It's fine, just your average KFC.

I tried the food for the first time and wasn't convinced. The people there were friendly, the atmosphere, especially in front of the restaurant was discouraging to return.

No fast food here... 35-minute wait.

Kentucky Fried Chicken used to have high standards. The prices still are, but unfortunately, that's about it. On the plus side: friendly staff, modern and clean restrooms. The food is rather bland, nothing special. The burgers are very dry. Overall, sadly, nothing special anymore.

The store is absolutely untidy. I'm only giving it one star for one reason: because there's no other choice. It's an absolute disgrace. The food was left out, disgusting.

Absolute disaster. We ordered 24 hot wings and three large fries to go – and we got cold, hard fries and wings that had clearly been sitting in the display for ages. Tough, dry, lukewarm – simply inedible. Even for KFC, this was abysmal. If this is the standard, they should close the place down. Never again!

For €14.70, I don't expect the quality of a fine-dining restaurant—but a dish that looks like someone has been sitting on it for three days isn't even worth 50 cents. This branch will also have a branch manager who should have his staff and quality control under control.

Essentially a fast food joint like any other. After the renovation, the place now looks much better and friendlier. The wait time was good.

I ordered two Classic Original Burgers with the C&C Deal 4 voucher. I thought I'd try something different than the usual crispy ones. A complete disaster, disgustingly oversalted. I raised the dilemma with the staff (a headscarf-wearing princess), who showed no leniency. They just told me to order something else if I was hungry. Throwing €20 down the drain would make more sense than giving it to the store.

There were four of us there: two adults and two children. The restaurant, which we'd been going to on and off for 20 years, was apparently clean (nothing to complain about in that regard). To satisfy everyone in our family, we chose products worth a little over €70. For that money, we got portions that were EXTREMELY ridiculous. The strawberry shake is ridiculously small for under €5 (it was twice as big when it first came out, in a transparent plastic cup rather than a small paper cup, the smallest you could find). I almost cried at the sight of such a ridiculously small thing. As an additional single burger (2 burgers), I had the small one with fillet and cheese, which felt like 80% bun and ketchup, with practically no fillet at all... I also ate two Twister burgers with cheese. Not only was the meat lean, but these rolls were too – any less and it would have passed for a carrot. I watched the store manager at the counter. He was very dedicated to the day-to-day operations and had the store completely under control. The staff also worked quickly and efficiently, I have to admit. Kentucky decided to serve these meals like this, and they didn't do themselves any favors. It was the last time you saw us there. Even at McDonald's, you get more, and they're already under fire for that. For the money, I/we could have had much better food at, for example, Burger Nord in Herne. I'm massively disappointed.

Seriously, it doesn't deserve a star. I paid €50 for two people for measly fries. You can't say it's half a corncob—it's less than half a corncob, and the worst of all is the meat. It's incredibly small and dry. The place should be shut down.

Unfortunately I can't recommend it, I ordered several burgers at the drive-thru counter. First I waited for fifteen minutes and then they put COLD burgers in the bag! It can happen, but then to brazenly lie and say they were packaged hot is completely unacceptable!!! Luckily the time is on the receipt, no burger gets cold within 2 minutes, except in a blast freezer, but I don't drive past something like that!! The burgers were made again, unfortunately they didn't match the order! So we'll drive past it next time!!

90% breading 10% meat. The quality has decreased incredibly dramatically. Most of the time the meat and the breading are already so dry that you can assume that it has been kept warm for a very long time. Fresh produce is probably only produced once or twice a day. There was absolutely no taste. The employees urgently need training in hygiene. Last time, an employee threw the hot wings into the bucket with her bare hands without tongs or gloves. I then left the store immediately and went to McDonald's instead. The tables and floors are constantly dirty and the store is now so tired of me that I will avoid this branch in the future.

I was really shocked at the handling of hygiene. An employee only wiped the entire upper dining area (tables and chairs) with a damp cloth. No water, no cleaning agents or disinfectants. This is completely unacceptable, especially in an area where people are eating or sitting. Something like this shouldn't happen in any company! How then is this handled in the kitchen where food is prepared?

It's been a long time since I've been to Kentucky Fried Chickebn and I'm extremely disappointed. I don't remember it being so bad. The chicken pieces were just greasy. No taste at all. Zero shortened breading. Look for the fries to have passed the salt. So for me this fast food chain is dead. Really bad...

We were on a family trip and we came across this KFC on the road. This is my son’s favourite fast food so we normally visit KFCs all the time. This one particularly is not our favourite, the food taste was not good and we did not like it much. After that for almost the next 24 hours, all of us had stomach problems and were not comfortable. We won’t visit KFCs for a while I guess.

Unprofessional and disappointing We were at KFC earlier and unfortunately our experience was anything but satisfactory. We paid 25 euros for two people - two Zinger Burgers and 12 Hot Wings were ordered. Unfortunately, the Zinger Burger was a big disappointment: the chicken part was tiny and the burger consisted almost entirely of the burger bun. In response to our polite response, an employee kindly offered to make a new burger and explained that unfortunately this can sometimes happen - appropriate and professional behavior. But then the “boss” came along and said that if the burger had already been eaten, there would be no replacement. We didn't want to make a new burger, we just wanted to say that the quality has deteriorated significantly. To show us what a Zinger Burger should look like, she opened one and showed us an example where the chicken part was significantly larger and crispier - just as it should be. When we pointed out that our burger looked nothing like that, she asked an employee which row the burger was taken from. But she wasn't sure and the packaging wasn't clearly marked either. Conclusion: Unprofessional behavior and not very customer friendly. However, praise goes to the employee, who initially apologized and showed with his friendly manner what good service should look like. It's a shame that not the entire team meets this standard.

2 out of 4 burgers resembled the sole of a shoe... Dry and like rubber, they even squeaked funny when you bit into them. They have probably been used as decoration for a long time. The fries were pretty close to raw condition, unfortunately they probably never saw a deep fryer. The tastiest thing was the pre-made coleslaw, chapeau to this place. And at that price, it's just disappointing.

Been there an hour ago. The store was totally dirty, the staff was disinterested and listless, the chicken was coal black, hard as a bone and so dry that it was hard to eat. I picked up a bucket with 8 classic parts on the drive. The coleslaw (2x) is still my favorite, but of the 8 parts, 2 were wings - hardly any meat, a lot of breading, 2 consisted almost entirely of bones (spine & ribs) and a lot of breading, 1 was a small leg, 3 pieces of meat and that for 25 euros!!!! It was then fried very cross-fried in fat - it used to be better, but I won't do that again.
