Top, freundliches Personal, Essen war schnell da & sehr lecker!

Ich habe Magenprobleme und habe deshalb eine milde Soße bestellt. Die Soße auf dem Kebab war aber scharf. Die Kassiererin sagte, es sei nicht scharf, und ging weg. Ich habe für eine Bestellung bezahlt, die ich wegen eines Fehlers von jemand anderem nicht essen konnte.

Das Personal ist total langsam, haben 25 Minuten auf 9 knusprige Crispys gewartet!!!!

Vor Kurzem entschieden meine Freunde und ich uns für KFC statt anderer Fast-Food-Ketten und bestellten in der KFC-Filiale in Oldenburg einen Eimer mit Hot Wings, einen Crispy Bucket und Burger. Es stellte sich als eine der besten Entscheidungen und eines der besten KFC-Erlebnisse heraus, die ich je hatte. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob die Zubereitungsmethode überall gleich ist oder ob es Unterschiede zwischen den Filialen gibt, aber es war wirklich unglaublich lecker. Obwohl wir an einem geschäftigen Wochenende spontan dort waren, war das Hähnchen, das wir bekamen, unglaublich knusprig und frisch, und wir waren alle begeistert vom Geschmack. Auch der Kundenservice war hervorragend. Wenn ihr mal etwas anderes probieren wollt, solltet ihr unbedingt den Kebab-Style-Burger bestellen!

Hart überforderte Mitarbeiter… hier wartet man länger als auf ein Steak beim Jugoslawen oder sonst einen Restaurant. Entweder zu wenige Leute, oder auswechseln…

Bestellung dauerte lange. Zumindest ließen sich die neuen Pommes vermeiden und gegen Mais tauschen.

Die beste KFC-Filiale in Deutschland,gutes Essen und ein sehr sauberer Ort.

Toiletten sehr schmutzig, seifenspender war leer, nach Bestellung am Terminal (der sehr schmutzig und klebrig war) mussten wir 10 min warten, bis die Bedienung von hinten kam, die waren dort am reden und am Handy ( haben nicht bemerkt, das eine Bestellung aufgegeben wurde, bis wir uns bemerkbar gemacht haben) Freundlicher Weise haben die uns eine große Pommes gegeben, die pappig und wabbelig waren und kalt, die hotwings waren soweit in Ordnung. Der Getränkeautomat war sehr klebrig und süffig. Mayo war sehr säuerlich. Kein Besuch zu empfehlen !

Wir waren heute zum ersten Mal dort essen. Mein Mann musste dringen auf Toilette und ich hatte Hunger. Da hat sich das gut angeboten dort mal hinzugehen, da wir gerade beim Kreisel waren. Man muss sich ja auch mal was gönnen. Der Laden selbst sah recht sauber aus. Habe ich mir aber nicht so genau angeschaut. Bedienung hatten wir nicht. Kann also dazu nichts sagen. Essen muss man sich selbst holen, sobald es fertig ist. War für uns kein Problem. Aber dieses umschreien, wenn die Nummer abholbereit ist, müssen die nochmal üben. Nun ja. Als wir am Terminal bestellt haben, sah das Essen sehr ansprechend aus. Sodass wir den Preis, 35€ für zwei Burger Menüs und eine weitere Pommes mit Käse und Bacon für 6€! genommen und akzeptiert haben. Hatte mich sehr auf die Pommes gefreut, da ich geschmolzene Käse liebe! Aber nicht nur der Preis hat mich geschockt, sondern auch das Essen. Eine kleine Pommes, mit (so wie es aussah) eine habe Scheibe Schmelzkäse und etwas Bacon... Aber nicht nur das hat uns geschockt, sondern allgemein was man für 35€ bekommen hat. Kleine Portionen Pommes, die kalt und wabbelig waren, Schoko Milchshake (statt Pepsi, da ich die nicht mag) der alt / muffelig schmeckte und zusätzlich 1€ gekostet hat und Burger die kaum belegt waren. Der Erdbeer Milchshake hat wohl geschmeckt. Ob meine extra Scheibe Käse für 0,70€ drauf war, konnte ich nicht erkennen. Burger waren auch kalt. Zumindest das Fleisch, was eigentlich minimum warm sein sollte. Unser Sohn hat die Pommes zum Glück trotzdem gegessen, aber wir haben beschlossen der großen Kette treu zu bleiben. Da wissen wir was wir bekommen und es schmeckt immer. Also im allgemeinen sind wir sehr unglücklich/enttäuscht wieder raus gegangen. Sehr schade.

Eine absolute Katastrophe. Das mit Abstand schlechteste KFC, das ich je erlebt habe. Die Pommes schmecken, als wären sie in der Mikrowelle wieder aufgewärmt worden – weich wie eine alte Socke. Der Hähnchen riecht unangenehm, sodass man sich wirklich fragt, ob das überhaupt noch frisch ist. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das Essen ist schlicht ungenießbar. Meiner Meinung nach sollte sich hier dringend eine Kontrollbehörde einschalten und prüfen, ob dieser Laden überhaupt noch geöffnet sein sollte. Für mich war das definitiv das letzte Mal. Nie wieder. ⭐️

Ich war zuletzt 2020 dort und war nach dem Essen dort im Krankenhaus mit einer Lebensmittelvergiftung und einem entzündeten Magendarmtrakt. Damals liefen viele Ratten über den Hof und der Angestellte wirkte wie auf Drogen. Seitdem war ich dort nicht mehr. Heute war mein Partner dort alleine essen und beklagt sich über Magenschmerzen und musste sich mehrfach erbrechen. Irgendwas läuft dort gewaltig schief und ich würde jedem Menschen, der mir lieb ist, ganz dringend davon abraten, dort auch nur eine Kleinigkeit zu essen

Schlecht zu finden. Viel zu klein. Hatte keine Lust eine halbe Stunde auf einen Tisch zu warten der Laden stand komplett voll. Es könnte sich kaum einer Rühren. An ruhig was essen können währe eh nicht zu denken gewesen

War zufrieden nur gefühlt teuer

Nie wieder!!! Also jedes Mal wenn ich da essen war musste ich abends 2 Stunden auf Toilette verbringen!! Davon abgesehen das keiner da deutsch sprechen kann und ein gratis Magen-Darm bekommst du auch. Für mich hat sich der Laden für immer erledigt!

Super Erfahrung bei KFC Wechloy! Das Essen war frisch, heiß und richtig lecker – genau so, wie man es von KFC erwartet. Das Personal war freundlich, aufmerksam und trotz des Andrangs gut organisiert. Die Bestellung ging schnell und alles war vollständig. Auch das Restaurant war sauber und ordentlich. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und kann diesen KFC nur weiterempfehlen!

Also ich würde mal deutsche Fachkräfte einstellen der kfc in wechloy die verstehen ja garnix da 20 Minuten für 6 hot wings und eine Cola und dann auch noch das falsche einpacken unmöglich die können da noch nichtmal deutsch

Wirklich schlechter Service, vor allem der Manager, der mich obendrein noch ausgelacht hat, weil ich die Barometer-App benutzt habe 👎

I've rarely had such a bad meal at KFC. I find the place incredibly uncomfortable and not at all inviting. Sure, it's a fast-food chain and not a five-star restaurant, but such a cold and uncomfortable atmosphere is unacceptable, even for KFC. The service leaves much to be desired. I don't expect much, but at least that I'm understood and vice versa. Maybe I'm old-fashioned, but that should be standard practice. The food quality isn't even worth one star for the price. It's a real shame because I like KFC.

I ordered 60€ and received 30€ worth of food They weren't all delivered….and I waited for them for 40 minutes…I ordered a bucket for 25€ and a box for 16€ and there was more in the box than in the bucket

I recently went to KFC and ordered non-spicy food. When I got home, it was incredibly spicy, even though I specifically ordered "not spicy." After so many visits there, they always offer me things I don't want.

I ordered a burger meal. 1. For €11, I got a burger and fries that I would have paid maybe €7 for at McDonald's. 2. The fries were only half-cooked. 3. The burger was cold and the bread tasted stale. Conclusion: I'll never go back to this KFC!

It was cold and drafty. No one cleaned at all. Setting up the Christmas tree was apparently more important. In other chains, someone is constantly wiping down the tables. The food was just so-so. The fries weren't cooked through and were therefore disgusting. 🤢 The kids' nuggets were bone dry, either overcooked or double-fried. The whole meal was too spicy for children, and the portions were too small. Plus, it was expensive. My salad was tiny. The bowl wasn't even half full. Who's supposed to get full on that? The veggie nuggets were great, but way too expensive for the small amount. We won't be back.

I waited 40 minutes for my food.

The offers are not properly accessible via the terminal. There's a long wait, and then it's impossible to complete 18-bit orders. The staff is completely overwhelmed.

I was disappointed when I just went to the drive-thru. First, I had to wait five minutes before anyone answered at the terminal, and then the woman (wearing a headscarf) at the counter was very unfriendly. The top bun of the burger was completely cold and didn't taste freshly made. I won't be going back to KFC in Oldenburg.

The food was good Too many people only one man working

The quality of the food was excellent, as usual. However, when ordering extra cheese for 70 cents per burger, it's important to ensure that it's actually placed on the burger. Furthermore, regular table cleaning is desirable, even if the restaurant isn't very busy.

I'm still shocked at how incredibly dirty and disgusting this branch was when we decided to try KFC for the first time today. The seats and tables were filthy and sticky, not to mention the floor. I wonder how people can even sit down here to eat. There's dirt everywhere you look. This really is a case for the food inspectors! The miserably long wait for your food is the last straw. After waiting over 30 minutes, the food only came when you asked for it. That was definitely the first and last time! Unbelievable!

I don't like being able to order only on the screen, and even less so when all four screens are occupied and three people behind the counter are joking about having nothing to do. The chicken wings had a lot of breading and were mediocre in flavor.

I've never been to a worse KFC. Employees sleep leaning against the kitchen shelf. The food is very bad and thrown together carelessly. None of the employees speak German.

The fries were greasy and soggy, and the burger was lukewarm. Other than the drink refill, I was rather disappointed.

Very nice staff, but the food wasn't good. Soggy fries, dry breading, and dry meat. Not even the kids ate it. The hot wings were the only good thing.

The last time I was there, it was a disaster: The food was cold, it took a long time to prepare, all the tables were dirty, and it was loud. The other new branch in Oldenburg is a very good alternative to this one.

The employee behind the counter is constantly leaning over the finished products in the rack and calling something to the kitchen. It doesn't look very appetizing.

For a KFC, the food is very good. It's served quickly. The fries were fresh and the chicken was juicy.

Food as always... You can hardly go wrong... But the service is overwhelmed. Everything is a bit dirty outside, and the wait times are loooong.

Today was our first time at a KFC restaurant. The service was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant itself didn't seem very appealing. The food didn't really impress us. It wasn't tasty, just very salty and spicy. The fries weren't crispy. The dipping sauce wasn't to our liking either. The price/performance ratio wasn't good. If I had to go for fast food, I'd rather go for one of the other big chains.

I've been here many times. Overall, I'm satisfied. They used to have Mirinda orange soda. Now they have Schwipp-Schwapp. Doesn't taste as good. Too bad.

We stood in front of the drive-thru counter for five minutes. We then drove up to the window and knocked on the glass, but unfortunately, the conversation between the employees seemed more important than the customers.

This is a really dirty store! Stuff is lying around everywhere, everything is sticky at the drinks station, and the employees are chatting behind the counter without paying any attention to the customers. It would be a good idea to teach them how to clean the customer service area while they're not serving customers at the checkout or anything like that.

I don't understand what so many people are up to here. The food is great, the staff is always friendly. From ordering at the vending machine to receiving your food, it takes less than five minutes. Many fast food chains could take a leaf out of their book.

A flop Not a good price-performance ratio

After work at 10 p.m., you just go in and think, grabbing something to eat is quick. Yeah, yeah. After waiting 45 minutes, the employee comes out and says the original parts are sold out. Great, you notice that after almost an hour, right? Apple spritzer is also sold out, so the menu itself was probably sold out. Then, after what felt like an eternity, the food finally arrives. And what a coincidence, my burger was missing. Great, as if you weren't pissed off enough because of the wait, so you run back in and convince the guy that the burger was really missing. After an hour, everything was finally there, and the fries were just rubbish, although KFC's are the worst anyway. Great first experience at KFC Cloppenburg. I think that was a first 😅

We were there this morning. The service was super friendly and everything was perfect. The food was delicious. All in all, very good. We'd love to come back.

We were in the drive-thru and the man who served us was very nice! But the chicken was completely dry; it had definitely been sitting around for a while! Among other things, we got cold chicken burgers... and the wrong drink. Once and never again. I pray I don't get food poisoning. BTW, I ordered a schwipschwap (a kind of squid) and (see picture) got something exotic that really didn't taste good :)

Simply awful. The meat and wings were cold...not even lukewarm, just cold. The fries were also cold and soggy. The whole thing still took 25 minutes, for whatever reason. The sauces were wrong on the tray, and the cup was forgotten. If we're being honest, KFC is just extremely expensive compared to other places! Unfortunately, this isn't the first time, especially here in Oldenburg. Still, people are always stupid enough to try this place. We'll definitely never go back!

Every time we were there, something was forgotten. Everything needs to be checked again. Unfortunately we didn't do that today and an order for 2 people forgot a burger, a Capri Sun and an extra drink. Very annoying. Not again!

Not a great branch - difficult to reach on foot or by public transport as you have to go through the drive-in. And children are more likely to like this food. There are better alternatives

It's still at the very beginning in Cloppenburg, just newly opened. But there is a lot of room for improvement here. Maybe plan a few more training days. Work processes, order and cleanliness and then customer communication. Then maybe it will be something???

New opening in Cloppenburg, ordered two buckets with two side dishes each, paid just under €40. One bucket was smaller, when I asked where all four side dishes were, the employee said everything was in the bucket and offered, if I didn't believe it, I should take a look. I didn't want to seem rude, so I said I believed him. When we got home, opened it, and of course two side dishes were missing. It's a shame that the new store is in our city and people are already being lost.

It's quite good and clean there. The staff is also really friendly. Everything is kept very simple. The prices at KFC are always very high. The team on site works very hard.

The chicken is always freshly prepared, juicy on the inside and nice and crispy on the outside - exactly how you want it. Whether it's hot wings, filet bites or the classic bucket, you get exactly what you expect here: delicious fast food with the typical KFC taste. Side dishes such as fries, coleslaw or corn on the cob are always a good choice.

Unfortunately not. The food was almost cold, the staff weren't paying attention to the customers while cleaning, there was a bad smell of cleaning products everywhere, dirty rags on the tables, and buckets of water in the way to the tables.

Honestly, I don't like fast food, but this place is totally underrated!!! Very nice helpful staff!! Despite mistakes made by customers, they are very accommodating! If I could, I would have given the service more than 5 points! Thank you, I'll be happy to come back!!

Took something back today. Unfortunately, not everything was received for the second time. Today it was annoying because it cost me more than 10 euros. Unfortunately no one was available by phone so I left something on Google. The food is good, but the service on site is a bit poor. I also received the wrong tray on site almost 4 weeks ago despite being informed.

Super nice and absolutely freshly prepared. It was a great experience at KFC again.
