For the money, my burger (Big Tasty Bacon) was completely out of place, half of it was next to it but not on the burger, employees were sitting outside on the floor right in front of the entrance and smoking! The tables are all dirty but everyone is standing together at the counter as if there is nothing to do. 👍 Apart from the noise that was coming from the counter area, I thought we were at a Turkish bazaar, the guests were quieter than the staff! Service after request for a drinking straw is not available 🤦‍♂️. And stopped at MC again and already regretted it. You should check the franchisees who are running the store, it's all terribly bad. 0 stars!!! Drive past the thing, take the next one or leave it alone, load the last one!

The staff is friendly, the parking situation is good and there are enough machines for ordering in the restaurant. As everywhere, these machines react rather hesitantly, but still reliably.

Just rancid and full, hardly any parking spaces.

Well, I don't even know where to start. First we arrived and half the staff were standing outside smoking. They came in through the entrance and continued working without washing their hands. When my food arrived, it was a Mc Rib that looked like they had thrown it at me from the counter, everything was clear to me. The tables were dirty and then came the highlight, the toilets. Dirty to no end, no soap and you could bathe on the floor (hopefully just water). I recommend taking a look at the health department. For McDonald's lovers, I recommend you go hungry.

Hopefully it will be done soon, you can't do that to "normal" customers! Except for a few......!

McDonalds... However, we had problems with the order panel here. In addition, MC flurry was shown as not available even though you could order it at the counter.

Unfortunately, I have to say that this MC Donald's service is getting worse and worse... At the MC Rip there is almost no sauce, at the MC Flury with caramel sauce and smarties there is hardly any caramel sauce and what feels like only 10 smarties... Overwhelming the staff is noticeable and obvious The McDonald's app almost doesn't work there at all I'm becoming more and more disappointed with this McDonald's and don't like going there anymore

That's what I call great service. Nice friendly The dishes are more beautiful than in the photos. Served hot, great taste, great sauce. A pleasure…. I wish they were as good with us too 🥲

Best McDonald's we've ever been to. Burger like in the photos and hot, fast service... that's unheard of in Saarland👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼 next time we visit we'll come back and I'll take photos too

Dirty siff, staff smoking in the parking lot while using the sink in the toilet smells of feces, otherwise everything stinks. We hope that we haven't become infected with any viruses and that eating citizens and chips is unfortunately a tragedy for the corporation..!!!

I find the new concept very interesting and pleasant. Much better than always standing in line. The new burgers are finally burgers. Also always freshly prepared.

Personally, I think the burgers have become smaller and the prices are more expensive.

It was very bad. Almost all the workers were full of people from the Crescent Country. It wouldn't be that much of a problem, they were just condescending. We ordered 1 children's menu, a large potato and 2 sauces for takeaway, and they just forgot 1 large potato and 2 sauces from our order. There was no problem with that, because the manager slowly but surely started taking action, but then when I ordered some ketchup, he was already upset that I only ordered these, there was no mention of ketchup. Anyway, the main thing is that I received my order, which took a while... So a suggestion: if you don't have much time, don't go to a fast food restaurant...

The employees here are unbelievable. I'm just here with my friend and I ordered a menu (6 nuggets, chicken burger, curly fries and an ice tea) I get my tray and suddenly there's a bic Mac instead of my nuggets. My friend kindly goes to the counter to get my actual nuggets, but the employee doesn't react nicely and she simply throws the Big Mac that she took back into the trash. So these employees can't read receipts. Sauces were also missing.

We always enjoy coming here, it's always a stopover or a driver change, the store is clean and well maintained, just like the toilets, ordering from the machine works perfectly, even when it's very busy you get your goods quickly

A small, dark-haired woman with glasses with a slight Asian touch that could not be overlooked served us in the most unfriendly manner. Due to the order monitor, we have no receipt after payment and no proof of what we mentioned at checkout. Afterwards, food was taken to the counter to be picked up, we understood that it was ours. Unfortunately it wasn't, then the lady came to us and said in the most unfriendly manner that it wasn't ours and snatched it away from us. She could have worded it more kindly without any problems. We just wanted to have a relaxed meal, but unfortunately nothing came of it and her tone of voice towards us didn't get any better.

We got our food quickly and it was hot 👍

Coming from the usa were they took the McRib of the menus we we highly surprised to find it here. We ordered a meal and added a second burger 🍔 . Your typical mc d of the Autobahn freeway in Germany clean staffed ok, food came out in time

Coupon doesn't work at the machine. According to the manager it won't be until the afternoon. Never heard of anything like that! Totally unfriendly manager. Staff stand around boringly at the checkout

The food is like that of all other McDonald's in Germany. I had a problem with my coupon, asked the manager for help. He said that he couldn't help me and that some coupons would only be available at a certain time. I ordered at 10.35 and lunch is already available at this time. And the coupons are available from 10.30am. Unfortunately that didn't work. Otherwise it's okay.

I always enjoyed eating the MC RIP. With lots of sauce and onions. I have no idea what happened, but today it was inedible. A small onion and two dabs of the sauce. Never again.

Super bad service, no table service, even though the restaurant was empty and there were 7 employees present, super dirty. Toilets dirty. Sorry, I'm actually used to it differently at McDonald's.

Repeated extremely poor service that is second to none. Ordered breakfast in the app before 10:30 and wanted to pick it up shortly afterwards. I drove here absolutely for free without being informed in advance that it was no longer possible. No interest in accommodating customers. People who work there should really consider whether they should perhaps change their job. Never experienced anything so bottomless. That was the last time at McDonalds!

Order burgers without onions at MC Drive. As is often the case with onions. Went in to exchange. Should show receipt which I did. Employees at the counter were told it was NOT ordered without onions. But he was. After a lot of back and forth, reluctantly remade it with the comment that I shouldn't be so picky. (I am highly allergic to onions). I asked if he was serious. Answer: If I don't like it, I should buy somewhere else in the future. I asked if it was normal for customers to be treated like that and asked for the boss. The food doesn't taste that good.

04/01/24 around 10 p.m. all tables were dirty, napkins were lying on several tables. The number monitor was off and food wasn't served, it was just left on the counter. Accordingly, the food was a bit cold. This visit wasn't that pleasant but we didn't throw away any food. A bit disappointing for a McDonald's visit.

Expensive for the small portions.

The shop is very dirty and the staff is rude and doesn't speak a word of German. The health department should please pay a visit there. Food served very cold and dirty, the health department has to go there and close the shop!!!!! Dirt, dirty, dirty, not even 1 star

The food was very good, we ordered a burger and fries. Unfortunately the fries were a bit colder but the burger was very good. The pizza wedges were also very tasty but they are better at other McDonald's. Overall, very nicely decorated, nice and good food.

Coffee was made with hot water. Fries got cold very quickly and, as always with fast food restaurants, were overpriced. The simple hamburger was pretty tasteless. The cheese was already stuck to the packaging paper. All three things had probably already had a longer warming time.

Zum wiederholten Mal leider wieder etwas innerhalb der Großbestellung vergessen.

Sehr unfreundliche und genervte Mitarbeiter an dem Drive-in Schalter. Ich wurde bei der Aufgabe meiner Bestellung harsch angegangen und sehr unter Druck gesetzt. Man spürte deutlich die Unzufriedenheit der Person über ihre Arbeit. Zudem schmecken die Burger wie Knete.

Ich saß mit meiner Bekleidung bei den alten Sofas, diese sind definitiv viel zu niedrig um am Tisch zu Essen. Beim genaueren Hinsehen viele kaputte stellen und die Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig.

Sauberer McDonald's. Auch die Toiletten werden anscheinend regelmäßig gereinigt. Netter und schneller Service.

Wir sind eigentlich aus Niedersachsen und waren auf der Durchfahrt als uns der Hunger packte . Ich kann die vorherigen Bewertungen heute nicht nachvollziehen. Das Essen war super schnell da , Mitarbeiter alle freundlich und es herrschte generell eine herzliche Atmosphäre unter den Mitarbeitern. Gut die Tische hätte man zwischendurch mal abwischen können aber der Laden hat auch gebrummt , da sollte man nachsichtig sein. Alles in allem die beste Filiale seit Ewigkeiten.

Kurz eingekehrt. Am Terminal bestellst, es kam aber kein Ausdruck. Nach anfänglicher kurzer Hektik ging ich zum Abholschalter und habe erfahren, dass meine Bestellung eingegangen sei und gerade bearbeitet wird. Also alles gut. Wie gewohnt was das Essen lecker, das Restaurant sauber und die Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich. Achso: es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Ich kann dieses McDonald empfehlen 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Essen wird frisch bei Bestellung zubereitet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und geduldig. Das Ambiente ein typischer McDonald eben.

Meine Curly Fries haben leider gefehlt, habe ich erst später gemerkt. Dafür waren gefühlt 3000 Saucen dabei, welcher Mensch braucht soviel Sauce? Servietten waren auch keine dabei. Schade.

Mittlerweile wieder zu empfehlen

Immer wieder sind die Tische verschmutzt der Boden voller Essenreste. Die Gerichte sind auch immer lauwarm und wenn fragt ob man Sie neu bekommt oder wärmer, dann wird man blöde angeschaut oder ein dummes Kommentar.

Ordentlicher Mc Donalds Alls in gewohnter Qualität Freundliches Personal

Die Einrichtung ist ein typischer, klassischer McDonalds. Die Pommes waren super frisch. Die Mitarbeiter waren richtig cool drauf.

Heute (an einem Freitag Abend) musste man mal kurz warten, aber immer noch keine Ewigkeit. Bedienung freundlich und alles top!

Bedienung am Tisch ist die beste Erfindung seit Jahrzehnten

Sehr unfreundlich. Bestellung aufgegeben und die fehlenden Produkte reklamiert. Und dann als Kunde so hingestellt als ob man an einen Gratis Burger ran wolle. Richtig daneben. Weiteres wurde der Fehler dann erkannt und es gab Ersatz aber gefreut hab ich mich dann auch nicht mehr.

Abholungen sind oft fehlerhaft oder unvollständig.

Gitterkartoffeln und Pommes waren kalt, auf Nachfrage zwar problemlos neue bekommen, nur waren die leider nicht wärmer... Im Restaurant selbst wäre eine Spielecke toll - die fehlt bei schlechtem Wetter leider.
