As always, it was very tasty and the service was very quick 👍

The staff seemed bored, but at least not unfriendly. Ambiance is difficult to rate, you can't eat on site, you can only take away.

9/25 6:00 p.m. Disastrous service, very disrespectful manner from the cashier. I should go somewhere else if I have to wait that long. I don't recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely cheeky KFC. The blonde employee with broken German is absolutely unfriendly and cheeky. The fries were cold and edible. Burgers were okay, but the blonde worker who spoke German was absolutely cheeky. Not good service

Disappointing experience at KFC** Unfortunately, my last visit to KFC was a huge disappointment. Even though there were no other customers in front of me, I had to wait almost 10 minutes to place my order. It seemed like the staff was completely disorganized and uninterested in providing quick service. What was particularly frustrating was that the employee who ended up serving me barely spoke any German. This led to communication problems and delays that could have easily been avoided. It is a shame that KFC hires employees who are unable to adequately serve customers in the local language. This experience has had a major negative impact on my impression of KFC. I hope the company takes steps to improve service and ensure all staff are well trained and able to provide efficient and friendly service.

(07/31/24 ) The employees are completely confused and slow, I waited 35 minutes for my order after it showed up ready for pickup.. and the food was definitely warmed up in the microwave. Never again

It's purely a drive-in store, so you can't linger there. Food quality KFC standard good. 3 parking spaces in front of the door. You can also order from the machine inside.

The food tastes good, well I wasn't as enthusiastic as usual. Service was okay. Ambiance isn't that great for me but that's my opinion maybe. Because it's soooooooo small there. It's easy to grab something and say goodbye or we'll end up rotting in the parking lot. And I think the prices are too high.

The prices are very clever... way too expensive... menus so combined... drinks are usually missing... and of course you have to pay extra...😡... Well, go with your family 😉 you're broke...

Once and never again. The waitress asks if I speak English because they don't understand you! Only zero drinks available at the machine! You have to eat chilli cheese fries with a spoon. And since it's a finger food restaurant, you can pay to use the toilet afterwards to wash your hands because wet wipes haven't been available at KFC for a long time and have been saved! Guys, I'd rather go on to Essen again!

Employees are nice and work quickly

KFC is actually my favorite fast food chain, but things go wrong in this store on a regular basis. Today instead of a Colonel burger I got some other one with BBQ sauce. The employee at the drive-thru said that there was a Colonel Burger inside and only the packaging was different. When I got home I realized there was this disgusting BBQ burger in there. I won't go here anymore.

It’s a drive through, nothing more to say. OK, I have to downgrade my original rating. My last order was missing 2 coleslaws and a mash potato, which I only realised when I got home. I contacted KFC with photos and the receipt and after a week, still no response. Check your order contents before you leave. The staff here are a bit ‘slow’ up there. Update: 2 months after I reported this on the website with the ‘Feedback’ function, I received an apology with a 10% discount offer on my next order. I’m not a maths genius but who wants to work out how much I have to order to make up for 2 coleslaws and a mash potato? I also need to show the email to claim this. If the staff can’t read an order list, I doubt they will be able to read an email. At least now we know that the management is also not very intelligent.

This store is a disgrace. With every order, without exception, things are missing. Ordered today for €50, two side dishes are missing, a piece of chicken is missing, the double zinger I paid for is just plain and so on. Every order is missing at least €10 worth of goods. Today was the last time I was there!

Good KFC branch. Quality just like you know and love from KFC. After a day at work on Friday, it's a good feeling to take a KFC menu home with you. I just hope that this KFC branch stays or takes over 100% of the location if Shell closes and abandons the location.

I am non- german with no language and as you know how hard it is to order a food in germany as a non-german speaker, but I found the employee here friendly and multi lingual.

A KFC drive in, unfortunately no consumption in the store possible. But otherwise top quick and fresh. It's been a long time since I've had a hot wing this hot. Small but nice. Great again at any time.

Of course, one star is still too much. We ordered online for pickup. It starts with the probably defective scoreboard. Everything is being prepared, nothing is ready for collection. After many minutes we went in and asked and our food was put together. The original parts of the bucket we ordered were out and we were offered the second breading or a 15 minute wait as an alternative. We used the alternative breading. The order consisted of several items, everything was mixed in two large buckets. Since the coleslaw was obviously missing, I went in again and asked how I should check it now. At first I thought it wasn't our order. Stirring things up with your fingers isn't the choice if it's for someone else. At home, everything was packed on a plate and of course there was only 1 piece of chicken in the bucket, not the three we ordered. The fries only showed fat for a short time, probably 3 minutes too little. The stripes are terribly dry, neither of which is eaten. I was disappointed because I like to eat the chicken shares. I called the branch directly and was also contacted by the employee who had packed our order. She explained again, as in the branch, very hectic and not clear, that she had already explained it to us and had packed something else. She didn't make a mistake. 50 euros for the entire order and a good half for the trash. Please never let me forget to go there again. Online feedback on the order might also be an opportunity to provide clarification to disappointed customers. Doesn't exist. I hope the smell of grease in the car goes away quickly

Wenn es jedoch einen Kritikpunkt gibt, dann ist es manchmal die Qualität der Speisen. Obwohl KFC für seine knusprigen Hähnchengerichte bekannt ist, kann es vorkommen, dass die Panade nicht immer perfekt ist oder das Fleisch etwas trocken ist.

5 Sterne wären etwas zu viel des Guten. Ist halt ein typisches Fastfood-Restaurant. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich, wobei ich mich schon gewundert habe, das die junge Dame so ruhig geblieben ist. Einige Kunden möchte ich nicht bedienen, so aggressiv bzw. frech wie diese auftreten, schade eigentlich. Das Essen war frisch, lecker und ging relativ schnell, der Laden war soweit sauber, was will man mehr erwarten.

Typisch Amerikanisch, Fettig,ungesund und nicht immer ganz frisch aber dennoch geht man gerne hin.

Bin sehr zufrieden. Die junge Dame war sehr zuvorkommend.

Schade, dass man nicht vor Ort essen kann. Das Essen schmeckt immer gut und frisch, wir müssen auch meistens nicht so lange warten. Und das Mädchen mit den Locken ist echt sympathisch und lustig.😁 Liebe Grüße von einem Stammkunden 😂
