My second visit to this KFC. The first time, I ordered via the app, and the pickup was straightforward. The food tasted okay, but not a highlight. The corn on the cob was very hot. It's a shame they don't offer a sachet of salt. Shocking that they now charge €4 for half a corn on the cob 😡 On my second visit, I tried to redeem the feedback coupon for three free hot wings. The small print states that there's a minimum order value of €6. I can't book the drive-thru deal with two burgers in the app, but only at the window, and they won't accept my free coupon... Total chaos, a completely confusing pricing policy, and unfortunately, employees with limited German skills in the drive-thru who couldn't help at all other than "We don't have that" and "that doesn't work" 🙄🤷‍♂️ Frustrated, I then drove away and ate at the competitor's. A real shame.

But the meat was super tender and tasty. Friendly staff. The atmosphere was average.

Absolutely disgusting. There's only one high chair for children, and it was also so dirty. I had to change my toddler's diaper. No paper towels in the restroom, the changing table was a disgrace. It was also really dirty. We wanted to order something again at the terminal, but no receipt came out to pay. The employees were completely overwhelmed and unable to understand that we had just ordered at the terminal and now couldn't pay because no receipt came out. And on top of that, the store was freezing cold. NEVER AGAIN!!!

So honestly... what was that? They ordered fries with a burger and a SchwippSchwapp (swallow swill). They paid by card at the machine, and hey presto... the printer paper was empty. If you didn't remember the number, you were just out of luck. They got a bag, put it down by the drinks machines, and hey presto, the bag was soaked because no one there was even able to quickly wipe down the counter. They then tried to fill the cup, but instead of SchwippSchwapp, only water came out; apparently, the syrup was gone. Seated with subterranean satisfaction at the dirty table where you could still snack on the last person's leftovers, you finally rejoiced in the moment of being able to enjoy your fries... unfortunately, this moment of joy was short-lived because the fries weren't cooked through, and you were treated to what something raw can taste like. The food mush from his mouth felt like being shovelled onto one of the soggy napkins, which had seen some water in its dispenser from the flooded drink dispenser table. The burger was fine, unlike my colleague's wraps, and hopefully, no complaints afterwards. All in all, the organization was absolutely abysmal; I've never experienced anything like it at any McDonald's or Burger King before. Simply restocking printer paper, wiping down the tables, refilling the syrup in the drink mixers, or checking that the fries are cooked through are things that don't require too much effort but would have saved us a huge hassle. We will definitely not be visiting this place again.

I just went to the KFS near the camp, ate quickly and without unnecessary fuss. The service is normal, the food is standard, like in other branches. If you want a quick bite - it's quite suitable.

Only because the employee who cleans up the client area said that he personally took my thing to the lost property room. But strangely, my cap disappeared from there. Was there on Saturday February 1st, 2025, we had two people 2 menus ordered cost 31 euros. It was underground for the price and not worth the money! It's a shame to charge such a price for 1 burger, small fries, 3 hot wings and coleslaw and a soft drink per person. You should ask yourself whether You should avoid such shops. The tables are dirty and there are not enough staff. Apparently you as a customer are just paying animals and are supposed to take everything as it comes and accept everything as it is. For that price you would have gotten a decent pizza with a drink

There is a parking lot for trucks there. I was there, weekend break. But apparently the parking lot at KFC is too small, because cars parked in our parking lot and people went to the bar. Unfortunately the food was just mediocre, burgers were cold and soggy, mashed potatoes were just not tasty. The restaurant was well attended and it looked accordingly. The tables were never wiped down, which unfortunately was also reflected in the toilet.

A KFC where I often stop and eat something. There is always a free parking space, the toilets are okay, cleaned regularly and use is free. The food has always met expectations so far. When I read that people are annoyed about cold fries, I can understand that and I don't like it either, but I can't complain so far. Once the cola was very watery and when I noticed it, an employee was already working on the dispenser. I got a new cup and the new cola was as expected. In any case, the employees have always been correct and friendly. All in all, a reliable restaurant with a great view if you sit towards the back parking lot.

The fries are an absolute disaster and taste bland, but they are also crispy like al dente pasta. 😅 You can order via the well-known terminals and drinks come with refills. The location itself wasn't big but it was clean. There are another 30 parking spaces behind the restaurant. So you can go out to eat, but you can also leave it alone.
