Die Bedienung dauerte 25 Minuten. Kunden, die nach mir bestellt hatten, wurden zuerst bedient. Meine Bestellung stand 10 Minuten lang kalt im Abholfach. Ich bin alles andere als zufrieden.

Drecks Laden. Essen war kalt und Personal zeigt kein Verständnis. Haben nicht mal neues warme Essen dafür bekommen! Komme nie wieder hier her. Würde es keinem weiter empfehlen!

Haben etwas bestellt am Bestellkasten und mit Karte gezahlt da haben wir leider zu spät gemerkt das Burger King unterbesetzt war und da wir es eilig hatten wollten wir es stornieren dies ging aber laut der Dame an der Kasse nicht weil wir nicht an der Kasse bestellt hatten somit hätten wir kein Essen und das Geld war auch weg kein entgegen kommen von der Dame an der Kasse so macht man die Gastronomie kaputt sehr Schade

Wir bestellen hier ziemlich oft, aber die letzten beiden Male haben sie entweder nur ein Schnitzel statt zwei geliefert oder den extra Käse vergessen, und heute haben sie die Soße vergessen. Ansonsten ist es aber sehr lecker 👍

Bestellung war schnell und komplett fertig. Parkplätze genug vorhanden. Sogar E Ladestationen. Toiletten und Restaurant gepflegt

Ein sehr gepflegter Burger King mit freundlichen und zuvorkommenden Mitarbeitenden. Sofern ich die Strecke fahre stelle ich sicher hier einen Halt einzulegen, um in einem der wenigen gehobeneren Burger Kings mehrere Genussmomente zu haben. Die Fertigstellung erfolgte rasch und die Burger samt Beilagen waren dennoch frisch bzw. heiß. Ich bin sehr froh drum diesen Burger King mindestens einmal im Jahr aufsuchen zu können. Neben dem Burger King in 55494 Rheinböllen ist dies mein Lieblings Burger King!

Sehr sauber, schön eingerichtet und super Service. Essen mega frisch und super lecker. Absolute Empfehlung!

Wenn uns unsere Reise in die Gehend führt, fahren wir seit letztem Jahr nur noch diesen BK an. Sauberster Burger King bisher auf unseren Autofahrten. Und super freundliches Personal! Danke! Davon können sich viele andere BK Filialen in Deutschland inspirieren lassen 👍

Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von meinem Besuch bei Burger King. Ich hatte zwei Fusion Smart-Ices und einen Shake bestellt, dazu zwei Shake Baklava, insgesamt 17,98 Euro. Es war eine absolute Katastrophe. In einem der Ices war ein Plastikstück, das andere war schon komplett geschmolzen und hat alles in der Schublade versaut. Und dazu kam noch, dass der Strohhalm ständig kaputtging, weil er aus Pappe war. Und das alles für so einen hohen Preis – das ist einfach eine riesige Enttäuschung. Ich werde dort so schnell nicht mehr hingehen.

Der etwas bessere Burger King. Hier fällt auch der Ladestop angenehm und kurzweilig aus. Die Burger werden in bester Qualität zubereitet, Tische sind sehr sauber und der Service ist im Vergleich zu anderen Restaurants der Kette wesentlich freundlicher.

Man bekommt das erwartete Menü. Dies aber in einem sauberen gepflegtem Lokal mit freundlichem und engagiertem Personal. Dies ist mein zweiter Besuch, auch wegen der Nähe zur Autobahn.

Eis super schöner BurgerKing. Wir waren zwei Mal da, Hin- & Rückfahrt. Unglaublich freundliches Personal, fast keiner da, Essen war sofort fertig & unglaublich saubere Toiletten. Wir wurden sogar wiedererkannt! Sehr empfehlenswert!

Ich komme sehr gerne hierher. Gemütliches Ambiente, leckeres Essen, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, erstklassiger Service. Sauber und schön. Wir genießen es, zu essen, Kaffee und Tee zu trinken und einfach eine schöne Zeit zu verbringen.

Das Essen war soweit okay, Fast-Food halt. Schmeckt ja schon irgendwie geil, aber im nachhinein ärgert man sich immer 🫣 Der Service hier ist super, top Team 👍 Das Ambiente, finde ich, ist schon lange nicht mehr daß was es mal war 🤷🏼‍♂️

Positiv überrascht! Nach den andauernden Enttäuschungen mit der Filiale Lauterbach, war es heute ein Genuss dort zu Essen! Zum ersten Mal konnte ich einen Tortilla essen (gibt es in Lauterbach bis heute nicht). Spielzeuge für das Kids-Menü alle da. Super saubere Filiale, ganz tolles Personal (Gruß an die Frau mit dem Ketchup). Selbst das Essen sieht real so aus wie auf den Werbetafeln. Da fahre ich in Zukunft lieber bis nach Alsfeld.

We can only echo the previous comments. Super clean, super nice ladies who meticulously tidy, keep everything clean, and decorate. We'll gladly come back here on our next trip on the A5.

I ordered 9 chili cheeses and the waiter deliberately gave me only 6 and the order doesn't fit either..I've never had a worse burger king in Germany!!!

I have to say I'm not a fast-food person at all. I hate those weird self-service kiosks. But the kids really wanted to go. The food was okay. The service was good. Very friendly staff.

Appalling customer service. Doesn't speak a word of German. Some items are missing. When asked for mayo, the foreigner makes a scene. He can't read either. Avoid, avoid, avoid this shop, or hire decent staff.

Friendly staff. It wasn't too crowded during our visit... several charging stations directly in the parking lot as well as at the gas station next door.

A truly fantastic restaurant! Super clean, great service, and the food was prepared quickly – we were even served at our table. That's really good service. As vegetarians, we had so much choice – it was amazing! We usually go to McDonald's on motorway trips, but from now on, we're definitely Team Burger King. The food was significantly better – especially the vegetarian options! Superb :)

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the restaurant. The tables had been wiped down and all the chairs were neatly arranged. The staff was very friendly and attentive. We will remember it fondly and would gladly return if we are ever in the area again.

Very unpleasant staff, the manager even worse! He should be fired given his behavior towards his customers. Dirty, poorly maintained restaurant, the food was of poor quality. Avoid, don't waste your time stopping to eat there.

A 0.4 liter drink was delivered instead of a 0.5 liter, all 6 sauces were missing, and the 2 squeezable pouches were also missing. When I asked for information, I was treated rudely, with no apology. The sauces were carelessly thrown onto the counter as if I wanted them as a gift. When I asked if this was the right kind of service, I was shown zero understanding. I was subsequently expelled from the store and threatened with the police. And all this happened in front of two children, 5 and 3 years old. I recommend that the store management watch the video recording and then take action, train employees on friendliness and customer service, or rather, customer satisfaction. It should be a matter of course to give the goods paid for by the customer, and if a mistake does occur, to apologize and not react angrily. If you read the reviews, it seems that ordered goods are missing quite often in this store. And we're not the first to be treated rudely.

A complete disaster – Burger King is a must-try! First, the drinks are out, then there's no ketchup, and of course, no kids' squeezes either – it's almost a tradition, showing how much can go wrong here. When I politely inquired, the woman at the counter treated me rudely and even aggressively. Honestly, I've rarely experienced anything like this. If you're in the mood for no food, a bad mood, and no service, this is the place for you. For everyone else, go somewhere else!

The Burger King was clean, the staff friendly, and the parking situation was easy. However, the route to the Burger King was a bit complicated and difficult to find without a navigation system.

How many times have I been there for the chili cheese nuggets, and every time I get them reheated. Such disgusting.

Burger King, as you'd expect. During our visit, the staff seemed a bit overwhelmed. Many orders were incomplete. Unfortunately, our burgers weren't hot. I can't say whether this happens often.

We were at this restaurant on September 11th from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. The total bill was approximately €25. We wanted to charge our cell phone, but after just two minutes, the outlet stopped working. I went to report it, and the person at the counter, Muhamed, replied, "We don't know why." No action was taken, and I think they intentionally turned off the outlet. We were here yesterday, too, and this problem didn't exist. Please check with the staff.

Burger King is 1,000,000% better than McDonald's. McDonald's gave my dad something else because his food wasn't ready. And one of my fries was green at McDonald's. Burger King has never disappointed me. 5 stars

Incredibly disrespectful behavior! Even though I placed an order, I was forbidden to sit down with my own drink. That's not how you treat your guests! If you treat your customers so contemptuous, you shouldn't be surprised if no one comes to you anymore.

The staff is always very friendly and attentive. The food is quick and fresh. Ordering kiosks are available, and Pluxees are accepted.

Visit 03/21/25 10:06 - 10:30 AM This is probably the cleanest and friendliest Burger King we've ever experienced. A Croatian employee, who has been working there for at least 15 years, told us that everything was in top condition and under control. The food was hot and tasty. The restaurant, including the outdoor area, was spotlessly clean. The franchisee can be truly proud of this employee and what he does. Absolutely exemplary. We'll be back as soon as our route (from North Rhine-Westphalia to Frankfurt) takes us past this place again!! Thanks to the gentleman whose name we unfortunately didn't write down!

Food: Was tasty and good as usual from Burger King. Burgers also looked appetizing. Extra requests were taken into account. Service: The staff was friendly despite the restaurant being full, but looked very stressed. We had to wait at least 10 minutes for our food and then not everything was ready. This was then kindly brought to our table. Ambience: The restaurant was clean and tidy. The atmosphere in the large room was loud and slightly echoing.

The facility is quite clean. Have been several times in the evening with my daughter. The child chose a box in which there was a burger, French fries, juice and a toy. I tasted a burger with onion rings and bacon. All dishes were hot and sizzling. The staff is very welcoming and friendly

We visited in the evening, payment can only be made using a card (cash is not accepted); all the food was barely warm (almost cold), the onion rings were good; It’s cold outside and the air conditioner is cool in the room (you won’t sit inside for long, you’ll freeze)

Long wait even though there was nothing going on Burgers only lukewarm, the lattice potatoes weren't even lukewarm. Were swapped for new ones, they were a little warmer but muddy or dry, kept warm for far too long.

The staff is cheating when they spend the rest. But he doesn't behave culturally.

No toilet paper, vegan families are cheated with cow's milk ice cream in the plant-based children's box. If you asked, you could then purchase the “not available” squeeze. Apparently they ordered ice cream. In fact, there was no selection option on the terminal and no warning that the usual squeeze slide (which you can also see in the picture) had been replaced. This borders on gaslighting.

We have been there regularly for 3 years and stop there with the children. Charging station available, rooms have always been clean, the outdoor slide is in good condition, food is often brought to our table and the staff has always been very friendly. Despite our child accidentally breaking a flower pot, everyone was super nice and understanding. Since the children were born, we have always enjoyed stopping here because of its child and customer friendliness.

2020: Super nice employees, food hot, very clean. Highly recommended. 2024: Hasn't changed in terms of employees. We only had a coffee with milk today. Everything was very clean. It's the most beautiful BK I've seen. You travel a lot with a trike, so you've already visited a lot of BKs.

My husband and I were traveling on our motorcycles on July 17th, 2022. As I said in advance, we are not exactly fast food seekers, the long motorcycle tour and quick hunger brought us to this branch in Alsfeld. Our surprise was that we had to pay a bill of €18.60 for a small big king menu and a long chicken burger menu. After ordering, everything went on its way quite unfriendly, taciturn but nevertheless quickly. As is the case when traveling through, we went to the table with a great appetite. And now comes the problem that can take a customer's breath away!!! Both burgers were as good as COLD!!! The hamburger dough is superimposed and the drink is virtually non-carbonated. It shouldn't bother us, but two cold 🍔 for €18.60 just isn't necessary. After a bite of the COLD burger, I went to the checkout and asked: Could we please get 2 fresh warm 🍔? The answer was from a broken German-speaking employee, no problem. Hamburger is good and fresh. After what felt like 5 minutes of discussion, other customers who were following the conversation at the checkout were also upset about the same problem. Simply not only ours but also the other guests were cold and overwhelmed. As the response from the other customers increased, the entire staff came to the checkout and joined in the discussion. The bottom line was that my husband and I + the other customers at the checkout felt like they were in an oriental bazaar. There was no agreement, just statements from the entire staff that everything was good and there was no money back or hot burger. So we, like other guests, were all hungry because there was no food and we left the branch in disbelief. As a point, I would like to add the following: Afterwards we found a good pizzaria with a well-kept atmosphere and great service. The fun cost us a total of €24. With this money we got 2 great pizzas and 2 nice draft colabieres in Franco's beer garden. You should weigh that up in comparison. This Burgerking branch cannot offer value for money---customer service and quality in the slightest!!!!!!
