A very good club restaurant with Southeastern European cuisine. I really enjoyed the food there.

The best Yugoslavian restaurant in all of Stuttgart👍🏻 from the food to the service to the ambiance. The boss is totally cool, just constantly busy. 😉😀The service and cleanliness of the place are perfect. A must for anyone who loves Balkan food♥️, whether you come alone or in a group. The other day I had lunch with my family... I must emphasize the very tasty veal and Sopa salad. And the most important and essential thing that I have to emphasize is your wonderful staff, actually a wonderful young lady who served us, if I'm not mistaken her name is Anja or Ana... I haven't seen such approach and energy for a long time. In today's time, where kindness, helpfulness, good energy and a smile remain somewhere far away, but this girl definitely has it all and deserves the best review! Kudos to the wonderful Ana (Anja)... in any case, we keep coming back because of her and the good meat! Lp, Alexander

Upon arrival, the first thing that comes to mind was rudeness and disinterest in the guests. If you have a question and want to consult with the staff, prepare yourself for rolling your eyes and the shortest possible answer that exists. When you manage to do all this, you will receive veal that is too dry and too old and a piece of meat that resembles lamb roasted last Tuesday (veal and lamb mix ordered). If you are finished and want to pay your more than the overpriced bill, do not expect the staff to ask you if everything was okay and if you liked it.

Unfortunately, the prices have become excessively high, and the quality is no longer what it used to be. The food no longer tastes the way it used to. For the money, much more is expected. We will not be coming again, nor will many others who have stopped coming for the same reason.

Not the regular Sports Club Restaurant. This is way more. Amazing food. Super delicious. Big variety. Lots of space. Good for celebrating with lots of people. Very friendly staff. Though parking might be tricky.

Yesterday we visited my favorite restaurant Gecko, but we experienced a disaster. The food we ordered was not at all as good as it used to be. The kebabs were hard, tough, tasteless, and the buns were hard and dry, the kropice were also a disaster, half and half the same. The service was all new waiters, disinterested, empty salt shakers on the table, no napkins, I went to get them from another table myself. I didn't see the restaurant owners to tell them. This is out of good intentions to get back to the old way. Because I've been here for years and this is the first time it's a disaster.

The food is excellent, the best cevapi in Stuttgart and the surrounding area. The staff is friendly and agile. The atmosphere is great... I definitely recommend it.

Ordered a stuffed burger with gouda and bread. The bread never arrived, and there was not a trace of cheese in the burger. The staff is, to say the least, disinterested in life, not in work. We waited 20 minutes to order dessert and in the end we didn't even order it because the waiters were "too busy" (there were 4 other people in the restaurant besides us).

Today I ordered 2kg of raw cevap for grilling, what I got was really not ok from the waiter, in one pack there were approx. 1000gr (40x cevapcici) in another 870gr (35 cevapcici). If you're not good at math, you should actually go back to school. Since I come from Bosnia (Cevapi's birthplace) I know that if you order 1kg there should be 39 or 40 pieces. I can understand that you SHOULD do a lot of things as a waiter, but screwing over your regular customer is really bad. We were able to spend a very pleasant day in this event location. The food was excellent and attractively presented. The service staff was always friendly, professional and courteous. The location also impressed us: tastefully furnished, well-kept and with a pleasant atmosphere. A clear recommendation for every occasion!

After the renovation, the restaurant has received a more “modern” touch. The quality of the food feels like it has gotten even better. The service was very friendly and competent. Can only be recommended. What I personally liked was the fact that you ordered a grill plate and everything was served individually. Meat, fries, lepinja, djuvec and liver all separately.

Unfortunately, we are not satisfied, the appetizer is cold, the meat is overcooked on the outside, raw on the inside, roasted peppers (sour peppers from a jar thrown on the grill). The waiters do not inform the guests about the lack of side dishes, they just bring you whatever they want, in our case, instead of pommes, we got cold potatoes from the oven! Basically, eat what you get and eat it!

Excellent place for Balkan cuisine. Interior is nice, contemporary. Service is excellent. The food is amazing, good portins and sides. Recommend.

There is smoking in the restaurant. Breaded sheep's cheese was super delicious. Chicken skewers were a bit dry but tasty, the rice tasted too much like peppers for me personally. Service is attentive and friendly. Chocolate soufflé was very tasty.

Unfortunately, my recent visit to this restaurant was extremely disappointing. The term “restaurant” seems inappropriate in this case, as the ambience is more reminiscent of a simple snack bar and is by no means inviting. Even though the staff was friendly, it didn't make up for the overall negative experience. The food was of very basic quality, uninspired in taste and without any special presentation. Given the ambience and the quality of the food, I find the prices to be completely unreasonable and unjustified. Unfortunately, this was my first and my last visit.

You'll get full, there's plenty of space to sit outside in the summer.

We regularly eat here on Christmas Day and often have celebrations at Gecko. The food tastes excellent, the waiters are all very polite and nice. You feel very welcome and we really enjoy coming. The table buffet is ALWAYS A highlight, if you can't manage everything you can take the rest home with you 👍🏼

I was there for the first time yesterday and was very critical. Critical because I've heard "best cevape best cevape" from all sides and I'm usually disappointed by those that are so highly praised. This was not the case here, on the contrary. For me the best cevape I have eaten in a long time, the bread is a dream, really order the “kajmak” with it. The pjeskavica and the other meat were also very, very good, but I myself will come back just for the cevape. Yes, the price is too high for one or two euros, but I would rather pay the portion 2 euros more and get something special like a cevap everywhere else. I would particularly like to highlight the staff and really EVERYONE!! Every waiter who served us was super friendly, I've never experienced anything like that and it was packed. For me the best Balkan restaurant in Stuttgart and the surrounding area.

I have to say, the food was brutal. The eye is arranged in the bottom drawer. The cevape with cartilage and the fries weren't even salted. My daughter's Lepinja was completely black. For what you get, the prices are totally exorbitant. Will not visit this restaurant again!

We had two Maultaschen soups, a salad, two portions of Cevapcici and a portion of fries. Everything was excellent - I wouldn't know which dish to praise first. Everything was nice and warm, at the table on time, authentic and incredibly tasty. We would definitely like to come back!

Veal under the bed with potatoes and homemade bread, as well as fried veal with rice and mushroom sauce and sour water - All in total around €60 for two people. Portions are very large, you won't be hungry. It was very tasty and served quite quickly.

One of my son's games took me to Cannstatt and after the bitter defeat, the best Ćevapćići outside the Balkans helped us get over our frustration. And even with providers in the Balkans doing what they do, they can easily keep up. Fries tasted like potatoes and not like something potato-like and the Djuvec rice was homemade with fresh peppers. Ekipa keep it up and we will definitely come back, for Ćevapi, fries, Djuveć rice and kajmak... Thank you for a piece of home feeling 🥰

Was eating here today and as a butcher I have to say that luckily the food contains a lot of meat. I would describe the Pljeskavica as the best I have tried so far. I have been experienced in Balkan cuisine for 30 years but it was really very good. The place is furnished with attention to detail and is modern, nice and bright and you have a lot of space while eating. Service was very friendly and attentive but not intrusive. My recommendation: Pljeskavica and as dessert the homemade cake. Thanks .

The restaurant has a really great interior and the terrace is superbly designed - a perfect place to enjoy the atmosphere. The food is always delicious and of high quality. Unfortunately, the positive experience is greatly marred by the poor service. During our visit, our request for specific orders was simply forgotten and we had to ask three times before we were finally able to pay. The staff seemed disorganized and not attentive. This is very disappointing, especially considering how good the food and surroundings are. There is definitely still a lot of room for improvement in the service area.

We had children from Croatia and we decided to take them to lunch at Gecko. The restaurant is surrounded by football fields, a pleasant atmosphere, we are delighted. And we will definitely come again. Top notch staff, all five. Fast service, all praises. Greetings from the Resler family

I've always ordered from there, but I can't say what the service is like or the ambience, but in my opinion the food wasn't that good, it was dry and didn't have as complex a taste as normal Balkan food tastes like, I would recommend trying it out though I wouldn't order again, and the prices are extremely exorbitant for what you get, but I think you have to go there in person and try it out, then I would change the review and write more about it.

Was there with a friend last night. Wanted some good food after a hard day's work. At first we were refused to sit in the back area (our clothes weren't ideal, so we didn't want to socialize with people). We had to wait forever until someone came, the food (Balkan platter for 2 people) was extremely hard and we had a really hard time swallowing. Despite waving several times, no one came, although both waitresses saw our appropriately subtle wave. Waiters (2 young men) preferred to sit at the table with other guests! Just unbelievable.. Conclusion: principles of gastronomy are being trampled on here!

Food: - Average barbecue, meat of average quality. Good onion, correct ajvar. There are better grills in the area. Unfortunately, like most of our restaurants, they serve Djuvec rice (??) as a side dish to the barbecue (when it's not flatbread). - Veal liver is good, it's nice to see something other than barbecue on offer 🙂 Service: - Not overly interested and friendly waiters. Basically, average for local restaurants when it comes to service. Ambiance: - Beautiful and well-kept terrace, good location if arriving by car. The price of an average meal from the menu is too high considering the quality and service.

The food is excellent, the cevapi are delicious, but the service has deteriorated greatly. I came with my wife and child and only after 20 minutes did the waiter approach me to bring us a menu and to apologize for the wait. I said no problem, I understand that it is crowded. He gave us a menu and in the meantime we also got drinks. However, after we received the menu for more than half an hour, no one approached us. Even though we were with a small child, the waiters just walked past us as if we weren't there. When I saw that no one was going to come, I left some money for drinks on the table and we went outside. Because of the taste of the food, it wasn't a problem for me before 150 km, but after this, unfortunately, you lost a loyal customer, because I can understand that the first time the waiter didn't see us and apologized, but that he didn't see us the second time, and around us he served the other guests who came after us. Come on, that's really unacceptable.

Nice restaurant with traditional dishes like cevapcici, burger, schnitzel. Parking spaces in front of the restaurant are for free. Food is freshly prepared and really delicious especially the meat which was soft and juicy. Prices are fair enough. The interior could be nicer arranged. Overall I would recommend this place for eating!

Absolutely unfriendly staff! After we had ordered our aperol, we asked him to pour us another aperol because it tasted very much like sparkling wine. The waitress was very unfriendly and said something after half an hour in which the waitress didn't think it was necessary and wanted to serve us Ordered food and drew attention to us.
