It's impossible there, we're not going there anymore.

We didn't feel comfortable; the food didn't taste like it does in other restaurants. An employee sat at a table eating food he had brought with him, while he kept disappearing behind the counter. The woman serving the food stood with the man in the meantime to have a private conversation. Even though there was nothing going on, the table we were sitting at was dirty!

Very clean, and the three women are very friendly and helpful. I can definitely say it's a good place to go.

The location, with only two employees, was significantly understaffed. After ordering at the terminal, I had to wait over 30 minutes to receive my food. I'm not someone who likes to complain. Therefore, my conclusion would have been to simply stay away in the future. The employee kindly asked me during the handover if she could compensate me for the wait. I then asked for a children's menu and received it without hesitation. I politely thanked the employee for approaching me and left. When I got home, I discovered that the 9-pack of chicken nuggets were missing, even though I had paid for them. Annoying...

Preferably 0 stars! A large family came after me, ordered half the menu, but was given priority because they knew them! Biggest scumbag

Burger King is okay, but unfortunately often lacks ice cubes; the vending machine has been broken for ages. It's pretty disappointing, especially in the summer.

I didn't even mention the dessert (Hot Blondie) thoroughly, and I was told it had to be like this, and no matter how long it was in there, it would always look like this. Not a recommendation!

I don't understand how this place stays in business. Once, they weren't burgers, but leftover garbage. Once, they got cold food. Once, they waited an hour at the McDrive. Once, they forgot their fries and burger. And it goes on.

This is the third time I've specifically stated that I want my burger and chili cheese fries without jalapenos. I repeated it several times and even explained that I meant the green chilies, so they'd really understand. Nevertheless, they added more chilies, and even twice as many as usual. I also had to wait a very long time, and in the end, I still didn't get what I ordered.

We ate there once when the shop opened and the employees were so unfriendly and the burgers really weren't good either! We would rather go to the BK in Solms than go to a BK here in Wetzlar.

Plant-Based Nugget Burger: 2 plant-based nuggets and 1 chicken nugget. Plus a plant-based Whopper with meat. Very disappointing.

There was only one guest in front of me, but it took a very long time until "my" three ordered burgers were ready because only one person took the order / including drive in ... and only one person worked in the kitchen / prepared all the burgers ordered. Saturday lunchtime 2 p.m The burgers were good though.

Ordered through the drive-thru and, as always, disappointed. The food seemed to have been sitting there for ages. Typically Burger King, but the main thing is a global brand.

I've been there twice so far and I can't complain. The staff was very friendly both times. What I appreciate positively is that I am not forced to use the ordering terminals and was able to order everything at the front of the counter. It doesn't necessarily have anything to do with this branch, but I think it's good that plant-based costs less than meat. Only Burger King does that (as far as I know). However, one star for service is deducted because the employee behind the counter was a bit sniffy on my second visit. She was super friendly, but that's not how she should work in customer and/or food contact.

Ordered 4 burgers at the drive in last night and waited 15 minutes in the parking lot. You would think they were grilling fresh on the Adana charcoal grill. After waiting 15 minutes, I opened the bag and, as expected, one of four was missing, which is normal in this case. Diarrhea the next day - strange coincidence! Next time I'll eat oatmeal with warm water but avoid the Burger King in Hermannstein.

Eat and eat, you can't get enough. Eat 3-4 burgers, you can't get enough. After 1-2 hours, you're hungry again. Mc Donalds and Burger King are the same.

There was a long wait for the second time, but still cold food. The service was terrible...the man at the drive through spoke slurred and was totally annoyed. Really a disaster, not recommended.

Some superiors are young and bold, you've never seen anything so arrogant! Don't argue with such superiors for long, you should either do the work yourself or go straight to the labor court!!! Unfortunately you are censored everywhere!!!

In short: quite okay. Compared to the BK in the Wetzlar forum, it's rather bad. Burgers are carelessly "slapped together" for consumption on-site and for take-away (this is the best way to describe it). Unfortunately it wasn't the first time like this. Service is also quite okay, but gives the impression that you are not wanted. What can you expect from the fast food giants? All in all, you can do it if you're hungry and like disappointment. Positive but in contrast to the competition in Aßlar: They haven't forgotten the patty yet....... Make your own impression.

The 4 of us just had something to eat half an hour before closing time, the total bill was around 75€, which is of course very high for BK and understandably it took longer to prepare, so we didn't arrive until around 00:45 ate in the store. We were not informed that we were no longer allowed to eat our food on site, instead we were told at 1:00 a.m. sharp that we should leave the store straight away, in a tone that was absolutely inappropriate. After another 2 minutes the employee came back with the words “You understood me correctly”. When we (also 4 people from the catering industry) asked whether we should leave our food here and lie there, we were told whether we didn't have a home. Please what?! I have rarely experienced such an incompetent and disrespectful employee and I have never been “thrown out” of the store at a competitor (McD.). We left the store at 1:06 a.m. and of course I'm incredibly sorry that we cost the lady 6 minutes of her valuable time. *irony off* As far as I know, every employee, no matter which fast food restaurant, has a certain follow-up time :-) well, regardless of whether I worked in a bar, bakery, fast food restaurant or in a “normal” restaurant, I have never thrown a customer out of the store like that - by the way ;-) Staff should be reconsidered or the lady should get in better looking for a job in another area where she can pack her things and go home a minute later.

I have had several bad experiences at this branch over the last two years. Tried again today: again disappointing! 1 patty, 1 slice of bacon, 2 mini slices of cheese and boom... you pay almost €10 for a signature burger that tastes average (mind you, individually, not in the menu). The price-performance ratio hasn't been right here for a long time! Ordered a strawberry shake, got vanilla. Happens all the time! The substitute tasted like strawberry, but was completely liquid. King nuggets breading tasteless and too dry. The Macaroni Cheese Lover Snack was really subpar. Leave all the bells and whistles and just make good burgers again, like the Big King. Burger King hasn't been a good fit for me for a long time. Far too expensive, poor service, waiting times often too long (fast food?). I can really save on Burger King in the future!

After last week's failure at McDonald's in Wetzlar, I wanted to know what the service was like at Burger King. In fact, exactly the opposite. I went to the counter with my cell phone to ask, the lady gave me friendly advice and I was able to order from her and even pay in cash. The restaurant was tidy and seemed clean and even the lady who gave me the food had a smile on her face. It's okay... Thank you Burger King, gladly again.

I had a very positive experience with this Burger King. Clean. Even the toilets. What was even better was the service. A very friendly young blonde man. Many employees can learn a lesson from the competition. Very friendly. And if the food takes a little longer, that's a good sign that everything is freshly prepared. But I didn't experience it. My only criticism is that the drinks don't really taste like cola. Is a matter of taste. Speaking of taste. The fries are a bit too few. But complaining at a high level. You can safely go there.

Really bad service! Especially via drive in! How can you please four, FOUR! Forgotten things!?! And it's the same every damn time!!!! Listen carefully when you order and finally start reading what is on your screen. Really disappointing! I would prefer not to give a star at all!

They really can't get anything done. No order. Super slow and incompetent. You really don't expect much from them, but even then you'll be disappointed. You literally have to stand in the drive for 20 minutes to get a simple order. From the outside you can see that Otto is hanging around on his cell phone, but it's okay. Feel free to play Candy Crash while I wait for a burger.

Overall it is very clean and it goes relatively quickly, of course depending on how busy it is. For a while the drink mix was extremely sweet, but that has gotten better. A nice Burger King that looks nice and is clean.

Placed the order at the "drive thru counter" using an "app code", drove to the counter, paid and wondered why a few things should be so expensive. The window closed again and a very long wait began. My wife got out to go to the toilet in the restaurant, when she came back I was still waiting. I compared the receipt with the app and found that the menu cost twice as much and the individual burger was €1 more than in the app. When the window opened again after what felt like an eternity, I pointed it out to the young man - he disappeared and the waiting continued. Finally a colleague came and asked me what problem I had!? I said again that I had different prices in the app - she replied that it was bad luck, I should have said that. I said that I had said the code when ordering and that I couldn't have known it without the app... I was told off that I could do it better next time, and that there was an extra code too I have to say that I order the burgers from the app. No accommodation, no effort, just flippant, in my opinion absolutely outrageous behavior. The food ended up being cold and inedible.

I only go there because of the nice young waitress with the glasses (I think Antonia is her name) More charisma than many others. Top service and when you are greeted with a smile like that, the food tastes even better. 😊👏

Actually, we've always been happy, but recently the problems have been increasing. Today I placed an order where the drink was the wrong size and then at home I unpacked the Big King XXL and just put a slice of meat on it. It's not the end of the world but if I order something I want it too. Unfortunately I can't complain to BK myself because the receipt wasn't even included
