A place where employees take away clients' personal belongings for personal use. Unfortunately, I became one of those clients whose personal belongings were brazenly taken by employees of this establishment. Why am I so sure? Only because the employee who cleans up the client area said that he personally took my thing to the lost property room. But strangely, my cap disappeared from there. Perhaps it grew legs and ran away on its own😉

I was there with my friends eating our cola, there was booger on it, the employees added something to the order and said it couldn't be withdrawn. The employees told us to give us a good review for a fries that cost 50ct

We were just there to eat. The lady called out the number 265. I said yes and showed the piece of paper with the number 265 on it. I sat down at the table and noticed that the food was wrong. So I went over and asked if I had received the wrong food. After speaking to the manager, it turned out that I really had the wrong food and then nothing more was said to me. I waited a few minutes and just when I was about to say that this is too stupid and I want my money back, the food was suddenly ready. In short, I didn't want to spend any money and had a little argument so that I could get the right food. McDonald's is over for me.

One of the few Burger Kings where we really consciously and enjoy going. I've never had cold food like in Marburg. The staff is friendly, the branch manager is willing to make sure everyone has a good time and even asks how you like it. If something does happen, something is given as a replacement without much discussion. My burger was also freshly made again. Great attention is paid to cleanliness here, even when there is a lot going on. Things look really different in Giessen in high times. So we really enjoy going here. Personally, I don't have a drink dispenser to refill. :) otherwise everything is great.

The worst and most overpriced fast food I've had in a long time. Cold, limp fries, without salt. Completely forgot the mayonnaise ordered, but there were a few curly fries in it that I hadn't ordered. Burger also cold and poorly topped. Taste is great. No sun, lots of shade. Better avoid this store!

Chilli cheese nuggets and the sugar and cinnamon with the churros were missing. A straw was also missing. Very annoying, the nuggets in particular are not a bargain.
