I was here a few days ago and bought food at the counter for almost €110. A Turkish employee spoke in a completely disrespectful and antisocial manner in the restaurant, which was also audible in the car! She also seemed very flustered until she handed me the order, and, probably because she needed the money, gave me exactly the wrong thing! The first burgers at lunchtime were okay, but by the fourth one in the evening, I felt sick after just a few bites! The next day, I vomited, and the burger was almost undigested! I won't eat the rest of the order; it was definitely as antisocial as the overall behavior of that Turkish woman at the counter!

Considering it's a chain restaurant, the service has to make all the difference. So, thanks to Muskan: quick, helpful, and friendly. I would go back again...

The food at Burger King isn't getting any better, unfortunately. This was my first visit in at least a year, and I immediately regretted it. The fries box with kebab was inedible—simply awful. The King Whiskey BBQ Chicken was just okay. The sauce was overpowering, there wasn't enough meat, and overall it was mediocre at best. The only positive was that the staff was friendly and helpful.

I went there for the first time in years, and I've never eaten such an inedible double cheeseburger. The patties were burnt and dry as dust, and the fries tasted sweet. For that price, I'd rather get pizza or a kebab in the future.

The cashier had trouble understanding me, and we had to wait for the right ad to come on so I could show her the burger I wanted. The self-service kiosks were out of order. At €14 for a meal, it was quite expensive.

I've been to Burger King twice in a two-week period for the first time in a while. Firstly, it's positive that they've modernized their facilities – especially the option to order via terminals. The food selection included the latest kebab options. Generally speaking, the dishes were delicious and garnished with very fresh vegetables. I also liked the fluffy sesame seed bun with the kebab doner. In short, it was delicious – including dessert! Therefore, a full 5 stars for the food. The only minor disappointments were a missing portion of fries and then the missing cinnamon sachet for dessert, which we had to complain about.

The staff is very helpful, and the interior has been renovated, but why can't this branch install a display with the order at the drive-thru? How am I supposed to check it at that point? Besides, I don't get an order slip after paying, so I can't check it at that point either. Dear Burger King Team, I'd like to share my experience today. We ordered a Kebab Stay, but unfortunately, the quality was very disappointing: There were only four small pieces of meat on the dish. Furthermore, the service was quite rude and disrespectful, which also left a very bad impression. We will never set foot in this restaurant again, and I sincerely hope they hire new staff as soon as possible, because this is absolutely unacceptable.

Service very slow despite the fact that no one was there, they even interrupted the preparation to talk to a friend. They also did not pack the sauce according to the order. Not the most common in the operation but very bad in the toilet.

Personally, I wouldn't have given any stars. Every order I've had has always been wrong. I know we're not perfect, but making the same mistake over and over again leads nowhere; you never learn from it. Today I ordered a tortiola without cheese and got one with lots of cheese, and the last burger WAS INEDIBLE (it was a Win Bing King XXL). TERRIBLE, it stank of garbage/spoiled, that's what you sell. It's cheeky of you not to even check for expiration dates. The bottom line is that you take your money, and we have to keep our mouths shut. You're constantly forgetting something that arrives and/or POISONS us. Recently, you didn't give out two drinks even though we had paid for them. And I went there today to get my money back because the order was completely wrong, but I didn't get anything back. SHAME ON YOURSELF.

Update: I've been back after several years. The situation is unchanged. Unfriendly staff, orders are incomplete, and if you point it out, it leads to arguments. Disastrous! Even during my deployment in Kosovo, the Burger King was more competent. Endless wait times, incorrect or missing products in the bag...and the whole thing was lukewarm, too. This place urgently needs new management. Unfortunately, it's the only one in the immediate vicinity.

Fast food has never been particularly cheap, but now the prices are ruining your appetite. Unfortunately, ordering ("shopping cart") for individual products—no menus or coupons—still doesn't work. The app hasn't been fully thought through in that regard. And why it can't be ordered online is beyond me.

Burgers were lukewarm, fries were too salty. Outdoor area was very unkempt, and the terrace was not inviting.

Since the new tenants started running the shop, things have been going downhill! In the drive area, the food display was often not lit. My point about the defect was ignored. Recently, card payment wasn't possible for some reason, but I was only informed of this when I wanted to order in the drive. It's stupid that I didn't have any cash with me, there were 5 cars in front of me waiting to be served food and there were also cars behind me in the meantime, so I was forced to wait without being able to order anything to eat. A banal note in front of the entrance would have saved me 20 minutes of waiting!!! You also wait a disproportionately long time for your food, whether in a restaurant or in the drive. If you get something to eat, the fries tend to be cold and the burger is soggy.

Just fast food. Multiple ordering terminals, our order was processed quickly, burgers were neatly assembled and warm. Not much more was expected for the quick snack in between. Toilets were clean and so was the restaurant.

The place was full and only one person served and the other only served sometimes when they had time. We got something to eat because Burgerking is actually always great... we only had to wait about 10 minutes, totally ok, there were a lot of people there Apart from the fact that the wrong burgers were packed, one of the burgers with a chicken patty simply tasted like soap and was therefore inedible... It didn’t look really clean either… I don't know what they did during production but I don't think I want to know either... I can't recommend getting burgers with chicken patties here, they taste like soap

I was in the mood for a grilled burger again... Galapeno cheese... The staff was friendly but the burger was disappointing across the board. It feels like it's getting smaller and smaller, a pale piece of meat, a few cheesy creamy galapenos that weren't even evenly distributed... No wonder I was the only guest.

One of Europe's worst Burger King. Now crowned and confirmed. No dessert in the kid's menus. No warning as well. I ask about the missing apple puree — “We ran out.” Fair enough. I ask for a replacement — “No ice cream, we’re out.” Odd, since it was clearly still being sold. Juice? “Too expensive.” Yes, that 50 cent juice, the breaker of economic empires. And YES, it's too expensive for the kids menu I already paid for! They finally tossed us four dry nuggets like a bribe. We've eaten at Burger Kings across Europe. Most are fine. France is surprisingly great. This one? A disgrace. Burgers barely warm, dry fries, dirty floor and sticky tables. Does anybody check the quality control on franchises here? As a parent, I don’t expect luxury. I expect edible food, a clean table, and staff who don’t act like customer service is a personal attack. If this were the first time, I'd let it slide. But we live nearby and have been there many times (due to the lack of choice), and I can’t remember a single visit without some kind of incident (forgotten items, wrong take away items that you discover at home, warm drinks etc.) They tend to push the limits of the acceptable. Never again, enough is enough!

You have to enter your pre-selection at the machine and then pay either with a card or at the counter. The food is good, but not exactly cheap either. The ambience is relatively cool.
