antwort zur Antwort: Meldung wurde auf angegebener Seite erstellt.

Leider ist das Personal für den Andrang kurz vor Weihnachten überfordert. Deshalb wichen die Menüs teilweise völlig von der Bestellung ab.

Wir haben heute das erste Mal beim KFC hier vorbeigeschaut, und ich muss sagen, es war sehr gut! Das Durchfahren mit dem Auto war mega praktisch, und die Dame am Sprecher war so lieb – hat uns gleich mit einem Lächeln begrüßt. Die Bestellung ging flott über die Bühne, und als wir dann unser Essen bekamen, waren wir echt happy. Alles hat geschmeckt. Was mich echt überrascht hat, war diese positive Atmosphäre, selbst im Drive-through. Die Dame hat sich Zeit genommen und war richtig nett. Das macht wirklich einen Unterschied, finde ich. Insgesamt ein echt gelungener erster Besuch. Definitiv nicht unser letzter! 🚗🍔👍

Leider gibt es kein veganes Angebot. Das vegetarische Angebot wächst glücklicherweise. Wir mussten dieses Mal ungewöhnlich lange auf unsere Bestellung warten.

extra aus löningen her gekommen weil wir mal zu kfc wollten anstatt zur großen konkurrenz. toilette wirklich sehr dreckig. tür lässt sich nicht zuschließen, toilettensitz schief daneben. essen dauerte 20min. bei ca 15 kunden insgesamt. HUND im laden bei lebensmittel??? war mir neu. tische nicht geputzt. PRO: wirklich gute milchshakes ABER WIR KOMMEN NICHT WIEDER.

Schlechtester Service den ich je erlebt habe. 3 von 4 Terminals defekt. 45 min. aufs Essen gewartet. Schmutziges Restaurant. Ekelhaft verschmutzte Toiletten. Der Laden sollte sofot geschlossen werden.

Brückentag - war viel los, aber die Mitarbeiter sehr bemüht, alles hinzubekommen. Sie taten uns etwas Leid, da sie einfach zu wenig Personal da hatten.

Das Restaurant wirkt recht dreckig. Es sollte mal ordentlich gereinigt werden. Die Dame am Tresen wirkte auffällig lustlos. Ein Lächeln: Fehlanzeige Die beiden Burger schmeckten 08/15. Die Buns waren sehr pappig und trocken, sodass man das Fleisch und die Soße kaum geschmeckt hat. Für mich ist der KFC keine Empfehlung. Geht lieber ins Famila-Einkaufsland rein. Dort gibt es viele und vor allem bessere Alternativen im Food Court.

Great service. I was there with a young man in a wheelchair who needs a lot of attention and despite the fact that normally guests have to get the tray of food to their table themselves they assisted my by bringing it which was very kind of them.

Ambiente Katastrophe. KFC grundsätzlich top. Aber viel zulange Wartezeiten. Die Definition von Fastfood ist wohl in Vergessenheit geraten, auch bei anderen bekannten Restaurant Ketten. Schade.

Auch wieder eine schöne KFC-Filiale. Die einzige in Oldenburg. Hier finde ich gut im Vergleich zu den zwei von drei Filialen in Bremen im Weserpark und in der Waterfront dass es halt ein richtiges Restaurant ist, mit eigenem Komplex. Sieht von außen echt gut aus. Essen wie immer echt lecker, bei diesem KFC war ich auch wenn er der weiteste aus meiner Region ist, bisher am meisten. Könnte vielleicht ein wenig größer sein, es dauert vielleicht ein wenig bis das leckere Essen fertig ist, und bestellt werden kann unter Anderem am Tablet, aber dort leider nur Kartenzahlung. Bei Service leider zwei Sterne abgezogen, da die Coupons (09.09.2023) die gültig bis zum 15.10.2023 waren leider nicht funktionierten. Toiletten sind sauber. An für sich in allem ein schönes Restaurant. Wie schon bei den anderen KFC-Restaurants aus der Region von mir erwähnt, am leckersten sind die Filet-Bites. Davon kann man nie genug essen. Heiß und kalt ein Genuss.

Wir waren in Oldenburg beim KFC. Das Essen war sehr gut nur der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig weil man dort ungefähr 45 min. auf sein Essen warten muss. Da ist jedes Restaurant, wo es hochwertigere Speisen gibt, schneller.

Good be a lot better service and just with one person behind the counter is way to many on a Friday evening.

Um dort ab und an etwas zu essen ist es ganz okay.
