Unsere Reservierung wurde nicht richtig notiert. ich hatte vor mehr als zwei Monaten einen Tisch reserviert und die entsprechende Bestätigung bekommen. Als wir ins Restaurant kamen, gab es allerdings keinen Platz für uns. Unverschämt.

An absolutely great restaurant! The food was excellent – fresh, tasty and perfectly prepared. The service was first class, friendly and attentive. The location is also fantastic, with a cozy atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. The passion and hospitality of Tom and Simone make the visit something very special. You can tell that they put their heart and soul into it. We will definitely be back and can highly recommend this restaurant!

Kleines Restaurant in Tuttlingen mit wenigen Tischen. Nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Es wird von einem jungen Ehepaar betrieben. Außergewöhnliches, hervorragendes Essen! Sehr guter Service! Ein absolutes Muss für Gourmets. Es gibt nur ein Menü bei dem man einzelne Gänge weglassen kann. Jedes Gericht war bei uns ganz hervorragend.

Classic orangery/winter garden feeling with the warmest service. The newly introduced dishes such as tartare or crepe suzette at the table are real highlights. Ms. Gulisano and Mr. Wieczorek in particular made this day very special and acted with sensational hospitality that is rarely experienced today. I'll be back!

The @restaurantsein is the only ⭐️⭐️ restaurant in Karlsruhe Every time I visit, the play of flavors and the depth of @thorsten_bender's cuisine fascinates me anew. In the pictures you can see the fantastic lunch menu from September 19th Tip: “sein” is one of the few star restaurants in the region that is also open at lunchtime. Whether lunch or dinner – I love “being” and can only recommend a visit.

For me, Bareiss is one of the best restaurants in Germany. We recently had the pleasure of dining here for the third time - and it definitely won't be the last. The traditional cuisine is interpreted in a modern way and with impressive sophistication. The wine list is exceptional, the service is impeccable, and the stylish ambience with comfortable seating completes the experience perfectly. I particularly appreciate the flexibility of the menu: you have the choice between two menus or you can order à la carte - a rare offer in this class. An absolute recommendation from me and an eleven out of ten possible points!

One of the most beautiful culinary experiences. We are so glad we chose this place for our anniversary. Starting with the warm and competent/professional service through to the relaxed atmosphere and the excellent cuisine. Which course was our favorite again?! AMBIENCE Great ambience. Great facility. Lighting conditions are great so it feels cozy. It's very comfortable to sit in and I also think it's great that there are round tables. It just has a different flair when you sit together. SERVICE Very attentive, everything perfectly coordinated and served in terms of timing. Requests were addressed smoothly. Each course was briefly explained and there was also some background information on the wine tour, which we really liked. :) EAT Not only were we surprised, we were full, happy and enveloped in magic at the end. We love many (more than 6), varied courses that can easily be swapped or expanded. That's possible here! There were lots of small greetings, the courses were varied, the size was perfect and the flavor was great. Very big praise to the entire kitchen and service team. That was a great performance. Last weekend we were at the Hotel Sackmann with 4 generations. We had a short but wonderful time. From the service to the wellness area to the delicious food, everything was top notch. We were particularly impressed by how child-friendly it was. We'd love to come back!!

Vor wenigen Tagen in einem Sterne-Lokal: Wir wollten gern unseren Hochzeitstag mit einem leckeren Menü ausklingen lassen. Wir haben einen Tisch in einem unserer Lieblingslokale reserviert, in dem wir in der Vergangenheit immer sehr freundlich und herzlich willkommen geheißen wurden. Der Tisch war, Freude, Freude, sehr nett dekoriert. Und dann? Eine gutaussehende blonde Lady betritt den Saal und begrüßt und herzt Gäste an den Nachbartischen. Bei uns kommt die Lady auch vorbei, haucht ein „guten Abend“ und weg ist sie. Erst auf Rückfrage bei dem sehr netten Ober erfahren wir, dass dies die Chefin war. Gerade die gehobene Gastronomie beklagt schwindende Kunden. Mir stellt sich die Frage: wie darf ich die Ungleichbehandlung von Gästen bewerten. Wohlgemerkt – auf das „herzen“ kann ich gern verzichten. Aber eine Vorstellung und eine wertschätzende Begrüßung – wäre dies zu viel verlangt gewesen? Unser Fazit: Das Essen, der Service waren super – aber warum sollten wir wieder kommen, wenn wir von den „Chefs“ wie Gäste 2. Klasse behandelt werden?
