Food was good, but not enough staff.

God willing, the young lady at the checkout this afternoon was the best example of how unmotivated you can be at work. A cleaning rag only seems to be allowed to see the light in the branch at certain times. At least the food was prepared quickly.

It satisfies hunger. Tasty is different.

Stopped for a while while in transit and worked up an appetite! Everything was fine, just the mayo was forgotten! Gladly again...

The store is terrible, dirty as hell, it starts at the front door. Fries white, cold and greasy, food is cold and soggy. I can recommend the corn on the cob. Drinks dispensing system totally dirty.

Been back to KFC for years and can confidently say that I will never visit this chain again. I decided on the veggie variants and bought a wrap and 3 nuggets for €12. When I saw the nuggets I almost fell out of my chair... Just under €6 for tiny little fried pieces that taste like cardboard. Wrap was dry and limp. Simply a money scam. Never again!

Was yesterday at 11:55 p.m. because the terminals for ordering were dark, I thought ok they were out of order. I went to the counter and a man's voice came up with a word like it came from the ghetto and called out, I'm coming right away. The gentleman was cleaning up the guest room. As it sounds like, as a stupid German, I waited about 4 minutes. Then I turned around and made eye contact with the employee, thinking he was coming now but no, he was continuing to clean up. After a minute or two I turned around and left, of course not without saying goodbye, as I should. They looked at me and didn't say a word. If the local is open until midnight, service should be maintained until midnight. It looks like they wanted to leave the place clean at midnight. Germany is increasingly becoming a service desert. This was the last time I was there. I then went to Citizen King where it was packed and everything happened quickly.

Went to KFC again after a long time and immediately knew why! I had a Super Deal Box XL. The result can be seen in the picture! Fries soggy and lukewarm, these strange chicken pieces (2 pieces) had more breading than meat and were very dry. The third part was found in a hamburger bun. Price €6.99 😂

Far too expensive for the ever-shrinking chicken pieces, the taste of the pieces is really very bad, the breading is extremely dry and tastes musty, never again.

The Hotwings are simply great. That's why I have to go to KFC every now and then. Hot wings with fresh hot fries. Simple, but simply delicious 😜

The worst KFC I've seen. I have ordered there 3 times and something was always missing from each order. Instead of having 3 corn we got one. We ordered two boxes with 18 pieces each, we only got one box and instead of two fries we only got one. So with three orders there was always something wrong!!!! If you really want to eat there, then check your order!!!!!

A very friendly and courteous staff. I come here with my boyfriend several times a week and we are very satisfied every time. Every question is answered in a friendly manner and you are always helped. Anyone considering a visit to this restaurant should definitely give it a try.

Habe heute hier Essn bestellt,leider das Essen war kalt ,Zingerbürger war eine Brötchen die von eine Pressmaschiene rausgeholt Majonese drauf und ein kleine Stückchen Hänchen, alles war platt ,kalt und fiel auseinander, Pommes sowieso ungenießbar, habe mein Bürger zurückgegeben daß man eine andere normale aussehende bekommen könnte, kamm sofort Schichtleitung und mich laut angeschrieben hat, dass man alle Bürger gleich sind.Qualität das Essen schlechteste was ich seit Jahren gegessen habe. PS.sehr traurig,keine Menschlichkeit,und Frechheit vom Schichtleitung. Heute wird als Kunde wie Dreck behandelt,und Schichtleitung muss an seinem TON dran arbeiten, wir leben in eine zivilisierte Land.

Prices also appeared more expensive compared to previous visits. Nevertheless, the staff was friendly and the service was satisfactory. Overall there is room for improvement in terms of food quality and pricing.

The only fast food chain where I still have a hard time understanding the menu or what's on offer and making a selection. This could be due to the dishes or the focus on chicken. But maybe I'm too stupid to understand the map and the offers. Once you have decided on a dish, it tastes good and you feel full.

Very bad, cold food and bad staff

I ordered here today. A disaster! The food was cold, the fries were unfinished and inedible, the burgers and twister were cold and of poor quality. Truly the worst thing I've eaten in years. I'm aware that I ordered from a fast food restaurant, but today was just a disgrace. And the whole thing cost me over 29 euros. For a twister, fries, 2 small burgers and a drink. Oh yes and a ColeSlaw that was forgotten. The refund would have taken 3-4 weeks. Say it's okay... I will definitely NEVER eat here again.

See good KFC clean and friendly

Chicken parts are okay, burgers a bit dry, the mashed potatoes 🤮 and still quite expensive. To fill up, you could have gone to a pizzeria for the money.

Naja, fast food war auch mal besser. Diesmal hatte ich vorbestellt via Kfc-Homepage und am Schalter abgeholt, dies hat super funktioniert und der Mitarbeiter war freundlich. Family Bucket und ein solo Original Burger um die 40€, dafür dass der Burger kalt und schon ne weile gestanden war, die Pommes waren nicht lang genug in der Fritte,lätschig und voller Öl. Das Bucket: die Hänchenteile waren noch warm/heiß Zuhause (fahrt von 5min), waren Geschmacklich nicht der Hit und hatten wohl auch noch nie Salz gesehen! Keine Serviette in der ToGo Tüte... Man kann hier nicht von Preis/Leistung sprechen. Für mich war das der letzte Besuch im Fast Food, außer man geht mit 3promille dorthin👍

Pommes waren leider gerade noch lauwarm. Hähnchenfleisch trocken. Wir waren früher gerne dort, aber leider hat alles nachgelassen, - außer der Preis, sodass das Preisleistungsverhältnis leider nicht erfreulich ist. Das Personal war eher 'grummelig'.

Chicken crispers had no flavor. We ordered mashed potatoes without gravy, but they told us they could not make them without gravy. The mashed they did give were clearly old. Cheese crisper were not good. Hard pass. Sprite was cold, but as with many places in Europe, they had no ice.

Lecker Hühnchen - leider auch nicht mehr. Eben für zwei Personen fast 30€ ausgegeben und es war nix besonderes. Burger waren lauwarm. Nächstes Mal wieder beim König oder dem Goldenen Bogen... Tut mir wirklich leid KFC aber wie oben geschrieben.. Lecker Hühnchen reicht nicht mehr.

Es gibt bessere Filialen von KFC als die in Waiblingen. Da mangelt es schon an der Sauberkeit, Kundenfreundlichkeit, etc.

Sehr moderner und guter KFC. Einer der besten im Raum Stuttgart. Kostenloses Refill. Parkplätze genug vorhanden. Innen lässt es sich gut sitzen und auch etwas verweilen. Offen gestaltet. Insgesamt sauber. Personal lässt teilweise zu wünschen übrig, eher langsam. Preislich natürlich völlig überzogen, aber wenn man sich gönnt, dann gleich ein Bucket. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es auch anderes FastFood, sehr gut erreichbar direkt an der Ausfahrt B14.

Sehr lange Wartezeit gehabt und trotzdem war das Essen nicht wirklich warm. Die Chilli Cheese Pommes waren ein Witz. Sonst mag ich KFC eigentlich gerne. Allem in allem halt ein Fastfood Laden wie jeder andere.

Bestellte ein veggi bürger menü mit beilagen.Mir wurde nichts aufgeklärt ich frag nach etwas und die an der Kasse antwortet nicht mal.Danach hat die mein Kartoffelpüree vergessen und es genervt gegeben als ich gefragt habe.Nun ist es morgens nächster tag und ich musste erstmal einen netten Besuch zur Toilette machen.Kfc ist aufjedenfall nicht mehr wie das alte.

As usual in KFC, everything is great with only one "complaint" about the wrappers and tortillas. The pieces of meat and vegetables are too big because it is the first KFC in Europe that serves such large pieces. Regardless, the taste, quality and service are excellent.

Ich bin schon lange Fan von KFC. Die Preise steigen, das war abzusehen und ist verständlich. Wenn aber gleichzeitig die Portionen kleiner werden, dann bin ich raus. Für 2-3 Euro mehr bekommt man dann schon "richtige" Burger beim Kleinen Imbiss oder ein knuspriges Hühnchen mit Beilage. Ich befürchte, diese Strategie wird sich nicht auszahlen.

Burger was served cold, Mais was without butter. Service was just ok, could be an improvement point. Toilets were clean and accessible to guests without any extra charge. Seating arrangements were at places not so clean. There is small play area for small kids. Location is pretty good. Hope they improve on service.

Nach zwei Jahren mal wieder bei KFC gewesen - Fazit: + Keine lange Wartezeit + Freundliche Mitarbeiter - Essen insgesamt kalt und lätschig. Frisch zubereitet wurde hier sicherlich nichts. Weder die Veggie-Tenders, Crispys noch die Pommes. - Tische fast durchgehend schmutzig oder Nass.

Sehr lecker aber leider auch teuer! Dennoch ein Besuch ist es wert!

Essen wie erwartet bei KFC, schöne Hochstuhl-Optionen und nach der großen Bestellung gabs etwas gratis, weil es laut dem Personal zu lange gedauert hat :)

Die Filiale hat sich wirklich gemacht. Als sie frisch eröffnet hatte war es oft nicht wie erhofft, da gerne die Bestellung im Drive Through falsch war oder die Freundlichkeit zu wünschen übrig ließ aber inzwischen ist es wirklich gut geworden. Die Burger werden gut belegt und die Bestellungen sind (gewöhnlich) vollständig.

Mittlerweile nur noch Durchschnitt. War mal ziemlich gut !

Kfc eben - bisher nix negatives

Sehr gutes Essen. Als Chicken-Liebhaber ist es das perfekte Restaurant. Der Krautsalat ist sehr lecker.

Letztes Jahr war ich öfters mal im KFC-Waiblingen und da ging alles super schnell mit super netter Bedienung! Jetzt fast ein halbes Jahr später ist die Bedienung, wenn man mal dran kommt, ganz O.K. aber die Dauer, dass man die bestellte und bezahlte Ware erhält sehr langsam und die Führung kommt selber damit nicht zurecht und das nach 13Uhr am 4.09.2019! Zusätzlich sind draußen die Sonnenschirme nicht aufgemacht, man sitzt in der Sonne, das Tor zum Parkplatz ist abgeschlossen und die abgelegten Untersetzer der Gäste sind nicht aufgeräumt! Das würde dem WKD bestimmt nicht gefallen! Was ist aus dem super KFC-Waiblingen geworden?Ein Saustall mit sehr schlechter Führung und Unterbesetzung! Ich gehe echt gern zu KFC aber dieser wird immer dreckiger. Es gibt keinen Platz der nicht total verschmiert oder nass ist. Es hüpfen 6 Mitarbeiter rum aber nur einer ist bei der Kasse u völlig überfordert. Echt schade!

Man kann ja über KFC viel sagen, aber langweilig wird es mir nie. In verschiedenen Ländern, verschiedene Qualitäten, leider. Zum Glück ist die Qualität in Deutschland gut und knusprig, wie auch hier.

Bei dieser Filiale handelt es sich die aktuelle Neueröffnung von KFC. Das Restaurant liegt mitten in der Baustelle eines neuen Einkaufszentrums, und ist daher etwas schwer zu finden - vor allem, weil die Adresse in den meisten Navigationssystemen noch nicht existiert. Bereits beim Betreten des Restaurants wurden wir von einer Mitarbeiterin freundlich begrüsst. Das Restaurant führt das übliche Standardsortiment von KFC. Wir haben uns für das Menü 6 (6 Chicken Wings mit Beilage und Getränk) entschieden. Einmal wählten wir als Beilage Pommes Frites und einmal Coleslaw (Krautsalat). Die Chicken-Teile waren wie immer lecker, die Pommes Frites in Ordnung und der Krautsalat herzhaft, so wie es sein sollte. Im Restaurant selbst war alles ordentlich. Der Boden war sauber geputzt, die Tische ebenfalls. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich. Damit wir nicht warten mussten, wurde uns das fertige Essen sogar an den Tisch gebracht. Grundsätzlich hätte es in der Bewertung für ein "Ausgezeichnet" gereicht. Einziger Minuspunkt: Die im Hintergrund laufende Musik, die zum einen zu laut, und zum anderen garantiert nicht Jedermanns Geschmack war. Aber das ist auch das einzig Negative, dass uns hier aufgefallen ist.
