Usual McDonald's but with covered parking spaces. Next door Aral Pulse and Alego charging stations.

Never entered such a dirty toilet and at 9:00 in the morning

This morning my partner and I were the first guests in the restaurant. We noticed that there was hair on the table and bench. Of five items ordered, 2 were wrong and one was completely missing. Poor service with this number of guests.

Everything went perfectly. Food hot and above all clean and renovated. We'd love to come back.

Fast service and a clean store. (air conditioned, which is very helpful in summer)

Tasty and, as usual, average prices.

This is a McDonald’s, it does what it’s supposed to do.

It's just a McDonald's, just normal food. However, a good parking space and good accessibility from the motorway. Never had any problems with the staff.

I ordered something for delivery. Everything came 20 minutes early. Drinks were cold and food was hot. Delicious. Friendly delivery lady. Everything great. Gladly again.

There are no straws here, not even on paper. Really bad for drinking with ice cubes. A reason not to go there anymore.

One star because you're standing in front of closed doors at 8:40 a.m. on a Saturday. McD says on TV that breakfast starts at 7 a.m.

McDonald's should look for employees who can speak German

Mc Donalds in Heppenheim used to be good but today there are employees who really have no idea, we forgot to put our tray away and a Ukrainian lady runs after us to the car and says that we should put our tray away as if we were interns there. The ladies were too unfriendly for me anyway. In the future, please hire smart employees and not those who are too lazy to put away a customer's tray.

Ordered a double pack of Mc Menu which, according to the coupon, comes with a glass. We didn't get a glass because the coupon wasn't valid for it. You couldn't show the coupon anymore because it was gone after it was redeemed. They tried to cancel the order because apparently that wouldn't be possible. It wasn't the first time there were problems with the order. Customer friendly failed. It was really the last time there.

It is not above average in terms of quality. The indoor and outdoor atmosphere seating arrangements are very primitive. Using technology is an added value. The customer profile consists mostly of the young generation.

I ordered a Mcflurry and it contained less than a McSunday

Edit: There now seems to have been a change in the management of this branch. Out of necessity, we recently tried this McD again and were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was inside and out. 👍 Old review: The staff seems “highly motivated” and you basically have to dictate your order. Everything was dirty, especially outside. I can't even imagine what the kitchen looks like. The inside of the children's play area is full of cigarette butts, empty beer cans and smelly puddles full of cigarette butts. Ideal for small children who like to touch everything. 🤢 That was our last visit here.

Surprisingly clean McDonalds! Had table service. Food came very quickly and the staff was really, really polite and friendly. You don't see it often.

If you have failed everywhere, you start at McDonald's in Heppenheim. Every time something is missing from the order, be it fries, nuggets, drinks or anything else, something is always missing!!!!! simply incompetent, even with a small number of guests, the mc drive is overwhelmed!!!!

Have been to many McDonalds in Germany and neighboring European countries. I have to say this one is one of the better ones, comparatively clean and quick service

Far have lived in HP for a long time and often go to McDonald's or order often. If something is forgotten, you call and they bring it, or you tell them when you next order and it will be replaced on a trustworthy basis. When you order you will receive cute smileys on the bags or packaging. Fries must be eaten first. But that's the case everywhere. Better than BK in Heppenheim

Last store - There a year ago - part of the order was missing. There again today - again part of the order was missing. Unfortunately you can't just turn around at this point. The serving was also missing... shabby!

Everything was fine, according to the son, the food was good. Service friendly and quick.

Cool und sehr kinderfreundlich ist der Kinderbereich mit einem sehr großem Flatscreen und vielen Spielen...👍👍

Vergleichsweise zu anderen Filialen ein Traum!

Wie immer wenn ich hier bin zufrieden. Der McDonald's ist meiner Meinung nach einer der besten in der Region, Personal ist freundlich und der Sitzbereich ist immer suber und aufgeräumt gewesen wenn ich da war. Hier komme ich gerne hin wenn ich zu McDonald's essen gehe

Wir mussten nie lange warten, das Essen war immer heiß. Bei Bestellungen hat nur einmal etwas gefehlt. Bei Getränken im MC Drive ist immer ein Getränkehalter dabei, Topp. Freundlich, herzliche Mitarbeiter-innen. Immer einen Besuch wert.

Schade das da kein Frühstücks Angebot gibt

Der Burger ist nicht heiß genug, über alles andere sind die Leute etwas traurig.

Schöner und sauberer Mc's mit Spielplatz für die Kids. Personal super freundlich und für die Kids gab es sogar etwas geschenkt.

Normalerweise bin ich nicht pingelig und weiß ja das ich bei megges bin. Normalerweise bin ich auch super zufrieden in heppenheim. Aber diese neue Mitarbeiterin von euch (jung, blond, hat immer einen „ich hab kein Bock auf mein Leben“ Blick) ist wirklich für die Tonne. Mal abgesehen davon, dass sie ABSOLUT unfreundlich ist und ihren Mund nicht aufbekommt. Denkt sie nicht mit und vergisst teilweise Sachen. Bitte und danke sind auch Fremdwörter. Bin froh wenn sie überhaupt einmal ihren Mund aufmacht wenn man etwas fragt. Also wirklich katastrophal.

Sauber und geräumig. Das Personal überwiegend freundlich. Eine Klimaanlage wäre nicht schlecht. Schon allein den Mitarbeitern zuliebe.

Ein McDonald's.... Die Wartezeiten haben inzwischen überhaupt nichts mehr mit Fastfood zu tun. Und der neue BicMac ist auch schlechter als der alte... Irgendwie war McDonald's früher besser. Ich brauche es irgendwie nicht mehr.

Service Dame war sehr nett und auf zack, trotz viel los, ruhig und freundlich weiter geholfen. Als es etwas ruhiger war kam ein Miarbeiter um die leeren tische abzuwischen, allerdings ohne Eimer, nur mit nem Sprühreiniger und einem einzigen Lappen.... Fand ich jetz nich so prickelnd als er alle tische nacheinander durchputzte, nur mit sprühflasche und dem einen Lappen 🤔... Im Außenbereich dagegen wurde nicht abgewischt,leider....vielleicht ja beim nächsten mal 🙃

Leider war es da sehr schmutzig. Die Bedienung hat einen nicht begrüßt und die Pommes waren auch durch Fett durchdenket. Sehr schade.

Ich habe heute über Lieferando bestellt durch die Hohe Bestellung müsste ich ein wenig warten ist aber selbstverständlich ☺️ der Lieferant hat mir deswegen 4 Milchshakes kostenlos mitgegeben sowas freundliches habe ich nie erlebt !!!! Einer der saubersten McDonalds die ich je besucht habe, Mitarbeiter auch während der Nachtschicht freundlich und Parkplätze wurden sinnhaft gelöst, hier wird auf Hygiene geachtet, weit und breit der beste MCDonald der Bergstraße!

Obwohl nichts los war, waren die drei (!) Damen bei der Abholung äußerst unfreundlich. Die Nachfrage nach dem bunten Glas wurde barsch mit "gibt's nicht!" abgeschmettert. Gerettet hat es die Dame die im McDrive eingeteilt war. Sie war sehr freundlich. Das die Bestellung falsch zusammengestellt war hat die Laune an der Abholung nicht verbessert.... So schnell kommen wir nicht mehr wieder!

Guter, sauberer MC Donald. Parkplatz, Ein- und Ausfahrt gut gelöst. Essen wie gewohnt ok. Sauberkeit und Hygiene ist ok. Sehr schön fand ich die echten Blumen und an jedem Tisch Steckdosen für Notebook oder Tablets. Personal freundlich und flott. Dankeschön hier kommt man gerne hin.

Das ist eins der besten McDonald's Restaurants, das Essen ist immer frisch und es schmeckt lecker, der innere Sitzbereich ist groß, es gibt immer ein Plätzchen frei. Der Stern Abzug gibt es weil ich heute gesehen habe dass auch Hunde innen geduldet werden, ein absolutes NoGo! Ich habe Nichts gegen Tiere, diese haben im geschlossenen Ess- und Zubereitungsbereichen aber nichts zu suchen! Diese Filiale hat auch einen Außenbereich welcher für Sitzungen mit Tieren genutzt werden kann.

Unfassbar unfreundlich, die blonde Frau an der Bedienung sagt nicht 1 Wort, von danke und bitte ganz zu schweigen!
