It's impossible to use these unusable monitors for self-ordering. They flicker unbearably, are totally confusing, and are unusable for the visually impaired... everything has to be accessible, but barriers are being erected here and discrimination is rampant.... I doubt it's done the same way in the US; it would cost billions there... Conditions only possible from a 2-meter distance... The poor employees who help customers... And lukewarm unsalted fries to go with it... No tidying up or cleaning either... dropped burgers and leftovers under the table...

A complete disaster! Rip-off! The young lady with glasses was very unfriendly. She threw food like garbage! After half an hour, I got cold food and it wasn't even finished. I got two iced coffee shakes and a regular shake! Too bad I didn't notice until I got on the highway...

The potatoes are undersalted, and there's a fee for using the restroom, even with a receipt. For four people, there were only two napkins for four burger portions and one menu. Access to the grounds is only possible by car or on foot across the lawn. Furthermore, the Happy Meal with a chicken patty is missing, and many burger menus are salad-free. Burgers for €8 are smaller than a child's palm.

Fast as always, but not so good this time, as the fries were cold. Even on the second attempt, they were only warm. However, the place was very clean and tidy, and they were open late.

We were here today for the first time in a long time. Unfortunately, it wasn't a good decision. Lots of customers and correspondingly many orders. We had to wait 25 minutes for our order; fast-food restaurants are different. The burgers were carelessly thrown into the boxes. The cheese was next to the meat, and the tomatoes weren't where they should be. The staff was obviously a bit overwhelmed by the crowd.

The restrooms are marked off with a voucher system, which can then be redeemed at the cash register. The door was opened for us by showing the receipt (paid at the terminal). But this solution is quite unsatisfactory if you want to wash your hands before and possibly after eating. The McRib was also a bit of a disaster (washing your hands afterwards was definitely necessary)... The fries/curry fries were okay.

The staff says there's no free ketchup for fries. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation. The manager is very rude.

Dirty and broken toilets, service practically non-existent, rude and overwhelmed. When it came to the toilets, it took me three attempts to find a usable cubicle. In the first the glasses were twisted 90 degrees and the second had more water/urine outside than in the key. Unfortunately you have to pay the €1 in advance, otherwise you would be out of it long ago. Considering that this is a Sanifair toilet, this is very disappointing. The €1 is a voucher that can only be redeemed if you order from the machine and then order at the checkout. Ordered a Cappuccino Grande and a Fresh Chicken McMuffin. Employees constantly stood in the way of orders and were processed differently. McCafé service staff had to constantly jump back and forth between the café and restaurant. Due to Christmas, I drove to the rest area on Wednesday (8:30 p.m.). By other standards, the rest area and the restaurant were quite empty. But the food was katl the vanilla milky way tasted of chocolate residue, the fries were a cold mass and the cola had never seen the carbonation. Unfortunately, I ate while driving so I was already standing on the highway entrance to complain about it. The thank you as a regular customer is that you get a serious case of food poisoning, which ends up in the doctor and ruins your pre-Christmas season. I will also show my gratitude and recommend a place for a pleasant dinner to the health department. That was the last time I ate there.
