By far the best McDonald's ever. Friendly staff, clean. I've been coming here for years.

MC Café in Idstein is really great

I've been cheated twice in four weeks. Either a burger or nuggets are missing from my takeaway order. Urgent warning about McDonald's in Idstein.

You don't need to go there. Dirty tables, lukewarm food. Better to go a few meters further to the competitor.

Just what you'd expect at McDonald's. Ordering was easy via the self-service terminal, and the order was quickly prepared for pickup (bringing it to the table took a little longer for my colleague as the lady first had to take orders). Unfortunately, it was quite drafty and uncomfortably cold in the restaurant.

Clean, tidy, and friendly. The food always arrives quickly and is freshly prepared.

New employees, now they have to check every order for completeness! How hard can it be to put two products in one paper bag?! And now I have a huge stack of napkins! What a shame! They used to be really good in Idstein, but that seems to be over. That was my last visit!

How is it possible that you can't even count to 6?! 5 nuggets instead of 6.

As we walked in, we were immediately asked about our online order. Everything was ready quickly and was delicious.

Ten years ago, even the burger buns were still hot/warm. The chicken box from the past is a huge loss for me. The price/performance ratio is no longer right!!!!!!!

Restrooms are unfortunately very dirty. The staff are very friendly and customer-oriented. The food is always fresh, and the burgers don't just sit on the counter all day.

Just salt the fries. Put enough sauce on the burgers. And then the store will be a success!

Unfortunately, you can't give zero stars. The food was horribly disgusting; we all threw up after the visit. The floor was sticky and the staff were totally unfriendly.

Great food, but on an un related note. I lost my wallet here and did not know till the next day. This mcdonalds workers kept it safely for me until I came back to get it. Thank you all very much!

Everything was excellent. Very clean and well-maintained. Relatively busy, so a bit noisy. Service was very friendly, and cleanliness was always a priority. Highly recommended.

5 stars for the paper towels in the restroom. The rest is just McDonald's. You get what you expect.

McDonald's Idstein: The best McDonald's I've tried. The staff here is always noticeably busy, with dedicated and friendly staff. The food is prepared fresh and quickly. The food is hot and, depending on the dish, crispy, never soggy or lukewarm, and the burgers aren't drowning in greasy sauce. The tables are clean—which isn't something to be taken for granted. Obviously, good management, if that's what you get at McDonald's. 🙃 Keep it up! I'll stop by here every now and then when I'm too hungry after work. 😁

I've been going here for years, but unfortunately, it's becoming increasingly common for the food to be obviously old and cold. Nuggets, fries, and curly fries, in particular, have been a bit frustrating almost every time I've been here.

The floor in the outdoor seating area desperately needs to be cleaned. Especially at the drop-off points. The floor is covered in grease and sticky. I wonder if the people who leave such mess behind have this kind of mess at home too!

The personalized burger was prepared incorrectly twice. Otherwise, the food was perfectly fine and was brought to the table promptly.

Ordered via app and paid at the drive-thru. First, I had to wait more than 20 minutes for my order. Then, when I got home, I realized that all the sauces and mayonnaise hadn't been packed, which of course I paid for, and the food was cold. My family wasn't exactly thrilled. Service was poor, at least that day. I doubt we'll do it again.

All the tables were covered in trash. The employees weren't having much fun! The burger barely had any sauce! I've been to McDonald's many times because I'm on the highway a lot, but I've never seen anything like this before. I had to get it off my chest! I'd rather drive an extra 15 minutes to find the nearest McDonald's.

The shit is high up on the wall here in the men's toilet. Just incredibly dirty. You would expect the toilet to be checked. They could also keep the restaurant itself clean. There is nothing else to complain about the food

Toilets weren't that great (no disinfectant in the cabin, flushing only with a lot of pressure), restaurant worn in places (cracks in the surface of the seating), table was dirty/sticky. Order was ready quickly.

The MC Kall employees should go here for training. Although the store is always full, it is clean. The staff is friendly and table service is also very busy. Food is fresh. One star was deducted because the burgers were cold. Even the cheese doesn't melt. Seems to be an MC problem. I'll try it a few more times. If it doesn't change then I will stay away from MC.

The fries are cold again and taste like the oil hasn't been changed in months. In general, everything has gotten worse. Very dissatisfied. Won't shop there anymore.

We've been there several times. Unfortunately, something is often forgotten or brought differently than ordered. You can get it if you ask.

Disappointing experience at McDonald's I was really disappointed with my last visit to McDonald's. At first the wait was incredibly long, even though there wasn't much going on. The staff seemed disorganized and not particularly friendly. When I finally got my food, it was only lukewarm and the fries were completely soggy. The burger looked like it had just been thrown together carelessly and didn't taste particularly fresh either. In addition, the branch was not clean - tables were dirty and the floor was sticky. Overall a very bad experience. I don't know if I'll be back anytime soon. There are definitely better alternatives.

We didn't get a note and sat there for an hour until they said the paper was empty and made us pay again Very bad service cups made from a trash bag very unhygienic and rude staff! 10 minutes later we got our number and the food was thrown in the trash even though it was brand new. There were rats in the toilet and ants in a corner

The food was as you would expect. The Monopoly action is back. Unfortunately, I don't have any of it because the employees tore everything away from me - that's annoying!

Very well run branch with good service

We stopped here with a group while passing through. The restaurant appears to be of the latest MCD standard with a Mc Cafe station. Our food + coffee from McCafe arrived relatively promptly and warm. I have to give a big fat minus point to the lady who brought our food and coffee. In my opinion, something so unfriendly should not be unleashed on humanity. Our tablet was slammed onto the table with a grim and assertive tone. The look on her face gave the impression that she didn't enjoy working. I also observed her a bit - doesn't seem to be specific to any group or group - she was unfriendly to all guests. Something like that shouldn't be allowed to happen. In any case, you should react here.

Surprisingly well, you can actually do what you would expect anywhere. Went there twice in the last few weeks, the burgers were fresh and well topped, the fries were hot and everything that was ordered arrived at the table.

Food was okay....toilets were disgusting

After a fun day at the book fair, my friends and I wanted to enjoy an exquisite dinner and decided on the McDonald's fast food restaurant in Idstein. The first impression of the location was quite acceptable, a bright and friendly atmosphere concealed the crumbs on the floor. Both the ordering and payment processes went smoothly. Unfortunately, the cozy atmosphere was dampened by the hustle and bustle in the dining room. The annoyed shouts from the (apparently not professionally trained) staff did not make the situation any more relaxed. The dishes were visually appealing and the lattice fries were a culinary delight. The portion sizes were appropriate. What was very frightening, however, was how many young children were there at this late hour. The sanitary facilities were tip top! All in all, it was a nice visit, only the service to the customer deserves improvement.

Were there at 10:00 a.m. for breakfast. The order came via table service within a few minutes and was freshly prepared. The branch makes a modern and clean impression, including the sanitary facilities.

A very nice McDonald's. Very clean. Both where you sit and eat and the toilets. Didn't have to wait long for food either. Nice staff.

If everything goes well then it's fine. But unfortunately the bag doesn't always contain what was ordered. Strangely enough, always less or worse than ordered. If at some point I end up with one more burger than I ordered, then that would be a start. But it hasn't happened yet. Obviously, less is always possible. Just don't think McDonalds needs this.

Anyone who travels a lot knows that this is one of the comparatively very good McDonald's. The staff are mostly friendly and the food tastes as fresh as possible. The only thing that could be expanded a bit is the opening times.

They're quick and most of the time everything is warm and fresh. So far, it has been very rare for me to experience that the food was no longer hot or the fries were too dry/old. But what annoys me is that they save on lids, especially during wasp season. Please, dear new Frenchise adopter, always put a lid on it. You are saving at the wrong end. The noise from the refrigerators and units into the guest room is unbearably loud. The staff was always in a good mood and friendly. The cleanliness is quite good for a McDonald’s branch. But at peak times there is a lot of chaos here too, but you know that if you go there at peak times.

Can't complain does what except. Was busy but the toilets were free and clean 👍🏼fries warm and fresh 🍟 Big Mac tasted as expected and was freshly made too. Service to get it at the table quick despite it being busy. Glad we went there and not on the Autobahn.

Simply unable to pack orders properly. Another part of the order is missing and you pay for it. It's great that there's now a sign there, you have to check your order immediately, later complaints will not be accepted. Great if this isn't possible because the parking spaces in the drive in are full with customers waiting for their food and other vehicles waiting behind you and you are asked to drive.

ordered 2 breakfast buns - one of them was completely cold, falling apart as the ingredients were carelessly plastered onto each other. ordered 2 cappuccinos with extra shots - got sweetened vanilla flavoured cappuccinos that were also super hot so unfortunately we could not taste them on site and found out what we got only once we left.

Order arrived in three steps after two complaints without excuse and the employee brings the incomplete tray just after touching the trash! Noisy teenagers standing on seats without any consequences. Very poorly maintained establishment, everything needs to be reviewed. Fortunately you are close to the highway and the gas pump!

Today I tried to try the "new" breakfast at McDonalds in Idstein - it wasn't that good if you compare it to the previous one. I had a McWrap scrambled egg bacon that tasted beyond bland, the sauce used in it didn't go well with it at all - a disappointment for me. The "Mini Pancakes" advertised were really MINI, the peach sauce that came with them looks like that, but tastes like pure chemicals - and is still belching hours later. What was McDonalds thinking - isn't something like this tested in advance? What were the days when you got a big breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon and a hashbrown or a croissant! I liked it much better and I will avoid breakfast at McDonalds (with the exception of the good cappuccino) in the future.

Compared to other McDonald's restaurants, it's super clean. The tables are clean, nothing sticks like usual. The service is quick and courteous. So far we haven't had any errors when ordering.

We were there with a group of 65 people. The last ones got their food after an hour. I've never experienced anything so disorganized at McDonald's. This shop is not recommended

Stood at the McCafe for minutes without anyone bothering to take the order. The store was barely full and there were a lot of employees on site. They even walked past us several times. Price higher than in normal branches
