There are self-service terminals here and you can use coupons and promotions. There are no self-service drinks machines. The entire area is barrier-free. The employees are friendly, but the tables were not wiped as regularly as they should have been. In addition, the dining room seemed a bit small and the seating areas were not as intimate as in some other branches. The food was very good, reusable cups were out.

Tastes good, There were only two of us but it took a long time, about 12 minutes!!

The order took forever, and when I finally got my food, the burger was carelessly thrown together, the bread was soft and the salad looked old and partially rotten. The fries were cold and soggy – not at all what you would expect. When you order fast food, you at least expect it to be fresh and prepared quickly. Here the complete opposite was the case. For the price I would have expected much better quality. Definitely won't be coming back!

So first I waited 30 minutes for my order and then got the food after everyone who was there after me got it, of course I had a larger order but everyone still did it before me. Afterwards, when I opened everything, I saw that a Whooper was missing and that there were no dips inside, which I also ordered. So for a €50 takeaway order I'll never do this again.

This Burger King is recommended.

Orders are only placed via the terminals. The employees place the order on the counter without saying a word. You can find out the number via a monitor. And then the prices are now so excessive that the price-performance ratio is no longer right. All in all, too impersonal and too expensive. It's a shame, because I've always enjoyed getting food here.

Hello...😉 I was just there (65510 Idstein) and ordered 15 chicken wings with Autostraße. Very disappointing, there were only 2 small drumsticks out of the 15 in there and thin, very small 13 other very small parts, so there was hardly any meat on them and they were so spicy ..What's wrong with Citizen King?? They've been slacking on you lately... Very, very disappointing... That's why I'm not giving it a star...

Absolute rip-off: paid for 9 burgers, as well as chili cheese nuggets and onion rings. A burger was missing and the chili cheese nuggets were simply replaced with another bag of onion rings. Get plant based burgers without ordering it. We tried to eat it, but it tastes really artificial, fast food is bad enough, plant based is a whole lot worse, it tastes a lot like a flavor enhancer that stays on the tongue for a long time, the consistency is strangely fake. As a chef, I can't understand how a vegetarian can get caught up in such rubbish. After calling Burgerking workers, I got the burgers replaced. Drive into lots of plants and weeds hanging in the road. When ordering in the drive-thru, the staff is extremely difficult to understand. Coupons cannot be redeemed at the drive-in. This was previously always possible by mentioning the coupon number, but this is no longer possible. Your system couldn't. The staff at the serving window are initially ignored. When asked about the coupons there is no clear answer, the responsible person on site can't or doesn't want to say anything about it, it's just not possible. The pane at the dispensing window has probably not seen a drop of water in months and is totally dirty. Waiting time from ordering to delivery about 17 minutes for 3 burgers. No thanks, I'd rather go to the competition, which is only 200 meters away and the service is friendly and quick. If there is a problem, a solution is immediately sought to satisfy the customer.

We got a MEAT burger twice instead of PLANT BASED as we ordered. We ordered the Maccaroni & Cheese Lover plant based and the Memphis plant based. I've been to many Burger King's. In most cases, I always save myself a review. I like BK more than McD, or rather McD is NEVER an option for me. BUT: I have to rate this BK. I was here on lunch break with a very good friend and colleague. He invited me ☺️. Thanks for that 😘. That was the first point that I rated very good😅. So now we come to the essentials: We had 2x the Long Chicken and 2x the Big King, each with a cola and fries. The fries were awesome. I've never had such good fries at BK, the Long Chicken and the Big King were also absolutely amazing. I have no idea what they do differently than other BKs, but everything here was so much better than the others. In any case, Idstein belongs in the first place and if I do home office with him again, then I'll invite him and we'll go there again. It was delicious ☺️🍔🍟🔨

You can't expect ambience in a burger restaurant. Service is limited to preparing the burgers and calling out the order number. Burgers were freshly made and good. Fries too salty for my taste.

Absolutely disastrous self service. These order screens react slowly, the user interface is extremely annoying and pressing on the greasy glass surfaces is an imposition. We tried twice without success to simply order a hamburger - there is no menu, it is impossible or it is deliberately made difficult for the customer. So that was my last attempt to submit to this system and we returned hungry on the A3 and later went to a snack bar and simply ordered from a person - perfect service! 😉

Unfortunately, some of the ordering machines are broken relatively often. The menu navigation could be simpler. I have often experienced that guests wanted a single burger and then didn't see the field that you have to press if you don't want a menu because it is a bit "hidden". What I also noticed is that the tables are often littered with crumbs, even though there are only a few guests there. Of course it could be that I was always unlucky and arrived after a big rush. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. All in all, I'd say it's ok.

If you're in the mood for classic fast food, Burger King is still a good choice, but it has declined in recent years and is now far too expensive for fast food. 18 euros for a Whopper menu with 6 Flame Wings (formerly King Wings) is a rip-off. My personal classic is the Whopper with cheese, which still tastes good, although the large portion of fries has become smaller. The new Flame Wings are in no way comparable to the previous King Wings. They are hotter again than before, but the individual wings have become smaller and the spice mixture lacks the aromatic, spicy taste that made Burger King's King Wings excellent wings. If I go again I would probably try onion rings or chilli cheese nuggets, in the hope that the drop in quality isn't quite as serious. The branch itself has since been renovated and still deserves 5 stars for location and cleanliness, although, as is now the case in many fast food franchises, you are forced to order from a machine. This has nothing to do with Servive anymore, hence only 2 stars for the service. The remaining staff were still friendly. It's less than 2 minutes from the Idstein motorway exit to the branch. There is enough parking space and a drive-in counter. Conclusion: Significantly higher prices for smaller portions and sometimes worse taste result in a significantly worse price-performance ratio, which is why I go to Burger King much less often than was the case a few years ago.

I'm just shocked! I ate with my family at Burger King Idstein on March 10th, 2024. After eating outside with my family. When I wanted to go back in and get something small for our daughter, all the food came up because there was a dead MOUSE in front of the door. I told the staff about this, there was no apology, nothing, they just told me I would take care of it straight away, I just find this store disgusting and really crazy!!!!!!! The staff is very unfriendly (the ladies at the checkout should be taking care of the customers and serving men and not making nice eyes for men!).

It's unbelievable how a branch abolishes itself. Referring customers to McDonald's now seems to be standard practice. Luckily I have a choice in Idstein. Customers (several while I was waiting) were threatened and orders were not carried out correctly. So always check what you get. Waiting time yesterday was about 40 minutes when there was little traffic. Sure, the others should go to McDonald's. Never again.

Not what it used to be! Waited ages for the burgers (the two ladies in the checkout area were visibly overwhelmed)... The highlight came at the end! I can't remember seeing more disgusting toilets!!!

Naja... etwas besser wie vor 3 Jahren aber dennoch der Zeit hinterher. 3 von 5 Bestell-Automaten waren defekt. Der Umgang schien zwar auf den ersten Blick angenehm, aber bei den Bestelldetails wurde es etwas unübersichtlich. Gut, das ist eine subjektive Meinung zu einem allgemeinen Feature. Nervig ist jedoch, dass man bei den Automaten zwingend das Smartphone für die Coupons benutzen muss. Das Essen war visuell nicht so ansprechend. Und bei Systemgastronomen achtet man schon ohnehin nicht so wirklich auf die Zurichtunng. Ein Chickenburger hatte einen fischigen Beigeschmack. Die Pommes kaum gewürzt und werden schnell hart (?). Trinkbecher haben noch einen Plastikdeckel. Mich persönlich stört es nicht, aber gab's da nicht ne Regelung dazu..? Preislich, bei gleicher Menge, teurer als der Konkurrent eine Straße weiter.

Burger King in Idstein wurde umgebaut. Jetzt auch mit Bestell-Terminals. Das Essen ist halt wie es ist...

2 Sterne weil das Essen normal geschmeckt hat. Habe im Drive 30 Minuten warten müssen (es waren zwei Autos vor mir). Auf Nachfrage wurde ich daran erinnert, dass ich auch zu McDonalds gehen könnte, falls mir etwas nicht passt.

Keine Zwiebeln auf dem Big King XXL. Seifenspender im Wickelraum defekt.

Dreckige Toiletten. Cola ohne Kohlensäure. Und die Whopper haben auch nicht richtig gut geschmeckt. Nicht zu empfehlen.

So, nach meinem heutigen Besuch, muss ich meine schlechte Bewertung wieder ändern 😉 Der Umbau ist sehr gelungen und das Essen war wieder super, gibt zwar noch immer etwas Verbesserungsbedarf, aber dafür können wahrscheinlich die Mitarbeiter nichts. Nach der Katastrophe kurz vor und während dem Umbau war das ein letzter Versuch und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Also die Kurve bekommen 👍 Ergänzung nach einem weiteren Besuch: Das einzige, was ich absolut überflüssig finde, ist, dass man jetzt nur noch am Automaten bestellen und zahlen kann. Nix mehr mit Bargeld im Gastraum....

Klebriger Boden im Klo, aber wenigstens kein Gestank.
