I had to wait 15 minutes because the wings were freshly prepared. I got a free cookie for it.

We had a Family Bucket at the drive-thru, the chicken pieces were almost cold and the chicken pieces themselves felt like they were from the leftovers. So not fresh, but probably dried up leftovers and super tough.

As a plan B at the Pfefferhöhe service area, it was okay because the hotel restaurant was closed. Nice service. Food Tasty fast food

The chicken wasn't cooked properly, there's only Pepsi Zero left and the schwip schwap didn't taste like schwip schwap at all, so I had to throw it away in the toilet. The soap dispensers in the toilet were also empty. My worst KFC experience so far, can't recommend anyone to eat here.

Ordered a dip bucket there to take away yesterday. The taste of the food itself was okay, the fries and the chicken pieces were lukewarm and soggy after a short journey - I can't judge what they were like when they were delivered, but probably not really hot. The revenge afterwards that night. I threw up all the food and then suddenly felt fine again. Even thinking about the food now makes me sick.

Very good alternative to burger houses. It tasted pretty good. Large chicken pieces dripping with fat, only limited finger food. Coleslaw delicious.

A relatively new KFC with the usual offerings. Clean and located in a truck stop directly on the A5 motorway. The parking spaces for the restaurant are a little hidden behind, just follow the drive-in.

Food was OK, but the drinks were so diluted that no one liked them. It doesn't help to be able to take delivery for free either.

Unfortunately you can only order from the machine 😡 if you have questions, a machine like this just doesn't answer 🤷🏽 the nice employee tried to help me and tried to explain what I wanted to know, but since he didn't speak German enough, that's it been difficult. The food was OK. The toilet paper holder in the toilet was broken and was lying on the floor. Because of the hassle with the machine at the beginning, I wasn't able to enjoy the food. Digitization everywhere 🤮 at least for those who don't want to order from the machine there should be the option of doing so directly with the employees. Conclusion: We haven't been going to McDonald's and Burgerking for a long time, and we probably won't be going to KFC anymore either.

The chicken tasted like blood. Very small portions. Nothing to do with the KFC of other countries.

Some chicken pieces were in the deep fryer for too long... There are only zero drinks left! Only apple spritzer and lipton are sweetly crazy in a fast food restaurant where you pay almost €40 for three drinks and you don't even get normal soft drinks

As is now the case everywhere, only ordering via touchscreen. I find the ambience to be rather train station-like and takes some getting used to, and the food itself is only partially edible.

KFC is actually quite tasty if you're in the mood for fast food. But this branch is somehow not well organized and clean. There was also no choice of desserts, which surprised me.

Admittedly, it was quite late, but you should probably mention when ordering that there is actually nothing left! Instead, there was a “Family Bucket” which consisted almost exclusively of wings. The chicken pieces were downright ridiculous and consisted mostly of bones! The burger had to be kept warm for ages, it was completely dry and had something like toast on it! I've never experienced anything like that in other KFC branches, it's absolutely ridiculous what I got here, for a total price of over €32!

There are several terminals to place your order yourself and then wait until your number is called to receive the finished food. Lean system. There were three people working behind the counter when I visited. The wait felt like forever. There was also some confusion behind the counter. The customer volume was four orders. But why did it take so long? After the menu I bought water and coffee. 6Euro50... awesome! I had to wait a few minutes for the coffee. It was ready under the coffee machine, but the staff processed other orders and forgot about me for a while. The men's toilets were dingy and covered in pee. Of course, this is primarily due to the behavior of the customers. Extremely unfortunate!!! Maybe the toilets should just be checked more. It spoils the experience of visiting a restaurant.

Always extremely crowded and you have to wait a relatively long time for your food for a fast food restaurant...so always plan for the waiting time... Danger! Some chicken pieces are not cooked through! After complaining, they just shrugged their shoulders, took the piece down with a napkin and put something else on the tray. The fries were also cold and were replaced. Never again KFC in Alsfeld!!! I would have expected an apology.

Fries are disgustingly sticky, burgers are cold, employees are making private calls on their cell phones, overpriced, people are calling after you to put your tablet away, really horrible place. I would have loved to pepper the citizen through the counter area at the back!

All drinks without sugar. The chicken meat was dry and hard. The Kentucky bbq sandwich tastes completely different. Horror.

So disgusting!!!! I gave the disgusting food back.. Almost puked on the tray. The meat is raw and completely fatty and wobbly. You can't eat what has been fretted and it's also undefinable!!! Fries ice cream cold and sticks hard definitely from the day before... The Pepsi was just water... And you have to pay €15 for the crap... People for 15 euros it's better to go to a pizzeria and eat something good!!!! Unfortunately PS had to give one star, normal minus 20 stars

SLOW, way too slow. You wait at least 20 minutes for your order. Although there are only 2 orders on the scoreboard. Staff doesn't even say hello. Private calls are made and work is done too slowly. The ambience is nice, but it is also very confusing to get into the courtyard. I definitely do NOT recommend it! I would also like to give 0 stars.

Completely overpriced - after I saw the prices I left the store straight away - pure extortion...! In addition, you couldn't order in person at the counter but had to fiddle around with a terminal with a touchscreen - as a customer you don't feel welcome at all - that's not possible.

Typical rest stop flair, but that can't be changed. The food is good, not cheap, but tasty. Service was rather semi-semi, as the employees, although there were plenty of them, were quite slow, seemed a bit overwhelmed and also seemed disorganized. Overall, it's okay to take a break and eat something, but with certain competitors who specialize in burgers, it's quicker and more organized.

‼️ We were there today on April 21st, 2024 at 7:45 p.m. with my daughter and wanted to have something changed in the order. We were looked at really strangely, an employee even came out to look at us. For whatever reason . Later we realized that the cola had no taste at all and was just a bit dark, so they just mixed it with water. Dips for the chicken were not included either. So I can only advise people against these overpriced things. But also, above all, how staff treat customers. We'll never go there again.

Plastic chairs, iced tea tastes like water, Pepsi heavily diluted, food cold. KFC is just not KFC

MA were friendly but unfortunately not very fast, but I think it was more due to the understaffing. Lopy area was clean so far.

Kentucky Fried Chicken offers screen-only ordering, with no face-to-face advice. Payment is made, if in cash, to an employee. The food was available quickly. However, the price seems too high for what is offered. The toilets were very unclean and the rubbish left behind after a meal is considerable and not up to date. It would be desirable if the fast food chain would switch to tableware at some point.

Hectic atmosphere, hence unfriendly, impersonal service at the point of delivery. It may have been due to the holiday traffic - I won't go there again for average and overpriced food.

We wanted to take a break there with our baby. Apparently they weren't allowed to warm up the porridge. There was also no way to get a socket for the glass warmer we had brought with us. "Let's not do it." Contrary to what was advertised, the toilets were not clean either; there was a lack of toilet paper and soap, which were refilled after 30 minutes. The dining room is probably only wiped irregularly. Bright spot: there is a changing table. However, the one from rubbermaid doesn't seem particularly stable and is attached far too low to the wall. I didn't even try the food after that. My husband was happy with the burger, for me it was the first and last visit to KFC.

Hello. There were a lot of people when we arrived, but we didn't wait long. The wait staff was at zero. We wanted to ask something and it seemed to me that we were annoying them a lot. The meat was good but the fries were cold. The tables were cleaned and wiped, I am responding to previous review. First time in my life at KFC, it was very good.

Everything is really OK. The staff was friendly and helpful for newbies. Everything was clean and tidy too. The parking lot was a bit tight.

The service in the reception was simply not existing. The receptionist wanted to charge me for a dobbel room since he had No single room left??? Been to over 100 countrys and hvaen never seen this. He's a fat arrogant ignorant slob. Dresses like it and acts like it. Have used the hotel hundreds of times since 1990. Have often rekommended it but never again. Was not given a room even to the price of a dobbel.

Chicken parts dry and no trace of back or nut. The chicken part was a chicken wing with a little appendix. Never again.

Unfortunately it was very dirty, I even felt disgusted about washing my hands there. It's a shame that the health department doesn't see something like that. The staff was busy chatting instead of cleaning up something. If I feel hungry again on the way, I'll probably choose another fast-food restaurant!

After eating it, my friend and I started feeling sick, the effect lasted for several hours.

I am very disappointed. When I visited the kfc in alsfeld I was greeted by foreign visitors, I guess they wanted to say hello to me (unfortunately I can't speak Lebanese with a Turkish accent) when I got my 11 hot wings bucket bakam there were unfortunately only 10 products in there after I complained I got another little piece and was happy with that. But when I went out I saw that I only got the last leftovers from all the products, which didn't correspond to my purchase price. It could be that in Sudan there are only 2 types of preparation (dead or alive) but here in Germany there is a standard here I'll never go there again.

Toilets cramped, not entirely clean. Too few employees, payment terminal didn't work. Employees were busy with other tasks, then I left without eating in the restaurant.

Order came on time and was delicious as always. Voucher from app worked well. Paper roll at the terminal was empty. Tables were not clean (from the previous ones).

I actually really enjoy going to KFC. This time it wasn't pleasant. Chicken was ok, the fries were soggy. But the team was friendly. Unfortunately there was no way to clear away the tray (the cart was gone). I hope it will be better next time.

That was a really bad experience. Everything was lukewarm, cold in places and a spoon and napkins were missing. What else can you say about that? And at a fairly high price... Update January 31, 2024 Shortly after that day I contacted KFC again directly and asked them to at least issue me a voucher for this amount. Nothing came. No feedback, no word of regret and of course no voucher. This way you can evade responsibility and further scare away your guests...

So schlecht habe ich noch bei Fried Chicken gegessen. Der Laden war mässig voll, viele tische waren besetzt und die freien Tische weder abgeräumt noch gewischt. Erst nach Aufforderung gegenüber dem Personal wurde es erledigt. Die Burger matschig und die Pommes kalt. Lediglich der abgepackte Salat konnte an das gewohnte ran reichen. Das muss besser sein und dem Standard der Kette entsprechen.

Einer der Mitarbeiter kam aus der Toilette und hat sich nicht die Hände gewaschen. Hab sofort die Einrichtung verlassen und werde dort auch nie wieder was essen!

Pommes war nicht so richtig heiß. Chicken Wings war auch nicht so gut. Nur Zinger hat geschmeckt. Sowieso KFC ist teuer.
