Ein wirklich hervorragendes kulinarisches Erlebnis. Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich die Flexibilität des Teams: Auf meine individuellen Wünsche wurde sehr aufmerksam und unkompliziert eingegangen. Das Menü wurde auf meine Anfrage angepasst, mit Hummer anstatt Lamm und Carabinero anstatt Eierschwammerl. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich und zeigt, wie professionell und gastorientiert hier gearbeitet wird. Die Gerichte waren geschmacklich sehr fein abgestimmt, hochwertig zubereitet und wunderschön angerichtet. Besonders die Meeresfrüchte, das Brot, die Saucen und die Desserts sind mir in Erinnerung geblieben. Alles wirkte präzise, kreativ und mit viel Liebe zum Detail umgesetzt. Auch der Service war ausgezeichnet. Die Bedienung war wirklich sehr nett, aufmerksam und angenehm präsent, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Die Sommelière war ebenfalls sehr gut und hat den Abend mit ihrer Beratung schön abgerundet. Besonders sympathisch war auch, dass sich der Chef 👨‍🍳 Zeit für einen netten Schnack genommen hat. Insgesamt ein sehr stimmiges Fine Dining Erlebnis mit hochwertiger Küche, starkem Service und echter Flexibilität. Für alle, die ein besonderes Restaurant mit persönlicher Betreuung und exzellenten Produkten suchen, eine klare Empfehlung. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder.

Wiedersehen macht Freude! In diesem Fall riesengroße kulinarische Freude, die wir gestern Abend im Restaurant Sparkling Bistro von Jürgen Wolfsgruber hatten. Wir genossen ein extrem famoses Menü, gezaubert von Leander Bauer (dem wir auch immer extrem gerne an seinen kulinarischen Wirkungsstätten aufsuchen) und Team. Dazu gab es sehr schöne Getränkebegleitung (Wein/Champagner und alkoholfrei) und der super Service vollendete den tollen Verwöhngenussabend! Merci vielmals an das gesamte Team 😍

Positiv hervorzuheben sind der sehr freundliche und herzliche Service und die angenehme Atmosphäre im Restaurant. Das Essen war einem Stern angemessen gut mit dem Wolfsbarsch als meinem Lieblingsgang. Sowohl die alkoholfreie Begleitung als auch die Weinbegleitung waren passend ausgewählt. Einen leider deutlichen Sternabzug bringt folgendes: Die Portionen waren nach unserem Empfinden - und wir sind beileibe keine großen Esser - sämtlich sehr klein. Und bitte: Diese Bewertung erfolgt ausschließlich im Vergleich mit anderen Sternerestaurants. Insgesamt war es gleichwohl ein schöner Abend.

Das Sparkling Bistro war der jüngste Halt auf unserer Sternereise durch unsere schöne Stadt. Das Ambiente ist ok, tolles Geschirr und ein passender Gastraum. Der Service war zuvorkommend und freundlich, ein paar ausführlichere Infos wären gut gewesen. Amuse gueule waren schmackhaft, bis auf den Cesar Salad hat mich aber nix umgehauen. Der Upgrade Gang mit Hummer war ganz ok, wobei ich die Bisque nicht so gelungen fand. Steinbutt und Ente waren ebenfalls ok, allerdings fehlte mir irgendwas um richtig begeistert zu sein. Das Desert war leider gar nicht mein Fall, aber das ist mein persönlicher Geschmack. Fazit, ich werde wohl nicht nochmal kommen.

Ich habe gestern Abend im Sparkling Bistro, einem der elf mit einem Michelin-Stern ausgezeichneten Restaurants in München, zu Abend gegessen. Das Restaurant selbst ist wunderschön, mit großen Tischen und einer sehr eleganten Präsentation. Die Beleuchtung schafft eine warme und gemütliche Atmosphäre, und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. Das Abendessen begann mit drei köstlichen Amuse-Gueules. Die Speisekarte wirkte sehr saisonal, mit Zutaten wie Rote Bete, Kohl und Artischocken. Wir hatten ein vegetarisches Gericht, zwei Fischgänge und ein Fleischgericht. Die Qualität der Produkte war hervorragend, und alles war perfekt zubereitet. Ein Highlight war der hauchdünn geschnittene und sehr zarte Thunfisch aus der Adria. Auch die Ente war exzellent und perfekt gegart. Ich fand es außerdem toll, dass der Küchenchef frische Salate und Kräuter zur Dekoration der Teller verwendete, die sehr gut gewürzt waren und dem Gericht eine wunderbare Frische verliehen. Die einzige kleine Enttäuschung war das Dessert. Nach einem so gelungenen Menü hatte ich einen unvergesslicheren Abschluss erwartet. Das Joghurteis mit Rhabarber und Coulis war zwar lecker, aber nichts Besonderes. Insgesamt ein schönes Erlebnis mit hervorragenden Rohprodukten und präziser Zubereitung – nur das Ende war etwas enttäuschend.

Zum ersten Mal nach Corona waren wir nun wieder im Sparkling Bistro. Atmosphäre und vor allem der persönliche Service waren wieder sehr einladend. Leider hat sich der Stil der Küche stark verändert: Aus unserer Sicht zum Nachteil. Während die Amuses und die herzhaften Buchteln zum Start noch voll überzeugen konnten, kam bei den folgenden Gängen keine große Freude auf: Der Raviolo con sorpresa - Ei, Spinat - war schmackhaft, aber leider fehlte jeder Pfiff. Vermutlich wäre er mit dem als Upgrade angebotenen Alba-Trüffel zu 12€ etwas prägnanter ausgefallen, aber bei einem Sternelokal sollte auch die reguläre Variante überzeugen. Der Atlantik Steinbutt bestach durch wunderbare Textur und eine perfekte Garstufe. Leider wirkten die Beilagen geschmacklich gar nicht auf den Fisch abgestimmt. Fehlenes Zusammenspiel von Aromen war dann auch das Thema beim Upgrade Thunfisch & Gänseleber: Beide Produkte waren prima, aber was macht ein so gut wie roher Tuna auf Gänseleber? Nicht viel… auf Nachfrage wurde uns erklärt, dass man diesen Gang unbedingt so machen wollte, nachdem er in New York „in“ wäre. Na ja… Beim Hummer und dem Aubrac wieder ähnliche Themen: Produkte top, Kompositionen dagegen eindimensional bis unstimmig. Das ist jammerschade, zumal wir in der Vorwoche vom kleinen Bruder, dem „Obers“, sehr angetan waren. Wir hatten daher auf eine Steigerung hier gehofft und wurden etwas enttäuscht. Schade! Ein anderes Manko stellt die umfangreiche Liste an „Upgrades“ dar, die im 150 € Menu nicht enthalten sind. 1-2 Upgrades wie etwa Trüffel, Kaviar oder Foie gras wären gut nachvollziehbar. Dass aber so viele Leckereien on top aufs Menu geschlagen werden, hinterlässt dann doch einen Beigeschmack.

Vielen herzlichen Dank für diesen wunderbaren Abend! Schon der herzliche und überaus freundliche Empfang weiß zu überzeugen, woraufhin man direkt nach Erledigen der Garderobe zu seinem Platz geleitet wird. Das Restaurant ist überaus stil- und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet eine stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung. Die Bestuhlung ist zum Glück mit großem Abstand zum Nachbartisch eingerichtet, man kann sich also auch wunderbar etwas intimer unterhalten. Ein absoluter Tipp für einen Business-Termin oder auch ein Date! Neben der überaus kreativen Speisekarte besonders hervorzuheben ist nicht nur die Qualität der offerierten Speisen, sondern vor allem auch der überaus charmante und aufmerksame Service. Ein absolutes Highlight! Auch der umfangreich sortierte Weinkeller mit erlesenen und seltenen Spezialitäten aus der österreichischen Heimat des Chefs lässt keinerlei Wünsche offen. Wir haben einen wunderbaren 2006er Riesling Smaragd genossen, der sogar als Magnum vorrätig war; ein absoluter Hochgenuss! Alle meine Gäste haben ebenso wie ich selbst den Abend ausgesprochen genossen und werden sehr gerne und vor allem bald wiederkommen!

Kulinarisch ein top Restaurant! Das Marktmenü am Mittag kann ich jedem empfehlen. Die WC-Räumlichkeiten wurden innerhalb des letzten Jahres renoviert und sind nun viel besser als vorher (die Aesop-Seife ist ein schöner Touch). Das Menü wurde für einen von uns sogar angepasst, um bestimmten Wünschen gerecht zu werden. Die Weinbegleitung wurde auch auf Anfrage angepasst, was schön war. Dass diese Änderung (nicht mehr Wein, sondern jediglich eine andere Auswahl) einen Aufpreis mit sich bringt, wurde jedoch nicht kommuniziert. Dass es mehr kostet kann ich schon schwer verstehen (da die Menge gleich blieb), aber sowas muss kommuniziert werden. Nicht des Geldes wegen, sondern im Sinne der Transparenz und des Respektes für den Gast.

Der Service war herzlich, aufmerksam und professionell – man fühlt sich sofort willkommen und hervorragend betreut. Essen Jeder Gang war geschmacklich präzise, kreativ und wunderschön angerichtet. Die Qualität der Zutaten und die Detailverliebtheit der Küche waren in jedem Gericht deutlich spürbar. Getränke Auf eine Weinbegleitung haben wir verzichtet, denn ein Blick in die ausgewählte Weinkarte hat uns überzeugt. Der Champagner zum Start und das Abschlussglas auf Empfehlung rundeten den Abend perfekt ab, ohne aufdringlich oder überladen zu wirken. Fazit Ein wundervoller Abend für unseren 13. Jahrestag. We chose the Sparkling Bistro for a special occasion. We opted for the 6-course menu, which included a wine pairing. The service was consistently attentive and friendly. There was no wait between courses. The ambiance is inviting and cozy. We chose champagne for our toast, which we weren't entirely impressed with. The amuse-bouche and yeast pastries were very fine and inviting. The first course with tomato was fabulous, and the wine pairing with aged Wachau Riesling was also excellent. The Heligoland lobster became a bit of a background noise with the sauce, and the Swiss rosé wine served was unfortunately unflattering. A wine that doesn't represent much to be chosen as a meal companion. We accompanied the tartare intermezzo, which we added ourselves, with a Pinot Meuniers Champagne, which was an absolutely perfect combination. Following that, a wonderful Comte and onion course with JJ Prüm Kabi from 22 was also a success. The next course of fish was accompanied by a more natural Burgundy Chardonnay from two young winemakers. The neighboring table returned the wine. Unfortunately, the wine didn't complement the course and turned out to be a little out of place. A wine that would likely be very challenging for food pairing and unfortunately overpowered this course. We very much enjoyed the following outstanding classic venison dish. The sauces were very fine. The Rheinhessen Pinot Noir served was (still) too brittle in its tannin structure. It lacked the softness for this course. Finer Pinot Noirs could have been chosen here. Unfortunately, it wasn't a successful pairing, even if the direction was right. After this rather classic, rich course, dessert was announced. A sparkling wine from near Lyon was served with it. A coolness from the mountains was described beforehand, which the wine unfortunately didn't reflect at all. The chocolate cake with a soft center and sour cherry ice cream was supposed to be reminiscent of Black Forest cake. The ice cream was great. The cake was too rich and rather unsurprising. The wine pairing, which was far too sweet and inelegant, was unfortunately disappointing. The table next to us left it at the table. We didn't finish our glasses either. The consistently fine and high-quality food would have deserved 5 stars, except for the dessert. But considering the high price (approx. €400 per person) and the often disappointing wine pairing, we unfortunately have to make concessions. A star like that and the associated high price raise expectations that weren't met on our evening.

The two of us were there in August. It was a casual restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere. The service was simply relaxed and unobtrusive. The food was very product-focused, which we really liked. We visited the Sparkling Bistro for the first time to celebrate my mother's birthday – and it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The restaurant is somewhat tucked away in a beautiful courtyard, allowing you to sit in peace and quiet, far from the noise of the street. I chose the 6-course menu with wine pairing – and it was outstanding in every respect. The individual courses were precisely coordinated, with a wide range of flavor nuances that nevertheless always built harmoniously on one another. I would particularly like to highlight the sommelier's accompaniment: The wines were not only excellently selected, but also explained in an exceptionally competent and accessible manner. From the spicy starters to the dessert with its natural aroma, we enjoyed the lunch menu very much. The restaurant is tastefully decorated but doesn't take itself too seriously. Playful details lighten the atmosphere. When the weather is good, the doors to the inner courtyard are opened - as the name suggests. Our waitresses were very personable, courteous and extremely friendly. Thank you!

The Sparkling Bistro hides in an unassuming courtyard inside some 70s residential buildings, literally a hidden gem. The lunch menu at 85€ is very good value for their offerings. Our appetizer was some small finger food with a biscuit and bacon taste, which reminded us of the barbecue-flavored potato chips. The cream one had a bitter note. Both appetizers were quite strongly seasoned. The lobster starter was very good: perfectly cooked lobster in a herbal flavor soup. It had some celery notes to it and also has a bitter hint. The soup was a clear color tomato soup, interesting visual, refreshing subtle acidity. The bitter salad that follows was not my favorite, but it's definitely creative from the ingredients, the plating as well as the flavors. For instance, the main vegetable was puntarelle, the "volcano asparagus". The most conventional part was the Hollandaise sauce. The main dish was Blonde d'Aquitaine, a kind of French beef. I think it's very well cooked to medium with a relatively strong sauce that complements it. The dessert is chocolate cream with some ginger flavored sauce, topped by cardamom ice cream. It's again interesting and creative, but probably not to everyone's taste. For people into Chinese food, the combination of ginger and cardamom reminds of a common braised meat dish (Chinese Goulash). These amplified the bitterness of the dark chocolate, and didn't complement the coffee like a normal sweet dessert. It's probably better to enjoy the dessert on its own or with tea instead. Out of the 5 dishes, the consistent flavor was a slight bitter note, that is quite unexpected and interesting, but in a good way. The lunch menu also came with a 55€ wine pairing that we didn't take. We got two glasses of non-alcoholic drinks, which costs about 15€ a bottle. We had about 100 ml per glass for 30€. Considering that restaurants usually charge triple the cost for drinks, this seems rather steep (5-6x the cost) compared to the reasonably priced lunch menu.

The food was good, but not exceptional, as would be expected from a star restaurant; In addition, the vegetarian menu variety was too one-sidedly celery-heavy. The service was poor; Not only did we have to wait a long time for the main course, but the non-alcoholic sparkling wine offered was far too sweet; We also found an automatic flat rate for bottled tap water of 1O€/person with a lunch menu for 85€ rather inhospitable. I gave my husband the evening for his birthday and would do it again and again. The food and service were simply perfect, you can't say anything negative about it. I just found it very cold so I wrapped my scarf around my legs, luckily I still had a very warm vest with me. But it wasn't just me, other guests had dressed very warmly. I thought it was a shame that all the guests were given crème brulee as a gift and that was it for us. Sorry, I thought it was stupid, especially since the number of guests on such an evening is known. There are also no open wines, you either take the wine accompaniment, which I recommend, or a whole bottle, which is difficult if not everyone drinks alcohol. If we come to Munich again, it will be the first choice for us.

Very good food as a fixed menu with 6 courses (+ a small greeting from the kitchen before and after) for at least 187 euros - but the portions are quite small. In our opinion, wine accompaniment with 6 x 0.1 l for 113 euros was clearly too expensive given the uninspired wines, which were not bad, but by no means special, but were all quite light and short (feels like they are in the 20-30 euros per bottle segment) . Pleasant interior, nice table and comfortable seats. Unfortunately, the Sparkling Bistro lacks any elements of generosity, which significantly reduces the experience: - The wine list first points out the elegant (and really beautiful) Zalto glasses and also makes it clear that you will be charged the 30 euro purchase price if you break one - you can do it, hospitable is still different (and no, we didn't damage any glass this time either). - The pouring is always very correct and never too much (which is ok) - but responding to the friendly comment that your friend's glass is slightly fuller than your own with "then swap" is special. - If after weighing the optional Alba truffles for the pasta (at 12 euros per gram) we are clearly told that we had 6 grams, but the bill shows 7 grams and there is no comment whatsoever, that is not ok. When asked, it was explained that unfortunately they had miscalculated - it can happen, but then please deal with it clearly (or other restaurants simply leave it at that). All in all, unfortunately, an ambivalent experience in which price and performance do not match.

One of the more hidden Michelin Star gems in Munich where you can even sit outside in a very calm and cozy yard with a little fountain that provides peaceful soothing water sounds while you indulge in various courses of amazing food. The service was outstanding, very caring about every single detail and not shy of making everything possible for us. The courses were absolutely amazing and I would highly recommend to take the classic Kaisergranat if you visit. We initially had a reservation for a different restaurant but changed our mind after we saw a few recommendations about Sparkling Bistro. If you are in Munich and want to have a gourmet dinner - look no further. The pricing is absolutely reasonable for what you get and is not overly expensive like many other Michelin restaurants in Munich nowadays. We will for sure come again! Thanks

We had an excellent lunch menu in June with very good value for money! Excitingly selected wine accompaniment, pleasantly relaxed service. And despite the high temperatures, it was still very bearable in the outdoor area - even if there was a lot of hustle and bustle due to the surrounding cafes. The cuisine is relatively classic, but extremely tasteful and never boring. It's worth a visit!

A slice of tomato that looks like a pineapple and a strawberry sorbet that tastes like raspberries, for example... For 2 Michelin stars, it's quite a sobering experience and not worth the money.

I stopped by for lunch without a reservation, but had some difficulty finding this small restaurant - it has some windows that look out onto a small courtyard that is not directly accessible from the street. Since there was only one other guest there, we both enjoyed the ambience, the food and the friendly sommelier as if we were alone. I particularly enjoyed the turbot with shaved sheep's tongue. / I stopped in for a “no-reservations” lunch, but had some difficulty finding this small restaurant - it has a few windows facing a small courtyard that is not immediately accessible from the street. With only one other diner, we each enjoyed the ambiance, food and personable sommelier as if we were each alone. I especially enjoyed the turbot with shaved sheep tongue. 2024 03 22. M1.

Everything fits there! Let's start with the food: every star kitchen has its own special feature. For me, with Jürgen Wolfsgruber and his team, it was the magnificently combined, fine flavors that gradually revealed themselves on the tongue with each course. An evening in a class of its own. We went to the sparkling bistro for the first time on Saturday, but we've heard a lot of good things about it. We weren't disappointed. On the contrary. It was a thoroughly successful evening! The service was very attentive and always on point. We really enjoyed Nicolas Spanier's wine recommendations and they were perfectly matched to the individual courses. And the food was amazing. Jürgen's cuisine is uncompromisingly good when it comes to the quality and workmanship of the individual products as a whole. He managed to expand our culinary horizons once again and was able to inspire us with his enthusiasm for his work. The pancake with apricot jam at the end was brilliant, thank you!! We would love to come back for dinner and would also love to sit down at the bar with you.

Ich würde mich als Stammgast im Sparkling Bistro bezeichnen. Ich liebe gutes Essen und komme beruflich weltweit in ausgezeichnete Restaurant, jedoch gibt es keines wie das Sparkling Bistro in München. Der Chef ist Österreicher und kombiniert Sterneküche mit Tradition. Die Weinbegleitung als auch die Weinauswahl sucht nach seines Gleichen. Heute Abend besuche ich diesen besonderen Ort wieder - da fiel mir ein, dass man auch öffentlich einmal DANKE sagen sollte. Ich freue mich schon sehr auf den heutigen Abend in meinem absoluten Lieblingsrestaurant.

Unfortunately quite disappointing, didn’t feel it quite lived up to a Michelin one star standard. We were a table of four people and we all had to take the SAME three-course menu.. never had that sort of restriction in other Michelin one star restaurants. Portion sizes were outrageously not in proportions between the courses. The main course of Wagyu beef was tiny, and the dessert course of pancake was huge in comparison!!!!!!!! Waiting time… I think we waited 25 minutes plus between main course and dessert… and especially we were hungry after a tiny main course.

Touristen und Musical-Liebhaber aufgepasst: Geht hierhin! Alle, die sich gern von Sternen blenden lassen, sei ein Besuch hier innigst empfohlen. Das klingt bitter? Naja. Wir waren hier vor zwei drei Jahren... und wir waren begeistert. Von der Kreativität, der Leidenschaft, der Abwesenheit jeglicher Stiffness, dem Bekenntnis zum Produkt. Und heute? Einen Stern, eine Pandemie und einen Rohrbruch später? In Zahlen: Preis 50% rauf, Qualität 50% runter. Das gestrenge Urteil betrifft nur zum Teil die Küche: Sehnige Ente, Roher Speck auf umgetoastetem Weißbrot (Euer Ernst???), komplett uninspiertes Dessert (Fürst Pückler meets Haute Cuisine, seriously??) Aber damit ist das Hauptproblem noch nicht mal ansatzweise umrissen. Denn das liegt ganz klar im Service. Ich könnte mich darüber echauffieren, dass hier konsequent Noagerl eingeschenkt werden. Geschenkt. Gastro hat's schwer heute...Covid... Marge via Getränke...alles klar. Aber wenn keiner von sieben Weinen in einem Sternerestaurant meinen heimischen Weinkühlschrank schlägt, bin ich echt enttäuscht...oder eben verdammt stolz auf meinen Weinkühlschrank. Kein Wunder, dass der "Sommelier" (??????) dann den Wein auch nicht im Ansatz beschreiben kann. Siehe andere Bewertungen. Wir sind teilweise am Boden gelegen.. "Das ist ein Weißwein aus dem Burgund. Absoluter Klassiker" ... ganz ehrlich. Macht nen Schuppen auf der Reeperbahn auf, wo wöchentlich vier Kegelclubs aus Schutterwald oder Erkenschwick durchziehen, aber um Himmelswillen doch kein Gourmetrestaurant. Ich finde es maximal schade, einen derart verheerenden Bericht schreiben zu müssen, aber alles was wir bei Euch an Negativem erlebt haben, sah uns nicht nach individuellen kleinen Pannen, sondern nach bewussten Entscheidungen aus... Ihr wollt Euren Laden so haben, wie er ist. Fair enough. Ich habe gestern 550 Euro für Durchschnitt gezahlt. Und das finde ich nicht cool. Denn das ist der Preis für echte Oper, nicht für ein Musical. Cheers, Joe

Wir waren bereits im Januar im Showroom zu Gast. Wie erwartet war das Essen sehr gut, Service aufmerksam und freundlich. Sämtliche Speisen waren sehr aufwendig und kleinteilig (im positiven Sinn) zubereitet und angerichtet. Warum "nur" 4 Sterne? Uns war das Menü zu vegetarisch . Ein kleines Stück Blutwurst, eine halbe Jakobsmuschel und ein Stückchen Rinderlende war uns zu wenig. Trotzdem ein schöner und gelungener Abend
