We had an unforgettable evening. The dishes are creative and well thought out and of course taste fantastic. We were warmly welcomed and felt comfortable throughout with the friendly team. A highlight was that we were allowed to sit in the kitchen for two courses and watch them being prepared. The service left nothing to be desired and the dishes and wines were always explained in detail, which made the menu even more enjoyable. We will definitely come back.

We were at Schwitzers for the second time for a wonderful menu and evening. The service is friendly, warm and very attentive. You immediately feel welcome. The menu tastes fantastic and offers a surprise for the palate and the eyes with every course. Wine and drink recommendations are very appropriate and very reasonably priced. General: value for money a 10/10. Big praise to the Schwitzer couple and their team!

This was probably one of the best culinary experiences I’ve had in my life. It’s easy to make a nice steak with quality ingredients, but being able to take so many unusual components and turn them into a such unique masterpiece is the mark of a true chef. Highly recommended.

Absolute top recommendation! Exceptional experience in a beautiful ambience. Great food prepared to the highest standard and beautifully presented. A firework of flavors leaves nothing to be desired. The Asian-inspired cuisine met my taste 100%. I also found it very pleasant that you could choose between several courses and so you could decide the size of the menu yourself. This culinary feast was rounded off by excellent wine recommendations from the highly trained sommelier and the presentations of the individual courses by the great service team. That alone made my evening! The individual components of the courses were explained to me in an extremely charming and entertaining way. Unusual!
