It was very busy, the restaurant was unfortunately dirty, and the drink dispensers were vandalized. However, the staff were very friendly and efficient.

It tasted great and the service was very friendly.

⭐ My KFC Drive-Thru Experience – or How You Slowly Die Inside Without Iced Tea and a Milkshake ⭐ I have to write this review before the memory fades… or before I cry about it again. I drove into the KFC drive-thru with only one hope: An iced tea. And a milkshake. Two simple wishes. Two drinks that had saved my soul so many times before. But when I got to the loudspeaker, the unthinkable happened. In a voice that sounded like she'd given up, the employee said: "We're out of iced tea… and we're out of milkshakes too." At that moment, my world fell apart in slow motion. I stared at the menu as if I could conjure the drinks back with sheer willpower. But no. Just emptiness. Absolute emptiness. I swear, even the silhouette of the fries on the advertisement suddenly looked sad. My car became a funeral parlor. The drive-thru became the scene of an emotional massacre. Of course, I got my food—but every bite tasted like it was asking: "Where's your iced tea?" "Why don't you have a milkshake?" I couldn't answer. I drove off in silence, glanced in my rearview mirror, and saw… nothing. Only the shadow of a man who once believed KFC would never disappoint him. Rating: 3/5—Not because of the food, but because my heart will never be the same.

Disgusting place! Waited 12 minutes for food... the guys would rather stand around drinking coffee than work! The toilets were filthy! All the furniture was greasy and slimy too! Disgusting!

I ordered two different burgers. But I received two identical ones. There was a tiny piece of chicken on the burger. Relatively expensive for the quality.

I ordered online, but unfortunately not everything was in stock. However, pretending the order couldn't be modified was unprofessional. They then claimed the order had been modified, but still tried to charge me the full price, presumably hoping I wouldn't notice and the order wouldn't need changing after all.

This place is getting worse and worse. Last week we were there around 7 or 8 p.m. The place was empty, with no other customers except us, but the staff were busy chatting. After we got our food, the first disappointment was the dirty, run-down drink dispenser. Most of it was empty; there was only Pepsi left, which tasted disgustingly of syrup. The place was empty, but the tray return was full. The overall impression was chaotic. So if you want to be expensive fast food, then the service, cleanliness, and ambiance need to be improved. Otherwise, these prices are a disgrace for this quality.

The food was completely cold, probably sitting on the counter for a while. A "hello and thank you" is overrated. KFC should urgently investigate this and look into the whole thing. Never again!

There's no other fast food place where I've been ripped off so often when it comes to the completeness of my order. To be clear, incomplete is the rule, not the exception. And then compare the prices, holy moly. You pay an extra €60 for four people, and every time you're missing a bucket or one or two burgers and/or coleslaw and/or fries and/or a corn on the cob. Or you come in at 7 p.m., order, among other things, spicy chicken pieces. Five minutes later, you find out that they're out of "spicy" chicken pieces, and ask if I can wait 17 minutes or would I rather have regular chicken pieces instead? Guys, you can't be serious about running out of everything at that time and only making "spicy" to order. I'm not even talking about the fact that it takes you five minutes to realize they're out of "spicy" chicken pieces. And no, that wasn't just the case once. It's happened with corn on the cob quite a few times, too. Honestly, I get the creeps every time I have to come to you.

The absolute worst meal we've had in our city. Incredibly bad. It was our first and last time there. Such a shame.

Unfortunately, the service was unfriendly, and the tables were dirty and untidy, as were the floors and the drinks station. Certainly the last time I'll be there.

Today I came back after months and spoke with the same employee to discuss the previous interaction. The food was given perfectly and 5 star for the service. And thank you for the drink.

Large burgers, very warm, well-seasoned. Finally, a burger the way it should be. It's a bit more expensive, but we were full afterward. Full for a long time. I think I'll go there more often now. You can/are allowed to fill and refill your own drink here. Inside, you sit on hard plastic seats. The usual stuff these days. The restrooms were (still) clean.

The veggie burgers still need a lot of work. For that much money, you only get junk with no flavor. Furthermore, the veggie alternatives aren't included in the deal. The fries were also cold and soft. So, we paid about €45 for nothing. That was our last time at KFC.

Chocolate ice cream is an absolute disaster, way too bitter and it feels like there are wood chips in it, unbelievable!

The staff is very friendly and attentive. My boyfriend and I come here several times a week, and we're always very satisfied. Every question is answered in a friendly manner, and we're always happy to help. Anyone considering a visit to this restaurant should definitely give it a try.

Very disappointing – incomplete order and unfriendly service I ordered from this branch on Tuesday evening, June 8th, at approximately 10:50 PM – unfortunately, two of the four side dishes and the sauce were forgotten. When I complained about this over the phone, the employee, who claimed to be the branch manager, treated me very unfriendly and with little customer service. I was only offered the opportunity to drive another 15 minutes back to the branch to pick up the missing items myself – no assistance or apology whatsoever. It's particularly unfortunate, as I run my own store directly across the street and actually enjoy visiting KFC. But this kind of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I hope the service here improves significantly in the future.

The food was nice and hot, all the chicken was freshly made. Unfortunately when I made my order the original chicken was in preparation, so I had to wait a little while it was cooking.

I'd say it's a typical branch – the food was ready quickly. Delicious and filling. The highlight here, however, was that there was plenty for kids! Not just an outside slide – there was also a play area inside and a sink at child height in the restroom. Top

The Crisby Burger was terrible. The fries weren't good enough either. It didn't match the advertised photo.

A third of the order was missing. Very annoying when you've paid over 50 euros. Unfortunately, we only noticed it after we'd already left. People check on site to make sure your order is correct. And please check the employees carefully before you hand out the goods to make sure everything is included. We've decided to avoid this store and recommend it under no circumstances.

I've only been there a few times, but EVERY time the food was lukewarm at best, and the chicken was drier than a paper napkin. Poorly seasoned and tasted only of gravy. The service was bored and lackluster. Absolutely not recommended. There's a much tastier alternative across the street.

It was okay. The location was great, with plenty of parking, including charging stations. Coupons in the app were also OK; they were easy to redeem on the screen. My only criticism of the soft drink: the soda tasted extremely like artificial sweeteners (7Up). You're familiar with the Sprite/lemon flavor from other fast-food chains, and I'm not criticizing the sweetness, but specifically the aftertaste.

Since 2020, I came once with work colleagues, then with my family, and since 2021, I've been coming regularly every month. It's almost always delicious and good.

We were there around 11 p.m. after a party. It wasn't crowded, but we waited a long time for our food. The drink dispenser was lacking in hygiene. It needs to be cleaned more often. We couldn't even clear our trays because the return carts were full. I don't know what happened before we arrived. Still, the food was tasty and freshly prepared.

A good KFC with good chicken tastes very good. It's good value for money, and for me, as a black person, fried chicken is sometimes a must. They also have menu items for those on a budget, and the ice cream tastes good.

Unfortunately, KFC in Waiblingen has also switched to this nonsensical "number-pulling" system, which has already reduced the term "fast food" to absurdity in other fast food chains. That's why nothing works at Kentucky Fried Chicken anymore, completely as expected. 2 people in "service": One person puts orders in at the checkout and collects them and the other, who is still somewhat motivated but still hopelessly overwhelmed, tries to somehow process the huge number of orders. Ergo: absolute chaos and the 20 people who were there with me agreed: You definitely can't go there anymore! Oh yes: and to make matters worse, a burger was missing from my order. When it was delivered, it was the wrong one...

We rarely go to KFC in Germany, precisely because of the terrible service. When ordering through the terminal, you see a certain part of the chicken, order it exactly 3 times in a family bucket and receive it in real life only once. You go to the checkout with a question, and in response they tell you that it doesn’t have to be this part. The administrator listened carefully and that was all. But this is the only part of the chicken leg (drumstick) in the picture when chosen and in fact are completely different. It feels like the chickens for KFC are not raised on a farm, but somewhere in captivity, where they are not fed. Plus, it’s frustrating that you can’t select an order in the terminal and pay at the checkout, only online payment.

Orders are only partially delivered - unfortunately once again. This gives the impression that this is done on purpose. Also because the employees on site are not interested in a solution and just brush you off. Therefore, it is better not to order anything from this KFC via a delivery service.

Every time I go to the restaurant the tables are dirty. For me, the ordering process at the terminal is cumbersome and confusing; it's easier at other fast food shops. Staff unmotivated and sometimes unfriendly. The food is mediocre, the fries are soggy and the chicken pieces are almost suffocating in the breading. Conclusion: it doesn't have to be that way.

Absolutely bad! Employees can hardly speak German and no order is carried out correctly! Dirty tables everywhere, full tray trolleys, even though there were enough employees and few customers in the store. Fries were served almost raw and had to be complained about. Chicken pieces tasteless and bland. Prices are completely excessive for what is on offer. I can absolutely advise against it.

Biggest juice shop! I ordered via Lieferando worth over €70 and some of the order was wrong/was forgotten! How mentally limited can you actually be to put “warm” food over butter? Left a disgusting mess!!!! Of course, when I tried to call, no one answered! How about training your employees? Might puke! Delivery was delayed forever and the food was cold and inedible when it arrived!!!

The food was good, warm and crispy. Hence the 5 stars. When it came to service, I found it a shame that a terminal was defective and you couldn't order from it. However, you only noticed this when you wanted to order, as every customer's card was declined.

Very bad branch, I ordered an original bucket in the evening and after 4 - 5 shares I was already full. Then unfortunately I had to get up at night because I had extreme stomach pain and then I had to vomit. I would definitely not recommend this branch and I generally have a dislike for the Kfc restaurant chain.

Very nice atmosphere and food If you like fried chicken, this is the place for you! I would strongly recommend the Double BBQ Zinger menu or the 9er Hotwingsbox. The Hotwings are really nicely breaded and fried and give you a feeling of satisfaction when you bite them off. Everything is fresh even at a late hour. Employees are very friendly and helpful. I recommend this branch to everyone.
