Kentucky Fried Chicken in Bochum

We were on a family trip and we came across this KFC on the road. This is my son’s favourite fast food so we normally visit KFCs all the time. This one particularly is not our favourite, the food taste was not good and we did not like it much. After that for almost the next 24 hours, all of us had stomach problems and were not comfortable. We won’t visit KFCs for a while I guess.

Unprofessional and disappointing We were at KFC earlier and unfortunately our experience was anything but satisfactory. We paid 25 euros for two people - two Zinger Burgers and 12 Hot Wings were ordered. Unfortunately, the Zinger Burger was a big disappointment: the chicken part was tiny and the burger consisted almost entirely of the burger bun. In response to our polite response, an employee kindly offered to make a new burger and explained that unfortunately this can sometimes happen - appropriate and professional behavior. But then the “boss” came along and said that if the burger had already been eaten, there would be no replacement. We didn't want to make a new burger, we just wanted to say that the quality has deteriorated significantly. To show us what a Zinger Burger should look like, she opened one and showed us an example where the chicken part was significantly larger and crispier - just as it should be. When we pointed out that our burger looked nothing like that, she asked an employee which row the burger was taken from. But she wasn't sure and the packaging wasn't clearly marked either. Conclusion: Unprofessional behavior and not very customer friendly. However, praise goes to the employee, who initially apologized and showed with his friendly manner what good service should look like. It's a shame that not the entire team meets this standard.

It was my first time at KFC. If it's like that in all of them, then I wouldn't go to KFC anymore. When I went in it smelled like old frying oil and I didn't like the fries. The service wasn't particularly friendly.

If I had the option of not giving a star I would prefer this Ate at kfc for the 2nd time and food poisoning for the 2nd time so this shop is the last to poison people with their food. This time people will confirm this with the doctor and this time I won't take it that way. It's really the last of this shop. Never again Sue and have it closed!

I wanted to eat something with my dog ​​and was asked to leave the restaurant because of the dog! A lovable, quiet dog that doesn't bother anyone. In the restaurant I visited afterwards, the dog was given a bowl of water!

All the dishes we ordered were seasoned with pepper and were too spicy, especially for the children. The seats are like being in a train station hall.

After a long time we wanted to get some snacks there again. I'm really not stingy, but with the current prices we've lost our appetite. These prices are not realistic. We received the information “It’s cheaper via the app”. Sorry, not everyone has a smartphone and most older people certainly don't.

2 out of 4 burgers resembled the sole of a shoe... Dry and like rubber, they even squeaked funny when you bit into them. They have probably been used as decoration for a long time. The fries were pretty close to raw condition, unfortunately they probably never saw a deep fryer. The tastiest thing was the pre-made coleslaw, chapeau to this place. And at that price, it's just disappointing.

Been there an hour ago. The store was totally dirty, the staff was disinterested and listless, the chicken was coal black, hard as a bone and so dry that it was hard to eat. The green salad on the burger was nice and warm. Neighboring tables were also very enthusiastic about their "delicacies". We are currently still taking bets on how many times the item has been warmed up. By far the worst store I had to get to know in North Rhine-Westphalia.

I picked up a bucket with 8 classic parts on the drive. The coleslaw (2x) is still my favorite, but of the 8 parts, 2 were wings - hardly any meat, a lot of breading, 2 consisted almost entirely of bones (spine & ribs) and a lot of breading, 1 was a small leg, 3 pieces of meat and that for 25 euros!!!! It was then fried very cross-fried in fat - it used to be better, but I won't do that again.

Was always a big KFC fan and loved eating there as a teenager. For me it was always something special and tasted extremely delicious. Maybe it's the branch but it was brutally bad. The chicken smells like pork, the fries are cold, wobbly and unsalted and the chicken pieces looked like fried chicken trash. Burger bun was dry. Actually, just drinking was good

The KFC in Bochum is definitely one of the best I've been to and was able to visit. The food was served very quickly, was fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, my colleague's chicken wasn't as crispy as usual. The restaurant was clean, but far too warm, which made the stay less pleasant. Therefore only 4 out of 5 stars.

After the complaint the citizen put the entire food in the grill and the same citizen simply took it out again and the meat was still ice cold!!! Never again in Kentucky no matter where in Germany it is a disaster!!!!

Unfortunately the food is really not good. The burgers were sticky, didn't taste good and there was no normal cola. The only thing I really enjoyed was the hot wings.

The first thing we noticed was that almost all of the ordering machines were broken or crashed regularly. It wasn't possible to order at the checkout. So there was a long line even though the store was empty. The second problem was just zero drinks, all of which tasted terrible. Pepsi has never been my favorite drink, but the zero version is absolutely undrinkable. And the 7up as zero tasted like vomit to me. It feels like the breading has become thicker and very dry. Why the burgers are cold... I have no idea. Price performance feels more difficult than before. Conclusion: As long as the Zero products are offered without an alternative, we won't be coming back. But since we will never know when/if that changes... KFC is lost to us forever. But the fact that everything feels like you're on the verge of bankruptcy and everything that was good is ruined... Probably not a big loss anyway.

Catastrophically reorganized. Unclean tables and drink dispensers. Incorrect orders - poor organization.

The food was way under average. Could not make myself eating the fries as they had a bad smell and the taste of old overfried oil. The smell inside the building was the same, not to mension the whole second floor, including where the toilets are, was closed.

Been there again for a long time and was really disappointed. Way too much breading around the meat, the drinks are so sweet. Orders only go through the devices and they don't work properly either. I don't have to have it again.

The employee wasn't really friendly or helpful. Unfortunately the food was also so-so. No zinger burger was somehow wrong .the meat was extremely small and more bun like meat . There was a strip of meat in the middle of the bun 🤐

We got fries from YESTERDAY!!! The fries also tasted like pape and my girlfriend got a stomach ache. There was ONLY one DISABLED TOILET. The food was also way too expensive. If I had known beforehand, I would have preferred to go to McDonald's.

So the food was really okay. However, I don't understand why there are only Zero drinks? Otherwise you will be shocked at the condition the branch is in. The upper floor is closed, the only toilet... It's better to relieve yourself in the bush. The employees are not really motivated. Hopefully it was just a snapshot.

The worst KFC store ever. Back then it was the best but now there are more and more people who don't want to work. Chicken pieces are old and dried out, hot wings have more breadcrumbs on them than meat and are also weirdly burnt or something like that. Of the bucekt 18 hot wings, only 4 pieces would work. The food was okay so far, but it was outrageously expensive for what you got.
