The food: It was quite tasty, but the burgers were ice cold due to the incredibly long wait. The service: Everything took an extremely long time, and the nice man at the counter couldn't open his mouth. The ambiance: Of the approximately 40 customers, 5 were German. The place was correspondingly loud and dirty. You didn't feel safe at all, and the atmosphere was like a monkey house. This place is definitely not for me and my family, even though the fear of being robbed or stabbed while eating was something new.

Ate at the Groß-Gerau branch on August 11th. A few hours later, I developed severe gastrointestinal symptoms and had to spend the night in the hospital. It was diagnosed as food poisoning. Very disappointing that something like this could happen. Please urgently improve hygiene and quality controls.

Instead of a Bacon King, I got a Big King XXL at the drive-thru. Very disappointing to find lettuce instead of bacon! There was no receipt either.

If the cashier is already complaining about the lack of staff, you should refrain from ordering. Result: Ordered a meal with 2 Whoppers, medium fries, 9 onion rings, and a Coke for €14. The Coke was warm, the Whopper, fries, and onion rings were lukewarm. Onion rings had the consistency and taste of old cardboard. Definitely my last time at Burger King. Update: I went back to the branch today due to an appointment. Order: double cheeseburger, 9 onion rings, small fries. The fries were edible. The onion rings were dripping with grease and soft, just warmed up in the deep fryer 🤮🤮🤮, still tasted like cardboard, and the burger was simply disgusting. And all that for a mere €13... My order was also incorrect: I had ordered the Long Chicken Honey with an XXL cheese dip. – The cheese dip was not given to me. – Instead of the Long Chicken Honey, I received the Long Chicken Chili Cheese. When I pointed this out, I was simply told, "No, that's fine." I had to keep the incorrect product – without any apology or correction. I also ordered the new drink with cotton candy, but it was served without it. Again, nothing was done to correct the error. I'm generally a long-time customer, but this visit was disappointing. I expect a business like Burger King to fill orders correctly and treat customers with respect—especially children. Please review this incident and provide me with feedback.

The employees were completely unfocused and just chatting. The only one there who was customer-oriented and still doing his job was the boss. We had placed an order, specifically without sauces! The young man completely messed it up, and when I pointed it out, he reacted with zero understanding. Mistakes are human; if you screw something up, admit it. The wait time was, of course, over 30 minutes due to this mistake and the repeated drive-thru line. Thanks for that. The boss, on the other hand, took matters into his own hands and fixed everything, and of course, he gets 5 stars.

Very good customer service (Mr. Emi) served us in a friendly, quick, and courteous manner. He impressed us with his calm and productive work style. His pleasant smile is a huge plus.

Unfortunately, half of our order was missing. We didn't notice until we got home. We're saving ourselves another half-hour drive, only to argue and then not get anything. How difficult can it be to pack bags according to the instructions on the display... it wasn't even that busy. The floor and the table where we were waiting were absolutely filthy. Every step left you sticky. Absolutely unacceptable. I remember why I don't go to Burger King anymore.

I was at the drive-thru around 6 p.m. and was pleasantly surprised all around. The staff was super friendly and attentive – they not only listened to my requests but also implemented them precisely. Even special requests were taken into account without any problems. The coupons were accepted without any problems, and the food was fresh, hot, and exactly as ordered. A big thank you to the team for the great service – that's what you'd expect! I'll be back.

Onion rings and burgers had been sitting there for a while, onion rings were wobbly and cold, burgers were also cold - not the best Burger King.

Unfortunately, there isn't a single day when an order is complete or correctly prepared. You always have to check your order and explicitly insist on your rights. It's a disgrace when you order and pay for a double Whopper and receive a regular Whopper. Furthermore, the ketchup or mayonnaise you ordered is almost always missing. Things like that can happen, of course, but they shouldn't be the norm. It's even worse, however, when the staff lies in a cheeky tone, claiming to have planted ketchup, and then makes you feel as if you've embezzled the ketchup. Very poor service in Groß Gerau.

Just fast food. The staff at this location are friendly. The quality is satisfactory if you want something quick and hearty to eat.

I've been there four times in the last three months. Each time, all the ordering terminals were out of order. A one-time outage would be okay... But if a terminal never works in four visits, they might as well just take them down! Food & atmosphere okay...

I ordered takeout from the branch today at 7:30 p.m. No receipt came from the ordering terminal. My comment was met with a shrug. It wasn't busy. In the end, I regretted not checking the bag for completeness. The Whopper meal was missing fries. The 20-piece nugget set only had 18 nuggets in it (always count your nuggets), and my daughter's hamburger also had a jalapeno between the pickles. Congratulations. But three customer-detrimental errors in one order is quite noticeable.

Ordering machines are usually out of order because receipt rolls are empty. Service point so overcrowded and dirty. Staff like marionette dolls from another planet, no smile, please or thank you displayed.

The food was okay and warm. 2 stars for the service because the young lady was nice, but that was it. The store didn't look exactly clean, and the ordering machines seemed to be working. When you completed your order you were thrown out every time...so you ordered from the young lady in question at the checkout. If you order at the checkout you are obviously the last link, because the drive-thru is generally preferred and you stand on your feet. We urgently need to work on this! The kids inside don't pay a different price, so why do I see cars driving past who (provably...my partner was outside and told me) ordered significantly later? You can't get there that quickly!

The employees have an antisocial & disrespectful attitude. That was different...

I'm more of a drive-thru customer, and I do so regularly. In the last six to eight weeks, I've ALWAYS had the wrong burger in my bag. And of all things, burgers that I hate to eat, but are so stale that the lettuce is slimy and brown. That's annoying because I definitely won't go there again. If I do go to a restaurant, I get aggressive. The employees stagger from one corner to the other, regardless of how many customers are in the restaurant. If they take an order, they prepare the drink and then stand there and look at the receipt ten times. Every now and then they look behind them to make sure the burger is ready, and then they just stand there again. Meanwhile, countless other customers are standing there, either waiting for their order—which, by the way, isn't ready either, for whatever reason—or waiting to place an order. If there are two or three employees there, they prefer to chat for a bit. I was an employee there myself many years ago and then a manager at another branch, and I know how it's supposed to work. Our team was fast, bright, and fun to work with. Now, you get the feeling that you're doing them a disservice as soon as you show up as a customer. Not to mention the dirty tables, the overflowing tray carts, and the restroom, which you don't even see at Frankfurt Central Station. I don't know if the working conditions have deteriorated or if young people, although it's not always young people, think this is the work ethic of today. I'm really more and more appalled by this situation every year. I'm usually a bakery eater and don't really like McDonald's, but I can see it coming soon and prefer to drive to Weiterstadt. As I said, I used to be an employee myself and I know that not every day can be fun, just like in any job, but this is really unbearable. I would also like to say that not all employees are like this. Three in particular stand out. Unfortunately, I don't know their names, but there are often two younger men on the drive-thru who are super friendly, quick, and do their jobs really well. Just like a lady with a grid, whom I actually know from my time there. The rest, unfortunately, aren't suited for the job. I hope that the restaurant managers, like the owners of this place, read the reviews and do something about it. It would be a real shame if this didn't finally change.

DANGER! The food was Burger King standard. I doubt that the kitchen is regularly cleaned hygienically for the following reason: I went to the toilet and the men's toilet smelled. Even in the restaurant, the urine was spread everywhere and the squat toilets were all broken. Among other things, there was chewing gum and the like inside. Signs that it wasn't cleaned there. The plan said that cleaning was supposed to take place today. (Signs are that this is simply overwritten.) Traces of small animals were visible (feces). The processing will probably be no different in the kitchen.

The food tastes good, there is nothing wrong with it. The employees seem stressed and overwhelmed even when there is not too much going on. The tablet carts are actually always full and the tables are always dirty. I've never seen anyone wiping tables. If possible, I don't go in anymore and instead use the drive-in.

I was at the BK in GG on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Service was quite friendly, that's the only positive thing. It's just dirty, your shoes stick to the floor in the guest toilet. The door handles and windows probably haven't even been cleaned this year. In front of me there were two children's high chairs that were simply completely lubricated. If you want to go to BK it's perfectly fine, but not there!

The typical burger shop for quick meals with the chain's typical dishes on the edge of the Groß-Gerauer Helvetia Parc. The service staff are usually committed and friendly.

Half is missing, the other is double.... unfriendly too.... and afterwards we're both sitting on the toilet with diarrhea ... so yes, it's just BK .... you shouldn't expect anything from it .... the good thing: you'll be cured of the desire for such food for the next six months.

When you visit a fast food restaurant you don't have any great expectations anyway. But three orders should be prepared in parallel. Order via the terminal to take away, not controllable as everything was thrown into a bag! In the end 2 burgers were missing & 2 of 4 drinks were wrong! Can't and shouldn't happen, especially if 2 people check the order while packing it!

Can you re-sole your shoes while working if it's necessary? But if it isn't, the soles are unused and new and in no hurry.

Ordered King Beef, just under €10 without a side dish! , great picture with salad, sauce, great patty. Totally dry, no sauce, two leaves of arugula. Totally bad, never again. No wonder there are only kebab stalls in Groß Gerau.

Visited Burger King with family today for a long time, Unfortunately a disappointment, the burgers were lukewarm and had to be left in the heat for a little longer, which meant that the burgers were also very dry. I was disappointed with this service and waited about 15 minutes for my order. During this time, I saw the picker using his hands to straighten another employee's hair and, without washing his hands, begin pouring potatoes for the order. It's okay for a quick bite to eat. I just thought it was a shame that the fries were cold, so a star was deducted. I wasn't that happy with the service. Most of the tables that were free were dirty, they could have been wiped down. therefore two stars deducted. There's not much to say about the ambience, it's just a matter of taste.

I have received incomplete orders more than once

Unfortunately the machine didn't work. The coupons from the Burger King app were not saved correctly. We were overcharged at the checkout. It was only after we checked the receipt that the error was discovered and the overpaid money was refunded. It stinks enormously in the men's toilet!

After almost 20 minutes I got my order. The next disappointment at home was the wrong burger, despite asking, and the 3 long chickens were a complete disaster. You could also tell that they had been kept warm for a long time.
