We enjoyed a wonderful evening here, a harmonious menu and a great selection of wines. Service was extremely unpretentious and at eye level, it was simply “fun”. Our highlight were the tortelloni and the char 🙂.

The two of us gathered here as part of a birthday party. It was relatively warm that day. Therefore, we decided to sit outside and in front of the restaurant. Of course, the ambience here was not comparable to the interior, which we had only briefly looked at. Therefore only a neutral review here. However, the food and service were consistently top. The dishes managed to surprise with new and unusual combinations. Definitely worth a visit.

We celebrated my birthday here and enjoyed the vegetarian menu and the menu with fish and deer. We found both excellent, there is no better restaurant in Ulm. The service was excellent and relaxed in a lovely cozy atmosphere. We liked the “soup” best :-) onion, torttellini mountain cheese. Thank you for the lovely evening!

We had dinner at Bibraud last night. I would like to say thank you again. Thanks to Alina for creating such a place. The food was first class and the service was sensational! From a culinary point of view, a very well-coordinated menu with well-selected wines. We particularly liked the structure and the constant increase in the culinary journey of the 08/24 menu. We are looking forward to the next excursion with a new map.

The two of us had dinner at bi:braud on Friday and were taken on a culinary summer night journey with the 5-course menu. A wonderful menu, with a great play of aromas, paired with freshness, sweetness and spiciness and accompanied by 2 great wines. For us it was like a small, wonderful summer vacation that we didn't want to let end. The service completed this culinary experience; Calm, very attentive and very competent in the selection of wine, the “travel companion” left nothing to be desired. We will definitely come back and are already looking forward to the next “travel destination”. A small note: The menu in the evening partially differed from that published on the website. It's not that bad, but you have to prepare for something in advance and have to reorient yourself briefly.

We were here a few weeks ago and I have to say this restaurant gave us a wonderful evening. The dishes were very unusual and very tasty. The staff were also very friendly and had the perfect balance between casual and formal. Again and again.

Great menu tailored to summer. With a little more fine-tuning and artistic ideas for the main courses, there will definitely be star number 2 here soon

The Bi:Braud in Ulm impresses with its outstanding cuisine, friendly service and cozy atmosphere - absolutely recommended!

Nice atmosphere - the service was attentive and friendly - the menus “With” and “Without” were balanced and tasty - although the portion sizes were very manageable. However, it is incomprehensible to us that a restaurant of this quality cannot produce a gluten-free menu despite promising to do so two weeks in advance. When making the reservation you could have said that this wasn't possible. Dinner together was difficult because one course was served very late for the person concerned because the gluten-free bread still had to be baked and another course was canceled entirely. People with celiac disease have no option. This experience really spoiled our dining experience.

Thank you for the wonderful evening, I can't criticize anything. It was just MEGA, from the service to the food and beyond. Clear recommendation for anyone who wants to go out for a really nice meal 🙏🍀🫶

Perfectly seasoned, strong cuisine with a finely coordinated menu sequence

Wonderful food and the quality is undoubtedly top! HOWEVER, ATTENTION Tables are occupied twice in the evening from 5:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. and again from 8:30 p.m. Unfortunate solution if you want to enjoy the multi-course menu in peace.

Perfect! The pictures speak for themselves. We chose the “with” meat menu.

The food is fantastic! The two of us had the advantage of being able to try one menu with animals and one with vegetarian options. Both were absolutely excellent and matching accompanying wines are highly recommended. The service is very accommodating.

As the Swabian says 'you could do it'. Great flavor combinations with surprises. Balanced, harmonious and diverse. All courses were super tasty. Great service, great wine advice. Furthermore, a feast for the eyes.

First of all, the food was great and lives up to its award and price. From this point on I can only recommend it. However, the time slot is a bit tight. So, before I had even eaten the last desert cake, we were asked to vacate our table and move to the bar. For the prices you could definitely have waited until everyone had finished eating. With the last glass of wine I already said that I didn't want any more and I was still given a sample sip. That would be completely fine and very courteous, but to then charge it as another complete glass is unfortunately outrageous and quite a faux pas.

What you can do particularly well here is... Let your mind wander, think about nothing, let your heart dance with joy, enjoy and collect wonderful moments. My vegetarian menu was incredibly creative and incredibly delicious. The wine accompaniment was sensational and was presented with a lot of love by the friendly sommelier. You feel completely at home from the first second because the atmosphere in the restaurant is relaxed and informal. The service is extremely friendly. The entire team made the evening special. Thank you very much to everyone.

Cozy, homely atmosphere, very nicely presented, excellent combinations, everything was successful - opinions were divided when it came to dessert - but for me it was rounded off. The wine pairing is great, the sommelier is a sweetheart and the wines are not only organic, but truly exceptional! However, for me personally it was too warm in the restaurant, so a small draft before opening would be the solution. Nevertheless, the five of us had a successful evening!

Last night we were invited to the Bibraud to say goodbye to a very valued colleague. It was a great experience, starting with the amuse bouche, stylishly and skilfully staged throughout all courses (animal menu), culinary art at the highest level with excellent wine accompaniment and very attentive, unobtrusive service. If you want to dine and drink at a high level in a very pleasant and stylish atmosphere, this is the place to be!

I celebrated my retirement from professional life with 15 guests. For your commitment, the great atmosphere, the great service and the excellent food and selection the wines and your timing, I would like to thank you very much on behalf of all my guests. It was so harmonious and everyone left with an extremely positive, lasting impression. The team is simply brilliant. We recommend.

Im Restaurant BiBraud wurde ich von einem exquisiten kulinarischen Erlebnis verzaubert. Das Gericht "Geflügelsalat" Hawaii war eine meisterhafte Kreation, die meine Geschmacksknospen auf eine tropische Reise mitnahm. Die zarten Stücke des Geflügels harmonierten perfekt mit frischen exotischen Früchten und erlesenen Gewürzen. Jeder Bissen war eine geschmackliche Offenbarung. Das Sterne-Restaurant BiBraud überzeugte nicht nur mit seiner innovativen Küche, sondern auch mit einer eleganten Atmosphäre und einem aufmerksamen Service. Die Kombination aus erstklassiger Kulinarik und feinem Ambiente machte meinen Besuch zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis.

Wenn man nur das Essen bewerten würde, dann wären die 5 Sterne mehr als gerechtfertigt. Wirklich mega lecker und außergewöhnlich. Allerdings waren wir von dem Service mehr als enttäuscht. Wir hatten nur antialkoholische Getränke bestellt. Als diese und sogar die Wasserflasche dann leer waren, wurden wir nicht gefragt ob wir noch etwas bestellen wollen. Es standen 3 leere Flaschen und 4 leere Gläser auf dem Tisch. Während die Tische neben uns jede Minute Wein nachgeschenkt bekommen haben, wurden wir nicht berücksichtigt, selbst als unsere leeren Teller abgeräumt wurden, wurden die leeren Getränke nicht beachtet. Erst als wir die Servicekraft ansprachen, konnten wir unsere Bestellung abgeben. Ohne Weinbegleitung ist der Service für den Preis leider unterirdisch.

Sehr locker und super lecker in heimeliger Atmosphäre. Top!

Ein schönes kleines Lokal mitten in der Altstadt von Ulm. Der Tisch für zwei Personen war sehr klein und beengt. Außerdem stand der Nachbartisch sehr nah an unserem und Privatsphäre war nicht vorhanden. Wir waren in der ersten Schicht und hätten für den Preis (über 300 Euro!!!) und das gehobene Niveau erwartet, solange sitzen zu bleiben wie es uns beliebt. Wir waren gerade 8 min vor Schichtwechsel mit dem Essen fertig und wurden darauf hingewiesen, dass wir gehen müssen. Bei der Reservierung hatten wir es allerdings schon gewusst, dass die Tische in zwei Schichten vergeben werden. Kann man dann im Anschluss noch meckern? Wir finden ja, weil das Essen wurde im Schnelldurchlauf serviert, ohne längere Pausen dazwischen. Ein Fauxpas des Kellners hatte meinen Mann verärgert: ihm wurde gesagt einen offenen Rosé Wein gebe es nicht und der Nachbartisch bekam kurz darauf einen offenen Rosé Wein serviert. Darauf angesprochen entschuldigte sich der Kellner zwar, hatte aber nicht dafür gesorgt, dass meinem Mann sofort der Wein ausgetauscht wurde. Alles in allem war es trotzdem ein schöner Abend für uns, weil wir uns die Laune nicht verderben lassen wollten und das Essen wirklich ein Erlebnis war. Wir würden auch wieder hingehen, wenn es diese neumodische zwei Schichten Regelung nicht mehr gibt.

Absoluter Genuss! Von Anfang bis Ende ein toller und stimmiger Abend mit ausgezeichnetem und kreativem Essen! :)

Bi:Braud ist absolut ein Lieblingsrestaurant von uns in Ulm. Immer wieder haben wir da eine Genussreise mit außergewöhnlichsten Menüs. Wir durften am letzten Wochenende unsere Hochzeit im Bi:Braud feiern und wir könnten nicht zufriedener sein. Neben den top kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten sind wir-und alle unserer Gäste- vom ganzen Team und erstklassigem Service total begeistert. Unseren besonderen Tag hat das sehr gut aufeinander abgestimmte Team vervollständigt. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen das Bi:Braud selber zu testen und sich auch begeistern zu lassen :) herzlichen Dank an Alina und das ganze Bi:Braud Team.

Wir hatten ein tolles und spezielles in diesem Fall ein vegetarisches Menü bei Alina im bi:braud als Teamessen. Der Service war super, die vielen kleinteiligen Gerichte hervorragend. Beim Hauptgericht hätte es auch Fleisch sein können, hätte man nicht gewusst, dass es sich um einen Pilz handelt. Alles hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt und der neu erhaltene Stern des MICHELIN Guide ist definitiv verdient.

Wir waren diese Woche im bi:braud zum Essen. Wir hatten ein hervorragendes 5 Gänge Menü mit toller Weinempfehlung. Der Service war perfekt. Hervorzuheben ist zudem das charmante Ambiente, wir können das Restaurant absolut weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren ca. vor 4 Monaten im Bi:braud zu zweit zum Essen. Das Ambiente lässt keine Wünsche offen sowie auch die Weinkarte und das Menü. Da sich das Menü Saisonal ändert, wenn ich nicht irre, ist die Empfehlung hingehen und genießen. Jeder Gang war perfekt auf den vorhergehenden Angepasst. Wir hatten keinen Wunsch offen und waren vollkommen zufrieden. Der Stern war längst überfällig. Gratulation hierzu & auf bald.

Ein kleines, schnuckeliges Gourmet Restaurant mit dem Hauch eines Bistro Flairs! Völlig zwanglos und unkompliziert und mit super freundlichem und kompetentem Team. Eine wirklich herausragende Küche. Ein absolutes Highlight in Ulm, um Ulm und um Ulm herum…Mega!!
