I had the great pleasure of dining at Brenners, and it was a highlight in every way. The food was simply fantastic: creative, perfectly balanced in flavor, and of the highest quality. I would especially like to mention the restaurant manager, who made the experience even more unforgettable with his first-class service and warm demeanor. The entire team is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. I've been to many restaurants and hotels, but Brenners truly sets new standards. I absolutely recommend it; everything here is just perfect!

We celebrated our wedding at Brenners Park-Hotel and couldn't have wished for a more beautiful setting. The ceremony in the park in front of the Orangery was a dream and perfectly organized by Ms. Walter. She accompanied us professionally and warmly throughout the day. The subsequent celebration in the Orangery, the dinner, and the ice cream cake on the Minerva Terrace were thought out down to the last detail and beautifully staged. A special highlight was the Champagne Tower, which made our celebration even more unforgettable. The service was exceptional from the first moment until late into the night. Our glasses were never empty, we didn't have to worry about anything, and we felt like the team could read our minds. Special thanks go to Mr. Boesch, the hotel's director, who personally helped me tie my hand-tied bow tie before the ceremony. The fact that he took the time himself demonstrates the hotel's exceptional hospitality. The bow tie sat perfectly throughout the evening. We would also like to thank Mr. Oamer, who led the service team. He responded immediately to even the smallest concerns. For example, when I needed hairspray or a quick freshen up, it took less than two minutes for everything to be organized. No wish went unfulfilled, thanks in part to his attentive and forward-thinking approach. We are grateful for all the attention to detail and the many moments that made our day truly special. The service at this hotel has put me off all other hotels :D We've stayed at many good hotels, but the service here is on a different level. The staff knew our names everywhere, made such a big effort, and had a lasting positive impact on our stay. The property itself is also beautiful, dreamy, and yet I would always mention the first-class service first when someone asks me about the hotel. Our family had the pleasure of staying at Brenners Park Hotel this summer while visiting friends in Germany. I travel a lot and have stayed Waldorf hotels and I also have intercontinental platinum ambassador status. This hotel by far is the best. The service, food and attention to detail blew me away. Breakfast is a whole experience on its own. If you are looking to stay in the area this is the hotel. Close to everything downtown and very relaxing. Our host Therese was amazing and made the stay feel special.

While there many 5 star hotels, what separates them is the quality of their staff and Brenners Park staff is truly among the very best. At every instance, they all did everything they could to make our wonderful. If you travel alone or as we were with a family of seven, every meal and every service was a great experience. My thanks and appreciated to all their staff.

First house on the square, impeccable

We went out for a drink on the terrace. The service was very attentive and pleasant. The location, right on Lichtentaler Allee, is very nice, and it's a short walk to the small but charming pedestrian zone.

We stayed two nights at the Brenners Park-Hotel & Spa in February 2025, and it was an experience worthy of the hotel's prestige. This legendary Baden-Baden hotel, a member of the Oetker Collection, perfectly embodies the discreet and timeless luxury that makes all the difference. This was our fourth stay at a property within the group, and once again, excellence was evident. Despite the major renovation work in the main building, everything was perfectly managed: no disruption, seamless organization, and attentive staff. While the temporary entrance by car wasn't the easiest to find, that's a small detail that's quickly forgotten. Our room (the Deluxe Park Room on the garden level) was a real favorite: very spacious, with a superb terrace with breathtaking views of the park. The classic, warm, and elegant decor evokes the charm of another era without compromising modern comfort. High-quality bedding, well-appointed bathrooms (even if old), and a cozy atmosphere conducive to relaxation. It simply feels good. The spa is equally impressive, with a majestic pool bathed in light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the park. The wellness area, both elegant and peaceful, is perfect for recharging. The service reflects the place: professional, attentive, without being intrusive. The staff is extremely kind, and the numerous thoughtful touches for our birthdays really touched us. There's a real desire to personalize the guest experience, and that's what makes all the difference in this type of establishment. One drawback, however, is the billing for breakfast served in the room on the first day, even though it was included in our reservation. The hotel explained to us that only breakfasts served in the dining room are included in the package. We regret not having been notified in advance, especially since this type of distinction is rarely granted in hotels of this type. A very successful stay in a uniquely styled house, both classic and welcoming. We will gladly return once the renovations are completed to discover the new chapter of this grand hotel.

The staff ensured Selina’s birthday was celebrated in the best way possible, adding thoughtful touches that made the day even more memorable. We only came for a spa day which was very overpriced for what you get.. the sauna rooms and changing area are beautiful and very clean, the pool is large and has a nice view. The service was great and welcoming.

For my birthday, my boyfriend surprised me with a night at the Brenners Park Hotel - and it was just perfect! As I once worked here myself, it was particularly nice to return and receive such a warm welcome. Our room was beautiful and I was really happy about the lovely surprise with champagne, fresh flowers, a birthday cake and small delicacies from the patisserie. This attention made the day even more special. The stay was also a success all round - from the atmosphere to the service and the reunion with familiar faces. A big thank you to everyone who contributed! We are really looking forward to the next visit!

Wonderful hotel with great proximity to the central Baden Baden area. A short 10 minute walk to both thermal spas. Approximately 1 hour walk to the castle. Staff were extremely accommodating to include giving tours of the hotel, spa area, and restaurant. The staff also provided great recommendations for activities to do in the city. Overall a wonderful experience. Photos are from breakfast at the restaurant.

Brenners Park Hotel offers world class service and the staff made sure every need was met. We had a villa with a private balcony that overlooked the lush gardens. The spa was the highlight with treatments tailored to perfection.

Quite good for German standards. Beautiful facility and surroundings. The staff and service are also fine. There is nothing there. Some of the rooms are getting old in terms of design or look special. You have to want it. I also know much more modern/larger spa areas in this price category. There are enough pictures, so you know what to expect. No longer an option for me. Once and never again for the same money, I'll go to hotels in Switzerland again in the future and I'll get a lot more for my money.

Beautiful hotel with great views of the street and river. The TV was super big and the bed was really comfortable. The Nena Apartments were super nice and I can only recommend them.

Our lunch in the Wintergarten restaurant in the Brenners Parkhotel was outstanding. As a couple in their mid-40s with a love of fine dining, we were impressed by the elegant atmosphere and exquisite dishes. Every bite was a delight, perfectly complemented by the attentive staff. A true culinary oasis that we highly recommend and look forward to returning to soon.

Unfortunately, the hotel is currently closed and is being completely remodeled, which will take some time. The small restaurant has a clear menu with friendly staff. The hotel has a fantastic location on the Oos and is one of the top hotels in Germany. When it shines in new splendor, it should once again be an attraction in Baden-Baden.

A hotel located in the middle of a quiet and beautiful Baden-Baden. I was lucky enough to have dinner here on a nearby business trip. The atmosphere and service were great and the food was excellent. The hotel garden and walking trails were also very well maintained, which was nice.
