Very often, you get the wrong food packed. Furthermore, you often have to wait a long time for your order to be ready.

A clean shop, the food is fast food but delicious 😋 always happy

I was at the BK in GG on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Service was quite friendly, that's the only positive thing. It's just dirty, your shoes stick to the floor in the guest toilet. The door handles and windows probably haven't even been cleaned this year. In front of me there were two children's high chairs that were simply completely lubricated. If you want to go to BK it's perfectly fine, but not there!

The typical burger shop for quick meals with the chain's typical dishes on the edge of the Groß-Gerauer Helvetia Parc. The service staff are usually committed and friendly.

The toilets are under "ALLER SAU"

The food was OK. Service was nice. So far everything is OK. But the men's toilet was horribly unclean and the tables weren't cleaned either; they were all used and not wiped down. What a shame!

Way too slow for a fast food restaurant. There are so many employees on duty, but they all only look at the receipts every second and prefer to chat instead of working efficiently. Only other guests, loud music, a terrible atmosphere, I was there with my wife and my daughter. And I can't understand people sitting alone at a table for four people and not being able to adapt at all. Assisocial adults who are louder than children when someone. Want to go out to Burger King with the family. Is this the wrong store?

Completely wrong food. Half is missing, the other is double.... unfriendly too.... and afterwards we're both sitting on the toilet with diarrhea ... so yes, it's just BK .... you shouldn't expect anything from it .... the good thing: you'll be cured of the desire for such food for the next six months.

Unfortunately, the burgers are thrown together very carelessly here. They usually fall apart when unpacked. The sauces only stick to one corner and the rest of the burger tastes like nothing. Too bad.

Double Whopper was extremely dry. Roll was old and not enough sauce. We had to wait 15 minutes for our order without any special requests, even though it was relatively empty.

When you visit a fast food restaurant you don't have any great expectations anyway. But three orders should be prepared in parallel. Order via the terminal to take away, not controllable as everything was thrown into a bag! In the end 2 burgers were missing & 2 of 4 drinks were wrong! Can't and shouldn't happen, especially if 2 people check the order while packing it!

Can you re-sole your shoes while working if it's necessary? But if it isn't, the soles are unused and new and in no hurry.

The tables weren't cleaned and the Burger King made an overall dirty impression.

Chili cheese nuggets were missing, of course we only noticed them when we got home. Fries were cold. Long chicken was totally dry, there was very little sauce. Whopper was OK.

Ordered King Beef, just under €10 without a side dish! , great picture with salad, sauce, great patty. Totally dry, no sauce, two leaves of arugula. Totally bad, never again. No wonder there are only kebab stalls in Groß Gerau.

I'll start my review with a quote: “The Bacon King® does what it promises: bacon, bacon and more bacon!” Would be nice. I have a whopping two slices on it. A disgrace for this price!

Tried the new Macaroni & Cheese Lover Beef. The taste experience bordered on serious bodily harm. Who on earth is responsible for product development and release at BK? A failure across the board.

It's a catastrophe how slow the people are working here. I haven't had something like that often - extremely long waits for people who have a break on the construction site can easily go away in 1.5 hours

Visited Burger King with family today for a long time, Unfortunately a disappointment, the burgers were lukewarm and had to be left in the heat for a little longer, which meant that the burgers were also very dry. My wife's and my drinks were very slightly carbonated. The staff at the checkout were quite nice. It's actually a shame because that's what you'll remember until the next visit.

Unfortunately it was pretty dirty and the machines were broken. Unfortunately, when we ate, the burger was made WITHOUT tomatoes and the onion rings were extremely soggy. My Mac & Cheese Burger only tasted like ketchup. There is room for improvement ....

A solid Burger King. Burgers are fresh, employees are nice and it's clean. Compared to Rüsselsheim, I definitely think this branch is better.

The digital coupons really never work. The staff is friendly, but what are the digital coupons for if you can never redeem them at the machine?

I was disappointed with this service and waited about 15 minutes for my order. During this time, I saw the picker using his hands to straighten another employee's hair and, without washing his hands, begin pouring potatoes for the order. Then I approached and asked how long I should wait for the order, but it turned out that it was not picked up, it was lost, they took it away, instead of three potatoes there were two, instead of two burgers there were three and a toy for the child as an apology. I went and asked why they didn't have my extra fries, to which the clerk said they were "extras" and brought my fries...ok, but put everything on the receipt and then extra. Disgusting, woman at checkout register completely incompetent. I worked in a McDonald's kitchen in another country and would have been thrown out of the kitchen if I touched a colleague's hair and then picked up a french fry with those hands.

Ordering via app not possible. App coupons are not recognized. (Tested on different days). Just lure offers?

Warm, delicious food, with a little waiting time for it. Fresh, nice conditions

Was just there. Mayonnaise tasted spoiled. Churos freshly made but burned too long. The fries were waiting and were cold in the bag. The cola tasted disgusting. The brwoni was raw, unfortunately all the results were on the way home. I just handed it over, I'm sure it came from here.

Shop very dirty and dirty...unfortunately also the sanitary facilities...manager was insightful and had various areas cleaned....👍

Just arrived home. Ordered several burgers, two were forgotten... That's not possible...

It's okay for a quick bite to eat. I just thought it was a shame that the fries were cold, so a star was deducted. I wasn't that happy with the service. Most of the tables that were free were dirty, they could have been wiped down. therefore two stars deducted. There's not much to say about the ambience, it's just a matter of taste.

You should go to a real restaurant

I once ordered a beer at a self-service kiosk and the staff said they didn't have any beer on offer. There were also problems with refunding the money. They also have a problem with accepting special orders

Absolutely lousy service. The employee "Julia" at the drive-in gets annoyed when something is wrong with the order, rolls her eyes in annoyance and doesn't even answer when you say something is wrong, but just turns away without saying a word.

Nice location. Food was tasty and hot. Toilet clean and tidy. Good transport connections and parking options 🥰

The branch wasn't clean, the trash cans were overflowing. The toilets smelled strongly. Apparently understaffed. The ordering counter inside was not staffed. I drove again.

I have received incomplete orders more than once

Unfortunately the machine didn't work. The coupons from the Burger King app were not saved correctly. We were overcharged at the checkout. It was only after we checked the receipt that the error was discovered and the overpaid money was refunded. It stinks enormously in the men's toilet!

The food is good, the prices are reasonable, the service is good, the place is clean and nice, and the staff is good

The Big KinG Xxl was not fresh! It was already in the counter for about 15 minutes, the cheese was already melted onto the meatballs and Spongebob makes even better burgers!

Was there again today for a long time. Ordered to take away. First of all, the coupons didn't work, couldn't be scanned, so I ordered at the checkout. And then I waited after 15 minutes and my order still hadn't been processed. After I asked what principle the order goes out, I was told that it would only be taken care of when the colleague came, but the colleague didn't come. Then I asked again and they took care of it. After almost 20 minutes I got my order. The next disappointment at home was the wrong burger, despite asking, and the 3 long chickens were a complete disaster. You could also tell that they had been kept warm for a long time.

Conditions were very nice... but it shouldn't be too busy.

Child-friendly design, very large parking lot and best of all, the manager was really correct.

The food was cold but the fries were very tasty.

Maybe, apart from the dining area, clean more (toilet), wipe the tables more often, clear out the tray trolley when it's almost full and talk less about private things behind the counter with the kitchen helpers.

It's always ok for a quick fix, but it's more of an emergency solution.

Ich hatte einen chicken cross Burger. War okay. Aber die pommes total kalt und haben nicht geschmeckt. Gehen nicht mehr dahin.

Das Personal war sehr nett und sonst hat alles auch gut funktioniert. Die Bestellungen waren vollständig und warm. Das einzige Manko war die Sauberkeit der Toiletten.

Aber oh nein, wir bekamen eine wahre Überraschung! Unsere Bestellung war so falsch, dass es schien, als ob die Mitarbeiter einen Wettbewerb für die absurdesten Burger zusammenstellten. Ich bestellte einen Cheeseburger und bekam einen Salat, der so trocken war, dass er nach der Sahara schmeckte. Mein Freund wollte Chicken Nuggets, aber er erhielt stattdessen eine mysteriöse, unbekannte Beilage, die so seltsam schmeckte, dass selbst der Kühlschrank es ablehnte. Mal wieder auf dem nach Hause weg aus dem Urlaub essen im Drive Im Schalter bestellt und es wurde wieder ein Wopper zu wenig eingepackt was wir erst zu Hause bemerkt haben,😭 das ist das zweite das das hier passiert zusätzlich gab es auch keinen Dip bei den Nuggets. Man Man.

In Burger King Maßstäben einer der guten Filalen. Meine Bestellung sind immer vollständig und durchgehend gut. Einzig der Service ist gelegentlich "überfordert" was in lange Wartezeit teils sehr lange Wartezeit endet.

Ich esse sehr gerne dort, nur das Problem ist, dass immer Ketchup oder Mayo in meiner Bestellung vergessen wird.. und ich fahre ungern die Strecke zurück aber es wird halt leider dafür bezahlt.. ich würde mir wünschen das solche Kleinigkeiten nicht fehlen ansonsten top !!

Das Essen wird meistens frisch gemacht und abends wird das Lokal gut besucht. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich. Leider waren beim letzten Mal die Bestellterminals außer Funktion.

War gut, nur Burger waren nach 5 min kalt. Man muss sehr schnell essen

Das Fleisch auf den Burgern war trocken und völlig zusammengeschrumpft. Kein appetitlicher Anblick. Der Geschmack war auch fade. Der Service war Standard, sprich: Das Essen wird einigermaßen rasch geliefert. Das Personal ist zwar nicht unhöflich, aber nimmt andererseits auch überhaupt keinen wirklichen Kontakt mit den Gästen auf. Ein freundliches Lächeln oder gar ein ganzer Satz sind kaum zu finden. Ich vermute, das dies auch an mangelnder sprachlicher Kompetenz und fehlender Sicherheit im Auftreten liegt. Dienstleistungs-Mindset ist hier gering ausgeprägt. Das Ambiente wirkte verwahrlost: Die Bestelldisplays wirkten mit Fingerabdrücken verschmiert. Ich habe mich gefragt, ob diese Displays überhaupt mal desinfiziert werden. Die Toiletten sind das letzte! Seife ist alle. Es riecht beißend nach Urin. Das Waschbecken ist dreckig. Ekelhaft! Wenn man diese Toiletten aufsuchen musste, hat man keinen Appetit mehr aufs Essen! Im "Restaurant" liegen Pommes auf dem Boden, die Tische werden nicht nach jedem Gast gereinigt. Jetzt kann man sagen: Es ist halt ein Fast-Food-Restaurant! Es ist halt Burger King und nicht das Ritz! ABER: Hier werden Rindviecher zum Trog geführt und nicht Gäste mit leckeren Burgern beglückt. War seit Jahren mal wieder dort und muss sagen: Die Qualität hat unglaublich nachgelassen. Da kann man gleich ein trockenes Brötchen in der Gosse essen. Ich bleibe diesem "Restaurant" künftig fern.

Wenn ich da bin dann nur im Drive in. Das einzige Fast Food Lokal zu dem ich überhaupt noch gehe. Die Qualität ist völlig okay. Der Preis an der oberen Grenze. Das Personal unintressiert bis gedankenlos. Aber auf Nachfragen reagieren sie dann doch noch. Halt Drive in 🤷‍♀️

Ein Restaurant wie jedes andere in Deutschland auch. Modernisiert und mit Aussenbereich für Kinder ist vorhanden. Kurze Wartezeit beim Bestellen, jedoch wartet man etwas länger auf die Bestellung. Immerhin vermittelt es einem, dass die Waren frisch zubereitet werden. Stimmt jedoch leider nicht immer. Die Terminal zum Selbstbestellen sind vorhanden und nehmen den Mitarbeitern einiges an Arbeit ab. Drive-In ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Hier ist jedoch auch die Wartezeit etwas länger. Interessant ist, dass der Counter für die Kunden zurückgesetzt wird um die Vorgaben einzuhalten. Hier sollte Burger King auf jeden Fall nachbessern. Der Durchschnittswert kann hier scheinbar nicht eingehalten werden.

Perfekter kleiner Burger King für zwischen durch.

Meine Burger waren verbrannt und dieser laden sieht richtig Ekelhaft aus. Die Mitarbeiter alle voll verschwitzt. Hatte keine Lust mich mit denen zu unterhalten wegen meinen verbrannten Bürger.

Gern holt man sich was zum mitnehmen aber ich war nie ein Freund von "Dort essen" ...es ist halt alles gehetzt und Zack Zack ... Man kann nicht un Ruhe essen (jedenfalls drinne) Aber super essen.... Immer heiß und lecker und das Personal ist sehr freundlich 😁👍

Entgültige das letzte Mal dort gewesen. Bürgerparties verbrannt, hatte ich noch nie... Weder bei BK noch bei der großen Konkurrenz, zudem waren die meisten unserer Burger aus den nachfolgenden Gründen kalt... Es läuft so unorganisiert ab, irgendwie ist jeder für alles zuständig und steht dem anderen im Weg und alles muss dann mehrere mal kontrolliert werden, weil keiner mehr weiß was er oder die anderen gemacht haben. Es dauert alles ewig, ca. 15 Minuten auf das Essen gewartet. Aber was wurde als aller erstes auf das Tablett gestellt? Das Eis.... 🤣 Absolute Profis am Werk... Zumindest die Pommes wurden als letztes gemacht und waren heiß... In den Laden sollte dringend Struktur und fähiges Führungspersonal gebracht werden. Zu guter Letzt, einen Freestyle SB Getränkeautomat wie mittlerweile in sehr vielen anderen Filialen gibt es hier auch nicht.

Wirklich sehr schöne und gepflegte Filiale. Personal sehr freundlich. Die Toilette ist auch sehr gepflegt. Die Burger werden frisch zubereitet. Die pommes sind einfach gut dort. Wartezeit gibt es, klar. Aber dafür wird eben alles frisch zubereitet. Komme gerne, wenn mal wieder in der Nähe, wieder.
