Classic orangery/winter garden feeling with the warmest service. The newly introduced dishes such as tartare or crepe suzette at the table are real highlights. Ms. Gulisano and Mr. Wieczorek in particular made this day very special and acted with sensational hospitality that is rarely experienced today. I'll be back!

On July 1st, 2024 we celebrated a double birthday in the Wintergarten restaurant! The expectations were very high! The food was sensational! The textures, the presentation are outstanding and the service is subtle but friendly and unobtrusive! The taste of our self-prepared dishes is outstanding and a culinary revelation! The only criticism was the cheese plate at the end of our menu! Some types of cheese 🧀 were rather carelessly placed on the plate, without fig mustard and bread (fruit bread or the like) and without the way I know to serve from mild to strong and also without any further explanation about the types served! We were given bread and a type of fig mustard upon request! But I'm not deducting a star 🌟! The rest was really great! Thank you for a lovely birthday! 🎁

Exceptional attention to detail and great care for the children as well as customisation of dishes to cater to vegan and vegetarian needs

We had lunch in the winter garden a week ago and were absolutely thrilled. Very nice, harmonious menu, matching and surprising wine recommendations and very warm and courteous service. The atmosphere in the winter garden with its tasteful ambience and opulent floral decorations is unique anyway. It would only be a wish for the hotel that more guests would find their way here during the construction work on the hotel. In any case, it doesn't detract from the enjoyment. We would love to come back!

I came here because I wanted to try Pierre Herme's afternoon tea. Reservations are required from the website. Unfortunately, the weather was bad, so we sat inside, but the terrace seats looked very comfortable. Since it's a hotel, the lobby and cafe have a nice atmosphere. The afternoon tea sweets were chocolate, macaroons, and madeleines, but no cake. The savory and scones were also delicious. If I come again, I would like to have cake on the terrace.

The hotel has incredible character and the restaurant is not to be outdone. No need to stay there to have lunch or dinner. The terrace is sumptuous, the tables next to the watercourse offer a very pleasant sound ambiance. Guaranteed disconnection. The service is very good, the dishes are simple and tasty. No complaints. The prices are above average for relatively classic dishes but it's definitely worth it.

Recently had the pleasure of dining at the Wintergarten fine dining restaurant located at Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa Baden-Baden, and I must say that it was an exceptional experience that exceeded my expectations in every way possible. The sea bass that I had was absolutely amazing - it was cooked to perfection and had an incredible flavor. It was clear that the presentation was simply beautiful. The attention to detail was impressive and truly added to the overall dining experience. But the sea bass was just one part of the overall experience. The service was excellent from start to finish, with the waitstaff being attentive, friendly, and professional. They were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. I recently had the pleasure of dining at the Wintergarten restaurant and I must say that it was an outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and attended to our every need. Despite our limited German, the staff were fluent in English and made communication a breeze. The highlight of our dining experience was the Sommelier lady, who was extremely knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect wine to accompany our meal. She was patient, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure that we had an unforgettable dining experience. We were also pleasantly surprised by the complimentary starters that the restaurant offered us. It was a very thoughtful gesture and we appreciated it very much. Although we were initially disappointed to learn that the restaurant did not serve deer meat at the time of our visit, the alternative menu items were just as delicious and expertly prepared. Overall, I highly recommend the Wintergarten restaurant to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience in Baden-Baden. The service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch, and I cannot wait to return. Thank you, Wintergarten, for an unforgettable evening!

Wir waren zum Lunch hier und wir wurden super betreut. Das Essen, die Atmosphäre, der Service - alles war außerordentlich gut und wir konnten uns für 2 Stunden komplett fallen lassen. Vielen Dank für das Erlebnis! Wir werden den Wintergarten auf jeden Fall wieder besuchen.

Der Mittagstisch im Wintergarten-Restaurant von Brenners Parkhotel & Spa ist sehr zu empfehlen. Von Montag bis Freitag erwartet die Gäste von 12 bis 14 Uhr ein 3-Gänge-Menü zum korrekten Preis. In der warmen Jahreszeit ist es möglich in dem wunderschönen Garten zu speisen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir hatten einen Tisch zum Lunch im Restaurant "Wintergarten " reserviert. Essen sehr gut. Freundlicher und aufmerksamer Service. Befremdlich jedoch: die Art und Geschwindigkeit mit der die silbernen Serviettenringe vom Tisch geräumt wurden. Diebstahlsgeneralverdacht ???

Hervorragender Service, sehr aufmerksames, zuvorkommendes Personal sowie ausgezeichnete kulinarische Vielfalt, als auch passende Atmosphäre. Hervorzuheben sind auch die Kreationen der hauseigenen Patisserie. War eine schöne Erfahrung dort zu speisen.

Auch der Guide Michelin kann mal irren. In diesem Fall liegt der Irrtum eindeutig darin, dass der Wintergarten in Baden-Baden in der diesjährigen Aufgabe des Restaurantführers nicht mit einem Stern ausgezeichnet wurde. Die Gründe dafür erschließen sich weder mir, noch allen (gastro-verwöhnten) Freunden und Bekannten. Vielleicht wurde das Restaurant zuletzt auch gar nicht getestet? In jedem Fall befinden sich sowohl die Küche, als auch der Service auf einem Niveau, das definitiv einen Stern verdient hätte. Die Gerichte sind sehr kreativ und vom Geschmack her hervorragend ausbalanciert. Die Küche arbeitet viel mit asiatischen Aromen wie Yuzu oder Safran, was das Ganze sehr frisch und leicht macht. Der Ikarimi-Lachs und der Kaisergranat zählten definitiv zum Besten, was ich in den letzten Jahren gegessen habe, wobei auch alle anderen Gerichte den erstgenannten in nichts nachstehen. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und elegant, aber trotzdem sehr liebenswert und warmherzig. Und die Lage des Restaurants, mitten im Park der Lichtentaler-Allée: ein absoluter Traum. Fazit: Definitiv eines der besten Restaurants Deutschlands – auch wenn der Stern ihnen NOCH verwehrt blieb.

Atmosphere was perfect. Decorations were beautiful. Lettuce salad was amazing as was the risotto. The duck was cooked perfectly but overly sauced which made the plate soggy. The sides didn’t bring anything to the dish and the black and brown purées were off putting (too salty). The pork dish was good but the highlight was the sauce. Our waitress (Charlotte) was nice and very attentive.

Essen ganz gut. Leider sehr kleine Portionen mit extrem langen Wartezeiten. Service dem Hotel enstprechend.

Unfassbar leckeres Überraschungsmenü, als Vegetarierin wurde ich sehr, sehr selten so kulinarisch verwöhnt. Jeder Gang war außergewöhnlich und jahreszeitlich entsprechend. Dazu wundervoll angerichtet. Gratulation an das Küchenteam, warum noch kein Stern??? Das Restaurantteam ist ebenso überdurchschnittlich und liebenswert. Frau Prisco und ihr Team hat uns den ganzen Abend sehr charmant verwöhnt und uns exzellente Weine empfohlen. Eine PERLE in diesem ehrwürdigen Haus, wir fühlten uns selten so wohlwollend verwöhnt und perfekt umsorgt. Wir freuen uns schon sehr auf den nächsten Besuch!!!

Wir saßen schön, wir aßen gut, der Service war aufmerksam, wenn jetzt noch einem künfig am Abend der Anblick von Herren in Shorts; wie man sie aus dem TV vom Strand von Mallorca kennt; erspart bliebe, wären künftige Abende quasi perfekt . . . .

Wirklich grandios - was hier Restaurantleiter Herr Abolnik und Küchenchef Herr Meyer leisten! Wir kommen immer wieder!

What a joke this place is. They try so hard to make you feel like you are a fancy person living in 1970, but in return you pay 12€ for a camomile tea and 45€ for a regular main course (which was quite nice, but just like every other hotel restaurant). The waiter was so friendly to tell me that the reason why the teas were that expensive was because the tea pots cost 350€. Maybe, but just maybe, if they were to invest in cutlery from this century they could price their tea accordingly to its value. As much as they would love to - this is not the Ritz!
