Longest wait I have ever experienced

The classic chicken dishes are varied through special promotions.

We ordered a regular meal during the "All You Can Eat" period. The restaurant was full, but the food arrived quickly and the service was attentive. It was clean. I would definitely stop here again.

If it has to be fast food, then KFC is the way to go. Very tasty and, most importantly, the food matches the pictures. So you get what was promised.

What the heck? I was hungry and had to wait 6-7 minutes, no joke, dude. This isn't fast food, this is... I don't know, I can't speak English. The guys behind the till were okay, I don't know their names, but give them a raise. It's important to mention that my friend's fries or burger weren't made, which wasn't great and made him sad. Fast food isn't called that for nothing, but we would have to wait a very long time here. Everyone who came after us was served before us.

This time, my food was even brought to my table, as there was a slight wait due to fresh preparation. Therefore, I rate the service as perfect – the staff is always very friendly otherwise.

Fast service, excellent service

The guy speaks several languages, including Russian, which pleasantly surprised me. Orders are processed quickly, even with the queue. Everything is organized to the highest standard. And most importantly, the premises are clean, tidy, and everything is tidy.

I have never waited so long for a fast food meal in my life. Stood waiting for over 10 minutes and during that time not a *single* order was completed. Two guys just standing around and talking while half-finished orders go cold sitting on their respective trays. Terrible; go to the nearby McDonalds instead.

Very long wait for the food. Everyone who ordered without using the machine was served instantly, while customers using the machine were given the cold shoulder. In addition, you absolutely have to open your bags on-site and check that everything is actually inside.

Waiting times of less than 1 hour... At least 10 minutes and longer. This place is a joke.

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ Overall, I was satisfied with my visit to KFC. The food was fresh and tasty, especially the chicken, which was crispy and juicy. The staff were friendly and the order was prepared quickly. The dining area was clean. All in all, a good visit – I'd gladly come again.

Ich kann es empfehlen, aber die Pommes sind wirklich furchtbar, und das ist schon der dritte Punktabzug. Der Rest des Essens ist okay.

Bei 2/2 Besuchen in dem Restaurant haben wir mehr als 50 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet, obwohl es nicht besonders voll war. Hat nichts mehr mit Fast Good zu tun an dem Punkt. An sonsten halt ein 08/15 KFC.

Fast Food halt, aber nicht mein Essen! Egal was, es schmeckt alles irgendwie gleich. Pommes können sie leider nicht! Weich, blass und versalzen! Pommes kann nur McD 🤷 Personal war aber sehr freundlich 😉

An und für sich gut, aber dafür das zu meinem Zeitpunkt nicht viel los war, hat die Bestellung einfach viel zu lange gedauert und Essen war dann auch fast kalt

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Keine normale traditionelle Hähnchenbox mit Gewürzen. Sie versuchen, den Kunden Hähnchenflügel oder -finger aufzuzwingen. Die Art und Weise, wie dieser Laden geführt wird, ist schamlos. Geben Sie dort lieber kein Geld aus, bis alle Anforderungen von K.C. erfüllt sind.

The toilet wasn't very clean. However, there was also very little staff, who could barely keep up with the workload. But the food was good and the staff were friendly.

Delicious food and a very friendly team. Even though we ordered the wrong food, the shift supervisor, Abdo, helped us quickly, easily, and very kindly, and corrected the order. Highly recommended!

Great shop, very friendly staff

Overall, we were satisfied. Our desired chicken pieces weren't initially available, but they were being freshly prepared. The staff member kindly informed us and asked if that was alright with us. We appreciated that. As a result, we received piping hot and fresh chicken pieces. The restrooms are free to use, but they could be cleaned more thoroughly. Also, the ventilation system creates a strong draft in some areas of the dining room, making it quite chilly. There is ample parking available.

This is the second time our takeaway order hasn't been fully packed. This time, however, we checked and complained. A €10 token was missing, after all. Of course, we complained. We got an embarrassed smile... not even an apology. So be careful... always check!

Very friendly service. The food was piping hot, unlike at some McDonald's. In Hesse, burgers usually arrive cold. So, 5 stars.

The food in this restaurant is okay, but there are some downsides, such as the fact that there is only cold water and no toilet paper in the children's bathroom, the air conditioning in the room only blows cold air, and the lamps are covered with cobwebs (Halloween is over, right?) and dust!

This is seriously the worst KFC I've ever been to. The food is dry and disgusting; it's probably been sitting in the warmer for an hour. The fries are soggy, and even the milkshakes are full of ice crystals.

Service was easy, excellent, and straightforward; the visit to the restaurant was very pleasant. Ordering from the self-service kiosk took about 3-5 minutes for my favorites. Depending on the flavor selection, it could take a little longer. Six minutes later, everything was ready, and I was able to enjoy my order in peace. The restrooms are free for guests to use. Just a KFC on the highway. I actually only wanted to grab a quick burger at the Restaurant zur Möwe (Restaurant by the Seagull) at the same location, but the lines were so long that I turned around and went to KFC instead. It was much less crowded here. Ordering at the kiosk was no problem. About a 5-minute wait for the Crispy Chicken Burger. The staff were busy but friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant was quite dirty. The restrooms, however, were clean.

A friendly reminder of special offers. Patiently explained the dishes to first-time customers. Several lactose-free dishes are available, and the labeling in the app is easy to understand.

In my opinion, KFC is one of the best fast-food chains out there, and this one doesn't disappoint. You can refill your drink cups (maybe not allowed). There's no table service. Currently, there are a lot of cheese-laden dishes on offer; if you like warm cheese, these are definitely recommended.

We ate there as a family today, and I can only say that the employee at the front counter (dark eyes, dark hair, a bit shorter) is doing a fantastic job. Despite the stress, he remains patient, friendly, and, above all, organized. You can only wish for such a good employee. I hope he earns enough, because they should definitely try to keep him!

After eating, it becomes clear to everyone why there are lines at the McD. around the corner and why KFC is empty. The fries, in particular, are abysmal: raw, with some rotten spots on the outside.

We wanted to grab some quick crispy chicken or filet bites to take with us on the go, as we didn't have much time to eat in. Unfortunately, we had to wait 25 minutes for the food, which is far too long for a fast-food restaurant. We did get a drink to compensate for the long wait, but that was after 15 minutes and didn't really make it any better. The nuggets were also overseasoned, a bit spicy, which isn't what we're used to. Sorry, but that's not acceptable. I wasn't really looking forward to it and was sadly disappointed.

I can't recommend this place for a rest stop on the highway. The restrooms were dirty, and the overall atmosphere also seemed dingy to me. It may be my problem, but I don't like the impersonal, finger-palmed ordering terminal. The value for money isn't right; the fries and chicken bites (what are those anyway?) are too expensive and didn't taste good to me. The cold air conditioning was unpleasant; it not only made me shiver, but also quickly made the food cold.
