Why don't you deliver to Odenkirchen again? Not everyone has a car to drive there, you have to try to make your delivery accessible to everyone.

Been back after a long time and been disappointed. 🍟 were lukewarm, the floor was sticky, the music didn't fit at all (hip hop), there were no urinals in the toilet, when you order via the terminal you can't order things that can then be ordered later at the checkout. Then why not order straight away at the checkout? Sorry, it felt like the store was run by a few teenagers who had no supervision. The only bright spot was the decor in the restaurant

Was there Saturday evening. It was very dirty around 11 p.m. Tables sticky. The waste station hasn't been put away for a while.... I picked up my husband and his friend from soccer.... Really disgusting, I haven't eaten anything. The boys both had a burger menu. Chili French fries taste good, but the quantity and presentation form are subpar.....

We were still steaming at night with a few colleagues when we had the brilliant idea that we could go here after all. After we had ordered and already paid, we were told that the shop was probably closed despite the doors being open and the terminals working. When I asked if I could get my money back, I was told no. Even though the store was closed, I find it very surprising that doors were open, terminals were ready for use and lights were left on.

Everything prepared quickly and well.

Tried and tested fried chicken, nothing more to say.

Still, these fried wings and legs are too fatty for me. Just too fatty.

The food was cold. The staff were friendly. The ambience boring and simple.

Today I was asked very unpleasantly and loudly on the intercom to keep quiet. Because I didn't understand the guy acoustically right away and started ordering. I have never experienced this type of communication with customers in my life... It's a shame... I'll definitely avoid the branch in the future. That was probably the landlord's brother and he was in charge of the shift. How is the management itself if he is allowed to treat the customer like that? Keep it up😂👍 Ps. To the nice brother with a lot of stress: I wouldn't even approach a beggar the way you do your customer... Think about it

It used to be better. Everything was lightly seasoned and not the least bit spicy.

Table dirty, waited a long time, almost 20 minutes and received almost cold food (below lukewarm). No taste and/or tasted like old frying fat, the burger tasted like cheese base. We never again!

I'm actually not a fan of the chain, my son wanted to go there. But I can't say anything bad about my visit to this branch. It was incredibly quick, the price was right for the fact that a drink refill was also offered and the taste was good too.

KFC has changed their view on healthy drinks. All drinks are ZERO sugar. But KFC considers Water to be unhealthy too? So serve us chemical infused drinks but not PUR CLEAN WATER? But this is all OK since deep fried food is very healthy.

A KFC - a fast food restaurant like so many... I can't give something like that 5* - but everything was as expected, clean and tidy.

Food delicious as usual. I have to drive a few kilometers for it, but that's a good thing, otherwise I would be there too often! 😅

How can the boss of the branch just decide to only offer “zero” drinks? What an absurdity! I find that discriminatory. So will I have to get my drinks next door from McDonald's in the future?

Super great shop, everything is great, friendly staff and the food is perfect

Unfortunately, the service staff is totally understaffed and the Rappel store is full. I actually wanted to pay at the checkout but gave up after 10 minutes. The order at the machine was then placed after about 5 minutes when there was space in the machine again and the food was then provided after 10 minutes. As I said, it was packed and it's definitely better outside of peak times.

So for €13 I got a burnt portion and two bits of fries and a drink. So if I wanted to get my fill of it I would have to order it at least 3-4 times. This is totally ridiculous. They have me last time seen. Plus the waitress just gave me the stuff, wouw I thought she was in a good mood.

Times are changing. A few years ago you could eat delicious chicken and the famous coleslaw here. Unfortunately, after picking it up at the drive-thru a few days ago, there is nothing left of it. The coleslaw no longer tasted good at all and the chicken pieces were limp and extremely fatty. The breading is miles away from crispy. The chicken only tasted like fat and the meat is still dry. You have to get it done first. Colonel Sanders would have been spinning in his grave...

Never had such bad fast food in my life. It was instantly done, and when biting down on the burger and fries it was evident why: everything had been made two days prior and had been sitting there waiting for a customer to accidentally walk in and order. Upon arrival it stood out that the McDonalds across the street was very busy, while there was not a single soul inside this KFC. Especially every menu item involving cheese was revolting.

Food ok, service poor, waited over 20 minutes for my order. Staff understaffed.

One of those KFC's that doesn't offer all the promotions advertised online. The staff didn't know the range of promotions that day and couldn't explain why they weren't offering the promotion. When putting together the buckets, for example, many very small Chrispys are hidden. This can be done better.

I've been getting something from KFC for ages. And that was the last time. The food was subpar. The bites were rubbery, like they had been reheated two or three times. The fries without salt and the puree were worse than bagged puree.

Friendly service, even a last minute change request was graciously fulfilled, even though preparation was already in full swing. Everything was very tasty, quick and uncomplicated yesterday

Bad 2 years later. July 24th. No friendly service. Fries almost raw. Chicken totally over seasoned and not crispy. Bah!

Food was ok... The service left a lot to be desired... all the employees were in the kitchen, and there was no more Pepsi Cola... when asked, we were told that we should take another drink! That is not how it works... !

Are the employees in the store all high or why do they always forget something when ordering? You pay so much money for cheap food and then you are sold expired coleslaw and that has happened several times, it would be nice to just give out the leftovers, they think.. And then you just forget the whole thing, you've been working there for several years, how can you still make the same mistakes every time?! Been there last time

Everything is actually great except for the mashed potatoes and on top of that you pay 3.29 for a drink, everything is zero except water and the sweetener is carcinogenic so never sorry again

I have no idea what happened after the renovation, but apparently nothing can be done anymore. The employees talk to each other the whole time instead of preparing food and walk around like they're on sleeping pills. When the order finally comes, half of it is forgotten

Unfortunately the breading tasted like sawdust, I got new ones without any problems but they weren't any better. I didn't eat but the staff was friendly.

Dirt. Dirt, dirt, broken or empty soap dispensers in the women's toilet, employee drops napkin next to the trash can, and even after 20 minutes this napkin is still there. He steps into the identical trash can with one foot, cup falls out, cup stays there. When picking up the order at the counter, many dirty tables were pointed out [at this point there were 8 guests in the restaurant], a lady came with a damp cloth, wiped 4 of 6 tables with the same cloth, crumbs on the chairs and floor were ignored and Collected crumbs from the table in your hand..... goes to the trash can mentioned above, half a line of crumbs from your hand fall next to it, lid closed, everything as usual... cup and napkin adorn the floor. I'm speechless, obviously taking a tour and taking photos..... Zero reaction from the staff..... that's ......... time and duration of the visit April 18th, 2024 from around 6:05 p.m. to 6:30 p.m

Yep. Just fast food. Haven't been there in ages. Now there are order machines for ordering and paying independently. Good idea if the displays are cleaned. These were totally rubbish. This also applies to 3/4 of the tables. However, the food was prepared quickly and warm. If you want to do KFC quickly or not, everyone has to decide for themselves.

It feels like the employees are being held at gunpoint.

When I order something at the drive-thru, it can happen that something is missing by mistake. BUT if you miss 3x small fries and a burger in an order, I don't understand the communication between the employees... Plus there was nothing going on, so it couldn't have been due to "stress"! Processing an order step by step should hardly be possible in any company. Forgetting what feels like half the price is just audacious!

I was here again after a long time and I'm just disappointed.. After discovering that there was no soap in the toilet and after a long wait (despite the very friendly staff, it has to be said) we got our Chicken Bites and Super Deal Box. The bites tasted old by KFC standards. (It feels like they haven't been through properly either.) The fries were floury and tasted like they were under-fried. The crispy cheese burger was also just okay by KFC standards. Since when is there no cheese here but only cheese sauce? It tasted like soap (which was missing from the toilet). The drink was the only thing that tasted like you're used to. If KFC always tasted like this, it would have been my last time. It's good that there are other locations where it tastes like you're used to.

Very tasty and the milkshake is the best, better than McDonald's and Citizen King, only the paramedics need a little more care, otherwise everything is great.

Unfortunately the service and quality have deteriorated. The waitress seemed a bit confused when I asked about the goodies. Apple spritzer is also often out. Ate here again yesterday, the quality has deteriorated significantly. The music (German rap) is definitely trying to attract young people, but is not pleasant for other age groups. The cleanliness has also deteriorated a lot. Very disappointing

The food used to be better. Was there again for a long time and was shocked. Maybe just a bad day. Keep an eye on it.

Really good shop. We go there twice a month and the food is very good and fresh, as we have always had everything hot.

Get top hotwings from friendly and motivated staff. However, the Superbowl was full, so we had to wait an hour - so pre-order 😉

I have to say surprisingly it was my first time there and the food was really fresh, hot and really delicious. The two dips were also super tasty and tasted very well with your hands. The service was friendly helpful and quick. Only the pseudo Cola from the drinks machine leaves something to be desired in terms of quality. This could really be improved positively.

The food was fine and actually freshly prepared. All I can say about the staff is that it depends on who is on duty at the time. There are very friendly and guest-oriented employees, but also real service refusers with an unfriendly, uninterested attitude. The shop was quite clean. The toilets, however....Oh well. Missing soap and it needed to be cleaned again.

Essen ist sehr gut. Leider wird es immer teurer. Ich finde die Preise sehr hoch. Ansonsten kann man nicht meckern.

Erstmals dort gewesen, das Essen hat mich nicht vom Hocker reißen können, wenig Hühnchen in viel Panade. Es war viel los, die Jungs und Mädels hinter der Theke haben alles gegeben, leider ist der Wartebereich vor den Kassen zu klein und die wartenden versperren den Getränkespender. Wer es mag, Bitteschön.

It's nice to have something familiar here in Germany. We always go to this location, and it is consistently clean, and the food is always on time.

Also es ist halt ein KFC das Resturant war Sauber und die Leute freundlich. Meine Bestellung wurde leider falsch zusammengestellt aber mann hat mir geholfen das zu richten. Die großen Pluspubkte sind halt die Lage und Erreichbarkeit. Trotzdem viel Platz und Sauber war er auch also wer richtig Bock auf kfc hat ist hier richtig.

Ich war lange nicht mehr hier. Aber ist auch nicht wirklich besser geworden. Ich hatte einen Burger mit Chili Cheese Sauce bei der man wohl auch noch versucht hat BBQ Flavor mit ein zu bringen. Leider nicht gelungen, entweder ich möchte das eine oder das andere, aber nicht beides zusammen.

Wie immer sehr gut. Hier wird man wenigstens satt und bleibt es auch eine Weile.

Wider Erwarten mal ein gutes Fast-Food-Erlebnis. Wir waren das erste Mal bei KFC und der Burger war richtig lecker. Vor allem schieres Hühnerfleisch und kein fettiges Hackfleisch wie bei anderen Ketten. Auch der Salat war frisch und lecker. Ambiente... ok, man soll sich eben nicht zu lange dort aufhalten. Aber für den Schnellimbiss war es schon in Ordnung.

Ich komme sehr häufig hier her und bin eigentlich zu Frieden. Seit 6-8 Wochen ist das Personal allerdings richtig langsam und hat überhaupt keinen Überblick. Ich würde die Leute sofort austauschen. Dennoch absolut empfehlenswert. Besser als der KFC Laden an der Korschenbroicherstraße Straße.

Hatten den Doppel Krispi Burger mit Käse und Bacon als Menü, und versch Geflügelteile als Menü. War extrem lecker, frisch und heiß alles.

Da dieses Restaurant zwar angeschaltete, aber laut Ausschilderung defekte Kioske (digitale Bestellbildschirme) hat, musste ich vorn an der Theke bestellen. Bei KFC für mich zum ersten Mal. Die Servicedame war zwar freundlich, allerdings ergab sich eine erhebliche Sprachbarriere, was zwar nicht ungewöhnlich bei KFC ist, diesmal aber unangenehm ins Gewicht fiel. Ich bestellte 15 Bites mit den drei dazugehörigen Saucen. Da mir das zu wenig war, orderte ich eine vierte Sauce, die Rückfrage war „Mayo oder Ketchup?“. Ich wollte allerdings neben den beiden Curry-Dips noch einen zweiten Salsa-Dip, allerdings versuchte die Dame, mir noch Pommes zu verkaufen, die ich aber nicht wollte. Ich hatte vorher weder Mayo noch Ketchup oder Pommes in den Mund genommen, geschweige denn zu irgendetwas „Ja“ gesagt; wie sie darauf kam, ist mir bis jetzt ein Rätsel. Sie schien dann die zweite Salsa als vierte Sauce überhört zu haben, dazu gleich mehr. Zusätzlich wollte ich noch eine kleine Cola als Becher, da es die Möglichkeit zum Nachfüllen gibt. Die kleinen Becher waren allerdings aus, man habe nur große (0,5 l). In einem Restaurant, in dem man nachfüllen kann, hat das einen Beigeschmack mMn. Warum sowohl kleine als auch mittlere Becher nicht mehr verfügbar waren, ist mir schleierhaft. Die Bestellung kostete 18,88 Euro. Ich lege einen 20-Euro-Schein hin und wühlte in meinem Kleingeld und sagte „8 Cent?“ für dann 1,20 Euro Rückgeld. Als ich die dann 20,08 Euro auf den Tresen gelegt hatte, winkte die Dame ab, sie habe schon 20,00 Euro eingetippt und könne die zusätzlichen 8 Cent nicht mehr verrechnen, das sei für sie „kompliziert“. So nahm ich also mein Rückgeld und auf meinem Tablett landete tatsächlich Mayo als vierte Sauce. Diese wies ich zurück, schließlich hatte ich die nicht bestellt. Ohne Diskussion bekam ich dann wenigstens die zweite Salsa, die Mayo durfte ich behalten. Der Service sollte sich bitte dringend im Zuhören und, falls nötig, in der deutschen Sprache weiterentwickeln, damit sich solche Dinge nicht wiederholen. Das Restaurant war mMn überdurchschnittlich sauber, das Essen jedoch nicht so genauso gut wie in umliegenden KFCs. Da ich hier nur auf der Durchreise war, sehe ich aber auch keinen Grund, noch einmal hierherzukommen

Essen an sich alles gut nur nicht wirklich heiß als würde alles schon länger stehen/liegen… und die Cola hat nur nach Wasser geschmeckt bis auf die Farbe hat da garnix gestimmt…

Essen war so wie ich von KFC erwarte. Es war recht leer, hauptsächlich Drive-In Besucher. Bedienung war etwas lustlos (wer kann es ihr verdenken). Fußläufig eher schlecht erreichbar.

Naya war mal viel besser, alsnob sich der Besitzer gewechselt hat. Obwohl einige mitarbeiter nichts zu tun hatten waren die Tische und der Boden dreckig auch am Getränke automat konnte man mal aufräumen

Leckeres Hähnchen in verschiedenen Variationen. Das Lokal ist sauber, die Bedienung könnte ein wenig flotter sein. Getränke können nachgefüllt werden. Maiskolben und Krautsalat als Beilage sind für uns ein Muss.

Ich hole oft KFC weil ich es mag. Und auch oft hier aber.... nicht mehr lange denn.... Heute Original Family Bucket...... 8 Teile. SUPER Fleisch das seeehr zart war aber.... die sonst sooo geliebte Kruste war nicht vorhanden. Nur ein labberiger Überzug. Hier ist dringend eine Kontrolle des Küchenstanadards notwendig. Ich hoffe diese Bewertung trägt dazu bei.
