What an amazing experience at Brothers for my wife's 50th birthday! The food exceeded expectations, even for a Michelin starred establishment. The service was just as good, including the owners who spent a great deal of time with the diners. If you have a chance to dine at Brothers, you won't be disappointed.

Phenomenal dinning experience. The restaurant start service at 19:00 sharp. The area where it’s located isn’t the most interesting but from the moment you go through the doors it’s an entirely different experience. The service is very courteous and attentive. At all times they will take care of you and ensure your comfort. The food is creative but never goes into excessive or overly experimental territories, the flavors are well balanced, and the wine pairing is perfectly tailored to go along. The restaurant offers only a set tasting menu but will accommodate allergies and intolerances. They need to be informed at least 48 hours in advance. It’s a rather pricey experience but the cost is not really different from what you can expect at a 3 Michelin stars restaurant.

For a special occasion, my wife and I had lunch at the Werneckhof. We both chose the 4-course menu as suggested, which was served with two amuse gueules and a small selection of petit fours with the espresso. The menu was accompanied by a 2021 Chardonnay from Polz (Obegg) in Styria, which went well with most of the courses on the menu. A glass of Barolo was only drunk with the meat course (venison saddle). In all courses of the menu, it is worth emphasizing how carefully Ms. Schilling prepares each individual component, tastes it and puts it together on the plate to create a “culinary work of art”. I particularly remember: - the beef broth with addition, which was served as the first amuse-gueule (golden-yellow, intense tasting without being intrusive in the aftertaste) - the various vegetable side dishes to accompany the scallop - the turbot in combination with the accompanying vegetables - the perfectly tasting saddle of veal The Chardonnay was decanted by the sommelier, explained knowledgeably and served in the large Zalto goblets. It was an all-round successful meal, especially since the food, service and environment were all worth 5* even when viewed critically.

The two of us ate here in the summer and it was really incredibly good! Service from Halim was very attentive and super warm. Food was a pleasure from start to finish. Simply top class, sometimes far better than “normal” 1-2 star restaurants. Price performance absolutely reasonable! Thank you very much 👍

Este lugar era una joya absoluta, digno de sus dos estrellas Michelin! Cada plato fue exquisitamente saborizado y preparado, incorporando toques sutiles de ingredientes japoneses como el yuzu y el miso. Manejaban sus carnes con particular aplomo: mi comida incluía pintadas transformadas en nuggets suculentamente glaseados y venado de exquisita ternura. Los maridajes de vinos fueron de los mejores que he experimentado. En su mayoría eran vinos alemanes, y no solo complementaban perfectamente cada plato, sino que cada uno era una expresión sorprendentemente profunda y compleja de uvas que creía conocer bien, como Riesling, Chardonnay y Sauvignon Blanc. He tenido un montón de buen vino alemán antes, pero todos estos eran sobresalientes. ¡No podía darle suficientes complementos al sumiller!

Company Christmas party at the Beetle. I was already looking forward to it 4 weeks in advance and the Käfer company delivered. Food: very good. Seafood selection (I don't really like it that much, but even I liked this one), duck pate (I would never have stopped eating this pate, but at some point I finished it), lobster soup, beef fillet (so tender, incredibly tasty) and raspberry tart. They were able to wheel us out after the varied menu. The service was excellent. We've also had waiters at the Beetle who aggressively presented themselves as salespeople. Our service this week was quick, polite, unobtrusive, perfect. We'll be back. Addition 2024: What are these two men doing, playing strange Christmas songs in an intrusive way, on an evening like this? You wash it down with a sip of wine. It was over after 5 minutes. Everything else remained great!

The location at BMW Welt is something very special as soon as you arrive. We were greeted very courteously and shown to our table. Welcomed straight away with a small appetizer. We had the five course menu plus an extra course. Everything was excellent from start to finish! There is absolutely no improvement. We look forward to coming back.

My girlfriend and I had our first fine dining experience in this wonderful star restaurant - and what can I say: we are thrilled! We opted for the 7-course surprise menu (there are also options for 6 or 8 courses) in the vegetarian version, and every single course was a highlight. There were also three greetings from the kitchen. Each dish was excellently composed in terms of taste and appearance, and there were also unexpected combinations. The service was also great. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive and professional without being intrusive. A special highlight was the visit from the chef himself, who stopped by to say hello. The ambience also contributes to a successful evening: stylish, pleasant and inviting. Overall it was a wonderful and special experience for us. We will definitely come back and can recommend the restaurant to anyone who wants to experience fine dining. A big compliment to the entire team 5 out of 5 stars!

The *Mural* in Munich is a culinary experience in a class of its own and appeals to those who are enthusiastic about avant-garde, modern design and artistically inspired cuisine. The staff is very charming, the dishes are creative and thought out down to the last detail. Every component is innovative and surprising without losing balance. I found it particularly impressive how bravely traditional elements are put into a modern context. What I found particularly exciting were the discreet murals that gave the restaurant an artistic depth, which gave it the name *Mural* reflect.

We were at Mural Farmhouse on a Friday evening and were the only guests in the fine dining. The concept of the restaurant is appealing because it combines haute cuisine elements with a relaxed atmosphere that doesn't feel too deliberate. There are definitely some positive aspects: + The service was friendly, relaxed and competent, without seeming too laissez faire + The overall ambience is appealing, even if the chairs are unsuitable for tall people + The dishes were wonderfully prepared and very tasty + The concept with specially grown, fermented and refined products is great + Nice wine selection with good recommendations But I have to say that overall, after the evening, the feeling is generally neutral to slightly negative: The food was good to very good. The dessert creation with cauliflower and the pumpkin cream as hors d’oeuvre were great. Overall, one has to say that for this price, both the selection of ingredients in terms of their exclusivity and the preparation itself were sometimes underwhelming. I am aware that a lot of time, effort and creativity goes into fermenting, dehydrating and rehydrating a zucchini, but in the end it is still a zucchini; albeit of the best quality. The fish courses were solid, even if I found the beurre blanc to be a bit overrepresented in the menu. However, the meat course with two cuts of pork was actually weak: maximally lukewarm meat without a wow effect with a solid jus. The wild broccoli was the highlight of the course. The service and boss reacted coolly to my advice and offered a replacement. The lamb was very good. What was hard for me to accept was the sharp piece of plastic in the butter that was served with the sourdough bread, which could have been seriously dangerous if swallowed. Despite the improbability, a no-go in any restaurant, but especially in a house of this category. Ultimately it was a nice evening with good food. The expectation would have been to be more surprised and more excited, which would not have been excessive for the price.
