This Burger King has been permanently closed since May 2024.

It's finally permanently closed!! It's finally being renovated and something new is coming :) Heppenheim is happy!!! It was such a dirty shop. Unhygienic, and rude employees were always there. Disrespectful restaurant manager was also a problem!

Bad king, burger totally greasy, the fat ran out of the paper wrapper, my wopper had very little ketchup and sauce on it. Toilets broken and dirty. Never again Burger King!

It's getting worse and unhygienic. The ice cubes were delivered unrefrigerated in a garbage bag... No more amex and no more payback. Don't go there anymore.

Great Burger King, everything is very clean and a nice old school look. Service was also very friendly and generous and the food was delicious. Can only recommend Burger King!

The cleanliness and service have deteriorated quite a bit... Other Burger Kings are much further along. It is and remains a fast food joint, which is why it only gets 3 stars

Today I was backing out of the drive-in when I noticed how run down and unkempt the outside area looked. When I imagined what the kitchen and storage must look like, I felt sick. Don't go there.

During my last visit to the restaurant I noticed that new staff had been hired. It seems to me that the usual standards, especially the wearing of headgear, are no longer applied as strictly. What was to be expected then – a hair in my burger 😖

Burger bun was moldy on the bottom. Disgusting. There was no one there and few staff.

I ate a burger yesterday for lunch and it tasted... weird. In the evening I had the dashing Otto, thank you. Hygiene doesn't seem to be a priority.

I've always found friendly staff here. The employees are doing their best to protect the store from decay. But that's exactly the point: this 90s atmosphere is actually cool. I'm afraid that if there is a renovation here, there will be a state-of-the-art shop. But the old one has its charm, it just needs a lot of polishing up. And especially with the huge EsCom logo from Orgel-Schmidt on the old EsCom headquarters on the neighboring property.

Food and service ok. Why don't you have the heater on? It's freezing. There is a draft everywhere.

Fast food restaurant located very close to Autobahn 5 with plenty of parking spaces and friendly staff, very long opening hours and a good selection

Pretty dirty and above all broken/run down shop. Has an investment backlog of at least 10 years - you can only hope that the kitchen inside is in better shape than the rest of the shop. There's always little going on here, but that's not a good sign, I guess.

Unfortunately we couldn't eat because you can't get the burgers plain with coupons. It's always been possible and in every Burger King. Staff didn't feel like doing anything.

The worst store I've ever seen. Incredibly unfriendly, rude, disrespectful staff. Hygiene works differently too. Scratching their ears etc and then attacking food. Disgusting. NO trace of customer friendliness either

Cool Burger King with American flair, clean and nice service

These employees are absolutely rude and incompetent....an absolute joke....outrageous how these employees behave. Big King was King of the Month... I ordered a Big King, although it was clear that this meant the King of the Month menu. But since I didn't say King of the Month, but said Big King Mnü, these rude employees don't charge the King of the Month price but the regular price. When I complained, they actually pointed out that they had this discussion with every customer... you would have to realize that all the guests felt like they were being ripped off. Well, first and last visit to this branch - rude, unreasonable and... cheeky...

Food was fresh and good / service too. Locally not very busy at the moment. Should be renovated (it feels like it was last renovated 20 years ago).

Staff absolutely friendly! In my experience, however, the branch is not very busy. Burgers were great. However, the onion rings were no longer the freshest in taste.

I was at Burger King Heppenheim last night. First of all I have to say that this Burger King looks very shabby inside compared to other branches. In addition, the employees seem very unprofessional, they argue in the presence of customers in an unmistakably very rude tone. I also have to say that the food was not only cold, but also didn't taste particularly good. I wouldn't recommend this Burger King to anyone, I'd rather drive a few places further...

The health office has to say something about it, and how the employees work even though it's not busy. I waited for 2 half an hour

Were there on Sunday and wanted to eat something. Then we noticed a lack of hygiene (no tables worn out, dirty floor) but I think the worst thing was that the one men's toilet was broken, which isn't a bad thing, but you could have locked the toilet door instead of just one Hang a note on the door, the second toilet door was not lockable and there was no toilet paper either.

Where is the franchisor here? There must be standards as to what a Burger King branch should look like???? Regular renovations, visual and hygienic standards, minimum seating and appearance in the outdoor area. There's just nothing wrong here. And that has been the case for at least 15 years. For me, this disgusting place needs to be closed immediately. The MC's a few meters away has now undergone at least five major renovations and modernizations. I can only recommend everyone not to spend a cent on this BK. A few kilometers further in Bensheim there is a branch where your money is better invested.

It didn't matter what I wanted here. Mon late evening, Jan. 2024 >9:00 p.m. Due to the road construction site, very few to no guests. The young (friendly) man at the drive-in counter didn't even ask me what I wanted as a side dish with the menu. When I specifically asked for onion rings, he asked somewhat annoyed: "What, no fries?" - "No thanks." (Does everyone else want fries?) Okay. All right. But when we got home, the “Sprite” drink we ordered turned out to be “Fanta”, without any carbonation. Bahh! (It was probably still lying around somewhere and had to go... ;-)) Chilled, but stale. And inside the cup there was an almost 2 cm wide, orange-colored stripe at the top. (I didn't know that FANTA contained so much dye.) But, I actually wanted "Sprite" too... :-( In any case, overall I do NOT feel well served there. I'd better not come back.

I received a Kinderwhopper from the customer beforehand. The customer received my Big King xxl beforehand. We only noticed this at the table. I went back and complained. I was called a liar from the kitchen. He would have packed the Whopper, how can a woman complain? The gentleman was a bit aggressive. Is it still okay? It may be that it was packaged correctly, but I received the wrong one. We won't be entering the store again. The lady at the counter was new and then she just left me there. It was in November

Es ist ganz OK wenn es schnell gehen soll.

Leider sehr langsames schnellrestaurant haben ca 20 Minuten gewartet bis wir unsere Bestellung im Laden aufgeben konnten. Personal war sichtlich überfordert und gereizt.

Bedienung war zwar sehr bemüht und freundlich das Essen war leider sehr lieblos zusammen geklatscht und auch nicht sehr schmackhaft

Essen wurde mitgenommen. War Warm und hat geschmeck. Der Junge Mann der uns bedient hat war sehr zuvorkommt.

Essen ist schlechter geworden. Heizung ist kaputt dafür läuft die Klimaanlage auf eisig kalt. Hat keinen Spaß gemacht dort zu essen.

Wie man es kennt, alles frisch.

Der am meisten abgeranzte Burger King, den ich kenne. Wir waren gestern Nachmittag mit unseren Kids dort, da sie uns seit Wochen auf den Keks gehe, sie wollen unbedingt mal wieder zum BK. Am liebsten wäre ich rückwärts wieder raus. Der Boden war total klebrig (Klettverschluss-Effekt), die Theke extremst heruntergewirtschaftet, der Lack großflächig abgeplatzt und ebenfalls verklebt. Das graue Shirt der Bedienung war voller Fettflecken. Wir sind an 4 (!!!) Tischen vorbei, bis wir endlich einen einigermaßen sauberen gefunden haben. Die Toilette unterirdisch, Ambiente Bahnhofsklo nach dem Fussballspiel, Bremsspuren in den Schüsseln, und Pi**flecken auf der Klobrille. Benutztes Klopapier auf dem Boden der Kabine. Das Essen an sich war akzeptabel, doch wenn man sich die öffentlichen Räumlichkeiten anschaut, will man sicherlich keinen Blick in die Küche/Lager werfen. Wir haben Burger King lange Jahre der Konkurrenz vorgezogen, aber mittlerweile hat sich das geändert. Schade, hier wird eine tote Kuh weiter gemolken. Das Restaurant muss dringendst renoviert, wenn nicht zu Teilen saniert, werden.

Außenbereich sehr runtergekommen. Drive in katastrophal. Alles noch von der Eröffnung von vor 20 Jahren. Unmodernste Burger King Filliale die ich kenne

Das Essen war gut. Lediglich die Hygiene auf der Toilette war nicht gut. Der Boden war klebrig und dreckig, Seife war keine vorhanden und das Trockengebläse war defekt.

Sehr abgeranztes Restaurant. Essen gut Service ok. Aber die Dame an der Kasse könnte neue Arbeitskleidung gebrauchen.

Spontaner Besuch im Restaurant, Netter Service am Schalter, Essen wurde in angemessener Zeit frisch zubereitet und war schmackhaft. Restaurant und Außenbereich gehören wirklich mal renoviert.

Es kann nicht sein, wenn man dort Essen bestllt, die Bedienung kein bzw nur ganz ganz wenig Wechselgeld hat. Es wollten 2 Personen mut 50,- euro ihr Essen im Wert von 14,- bzw 8,- Euro bezahlen und es konnte nicht gewechselt werden und niemand war vor ort der hätte Wechselgeld gehabt! Sowas ist ein Unding!

Wow! What a service! :D We where 50 scouts pasing by and needed some food real quick becous of our tight driving schedule. They serverd burgers, frieser and soda in "a swis and a flick". Especialy the ladies inn the front where som helpfull, servicminded and fast. Thank you for a (burger) king meal!

Burger sind sehr lecker, Pommes ist leicht knusprig und schmeckt gut. Frittieröl ist regelmäßig ausgetauscht. Toiletten sind sauber.

Mein lieblings burger king in der umgebung! Mitarbeiter sind immer nett und man fühlt sich direkt wohl und willkommen. Das essen wird frisch zubereitet und schmeckt super. innen ist es old school, finde es einzigartig. die tische sind sauber und der laden ist hygienisch. mitarbeiter sind sehr großzügig. weiter so heppenheim!!
