The toilet wasn't very clean. However, there was also very little staff, who could barely keep up with the workload. But the food was good and the staff were friendly.

Overall, we were satisfied. Our desired chicken pieces weren't initially available, but they were being freshly prepared. The staff member kindly informed us and asked if that was alright with us. We appreciated that. As a result, we received piping hot and fresh chicken pieces. The restrooms are free to use, but they could be cleaned more thoroughly. Also, the ventilation system creates a strong draft in some areas of the dining room, making it quite chilly. There is ample parking available.

This is the second time our takeaway order hasn't been fully packed. This time, however, we checked and complained. A €10 token was missing, after all. Of course, we complained. We got an embarrassed smile... not even an apology. So be careful... always check!

The food in this restaurant is okay, but there are some downsides, such as the fact that there is only cold water and no toilet paper in the children's bathroom, the air conditioning in the room only blows cold air, and the lamps are covered with cobwebs (Halloween is over, right?) and dust!

This is seriously the worst KFC I've ever been to. The food is dry and disgusting; it's probably been sitting in the warmer for an hour. The fries are soggy, and even the milkshakes are full of ice crystals.

Just a KFC on the highway. I actually only wanted to grab a quick burger at the Restaurant zur Möwe (Restaurant by the Seagull) at the same location, but the lines were so long that I turned around and went to KFC instead. It was much less crowded here. Ordering at the kiosk was no problem. About a 5-minute wait for the Crispy Chicken Burger. The staff were busy but friendly. Unfortunately, the restaurant was quite dirty. The restrooms, however, were clean.

Service was easy, excellent, and straightforward; the visit to the restaurant was very pleasant. Ordering from the self-service kiosk took about 3-5 minutes for my favorites. Depending on the flavor selection, it could take a little longer. Six minutes later, everything was ready, and I was able to enjoy my order in peace. The restrooms are free for guests to use. Thank you for your visit.

In my opinion, KFC is one of the best fast-food chains out there, and this one doesn't disappoint. You can refill your drink cups (maybe not allowed). There's no table service. Currently, there are a lot of cheese-laden dishes on offer; if you like warm cheese, these are definitely recommended.

A friendly reminder of special offers. Patiently explained the dishes to first-time customers. Several lactose-free dishes are available, and the labeling in the app is easy to understand.

We ate there as a family today, and I can only say that the employee at the front counter (dark eyes, dark hair, a bit shorter) is doing a fantastic job. Despite the stress, he remains patient, friendly, and, above all, organized. You can only wish for such a good employee. I hope he earns enough, because they should definitely try to keep him!

After eating, it becomes clear to everyone why there are lines at the McD. around the corner and why KFC is empty. The fries, in particular, are abysmal: raw, with some rotten spots on the outside.

We wanted to grab some quick crispy chicken or filet bites to take with us on the go, as we didn't have much time to eat in. Unfortunately, we had to wait 25 minutes for the food, which is far too long for a fast-food restaurant. We did get a drink to compensate for the long wait, but that was after 15 minutes and didn't really make it any better. The nuggets were also overseasoned, a bit spicy, which isn't what we're used to. Sorry, but that's not acceptable. I wasn't really looking forward to it and was sadly disappointed.

I can't recommend this place for a rest stop on the highway. The restrooms were dirty, and the overall atmosphere also seemed dingy to me. It may be my problem, but I don't like the impersonal, finger-palmed ordering terminal. The value for money isn't right; the fries and chicken bites (what are those anyway?) are too expensive and didn't taste good to me. The cold air conditioning was unpleasant; it not only made me shiver, but also quickly made the food cold.

Delicious in itself, and the staff are friendly. But when they close at 11:00 PM and you can't get a milkshake at 10:43 PM, it's just annoying. A little tip: There's a McDonald's across the street that serves milkshakes until 10:59 PM. It kept us well supplied!

Ideally located on the A5, Pfefferhöhe, near Alsfeld. The chicken is delicious, fries aren't my thing, but that's purely a matter of taste. The service is super friendly and very attentive! 😁👍 The ambiance is modern, and the small kids' corner is great for the little ones. The parking is also great...especially for RVs!

My second visit to this KFC. The first time, I ordered via the app, and the pickup was straightforward. The food tasted okay, but not a highlight. The corn on the cob was very hot. It's a shame they don't offer a sachet of salt. Shocking that they now charge €4 for half a corn on the cob 😡 On my second visit, I tried to redeem the feedback coupon for three free hot wings. The small print states that there's a minimum order value of €6. I can't book the drive-thru deal with two burgers in the app, but only at the window, and they won't accept my free coupon... Total chaos, a completely confusing pricing policy, and unfortunately, employees with limited German skills in the drive-thru who couldn't help at all other than "We don't have that" and "that doesn't work" 🙄🤷‍♂️ Frustrated, I then drove away and ate at the competitor's. A real shame.

For a large rest stop, I expected a clean restroom here—I would have preferred to go into the bushes. If I had seen this restroom before eating, I would have backed out. Unfortunately, I didn't have a cell phone with me; I would have liked to take a picture. The food was okay, but it wasn't crispy; it had probably been sitting on the counter too long for that. But the meat was super tender and tasty. Friendly staff. The atmosphere was average.

Control is good, but control is better. Things are often held back here. If this happens twice, it's a daily occurrence.

I've rarely experienced anything like this. You can't order at the counter, only at the terminal. The food was ready quickly. Then the big disappointment: the store is filthy. Tables, chairs, floors. Absolutely disgusting. There's only one high chair for children, and it was also so dirty. I had to change my toddler's diaper. No paper towels in the restroom, the changing table was a disgrace. It was also really dirty. We wanted to order something again at the terminal, but no receipt came out to pay. The employees were completely overwhelmed and unable to understand that we had just ordered at the terminal and now couldn't pay because no receipt came out. And on top of that, the store was freezing cold. NEVER AGAIN!!!
