This is a typical KFC chain restaurant. It's delicious and easy to order. The menu is only available in German, but there are photos so it's easy to order even if you only speak English. Chicken is standard with hot wings or you have the option to swap 3 hot wings for other larger pieces.

No operation at the drive in and without any notice. Then I'll go to the BK

Very happy with my visit to KFC :) We were welcomed even 5 minutes before closing time. Although understandably not everything was there, the extremely friendly employee Marsel spared no effort to make us happy. We'd love to come back! And thank you for the nice service.

Chicken is kept warm here for ages every time, in the last 10 times I've been there it wasn't good ten times, now it's over. Kept warm for a long time. Dried out. Thanks to the proximity to the motorway, the prices are extremely high. The chicken legs for over €3 are so small that you can turn them down twice and then it's all gone, other KFCs are by far much worse, and that's been the case for months or slowly for years, today there were customers again who brought the food back and took their money have demanded back. I've experienced that there several times. The service and friendliness is also extremely poor.

What does the company actually say about such a negative example? I didn't expect much from a fast food corner, but this place takes the cake. Simply stuffed the wrong chicken pieces into the bag. When asked, they said: We don't have any more - so we simply passed on the parts that were actually cheaper.

My wife and I became ill immediately after eating. The fries tasted bitter, almost inedible. I suspect the food was spoiled. I hope we recover quickly. Otherwise we had burgers and hot wings.

All the tables are stuck as well as the drinks serving, the meal takes 10 minutes even though we were the only guests, probably not well organized and the floor is so dirty and the tablet cart is full

Absolutely the hardest thing I've ever experienced so far. Food lasts 2.5 hours and comes cold, half of it was forgotten. After calling several times to ask what's going on with the order, the shift manager starts screaming into the phone, such a rascal should be fired immediately. Absolutely underground and paying extra money for this service and food quality is crazy. Absolutely not recommended...

Food too late, delivery service doesn't speak German, food cold

Today I was in a KFC again after years at around 1:00 p.m. Everything was done quite nicely in terms of infrastructure. The preparation took a little longer, but was still within the expected range. Immediately after ordering at the terminal, the service person, a young man, gave me the drinking cup that was part of the menu to serve at the drinks station. The bottom line is that it was the first time in a long time that I, as a customer, was able to experience a real service concept in a comparable facility. I would be happy to come back.

Worst meal I've had in my entire life. The ingredients used for the meal were either expired or inedible. Aside from the 40 minute wait and the impossible customer service, this was a nightmare. The service has no training or probably any German Language skills. I doubt that anyone has ever heard of hygiene in this restaurant. As if that wasn't bad enough, eating it is also harmful to your health. After eating I had to spit 5 hours later and was sick. After this traumatizing experience I cannot recommend this fast food restaurant recommend.

Probably one of the worst experiences at a "fast" food restaurant. We had to wait a long time for our food, which was far too expensive and rather poor. The tables and the extra-payable toilets were also dirty. Nobody should leave the motorway following the truck stop signs.

Tables dirty, unbearably warm in the restaurant and only one service person at the food counter who seems totally overwhelmed by the rush and the orders. This has nothing to do with fast food. Parking spaces are also rare. Next time we'll go to the McD across the street again.

Trays with leftover food from previous guests. Fries cold. Leftover food on the floor. Tables dirty. Hane asked for fresh fries. He said I should take the chicken back with me. This KFC is very welcoming and offers a pleasant atmosphere. The food tasted good and the employees were very nice.

I don't have high expectations for a small fast food corner at a truck stop. But: the food should be warm and the price-performance ratio should be right. 9€ for 2 portions of fries with ketchup!!!! The "large" portion is a joke. You get double the price for the big M. Both portions were cold, which unfortunately we only noticed when we continued driving on the motorway. The only positive aspect was the quick service, which can be explained by the fries that had probably been lying around for hours. Definitely not a recommendation!

We must have had a bad day... all the tables were dirty and some of the food we ordered was already gone and was then replaced with other parts without asking. There's plenty of room for improvement. At this KFC I ate the best chicken, fresh, tasty, hot - simply great! The ambience is so-so and there are no parking spaces - it's just a shared location at a gas station. But the chicken just blew me away.

Without air conditioning it is unbearably hot there in summer. The food is delicious, but you have to check your order. Mistakes often happen, although things have gotten a little better recently. The staff is mostly very disinterested. And I don't understand why you have so much more choice online but can't order it physically in the store. Then you have to place the order via Lieferando...

No air conditioning in the premises. Epic fail. Germany as a country is in decline and so is KFC. Do you think people are animals?

Addition to my review from 3 years ago: At 2 p.m. on a Saturday the Hotwings are out?! Then chicken parts were replaced but unfortunately a complete bucket was forgotten. Nobody can be reached by phone. It just doesn't get any better... Old review from 2021: Ordered something for delivery twice, forgot something 4 times... Unfortunately, I didn't realize that today is the SuperBowl and that a fast-food restaurant might reach its limits. Two double buckets were ordered and the fries bucket was forgotten. At least the delivery arrived after 5 (!) minutes. The very friendly employee took my complaint over the phone, the obviously annoyed boss complained in the background for 20 minutes. After 45 minutes I asked where the fries were. Now they should be delivered in 30 minutes. The time was kept and 2 drinks were provided as an apology. Instead of 2 buckets of fries there were 2 small portions of fries. This was immediately shown to the really nice driver. She pointed out that there was SuperBowl today and there was a lot going on and wanted to pass on the complaint straight away. That was almost 2 hours ago and I'm going to bed now. There probably won't be another order any time soon...

There's just nothing wrong in this store. The lack of employee motivation, as mentioned in other reviews, is just one problem. Another is the lack of any structure and leadership in this branch. There doesn't seem to be any clear instructions such as "please clean the tables" or "take care of the drive". The entire store appears chaotic and correspondingly untidy. The performance of the employees leaves a lot to be desired, despite the high price of the products. The waiting time in the drive alone can be up to 15 minutes, even if there is no car in front of you. The communication of the employees with headsets behind the counter leaves a lot to be desired, as they cannot even signal with a sentence "just a moment of patience, please" that they have someone on their screen. It's frustrating to sit in the car and not know what's going on. It would probably be better to move on without ordering, as the cleanliness of the store is as poor as the substandard performance of the staff, who seem to do much more of the job of decorating the rooms so that the store doesn't seem quite so empty. I really have to say, no KFC store, no matter where, is nearly as disappointing as this one in Bensheim. I really recommend everyone to avoid this branch in Bensheim! Drive to Mannheim or Darmstadt. It's a few kilometers more, I know! But you're doing yourself a favor.

Personally, he hardly speaks any German, doesn't feel like working and argues with other guests about missing food when ordering. It's incomprehensible to me that someone like that is allowed to serve customers, ordered 2 menus, waited 15 minutes, the shop is empty. Next time I'll move on to the next one before I set foot in this dirty place.

If you want to take Chaya out expensively, don't go to the Ritz or Gordon Ramsay anymore. The cool people go to KFC Bensheim! Romantically located, with a view of the truck rest area with the Aral gas station, this gourmet temple offers the optimal ambience. Culinary treats include chicken, rounded off with corn on the cob from Colonel Harland Sander's front garden, butter from the holy cow, bags of mashed potatoes that are probably mixed with holy water from the Vatican and a brown sauce that can probably cure cancer, you pay a fantastic 36 euros for this menu. If you want a corn cob with butter you pay just under 5! euros in addition. Show your wealth and come here to eat.

After all the reviews I can definitely confirm that the only good thing about the place is the food! There is a lot of dirt in front of the restaurant such as cigarette and food residue, which is super disgusting with children and dogs. The toilet costs extra despite consumption, which is very questionable. In the restaurant itself, the motivation of the staff is in the basement or lower. It takes 12 minutes for 6 finished chicken fillets to be packed into a package and thrown into a bag with the fries almost empty restaurant incomprehensible! The bag is then placed open on the counter to be finished, almost without a word. Personal conversations, no matter your mood, and standing around seem more important. When a family in front of us complained about the waiting time, an empty "I'm working" was returned, whereupon they left the restaurant indignantly without eating.

Worst service I have ever seen at KFC

The staff were unpolite. I had to wait for the order for 20 minutes even though it wasn't crowded. The lady on the till had no knowledge and could not prepare the orders.

Unmotivated staff (the man with headphones was the crowning glory) left part of my order on the counter for a good 7 to 8 minutes. Unmotivatedly threw the individual components onto the tray. The temperature of the menu ranged from room temperature to lukewarm to hot, a third of each. The floor in the room was sticky and return stands were overflowing. No one was willing to remedy the deficiencies, even though operations were only moderate. I definitely won't be going there again!!

If a rating could be given minus five stars, it would be a relative wait of 45 minutes for a 20-euro pizza ordered on the spot. I'm interested in how long customers who order via delivery wait. I would step into your stinking cellar, crooks and thieves

Dry chicken and ribs, worst kfs I've been to

Pizza was ready, but instead of serving it to us, the waitress just made a phone call. Meanwhile, the next pizza came out of the oven over the conveyor belt and carried our pizza from the conveyor belt to the floor. The customer's pizza after us was burnt. Both pizzas had to be remade. The service speaks poor German and can't even properly explain to other customers what the different types of pizza mean. Our pizza was totally oily and dripping with oil 🤢. Disgusting. Had to dab the pizza first. Restaurant was dirty. There was trash from previous customers everywhere on the floor, benches and tables. Not recommendable. That was the first and last time we ate there. Never again. P.S. As an apology we were given a 5 euro cup so we could drink as much as we wanted. .

Dieser Laden ist eine einzige Katastrophe das Personal ist absolut ungeschult im Umgang mit Gästen ich kam mir vor wie ein Schuljunge den man auf die Bank verweist. Kein Hallo keine freundliche Geste nur ein Fingerzeig da bestellen. Da ich aber schon wusste was ich haben wollte und sonst kein anderer Gast im Laden war habe ich ihn doch gebeten mir einfach die Nummer 11 zu geben diesmal wurde er noch lauter und wieder. "da bestellen" Also das ist so peinlich schade hatte mich so gefreut. Zum Glück hatte ich noch die knifte von Mutti die übrigens tausendmal besser schmeckte als dieser fraß aus diesem Laden

Wir waren heute dort. Es hat eine Weile gedauert bis das Essen fertig war, und es war kalt. Muss ganz ehrlich sagen sagen, MC Donalds ist besser.

Die Hot Wings waren ganz lecker. Getränke nachholen bockt auch sehr. Hmmm lecker Pepsi in mein Mund Boah digga aber der typ hinter theke hatte ja null ahnung und arbeitet in zeitlupe Ich hatte ein 0,5 getränk und er gibt mir zwei 0,25 und sagt ich kann sie ja beide nutzen obwohl auch 0,5er da waren like hä bist du dumm?

Zur Mittagszeit genau zwei Angestellte ( einer in der Küche und einer am Tresen) Wartezeit von über 15 Minuten 😳. Da wird fastfood zum Slowfood.

25.11.23 Sehr umständlich. Barzahlung angeblich durch den CEO von KFC nicht erlaubt, obwohl es eine Kasse gibt, dadurch eine persönliche Bestellung nicht möglich. Menü Auswahl und Zahlung nach Angaben eines Mitarbeiters nur am Display möglich. Produkte so weit befriedigend Preise sehr hoch.

Unfreundliches Personal,essen kalt und geschmacklich auch nicht gut. Essen wird lieblos auf die Theke geworfen. Man sieht den Mitarbeitern die Lust am arbeiten richtig an!

Fahre immer nur durch den drive in, wenn ich am Freitag von der Autobahn ins Wochenende starte. Alle bisher am Schalter arbeiteten Menschen waren immer echt nett, und meine Crispys waren immer frisch. Kann echt nichts sagen. 3 Sterne für das Ambiente, weil selbsterklärend und deshalb nur drive in. Freu mich schon auf nächsten Freitag :D

Tische im Restaurant nicht sauber. Rollwagen mit Müll-Tabletts überfüllt. Während des Essens kam eine Mitarbeiterin mit Müllsack und entleerte die Tabletts mit Müll aus dem Rollwagen mitten im Restaurant in diesen. Alles einfach rein. Mitten im Restaurant. Guten Appetit.
