SAM GRILL - Hähnchen & Schawarma in Oldenburg (Oldb)

The chicken has always been great so far. It's especially crispier than at other places. I also really enjoy their doner kebabs. Although the quality varies quite a bit. I usually prefer it a little crispier with more roasted flavor, but I understand that it's not always possible time-wise. It's quite busy, and the customers need to be served. A couple more turns of the grill would do the meat some good. And one thing I've noticed: it varies who makes the doner. One of the employees seems to prefer putting more cabbage than meat on it. At least, that's how it appears to me. They don't weigh the meat. This employee does it rather carelessly. Unfortunately, I prefer to walk past when that particular employee is on the truck and go when it's less busy. Then the spit can go for a few more turns. And then it's really good.

The offers are not properly accessible via the terminal. There's a long wait, and then it's impossible to complete 18-bit orders. The staff is completely overwhelmed.
