McDonald's in Heppenheim (Bergstraße)

The fries were cold, the hamburger was cold too, the order wasn't complete, the mayonnaise was gone, the staff weren't very pleasant, in short, McDonald's Hepeheim is one to forget.

Unfortunately, the penny-pinchers have struck. There are no more forks for the fries, and the straws for the drinks are gone too. Instead, they hand out exactly one napkin to clean your hands in between meals. The burgers were soggy and the fries were cold. At least they brought me a freshly fried portion after I complained.

You order something and usually a lot of things are missing or there's something else in the package. Very unfriendly staff.

Delivery times are impossible; this has nothing to do with fast food. I've been waiting for almost two hours for a not-so-large order. When I inquired, I was told that only two drivers were on the road. Considering the prices and what's offered, including the delivery time, you should think twice before ordering through Lieferando.

A perfectly normal, but unfortunately unfriendly, McDonald's. What shocked me, however, was that a dead rat lay in the middle of the parking lot for hours – disgusting and unacceptable for a restaurant.

There's no need to discuss the quality of food at a fast-food restaurant, but sometimes you just need fast food 😏 However, I find it very annoying that the staff at the McDrive are often very unfriendly and simply do a sloppy job, failing to fill the bags correctly: usually, dips are missing or the wrong sauces are included. During the recent weigh-in process right before handing over the bag, they cheat by adding a few dips to the scale to reach the required weight.

Great location, very close to the lake and a fantastic starting point for a bike tour to Lindau. Excellent sanitary facilities, very clean, and a well-stocked shop with fresh bread rolls. If you're looking for a cozy spot in the off-season, this is the place for you. We'd love to come back.

Very listless and unfriendly Never again

Boy, what terrible service!!! You can't understand a word because they just mumble to themselves. Their lack of German makes it hard for me to understand anything without wanting to offend someone. I ordered the new Berry Berry Pops, they were frozen solid, and I broke off a piece of my tooth. I don't know what to say, but this definitely won't be my last visit here. Best, my molar

This is truly fast food. Despite the packed place, my order arrived in a backpack. Naturally, chain restaurants don't score highly for service and quality.

Unfortunately, Reborn has deteriorated over the past few years. Opening hours are being reduced more and more, and the staff seems to be less trained – which unfortunately is reflected in very unfriendly employees. The most important thing, though: the food is always good quality and the shop itself is always clean!

Seriously... One of the best Mc's around. We were passing through and stopped here at the Heppenheim Mc's. The burgers were good and the service was friendly at times. But everything went really quickly, even though it was very busy.

Everything was clean and fresh, and the staff were particularly accommodating. A drink was replaced immediately after a mishap.

We just got four cheeseburgers and 20 McNuggets. When we got home, we discovered that the nuggets were ice cold! They weren't even cooked. Now they have to go in the air fryer. It wasn't even that busy at your place, but we got the nuggets from the fridge!

I was there 3 days ago... I still have sore throats... never again in my life will I go to McDonald's...

Mr. Löffler is an exemplary employee; I'm nominating him as Employee of the Month. His talent for coffee is similar to that of a barista. 5 stars again and again.

It was busy, but still very clean, and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, the music was very loud.

Just ordered a double pack meal which was supposed to contain 2x Hamburger Royal TS but there was only one in it, really annoying!

Unfortunately, the employees can't count to two. I ordered and paid for two cheeseburgers, but there was only one in the bag. And the second slice of pork (also ordered and paid for) from the McRib was missing.

Unfortunately, it was very dirty. The waitress didn't greet you, and the fries were soaked with grease. It's a shame. I was there again today, June 15, 2025. Very rude staff. Even behind the counter, a female employee was just yelling at the employees. The tables were very dirty, and the food wasn't good either. I wouldn't recommend eating there.

I was there today, June 11, 2025, at around 9:10 p.m. Normally, I have nothing to complain about, but I've noticed several times that the one employee with the long black hair is always very rude. Unfortunately, customer satisfaction isn't really a concern. It's best not to approach this lady at all, even if she's ignored. It's a shame, because people's behavior can really ruin your appetite!

Everything is OK, unfortunately we don't think the self-ordering is done very well, older people have difficulties with that, otherwise everything is OK

A girl with black hair and a ponytail looks at you like you're in a car. Then she brings me the food as if I had come there for her... with all her ignorance, things worth about 10 euros were naturally forgotten... I go there often, but that's it. I didn't know that people can be overwhelmed by even the smallest task. When I ask where I live, I give my address and they say we don't have a driver. Why are you asking me where I live then?

If you want to sit down here, go ahead. The air conditioning keeps the temperature near freezing, and the benches are unpadded and just as cold. The interior is a disaster.

Since there seems to have been a change in management, unfriendly service and long wait times. I don't expect much, but at a McDrive, a simple "yes?" as a greeting isn't enough. Employees chat behind the counter even though customers are waiting to pay. The building is clean and tidy, but the service here is terrible.

What can you say about mc Donalds for a quick hunger ok

Unfortunately, the opening hours one town further on in Bensheim are much better; perhaps they could take a leaf out of their book.

Far too expensive for industrial-grade food, and it has nothing to do with fast food. MC was mega in the 90s, but today you can forget all that. For that money, I can get it fresh elsewhere.

Unfortunately, I no longer feel like I'm at McDonald's. The branch has been so extensively redesigned that the typical burger feeling has been lost. The seating seems very uncomfortable and doesn't invite anyone to linger. The missing napkin dispensers are also extremely impractical and cause additional annoyance. Overall, the atmosphere is more reminiscent of an urban café catering to a student demographic – but not a traditional burger restaurant.

Waited in vain for several minutes for someone at the drive-thru to take my order. Drive-in closed? Column defective? In any case, I had to go home hungry.

It's getting more and more expensive and the quality isn't getting any better. Of course, no one goes to Mäcces for good food, but you can at least expect that the mayo and ketchup or the sauce for the chicken nuggets are correctly included in an order. Unfortunately, 2 wrong items in one order are not ok.

Unfortunately not recommended. My husband and I wanted to order normally at the counter. There was a young woman with a dark ponytail who skillfully ignored us at first. She also seemed very listless and unmotivated. The restaurant manager noticed that we had been waiting for some time and called out to his staff why we were waiting so long to be served. The young employee in question finally acknowledged us, but only to tell us that we should please order on the display. Strange, she took a boy's order in front of us. We left the restaurant without eating. If you don't feel like serving customers, make a face and deliberately ignore customers, you're definitely in the wrong place. This employee was not service oriented. Definitely we won't come back.

Too often the music is too loud and the constant beeping of the fryers makes the children restless and makes them avoid visiting. Staff friendly and always eat fresh!

Edit: There now seems to have been a change in the management of this branch. Out of necessity, we recently tried this McD again and were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was inside and out. 👍 Old review: The staff seems “highly motivated” and you basically have to dictate your order. Everything was dirty, especially outside. I can't even imagine what the kitchen looks like. The inside of the children's play area is full of cigarette butts, empty beer cans and smelly puddles full of cigarette butts. Ideal for small children who like to touch everything. 🤢 That was our last visit here.

That was the last visit to McDonald's. You order something and then things are forgotten. Then there is not even any compensation. Always in MC Drive.

As always when I'm here happy. In my opinion, the McDonald's is one of the best in the region, the staff is friendly and the seating area was always clean and tidy when I was there. I like to come here when I eat at McDonald's

MC in Heppenheim really good, nice staff, food came quickly and it was right.

There's nothing to complain about. The staff are friendly and offer table service, which isn't available at every McDonald's. The McDonald's is kept clean. A delicious meal for in between meals.

Spent €4.50 for a large fries that were completely raw lol how is that possible? And not just for me but for my partner too. 9€ spent for nothing because we also ordered the dirt and therefore couldn't exchange it. If it were an isolated case, it wouldn't be a problem at all, but with every order that is delivered there is always something, be it a burger is forgotten, the toy is forgotten at a happy meal or the fries are raw. Everything's okay in the restaurant, but just don't get deliveries from here 🦧 at least the suppliers are always nice

Just picked up my pre-ordered food at MC Drive. The lady was so unsympathetic and unfriendly. Something like that is not wearable.

We ordered something and the wrong one arrived. After we discovered it, we tried it on the staff, who then turned around as soon as we spoke. The only relatively good staff was the manager.

How to imagine a good McDonalds.

Very nice and clean lobby, the food met the requirements and was warm, the staff was friendly. All in all a very nice branch.

Food and ambience as usual at McDonald's. Quite clean despite being busy, service at the table worked perfectly. It's great to have the option when you use the app that you can freely choose the side dishes from the menu, for example two large fries

It used to be a decent McDonalds, but now it's no good. Every other time the order is not as placed. Once the order was completely lost even though it was placed on the ordering machine. Cleanliness is rather average. All in all, not really recommended anymore. The second star because it's reasonably quick. It doesn't help much if what was ordered rarely arrives. The positive thing about the story: there are enough alternatives. With that in mind - all the best and maybe see you sometime.

I think you really get very little ice cream with McFlurry. I don't understand why people are so stingy, we didn't even have a coupon.

Super nice and friendly staff! It was very clean and the food was impeccable. There is a point deduction for the ambience, but that is a given and the staff can't do anything about it.

EAT: The food is tasteless, old food is used or what has fallen on the floor, the food becomes cold you can say frozen food. SERVICE: The service is rude for simple questions, there are no German-speaking service staff when you sit inside the restaurant and order via the app, the food is needed but the tray is slammed on the table and no one says thank you for being there or bon appetit and so on which is meant in a positive way and all the service staff don't smile or answer any questions and so on. AMBIENT: The ambience is impersonal and uninviting because you can no longer order food with service staff at the checkout, it's not something that is pleasant or enjoyable for children. There are ordering computers (ordering consoles) where you can order what you want and the preparation time takes much longer because the staff prefer to joke and talk to each other, which is OK but the work doesn't get forgotten and so on. THE RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT: The performance is non-existent and diplomacy is non-existent and customer sufficiency is non-existent.

Ate here for the third time, unfortunately the food was like every time (cold). The mini breakfast pancakes were hard as rocks. On the scrambled egg cheese wrap, the egg wasn't even warm, the cheese wasn't spilled, it's just a shame and you pay enough money for breakfast at McDonalds and then also for cold food. I think it's a shame that no attention is paid to this, apart from that the staff is not friendly at all, you don't get a hello or a good one in return... I don't eat there anymore, I've looked at it a few times now and unfortunately the food and staff were just bad.

We are very disappointed, we just wanted a quick hamburger to take away so drive in... when we got home we couldn't believe our eyes: An indefinable something that has nothing at all to do with a burger was unpacked and thrown straight into the trash. If we hadn't been in Lauterbach I would have brought this "something" back. So people be careful at “Drive In” please check straight away..

Never entered such a dirty toilet and at 9:00 in the morning

This morning my partner and I were the first guests in the restaurant. We noticed that there was hair on the table and bench. Of five items ordered, 2 were wrong and one was completely missing. Poor service with this number of guests.

Everything went perfectly. Food hot and above all clean and renovated. We'd love to come back.

This is a McDonald’s, it does what it’s supposed to do.

It's just a McDonald's, just normal food. However, a good parking space and good accessibility from the motorway. Never had any problems with the staff.

I ordered something for delivery. Everything came 20 minutes early. Drinks were cold and food was hot. Delicious. Friendly delivery lady. Everything great. Gladly again.

There are no straws here, not even on paper. Really bad for drinking with ice cubes. A reason not to go there anymore.

One star because you're standing in front of closed doors at 8:40 a.m. on a Saturday. McD says on TV that breakfast starts at 7 a.m.

McDonald's should look for employees who can speak German

Mc Donalds in Heppenheim used to be good but today there are employees who really have no idea, we forgot to put our tray away and a Ukrainian lady runs after us to the car and says that we should put our tray away as if we were interns there. The ladies were too unfriendly for me anyway. In the future, please hire smart employees and not those who are too lazy to put away a customer's tray.

Ordered a double pack of Mc Menu which, according to the coupon, comes with a glass. We didn't get a glass because the coupon wasn't valid for it. You couldn't show the coupon anymore because it was gone after it was redeemed. They tried to cancel the order because apparently that wouldn't be possible. It wasn't the first time there were problems with the order. Customer friendly failed. It was really the last time there.

It is not above average in terms of quality. The indoor and outdoor atmosphere seating arrangements are very primitive. Using technology is an added value. The customer profile consists mostly of the young generation.

I ordered a Mcflurry and it contained less than a McSunday

Surprisingly clean McDonalds! Had table service. Food came very quickly and the staff was really, really polite and friendly. You don't see it often.

Have been to many McDonalds in Germany and neighboring European countries. I have to say this one is one of the better ones, comparatively clean and quick service

Far have lived in HP for a long time and often go to McDonald's or order often. If something is forgotten, you call and they bring it, or you tell them when you next order and it will be replaced on a trustworthy basis. When you order you will receive cute smileys on the bags or packaging. Fries must be eaten first. But that's the case everywhere. Better than BK in Heppenheim

Last store - There a year ago - part of the order was missing. There again today - again part of the order was missing. Unfortunately you can't just turn around at this point. The serving was also missing... shabby!

Everything was fine, according to the son, the food was good. Service friendly and quick.
