Kentucky Fried Chicken in Bochum

To be honest, I'm disappointed. The food didn't taste good. It was dirty on site. The drinks are pure disaster - water with sugar and lots of food coloring. Never again.

They forgot burgers and instead of big drinks we got small ones. What am I paying for for a large drink?

I would rather give it a 3 and a half because the service and food are really good, but the ambience is unfortunately a little less attractive, but otherwise good to eat there 👌🏽👌🏽

I ordered my food by car Mac and it took more than 30 minutes, super bad service and my order arrived incomplete, the drinks were super bad, bad service

The first thing we noticed was that almost all of the ordering machines were broken or crashed regularly. It wasn't possible to order at the checkout. So there was a long line even though the store was empty. The second problem was just zero drinks, all of which tasted terrible. Pepsi has never been my favorite drink, but the zero version is absolutely undrinkable. And the 7up as zero tasted like vomit to me. It feels like the breading has become thicker and very dry. Why the burgers are cold... I have no idea. Price performance feels more difficult than before. Conclusion: As long as the Zero products are offered without an alternative, we won't be coming back. But since we will never know when/if that changes... KFC is lost to us forever. But the fact that everything feels like you're on the verge of bankruptcy and everything that was good is ruined... Probably not a big loss anyway.

The food was great, but ordering food from the vending machine is something special for the first time.

Half of it was missing when you realized while driving and then drove back again, it was our fault and you paid for nothing. It's better to take a look directly. Apparently you're too stupid to read orders correctly

Catastrophically reorganized. Unclean tables and drink dispensers. Incorrect orders - poor organization.

Been there again for a long time and was really disappointed. Way too much breading around the meat, the drinks are so sweet. Orders only go through the devices and they don't work properly either. I don't have to have it again.

The food was way under average. Could not make myself eating the fries as they had a bad smell and the taste of old overfried oil. The smell inside the building was the same, not to mension the whole second floor, including where the toilets are, was closed.

Just bad. Double fried chicken pieces, far dry and expensive. I hate myself for always giving them a chance. Now the point has come where I prefer to get my chicken from Mecces. The bottom line is that this KFC is consistently bad...

It's not what it used to be anymore...

The KFC in Bochum is definitely one of the best places I've ever been and was able to visit. The food was served very quickly, was fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, my colleague's chicken wasn't as crispy as usual. The restaurant was clean, but far too warm, which made the stay less pleasant. Therefore only 4 out of 5 stars.

The Crispychicken was awesome! Just bread, dirty tables etc… no longer worth the price in this store.

Not a bad place, but a bit uncomfortable because of the location on the highway. The shop wasn't that clean during our stay - but it was really manageable 🙂. Nevertheless, thank you for the stay.

The employee wasn't really friendly or helpful. Unfortunately the food was also so-so. No zinger burger was somehow wrong .the meat was extremely small and more bun like meat . There was a strip of meat in the middle of the bun 🤐

Impudent, contemptuous, I hope that the wings are not expired and fried in machine oil. They cheat on ketchup and coke. It's a joke about engine oil and expired wings, but judging by everything, there isn't much left.

Parking lot screams for green waste like the rest of KFC's premises. Prices give me pause. If anything, visits are becoming less and less frequent.

The saleswoman had to intervene immediately and didn't accept the order at all or didn't help me any further and also rudely said that I should enter it in advance and order it beforehand. Was there for the first time, I have to say it's too impersonal for me. It's a shame there weren't any 🌽 corn cobs, fries aren't my thing. Dressing and chicken were too light for me.

We got fries from YESTERDAY!!! The fries also tasted like pape and my girlfriend got a stomach ache. There was ONLY one DISABLED TOILET. The food was also way too expensive. If I had known beforehand, I would have preferred to go to McDonald's.

Today I was at KFC in Bochum and ordered a menu with hamburger fries and wings, fries were like cardboard, the hamburger was bad

So the food was really okay. However, I don't understand why there are only Zero drinks? Otherwise you will be shocked at the condition the branch is in. The upper floor is closed, the only toilet... It's better to relieve yourself in the bush. The employees are not really motivated. Hopefully it was just a snapshot.

The worst KFC store ever. Back then it was the best but now there are more and more people who don't want to work. Chicken pieces are old and dried out, hot wings have more breadcrumbs on them than meat and are also weirdly burnt or something like that. Of the bucekt 18 hot wings, only 4 pieces would work. The rest was just dry garbage and just breadcrumbs.

From now on there are only Zero drinks available with cold meals...

I remembered it better. It has also become very expensive. A little too wobbly. A little too counted. Chicken pieces are getting smaller and smaller. A pity.

The waitresses are very friendly and helpful. Even if you have questions and are stuck on the computer, someone will come and help you. The food is always very warm and delicious, freshly prepared if you don't want any ingredients on it. The only thing I don't like is that the only drinks available are Zero. I have no idea what the managers were thinking up there about. But the cashiers and service staff can't help it. It was also the first time I experienced that a fast food store didn't offer normal Cola, Fanta or Sprite, but only Zero products.

In this KFC I was sold complete chicken wings WITH feathers!!! This is new to me that KFC offers complete wings WITH feathers!!! And everything seems like it was fried several times!!! NEVER AGAIN, KFC IS WRITTEN!!!

Employees unfriendly!!! Service bad!!! Customers have to clean the tables themselves. I ordered 3 sauces but unfortunately didn't get a receipt because the cashier took the money!!!!

Were there twice. The first time, the food was great, but the service was unfriendly. The second time the service was friendly, but the food was sometimes catastrophic.

The food was okay so far, but it was outrageously expensive for what you got. The service left a lot to be desired, the service portal didn't work properly, you still had to pay at the checkout and even though the store was almost empty, you had to wait 5 minutes. Then when the food was ready it wasn't shown on the display board, probably forgotten to enter it, so it sat on the counter for quite a while. The employees weren't friendly either, rather overworked or indifferent. When I got home I noticed that a piece of chicken was missing. I certainly won't eat there again.

I actually enjoyed going there, but the service is declining. The staff shouts the order numbers so slurred and quietly that you can hardly understand anything. The sauce was in my Twister on the last two bites and on the burger too, all just slathered on. The fries were totally over salted and you could tell that they had been there for some time. I personally think it's a shame!

I asked for help because I couldn’t figure it out with the computer, they refused, they said everything was there and they all spoke English, although I asked them in German. The service is terrible. I do not advise. He left hungry.

The food is benevolently “satisfactory” for a fast food restaurant, but the hygienic conditions in the restaurant are not. Dirty and sticky floor, various tables smeared with leftover food and drinks. Some of the rubbish/packaging material is under the tables in the sales area. One star is still too many. The waiting time at the drive-in is always longer than in one Restaurant, without exception, something is missing from the order every time, so after the drive in you have to go back to the store anyway and have the order replaced. The employees are completely incompetent and unfriendly. Orders are mixed up and too much money is asked for. I recently ordered a 3-piece chicken meal from KFC and was quite disappointed. Firstly, I received a different item altogether instead of what I had ordered. Secondly, despite requesting extra cheese, it was missing from my order. Additionally, the chicken had an unappetizing brown color and tasted extremely bad. I couldn't even finish it and ended up throwing it away in the trash. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and I won't be returning to this KFC branch anytime soon.

They then took my colleague's food from the table without asking permission. We were shocked. Didn't kfc hear the shot? Who's supposed to pay for the food? No more menus, everything has to be paid for separately, it looks more comfortable at every train station, people, that's how you get rid of yourself.

I haven't been to a KFC in a long time - I was really happy with the general presentation. Clean, ordering possible via a terminal etc. Unfortunately, not everything that is offered on the terminals is available there. This is also pointed out in an unfriendly manner. But everyone has a bad day and who knows which customers they had before. Everyone can then decide for themselves whether they want to order the dishes available. I did it and quickly regretted it... Burger was cold and the fries were the worst thing I've eaten in recent years...cold, soggy and tasted "old". Does anyone else know “Hot Witch”? Microwaved fries and burgers at Gas Station - the fries were better. So if KFC again, definitely not here...but I'm “healed” for now.

ATTENTION - FRAUD: Card payments are debited multiple times. An amount is displayed, then sorry is incorrectly said, then the correct amount and later when you check your account statements you see that KFC has debited several times. When you go there and ask what that's about, they don't respond at all or just shrug their shoulders. That was the last time I go there.

Eine sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterin hat meine Bestellung aufgenommen. Ein sehr gelangweilter, arroganter Kollege hat sie ausgeführt. Von 12 bestellten Hähnchenteilen, nur 11 bekommen. Danke, nie wieder.

Zu kleine Portion für einen zu hohen Preis.

Ich war vorhin mit meiner Freundin da, als erstes kam kein Kassenbon zu unserer Bestellung raus. Das zweite Problem war das wir ein großes Menü bestellt hatten zum mitnehmen, wir haben jedoch ein kleines bekommen was sie bereit gemacht hat um es im Restaurant zu essen. Wo ich sie aufmerksam gemacht habe das wir es mitnehmen wollten knallte sie das Essen in einer Box rein. Sehr unfreundliche Dame, man hat gemerkt das sie sehr genervt ist und Garkein Lust auf ihren Job hat. Dieses Restaurant hat nichtmal ein Stern verdient.

Unsere Burger waren leider kalt und der Kartoffelbrei einfach nur Kleister. Unsere Bestellung war nicht vollständig.

Leider lange (29min) auf das Essen gewartet. Ansonsten alles bestens.

Essen Standesgemäss bei KFC gut. Das Bestellportal könnte noch etwas übersichtlicher gestaltet werden. Mussten ein Servicekraft dazu holen, um den Gutscheincode einzugeben. Dieser war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Personal 10 Sterne.

Die Mitarbeiter sind leider völlig unkoordiniert und wissen nicht was sie machen... Es fehlte ein kompletter Burger und auch die Box mit 3 Hähnchenteilen.. In der 12er Box waren lediglich 9 Mini Bites, leider haben wir es zu spät gesehen da wir nach Hause wollten (mit warmen Essen), die Pommes waren kein bisschen gesalzen und der Classic Burger war zäh ... ein absoluter Witz dieser Service und für die schlechte Qualität an Essen noch 35€ zu verlangen. Das Essen war früher definitiv besser, schade was daraus geworden ist und für uns ein Grund, einen kentucky Laden nie wieder zu betreten.

Gutes Schnell Restaurant mit leckeren Angeboten für fritiertes Hähnchen

Personal freundlich, Hygiene und Sauberkeit in Ordnung (frisch renoviert). Essen geschmacklich gut, Preis/Leistung größtenteils ok. Bei den letzten Besuchen etwa 5 Minuten Wartezeit bei durchschnittlich 5 Burgern. Muss beim Service leider 2 Sterne abziehen und kann nur empfehlen die Bestellung vor Ort auf Vollständigkeit zu überprüfen. Viele Parkplätze und ausreichend Sitzplätze, für weitere Besorgungen Aral Tankstelle mit Rewe to Go nebenan. Nach einigen Monaten und ein paar weiteren Besuchen ist die Produktqualität gleich geblieben, aber überzeugt hat mich beim letzten Mal die kurze Wartezeit von etwas mehr als 10 Minuten für 9 Burger bei einem überfüllten Laden. Lob an das gesamte Team.

Der Service war äußerst enttäuschend. Während unseres Besuchs schrie die Servicekraft durch den Laden und forderte uns auf, das Tablett wegzuräumen, was in einem schmutzigen Umfeld besonders unangemessen war. Zudem waren die Mitarbeiter an der Kasse unfreundlich. Es ist bedauerlich, dass solch ein Verhalten in einem Restaurant toleriert wird.
