Burger King, like all its other branches, unfortunately, 2 of the 4 burgers on my last order were made incorrectly (wrong ingredients...), hence the star deduction... All four meals were mixed up... Ordered mayonnaise and ketchup, but didn't get it... Mayonnaise and ketchup were given out upon request... Well, maybe it will be better next time...

I've never experienced anything like this before. The service staff laugh very loudly and scream the whole time. Then they repeatedly use very rude words in a foreign language... Unfortunately, children can hear this too. All the guests are quiet, but the people working there are much too loud and use rude words.

I actually wanted to get something to eat here, but when I saw the restrooms, I literally couldn't believe it. Not only do the restrooms look terrible, they're also just fine. I think a WKD should take a look at them.

Unfortunately, the store is very dirty; we had to search for a halfway decent table, and the floor isn't even worth mentioning. All the trolleys are completely full and probably haven't been emptied in hours. I simply don't understand why they don't care about cleanliness when they sell groceries. The store manager, unfortunately, has no control over this store at all.

I am very dissatisfied with the service at McDonald's. The staff is unfriendly, our order was taken incorrectly, and we received a different food than what we ordered. When we inquired, they simply said that certain products were no longer available – without offering a proper solution. Furthermore, we were turned away around 2 a.m., even though the restaurant is officially open until 3 a.m. This is absolutely unacceptable. Overall, a very disappointing experience – something you wouldn't expect from an international chain like McDonald's.

Where have all the good burgers gone? I rarely write a review, but I think one should do so every now and then. For €12.50, I got about 100g of fries, and the chili cheeseburger was also really meager. The taste was certainly okay, but it was really unloving and lacked any decoration (lettuce or tomato). I can remember times when these burgers were still pretty. That's why I only go to BK 2-3 times a year. The staff is friendly, and the ambiance is a matter of taste.

1. The food was no problem, as usual. 2. The vending machine was out of CO2, and after repeated complaints about it being fixed, nothing was done. The drinks weren't cold. There were no ice cubes left, so you had to drink the Coke without gas. It was terrible. 3. The toilets were worse than the ones at the train station. Ugh.

Fast. From ordering to getting your food, it only takes a few minutes. It's not that busy either. The restrooms, however, are a bit disgusting. We had three bottles of wine there, and the smell was also disgusting. Otherwise, the food was okay (BK, after all), but the food comes very, very quickly.

Classic Burger King, nothing to complain about. But the staff didn't want to work and made it clear. They pissed us off and wouldn't give us back the bottle deposit, deliberately pretending they didn't speak English, and made no effort to communicate.

The food is okay, the fries weren't good, very soggy, and the pricing is now incomprehensible to me. The percentage markups have become very, very high. There's a new "drink vending machine" on site where you can "pour" your own drink. The machine is a disaster in my opinion. Regular Fanta unfortunately tastes awful here. The syrup used here has nothing to do with Fanta (I actually tried it several times out of curiosity, just to be absolutely sure), and it's very yellow and leaves residue in the cup. The best thing here these days is the extremely friendly and extremely competent staff; they're very fast and clean. 5* service. That wasn't the case before.

Very good burger, but the onion rings and fries were soggy. We had to eat outside because we had a pet, and it was full of wasps, so we barely finished our meal.

Not my thing as a healthy person

I found a hair in my burger, horrible! I'm not coming back here! They should be ashamed of themselves! The staff were nice and offered me a new burger, but I couldn't accept it. I just wanted to puke!

When I'm here, it's almost exclusively through the drive-thru. I've never been disappointed. This branch really has a lot of momentum; I've never waited long here, no matter how long the line is or what time of day it is. The employees at the Waiblingen Burger King counter are by far the nicest I've encountered at any of Germany's Burger Kings. One employee stands out in particular; he's always friendly and relaxed. A very likeable guy who I'm always happy to see when he's on duty. You have to give praise sometimes... 🤗

A branch like many of this chain. Clean, friendly staff, and the time between ordering and serving is quick. The food is hot and OK, as you'd expect. The price is a bit too high for a set meal. There are specials, but not on what you want. Overall, better than other fast-food chains...

I'd prefer not to give the ambiance any stars at all. The clientele that hangs out there these days is terrible, in groups and always very loud. The restrooms haven't been cleaned in weeks/months, and all the tables are dirty, including the floors and seats—disgusting.

1. I get my "food" after complaining about the missing items twice. 2. $3.99 for a child's handful of fries. Ridiculous! 3. Tables not clean. All in all: Since I was only there to please my children, they too realized that it was just overpriced junk. Conclusion: Never again!

If you're hungry and want something to eat, you should definitely keep driving. Unfortunately! The burgers are so-so, with almost no flavor. And the staff doesn't know anything about cleaning. The main thing is that the burgers sell well. As a manager, I would be ashamed to run a place like this. Please reconsider your philosophy; people won't want to come back.

The meat on the burgers was cooked or kept warm for far too long! Absolutely dry and tasteless! I ordered it at the drive-thru and picked it up, but when I wanted to eat it 10 minutes later, I was in for a surprise. I can't bring it back during a half-hour lunch break. That's completely unacceptable; I would have returned it to the restaurant. P.S. That was my second attempt. I won't be going to that restaurant again. Better get two trucks from the butcher!

Food and staff are top! Only the store itself doesn't seem clean and full carts are emptied too irregularly. There is also a loud pinging sound down at the counter with every order, similar to the WhatsApp message sound. Very annoying.

The food was good, but there was nothing going on, the employees were digging a hole in the floor and there was dirt from the guests piling up everywhere. Terrace full of rubbish, tablets with food everywhere. And the employees have nothing to do inside. Sad ....

Considering it's called Burger King, the burgers are worse than those from McDonald's. Service okay. The ambience is actually okay, having to walk up stairs is awesome, but the bicycle bell that rings every 10 seconds is unbearable. The volume of this is louder than a fire department siren.

After ten years I returned to this company. The reason is because their competitor doesn't have Fries but chips and the burgers have a lot of sauce which I don't like. This particular shop is perfect.

If I want fast food, I go to the Burger King in Waiblingen. Still one of the good branches.

When ordering to take away, whether in the store or through the drive-thru, something is so often “forgotten” that it can no longer be a coincidence. Be sure to check before you go.

We went to this B.King today. It was very dirty on the first floor, tables smeared and full of rubbish as the clearing trolley was completely littered/overflowing. There were leftover food under the tables and the toilet stank of urine, etc., something I've never experienced to this extent in Germany. I recommend that management urgently train employees in hygiene and cleanliness. Only the food was good, as expected. Best regards G.W.

Toilets could be clean and need renovation. It was not possible to take away the tablets because the carts were overcrowded.

Was in the drive in with my girlfriend. Forgot half of 2 menus... Of course we trusted that the order had been handed over completely and only realized when we got home that not everything was there 🤬 At least we got ketchup and mayonnaise, even though we said we didn't want any... 🙄

Today I reached a new low in cleanliness, Bürgerking Waiblingen! Sticky tables littered with leftover food, a floor that literally sticks to your shoes and a toilet that puts any train station toilet to shame. It seems like it hasn't been cleaned in days. I think I've found a new candidate for Germany's dirtiest fast food branch. It's a shame about the food, which could actually be quite good if the environment were more hygienic.

Lifeless staff, no more communication than necessary. Staff are happy to decide what to drink themselves. Burger looks like the cow died twice and to top it all off, the toilets smell of decay. And to top it all off, 3 hours later you get nausea followed by vomiting. Great experience, I highly recommend it!!

Hello friends. The following reflects my personal experience only. It happened to me twice, about 6 weeks apart: Around midday. Hardly any customers in the store. There was no greeting from the staff, corresponding to the service. Food cold, although freshly prepared. Seriously, it's almost artful to give out the burger and the side dishes so unfinished and cold. The store was almost empty! Why? Why is food and the customer treated this way? I find the property in general to be unkempt. I won't come back. Greetings.

Freshly renovated with new screens to order yourself. It tasted great and the staff was nice even if the contact was minimal.

We were happy to go to Burger King in Waiblingen today for a long time and were very disappointed. Cola stale without blubber and without the desired and checked ice cubes; Onion rings limp, Wopper plans barely fried so even the cheese didn't run; Ketchup and sauce were more visible than on them; fries dried out; Drinks cannot be filled up yourself and you can only choose from 6 types! So no specifics possible either; Communication with staff not possible due to language barriers; Forgotten toys for the child in the children's box even though they were checked. Price-performance ratio inadequate!!! We had to clean our seat ourselves, but this was possible thanks to the cleaning cloths provided. We don't go here anymore. Shame on our hard-earned money!!!! 4 people are totally stupid

Don't feel like cooking? But you should have! Mac & Cheese Chicken Burger with Curly Fries. The Curly's were lukewarm and full of oil, the burger was carelessly thrown together, lukewarm and only tasted of fried onions. You don't have to wait another 10 minutes in the car to get everything ready before you realize when you get home that you forgot to pack the dip! Drive in was clean and the employee there was friendly.

My experience about the drive in. Food was forgotten. The chips bags are already small. But then putting the Pomeranians in sideways so that even less fits in is pretty cheeky.

I always go to the Burger King in Waiblingen, I'm always satisfied, but the toilet, the sink with mold gaps needs to be replaced and the faucet is missing the button. Guys, it doesn't work at all, it's been a year now, it doesn't work at all, it's a shame. No one is interested in that, it's never a shame again.

Larger and better selection compared to mc Donalds, especially when it comes to Plant based menus. Also taste and quality better. Perhaps the best Burger King I ever had

The cleanliness is an absolute no-go, tables are not cleaned no matter when you come, the shelves for tablets are full, even there are tablets standing around on the tables, disgusting. This situation was not only encountered once.

Fast food restaurant. You can do that occasionally, it's not my cup of tea but the burger I had was surprisingly good. Some guests can behave, others can't, and that's what it looked like. But otherwise quite okay.

A Burger King like almost any other. I think it's nice that you can sit upstairs. It's quieter there than down below. It's just a shame that the upper floor is sometimes closed. At least she was when I visited her once. During busy times, you should make sure to empty the tray carriers regularly. The complaining is at a high level. The food has always come quickly and the quality meets the BK standard.

Sind extra wegen der Gouda-Lover-Wochen hin. An der Anzeigetafel war nichts dergleichen im Angebot zu finden. Gleich 2 MA sahen uns dann verständnislos an, als wir nachfragten. Die Gouda-Angebote waren nur am Bestellterminal zu finden, also machten wir dort weiter. Das dauerte aber ewig, weil die Touchscreen-Funktion schlecht funktionierte. Auch die Payback-Punkte-Funktion ging nicht. Wir waren 5 min am hin und herprobieren, wollten eigentlich schon aufgeben. Bezahlten dann fast 25 € zu zweit für mäßigen Geschmack. Hatten uns deutlich mehr vorgestellt. Dann gehen wir doch künftig lieber zum Mac.

The place is very clear and quiet. Low music, wich you will enjoy. The staff are all so friendly. The place is friendly for the children also. This ist not our first time here and not even last time. Highly recommended
