Very well run branch with good service

We stopped here with a group while passing through. The restaurant appears to be of the latest MCD standard with a Mc Cafe station. Our food + coffee from McCafe arrived relatively promptly and warm. I have to give a big fat minus point to the lady who brought our food and coffee. In my opinion, something so unfriendly should not be unleashed on humanity. Our tablet was slammed onto the table with a grim and assertive tone. The look on her face gave the impression that she didn't enjoy working. I also observed her a bit - doesn't seem to be specific to any group or group - she was unfriendly to all guests. Something like that shouldn't be allowed to happen. In any case, you should react here.

Surprisingly well, you can actually do what you would expect anywhere. Went there twice in the last few weeks, the burgers were fresh and well topped, the fries were hot and everything that was ordered arrived at the table.

Food was okay....toilets were disgusting

After a fun day at the book fair, my friends and I wanted to enjoy an exquisite dinner and decided on the McDonald's fast food restaurant in Idstein. The first impression of the location was quite acceptable, a bright and friendly atmosphere concealed the crumbs on the floor. Both the ordering and payment processes went smoothly. Unfortunately, the cozy atmosphere was dampened by the hustle and bustle in the dining room. The annoyed shouts from the (apparently not professionally trained) staff did not make the situation any more relaxed. The dishes were visually appealing and the lattice fries were a culinary delight. The portion sizes were appropriate. What was very frightening, however, was how many young children were there at this late hour. The sanitary facilities were tip top! All in all, it was a nice visit, only the service to the customer deserves improvement.

MC Café in Idstein is really great

Were there at 10:00 a.m. for breakfast. The order came via table service within a few minutes and was freshly prepared. The branch makes a modern and clean impression, including the sanitary facilities.

A very nice McDonald's. Very clean. Both where you sit and eat and the toilets. Didn't have to wait long for food either. Nice staff.

If everything goes well then it's fine. But unfortunately the bag doesn't always contain what was ordered. Strangely enough, always less or worse than ordered. If at some point I end up with one more burger than I ordered, then that would be a start. But it hasn't happened yet. Obviously, less is always possible. Just don't think McDonalds needs this.

Anyone who travels a lot knows that this is one of the comparatively very good McDonald's. The staff are mostly friendly and the food tastes as fresh as possible. The only thing that could be expanded a bit is the opening times.

They're quick and most of the time everything is warm and fresh. So far, it has been very rare for me to experience that the food was no longer hot or the fries were too dry/old. But what annoys me is that they save on lids, especially during wasp season. Please, dear new Frenchise adopter, always put a lid on it. You are saving at the wrong end. The noise from the refrigerators and units into the guest room is unbearably loud. The staff was always in a good mood and friendly. The cleanliness is quite good for a McDonald’s branch. But at peak times there is a lot of chaos here too, but you know that if you go there at peak times.

Can't complain does what except. Was busy but the toilets were free and clean 👍🏼fries warm and fresh 🍟 Big Mac tasted as expected and was freshly made too. Service to get it at the table quick despite it being busy. Glad we went there and not on the Autobahn.

Simply unable to pack orders properly. Another part of the order is missing and you pay for it. It's great that there's now a sign there, you have to check your order immediately, later complaints will not be accepted. Great if this isn't possible because the parking spaces in the drive in are full with customers waiting for their food and other vehicles waiting behind you and you are asked to drive.

ordered 2 breakfast buns - one of them was completely cold, falling apart as the ingredients were carelessly plastered onto each other. ordered 2 cappuccinos with extra shots - got sweetened vanilla flavoured cappuccinos that were also super hot so unfortunately we could not taste them on site and found out what we got only once we left.

Order arrived in three steps after two complaints without excuse and the employee brings the incomplete tray just after touching the trash! Noisy teenagers standing on seats without any consequences. Very poorly maintained establishment, everything needs to be reviewed. Fortunately you are close to the highway and the gas pump!

Well.... Waited 10 minutes at the drive for 1 coffee. There is also a short-term parking lot for something like this, so that there is no queue - there was only 1 vehicle in front of me...

Takeaway coffee latte with caramel was totally tasteless

Today I tried to try the "new" breakfast at McDonalds in Idstein - it wasn't that good if you compare it to the previous one. I had a McWrap scrambled egg bacon that tasted beyond bland, the sauce used in it didn't go well with it at all - a disappointment for me. The "Mini Pancakes" advertised were really MINI, the peach sauce that came with them looks like that, but tastes like pure chemicals - and is still belching hours later. What was McDonalds thinking - isn't something like this tested in advance? What were the days when you got a big breakfast with scrambled eggs, bacon and a hashbrown or a croissant! I liked it much better and I will avoid breakfast at McDonalds (with the exception of the good cappuccino) in the future.

Compared to other McDonald's restaurants, it's super clean. The tables are clean, nothing sticks like usual. The service is quick and courteous. So far we haven't had any errors when ordering.

We were there with a group of 65 people. The last ones got their food after an hour. I've never experienced anything so disorganized at McDonald's. This shop is not recommended

In my opinion the best McDonald's in the entire Mainz and Wiesbaden area, the loading is always clean, the staff is polite and the food always arrives fresh! Best McDonald's!!

Stood at the McCafe for minutes without anyone bothering to take the order. The store was barely full and there were a lot of employees on site. They even walked past us several times. Price higher than in normal branches

McDonalds, as you are used to. Not on the highway, so a little quieter. Parking spaces are not so plentiful... What makes the place special is the view of the Taunus from the terrace.

This McDonald's is much nicer than some others in the area. It’s cleaner and much faster here. But there was a case when the guy at the checkout gave 50 cents less change. I hope this is an isolated case. We come here often. Well, there was a problem with glasses, they were in the offer, but they were not available. They didn't compensate me in any way.

Super clean, very friendly staff, the employees greet and say goodbye to the customers. The only star deduction is because the air conditioning was extremely cold and there was hardly any alternative. We'd love to come back!

With McCafé, where orders are actually accepted. Delicious coffee and cappuccino thanks to the portafilter machine. Everyone was very friendly. Toilets very clean. The parking lot is quite clear but we have always found a space. Location on the A3 is great!

While I'm not a regular McDonald's customer, I did stop by a McDonald's branch once because I was in the mood for an iced coffee. It was a very good experience. I ordered a cold coffee and an ice cream to mix myself. The store was very clean and the employees were very polite. I was very satisfied with their service and friendliness and left the store happy😇

I ordered two cheeseburgers and paid for them, then I wanted to cancel and order something else. The employee went to his boss and said it wasn't possible That is rude

I had to meet the district manager today. Her loud shouting disrupted the ambience; it wasn't even close to being a place to relax and feel comfortable. Permanent PA from your commands. I also found the treatment of your employees questionable; no one there deserved to be treated like that. She also received the feedback personally from me, and as compensation I was offered a new breakfast to try. However, when I left the restaurant it continued the same way. I would also like to mention that the red-haired district manager didn't even deny it, she just apologized: It was so stressful today. However, you don't treat employees like that and scare away your guests because you shout all the time.

Something from the order is constantly forgotten. It can happen if it happens, but in the last few months something has been missing almost every time... and it's no small thing❗And asking customers to check every time whether something is missing says a lot. Plus, you also stop all the traffic❗ We no longer go to this branch, and for everyone else, check your order there specifically.

Check your orders when you pick them up at the drive-thru, fourth time in a few months half of the menu was simply forgotten, every time we didn't check it was just a shame. We've been coming to this branch for a while now, but we've had enough now, we won't go there anymore, for everyone else, even if it's annoying, we check every time, especially in this branch!!!!!

Free can Fanta in the menu. It's finished and they don't give it from the machine. You just need to buy it extra when it's already in the offer.

I unexpectedly liked it here. We were hungry and luckily drove out of the A3 in Idstein. Everything was freshly and clearly prepared. Thank you for that. Very nice staff.

McDonald's just. What should I write? The staff are actually friendly and engaging and don't just pretend. Everything else is like everywhere else.

It's a disgrace to charge so much money for such poor quality food. 12-13 euros for a menu with a handful of fries and the worst option of serving drinks, like in a canteen and you call yourself a restaurant. I come from the catering industry and in no way can such prices be justified. The amount of fries and the "Cola" cost less than €0.50 per meal and a burger alone costs €2.50 and that's to say the least, the stuff doesn't weigh anything. We know the food is substandard and it used to be okay because the prices weren't that high. We know that inflation is rising, but double the price as 10 years ago? That is not justified.

Everything was great, friendly service. But I wanted my burger without BACON. The packaging said no bacon. Arrived home and took a bite: with a lot of bacon 🤮💔💔💔

Failed again due to the app and McDrive. 09:07 in the morning selected and ordered a coupon via the app (the one with mandatory location access). Unfortunately it wasn't possible because it was before 10:00 a.m. (it wasn't in the app) so I chose a scrambled egg breakfast for 6 euros on the menu next to the order. A higher price was then stated at the issuing window and was not corrected when asked and referred to the company's own notice. Well, no breakfast today.

Lovely food. A total different taste from what I am used to. Ingredients are beteer quality and tastier, and as far as I understood from a leaflet they are locally sourced from farmers, bio. Highly recommend.

Innen sehr schön eingerichtet, es war extrem viel los (27.12. Abends). Der Service war permanent am Tische wischen und Tablet-Wagen leeren. Unter den Tischen sah es furchtbar aus und sie haben es auch gar nicht geschafft jeden Tisch zu wischen bevor er wieder belegt war. Wir haben unseren Tisch selber von Soßen befreit. Dem Service kann ich da nichts vorwerfen. Die Parkplätze vor dem Haus waren viel zu wenig.

Freitag Abend gut besucht aber trotzdem sehr schnelle Bedienung. Es wird auch überall schnell aufgeräumt und geputzt. Bester McDonald in den genannten Punkten. Ambiente ist McDonalds Standard. Ist gut aber gibt Schönere. Mitarbeiter haben gute Laune. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt

Ich habe heute Bestellt gehabt und fand es nicht so schön das mir 2.Chickenburger gefehlt haben und das ist nicht das erste mal das mir etwsd fehlt sondern zum 5.mal manchmal finde ich es toll aber anscheinend habe ich mich verirrt

Wenn schon Fastfood, dann ist man hier in Idstein gut aufgehoben. Schnelle Bedienung und die Mitarbeiter sind kontinuierlich am reinigen. Kurz gesagt, Ambiente und Service passen.

Das war mit Abstand einer der besten MC Donalds die ich in letzter Zeit besucht habe. Sehr sauber und die Speisen waren so wie ich bei MC Donalds gewöhnt bin. Leider gibt es bei diesen beiden Punkten in anderen Filialen nicht immer das was man gewohnt ist!

Zufallstreffer....ein sehr guter MD ....die junge Frau war sehr nett und hilfsbereit....haben uns den Ort gemerkt....sehr gerne wieder.

Dieser Crispy Chicken ist ja das Letzte. So viel Panade, so wenig Hühnchen und ein eklige Soße. Das war mal wieder nix und die Oberfrechheit. Er kostet im Small Menü 9.20 Euro Tut euch das bloß nicht an. Zum Glück ist Burger King in der Nähe, da ist der Chicken Burger sehr lecker 😋

Vllt sollte man seinem Personal sagen wenn eine Bestellung raus geht, das diese VOLLSTÄNDIG ist.. Wir bestellten 2 Menüs, 7 Cheesburger und 3 Chickenburger.. der Spaß ca 43€.. Tüte war gross und es sah wirklich fertig aus.. also wir nachhause nach Taunusstein.. Die Menüs fehlten und es waren ganze 5 Cheesburger in der Tüte und 2 mal Pommes. Sorry aber sowas geht in meinen Augen echt nicht.. man verlässt sich ja darauf das man es hin bekommt ne Bestellung ordentlich fertig zu machen! Danke für nichts!

Bisher habe ich keine Probleme ausser den einen Stern Abzug wegen wenig Parkplatz Möglichkeiten musste bisher immer an der gegenüberliegenden Tankstelle Parken Die Mitarbeiter schauen nochmal nach ob alles da ist was man bestellt hat weiter so

Ganz normaler McDonalds. Insgesamt eher sauber und gemütlich. Sehr nettes Personal. Alles prima👍

Gestern um 19:30 spontan mit 11 Kindern eines 11. Geburtstags dort aufgeschlagen … Mega Lob an den sehr sympathischen Herren an der Kasse der die Bestellung in einer super professionellen und angenehmen Art entgegengenommen hat , tischservice war mega schnell und ebenfalls super freundlich, vielen Dank für den schönen Abschluss des Tages :)
