Orders are only placed via the terminals. The employees place the order on the counter without saying a word. You can find out the number via a monitor. And then the prices are now so excessive that the price-performance ratio is no longer right. All in all, too impersonal and too expensive. It's a shame, because I've always enjoyed getting food here.

Hello...😉 I was just there (65510 Idstein) and ordered 15 chicken wings with Autostraße. Very disappointing, there were only 2 small drumsticks out of the 15 in there and thin, very small 13 other very small parts, so there was hardly any meat on them and they were so spicy ..What's wrong with Citizen King?? They've been slacking on you lately... Very, very disappointing... That's why I'm not giving it a star...

It's a Burger King like there are many others. Unfortunately, there is nothing that makes him special.

No towels to dry off in the toilet, the toilet was dirty at 11 in the morning with hardly any customers. The food was all fresh.

Absolute rip-off: paid for 9 burgers, as well as chili cheese nuggets and onion rings. A burger was missing and the chili cheese nuggets were simply replaced with another bag of onion rings. Makes a huge difference in price...then you'll probably have to pick everything apart the next time you order.

Been a customer at this Burger King restaurant for years - discovered insect cockroaches in the bag and a hair in the burger when ordering take away today. We really will never go to this restaurant again.

Get plant based burgers without ordering it. We tried to eat it, but it tastes really artificial, fast food is bad enough, plant based is a whole lot worse, it tastes a lot like a flavor enhancer that stays on the tongue for a long time, the consistency is strangely fake. As a chef, I can't understand how a vegetarian can get caught up in such rubbish. After calling Burgerking workers, I got the burgers replaced. How about creating independent vegetarian burgers with normal things in them instead of artificially reproducing the existing burgers. Anyone who celebrates that really can't be helped

Staff is not very friendly. I was more than disappointed with the Big King. €6.29 for a small cheeseburger with double meat???? That's so fresh. If I had ordered 2 Whopper Juniors, I would have had more. Nowadays you're just being ripped off everywhere... You don't get anything for your money anymore.

Drive into lots of plants and weeds hanging in the road. When ordering in the drive-thru, the staff is extremely difficult to understand. Coupons cannot be redeemed at the drive-in. This was previously always possible by mentioning the coupon number, but this is no longer possible. Your system couldn't. The staff at the serving window are initially ignored. When asked about the coupons there is no clear answer, the responsible person on site can't or doesn't want to say anything about it, it's just not possible. The pane at the dispensing window has probably not seen a drop of water in months and is totally dirty. Waiting time from ordering to delivery about 17 minutes for 3 burgers. No thanks, I'd rather go to the competition, which is only 200 meters away and the service is friendly and quick. If there is a problem, a solution is immediately sought to satisfy the customer.

The food was not good, as if he had a hangover with dry meat heated in a microwave oven.

We got a MEAT burger twice instead of PLANT BASED as we ordered. We ordered the Maccaroni & Cheese Lover plant based and the Memphis plant based. I've been to many Burger King's. In most cases, I always save myself a review. I like BK more than McD, or rather McD is NEVER an option for me. BUT: I have to rate this BK. I was here on lunch break with a very good friend and colleague. He invited me ☺️. Thanks for that 😘. That was the first point that I rated very good😅. So now we come to the essentials: We had 2x the Long Chicken and 2x the Big King, each with a cola and fries. The fries were awesome. I've never had such good fries at BK, the Long Chicken and the Big King were also absolutely amazing. I have no idea what they do differently than other BKs, but everything here was so much better than the others. In any case, Idstein belongs in the first place and if I do home office with him again, then I'll invite him and we'll go there again. It was delicious ☺️🍔🍟🔨

Unfortunately our visit was not that pleasant as the food was gristly, the restaurant wasn't really clean and the staff were slow and not service oriented. That will probably be our last visit there.

You can't expect ambience in a burger restaurant. Service is limited to preparing the burgers and calling out the order number. Burgers were freshly made and good. Fries too salty for my taste.

I like going here because it's not as crowded and loud as the competitor around the corner.

The food is ok. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed, there are a lot of papyrus cigarette butts in the garden and the tables are not cleaned.

Even before the long-overdue renovation, the organization was a disaster. But today it was the limit: we were the only customers and yet once again we didn't notice anything about the "quick" eating/working. The employee seems listless to unfriendly. It took almost 15 minutes until we received our food, squished together in the bag. The lettuce leaves on the chicken burger were brown, the Pepsi was warm and the fries were cold. And again for almost 30 euros. So the organization continues to be a disaster and this is definitely the last time we've been there.

The 3.6 stars are incomprehensible to me. Came in at 10:30 p.m. Smoking hot fries, warm and fresh burgers, absolutely top notch. After many disappointments over the last few months with the golden M and Bking, I can say: Best Burger King branch I was in in 2024. Recommendation.

All dishes are also vegan (plant based), which is a great offer and probably a unique selling point among classic fast food chains. Therefore - although fast food - four stars for the food and overall. However, I had to wait quite a long time in the empty Bürger King, so I only gave it 3 stars for the service. Also 3 stars for the Burger King ambience, although ground level and barrier-free are worth mentioning.

The renovation makes it look more modern. Orders are now made on the screen. Danger. Payback no longer possible. But collect points in the app that can be exchanged for food.

Absolutely disastrous self service. These order screens react slowly, the user interface is extremely annoying and pressing on the greasy glass surfaces is an imposition. We tried twice without success to simply order a hamburger - there is no menu, it is impossible or it is deliberately made difficult for the customer. So that was my last attempt to submit to this system and we returned hungry on the A3 and later went to a snack bar and simply ordered from a person - perfect service! 😉

There's probably been hair in the burger three times, toilets are completely dirty and full of dust.

Order was a disaster on screen. Sometimes the product was available, sometimes not. However, it was on the order... Cola was really disgustingly sweet. Non-carbonated and warm.

Unfortunately, some of the ordering machines are broken relatively often. The menu navigation could be simpler. I have often experienced that guests wanted a single burger and then didn't see the field that you have to press if you don't want a menu because it is a bit "hidden". What I also noticed is that the tables are often littered with crumbs, even though there are only a few guests there. Of course it could be that I was always unlucky and arrived after a big rush. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. All in all, I'd say it's ok.

I wanted a chili burger, not a mini burger! The order had to be created on touchscreen screens, which is not normal for us. So we ended up with more than we actually wanted. STAFF is always too expensive! A clear no go!!!

3x Drive In in the last 6 weeks All three times there was no answer on the intercom; the employee seemed extremely overwhelmed as soon as there were several cars in line. Yesterday I received a completely wrong order, but unfortunately I only noticed this when I got home.

It's great that you don't look in the bag at the drive-thru because you're in a hurry and then half of what you ordered is missing Annoying !

If you're in the mood for classic fast food, Burger King is still a good choice, but it has declined in recent years and is now far too expensive for fast food. 18 euros for a Whopper menu with 6 Flame Wings (formerly King Wings) is a rip-off. My personal classic is the Whopper with cheese, which still tastes good, although the large portion of fries has become smaller. The new Flame Wings are in no way comparable to the previous King Wings. They are hotter again than before, but the individual wings have become smaller and the spice mixture lacks the aromatic, spicy taste that made Burger King's King Wings excellent wings. If I go again I would probably try onion rings or chilli cheese nuggets, in the hope that the drop in quality isn't quite as serious. The branch itself has since been renovated and still deserves 5 stars for location and cleanliness, although, as is now the case in many fast food franchises, you are forced to order from a machine. This has nothing to do with Servive anymore, hence only 2 stars for the service. The remaining staff were still friendly. It's less than 2 minutes from the Idstein motorway exit to the branch. There is enough parking space and a drive-in counter. Conclusion: Significantly higher prices for smaller portions and sometimes worse taste result in a significantly worse price-performance ratio, which is why I go to Burger King much less often than was the case a few years ago.

I'm just shocked! I ate with my family at Burger King Idstein on March 10th, 2024. After eating outside with my family. When I wanted to go back in and get something small for our daughter, all the food came up because there was a dead MOUSE in front of the door. I told the staff about this, there was no apology, nothing, they just told me I would take care of it straight away, I just find this store disgusting and really crazy!!!!!!! The staff is very unfriendly (the ladies at the checkout should be taking care of the customers and serving men and not making nice eyes for men!).

In short: Employees serve burgers without hygiene measures and are very rude. The actual reason for this review: there was a hair in my Bruger that I can still feel in my throat.

Nobody at the checkout. Two cars in the drive in. So you can't speak of occupancy. We were asked to place our order at the terminals. There is so much going on. Honestly, I don't touch these disgusting parts. Service is different. If you think you can outsource work to the customer, you're welcome without me. Then you just go one lap through the drive in and you're done. Well, the ketchup was missing. So much for the service. Next time we'll have homemade burgers.

What a disaster. A lot of money spent, three children had no drinks, chips, dessert or toys. The fake burger was also in there; at least it was an upgrade. Too bad about the money.

It's unbelievable how a branch abolishes itself. Referring customers to McDonald's now seems to be standard practice. Luckily I have a choice in Idstein. Customers (several while I was waiting) were threatened and orders were not carried out correctly. So always check what you get. Waiting time yesterday was about 40 minutes when there was little traffic. Sure, the others should go to McDonald's. Never again.

Not what it used to be! Waited ages for the burgers (the two ladies in the checkout area were visibly overwhelmed)... The highlight came at the end! I can't remember seeing more disgusting toilets!!!

Naja... etwas besser wie vor 3 Jahren aber dennoch der Zeit hinterher. 3 von 5 Bestell-Automaten waren defekt. Der Umgang schien zwar auf den ersten Blick angenehm, aber bei den Bestelldetails wurde es etwas unübersichtlich. Gut, das ist eine subjektive Meinung zu einem allgemeinen Feature. Nervig ist jedoch, dass man bei den Automaten zwingend das Smartphone für die Coupons benutzen muss. Das Essen war visuell nicht so ansprechend. Und bei Systemgastronomen achtet man schon ohnehin nicht so wirklich auf die Zurichtunng. Ein Chickenburger hatte einen fischigen Beigeschmack. Die Pommes kaum gewürzt und werden schnell hart (?). Trinkbecher haben noch einen Plastikdeckel. Mich persönlich stört es nicht, aber gab's da nicht ne Regelung dazu..? Preislich, bei gleicher Menge, teurer als der Konkurrent eine Straße weiter.

Essen in Ordnung und frisch aber keine Eiswürfel um 19:30 Uhr da. Eine Coke ligth ohne Eis ist furchtbar.

2 Sterne weil das Essen normal geschmeckt hat. Habe im Drive 30 Minuten warten müssen (es waren zwei Autos vor mir). Auf Nachfrage wurde ich daran erinnert, dass ich auch zu McDonalds gehen könnte, falls mir etwas nicht passt.

Keine Zwiebeln auf dem Big King XXL. Seifenspender im Wickelraum defekt.

Dreckige Toiletten. Cola ohne Kohlensäure. Und die Whopper haben auch nicht richtig gut geschmeckt. Nicht zu empfehlen.

So, nach meinem heutigen Besuch, muss ich meine schlechte Bewertung wieder ändern 😉 Der Umbau ist sehr gelungen und das Essen war wieder super, gibt zwar noch immer etwas Verbesserungsbedarf, aber dafür können wahrscheinlich die Mitarbeiter nichts. Nach der Katastrophe kurz vor und während dem Umbau war das ein letzter Versuch und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Also die Kurve bekommen 👍 Ergänzung nach einem weiteren Besuch: Das einzige, was ich absolut überflüssig finde, ist, dass man jetzt nur noch am Automaten bestellen und zahlen kann. Nix mehr mit Bargeld im Gastraum....

In der mittagspause mal schnell zu Burger King einen Burger Essen Punkt die Idee war gut die Umsetzung schlecht. Schnell war nicht möglich da das Personal sehr langsam alles nacheinander abgearbeitet hat. So wurde aus einer schnell Pause 45 Minuten. Der Burger war lecker. Er war reichlich belegt. Die Sauberkeit hätte auch etwas besser sein können vor allem im Bereich der Toiletten Punkt hier sollte vielleicht öfters mal geschaut werden. Wir werden bestimmt wieder dorthin gehen in unserer Pause. Vielleicht wird es ja beim nächsten Mal besser.

Sehr durchschnittliches Fastfood-Restaurant, selbst zur Mittagszeit gibt es meistens freie Sitzplätze.

20:50Uhr 05.11.: 25min Wartezeit im Drive in (nur 2 Autos vor uns). Der eine vor uns hat nur ein Teil bekommen und musste noch weiter warten. Damit sein Essen nicht komplett kalt wird, hat er schon im Auto angefangen zu essen. Als wird dran waren, war das Essen nicht mehr wirklich heiß und auf die Frage, was man unter Fast Food versteht, haben wir die Empfehlung bekommen zu MC Donalds zu gehen!!!!!

War wieder super, sowohl das Essen wie auch der Service. Immer wieder!

War jetzt nicht die beste Erfahrung im Leben aber auch nicht die schlechteste

Das Essen ist ähnlich wie bei anderen Burger Kings Restaurants, aber trotzdem besser. Der Umbau im Inneren ist schick, jedoch kam es zu langen Wartezeiten, weil es nur eine Kasse gab wo man bestellen konnte, der restliche Platz war nur für Abholung

Für Fastfood ist hier alles sehr langsam. Und der Salat ist mir nicht bekommen.

Ich mag den vegetarischen Burger und die Zwiebelringe. Das Essen ist nicht herausragend, aber man weiß, was man bekommt. Schön wäre es, wenn die fertigen Burger wenigstens annähernd so aussehen würden, wie auf den Bildern.

Nur Drive in um kurz vor 22uhr. Schlechter Service.

Also schon bei der Bestellung musste ich sehr lange warten bis ich sie aufgeben konnte. Bis es dann fertig war und ich es hatte vergingen fast 5 Minuten. Freundlichkeit war auch nicht da. Drive in ist etwas blöd anzufahren und Milchshake gab es auch mal wieder nicht.

Sauber, gemütlich, nicht überlaufen und vor allem lecker. Wir sind besuchen das Restaurant in Idstein immer gerne
