Very dirty room, staff service very unprofessional. My last visit there were 8 people on staff! And there was no one to wipe down the tables! The floor was a disaster! The staff just stood and talked to each other! The room was not air-conditioned!

Ordered burgers via the app and picked them up accordingly. At home it was discovered that a burger was missing. Since it is pointless to go there again at that moment and complain (statement against statement), I complained via the app. The branch was always missing something from options like patty, jalapeño, etc. that I had previously overlooked. There was a response from McDonald's that they had forwarded this complaint and the branch got in touch. Nothing happened after 4 weeks and nothing will happen. Well, unfortunately that's what customer satisfaction looks like in this branch. McDonald's should train its franchise entrepreneurs more for satisfaction, after all, they represent the McDonald's company

Hello, we just ordered two burgers and a chicken Caesar wrap, unfortunately we later discovered that the wrap had already been eaten. This has never happened to us in all these years. Was there last time!!!!

Tables full of dirt, shoes stuck to the floor and the best thing is that an employee in a black T-shirt with a full beard who worked at the checkout as well as in the delivery service (worked up) parked the McDonald's car full of me! Except for one delivery car, all parking spaces were free, but no, the Super Brain parked on the street to accommodate people. After I went in and talked about it he comes out, instead of apologizing he grins like Prvt.Paula and says then you can drive out of there, I wanted to give him my car keys and he should drive out of there, he refused and then went with me drove his favorite car to where McDonald's has specially marked parking spaces. I wouldn't even give that guy a Matchbox car!

Hello, this is the last time we ate at this McDonald's. After eating for about 10-15 minutes, we all felt sick, had stomach pains, nausea, and vomited. The branch manager prefers to play with his cell phone instead of taking care of the order. Very dirty and not good service because you can't even remember an order. It has nothing to do with the McDonald from before.

So just rolls, sauce and greens. But it's not worth going back again. Nobody ever answers the phone anyway. So... tough luck. First of all, a normal McDonald's. The good thing is that there is always something going on and there is a delivery service and online ordering. This means the food is always fresh and rarely cold or stale. Disadvantage: Where there is a lot going on, the cleanliness is not perfect, but acceptable, given the stress and number of staff. I would say mid-range McDonald's.

The last few times I was satisfied with delivery via Lieferando, this time via Uber Eat delivery did not arrive. According to the photo it was placed somewhere in the field. Whether I gave the address to the driver. Money is gone. McDonald's didn't want to help.

We went to the aforementioned Mac Donald for lunch today. The lady who took our order was very friendly. The other employees immediately started gossiping about us. I don't have to speak their language to understand that they were talking about us while we were still paying. Personally, I find this behavior impossible and insulting at the same time. The burger we had was lukewarm and anything but fresh. The store is not particularly clean. The tables weren't particularly wiped down and the floor was very slippery and greasy. What do you use to clean the floors?! We are determined not to set foot in this store again. Friendliness and cleanliness are completely alien to the staff (except for one friendly lady). Mr. Wallraff, please take over!!!!!!!!!!

I agree with the bad reviews. The current employees are trashing this store for no reason. Instead of using the fully equipped kitchen with food, food from the disposal tray is increasingly being warmed up and served or packed to customers without batting an eyelid. None of the employees would eat the food themselves. Chewing on cold fries at the prices - I feel deeply for these people who want to harm other people. I had to demand a new burger three times until it was not heated from the old food tray, but freshly prepared as required by the catering quality service and the health department. Cleaning the toilets once a day is disgusting personified in a 16 hour operation. Gossiping about customers like in kindergarten is like psychological underdevelopment. Lying to my face, continuing to lie to God's face with a mental excuse - I don't want to know if it's really going to work out. As long as these employees ruin the store, more and more customers will avoid it.

Ordered Cola without ice, came with ice. Fries cold and soggy. Burger was so clapped together that something different was hanging out on every corner. Staff listless. Even though there wasn't much going on in the store. Not recommendable!

Nach meiner Essens Abholung kam ich nach Hause und mir fehlte essen in der Tüte … nach mehrmaligem anrufen ging keiner ans Telefon dran keine Ahnung ob überhaupt die Nummer stimmt, weil da wo ich drin war, war fast der Laden leer. Bei jeder online Bestellung werden mindestens zwei oder drei Artikel der Bestellung vergessen einzupacken.

Sehr dreckiger und fettiger Boden. Ausrutsch-/Unfallgefahr überall (auch in den Toiletten). Pissoir in der Herrentoilette voller Urin bis zum Abschlag. Unmögliche Verhältnisse.

Leider waren die Chicken Nuggets Knochenhart und brottrocken. Sehr schade für so viel Geld.

Da war jetzt jemand, weil ich so einen Mcs Burger noch nicht gesehen hab. TV-Sendung ist Katastrophe bei McDonalds, whatever. Die zeigen Videos wo von 300m Höhe mit Motorrad in die Tiefe gestürtzt wird,. Mahlzeit.

Einer der schlechtens McD's in Offenbach. Die haben dort in der letzten Zeit ganz schön abgebaut vom Essen her. Pommes matschig, Burger lapprig. Da fahr ich lieber an den Kaiserlei, da schmeckts wenigstens frisch.

Essen ist typisch McDonalds. Aber irgendwie auch schon besser bekommen. War mega viel los. Diese seltsamen Selbst-Service-Bestellautomaten. Dann ein Touchscreen der seinen Namen nicht verdient - viele der Saucen zu den Nuggets nicht verfügbar - und zum Schluss dann kam die Quittung nicht. Hatte mir zum Glück die Nummer gemerkt, so dass ich an der Kasse dann doch noch was bekam. SCHWACH! Noch viel schwächer und die Begründung für die extrem schlechte Gesamtbewertung: Die Sauberkeit! Sorry, aber saubermachen heißt nicht nur die Tische mit einem schon fragwürdigen Lappen abwischen und den ganzen Dreck auf den Fußboden! Pommes, Serviertten und sonstiger Dreck macht einen schlechten Eindruck.

Heute war alles super das Essen frisch zubereitet Bestellung und Bezahlung über die App hat super geklappt.. leider hab ich das auch schon anders dort erlebt.. deshalb der Punkte Abzug.. heute war auch das Personalfreundlich wenn aber mal was nicht klappt kann man dort nicht auf Support hoffen..

Machen leider immer wieder Fehler . Beim letzten Mal die Soßen vergessen, falschen Burger eingepackt. Und das passiert immer wieder ! Das war eine Bestellung per App.Erst Zuhause gemerkt.

3 McMenüs bestellt, draußen bemerkt dass eines der 3 Gläser vergessen wurde, anschließend zurück in die Filiale gemusst, war allerdings kein Problem, wurde mir direkt überreicht. Dazu kommt aber dass wir zuhause gemerkt haben dass alle 3 Getränke auch noch vergessen wurden!!! Was für ein Service! Da Kauft man für 40€ diesen Fraß wegen der Gläser und bekommt gefühlt nur die Hälfte

Sobdas ist der einzige McDonald denn ich gerne gehe, aber nur 1 mal jede 3 bis 4 Monate, nutze gerne die Coupons von der App da kann man gut viel geld sparen und wenn man die punte mit benutzt kannst sogar 1 Hamburger quasi umsonst kriegen aber erst mit 1000 punkte. das essen ist ok, für auf die schnelle aber nicht für jede Wochenende da zu essen, bin selbst Koch und koche gerne lieber selbst, manchmal ist das fleich zu trocken und manchmal ist es top und der rest der fall ist OK, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich ich empfehle es weiter da ich auch gerne manchmal wieder komme aber nur zu mitnehmen.

Gerne Alternative wenn es mal schnell gehen soll. Nettes Personal und den Kindern schmeckt es. Leider sind die Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten öfters verschmutzt.

An diesem MC Donalds wird viel gemacht denke es läuft sehr gut dort.

Die Damen am Drive-In immer super nett, Naja, Mecces halt, immer unverändert. Man weiß, was man erwartet, bekommt man auch..... Single-Burger ÷ Mc-Rib definitiv zu teuer!!!

Das Essen ist immer warm und frisch zubereitet. Bei diesem McDonald’s muss man auch nach dem Kauf nie schauen, ob alles richtig ist oder etwas fehlt, wie beim Sprendlinger. Tolle Mitarbeiter und toller Service. Vielen Dank

Gute Produkte aber die Mitarbeiter sind manchmal etwas genervt und innen ist es nicht immer 100% sauber. Dennoch zu empfehlen.

Die Mitarbeiter waren soweit sehr freundlich. Nur die Selbstbedienungsgeräte zum Bestellen sollten doch öfters mal abgewischt werden. Die Tische waren für ein McDonalds nur so durchschnittlich gesäubert.
