Act 2: The tragic moment of revelation I take my tray, sit down, unpack - and look at the misery. • The fries? Cold. Colder than a greeting card from the tax office. • The burger? Put together with the precision of a bored roofer putting the last board in place at 4:58 p.m. • The sauce? Not in the burger, but generously distributed on the packaging, as if it had been the victim of a small earthquake. • The cheese? A tiny, pale yellow cloth of despair that doesn't even bother to melt. I take a look into the kitchen. The employees don't seem stressed, just annoyed by the existence itself. Very clean and well maintained 😋 restaurant. Holtwings were very tasty Employees and managers are also very friendly and nice. I would recommend this restaurant!!

We ate there once when the shop opened and the employees were so unfriendly and the burgers really weren't good either! We would rather go to the BK in Solms than go to a BK here in Wetzlar.

There was a lot of shouting in the store and the toilets are very unhygienic

I think McDonald's has serious financial problems. My mcflurry was for almost €5!!! not even half full and the normal mcwrap was reduced even further, to the size of the breakfast wrap. Ridiculous. In the future, it would be better to starve to death than to let yourself go like this

The MC Kall employees should go here for training. Although the store is always full, it is clean. The staff is friendly and table service is also very busy. Food is fresh. One star was deducted because the burgers were cold. Even the cheese doesn't melt. Seems to be an MC problem. I'll try it a few more times. If it doesn't change then I will stay away from MC.
