We wanted a quick breakfast, so we ordered online at the terminal and paid at the checkout. It was anything but good. The sugar and milk we ordered for our coffee were missing. There were no napkins, and the staff were completely overwhelmed. And this was a Monday morning at 9:45 a.m. Once and never again.

A McDonald's located right off the highway. Unfortunately, the restrooms are chargeable, and the wait times are long. We had to wait a long time for everyone to get their food and couldn't continue driving.

One star is too many. The staff doesn't speak German, and you can barely understand anything. I waited 25 minutes for a double cheeseburger, which arrived almost cold. On top of that, over half the cheese was clinging to the wrapper, and the whole thing tasted like a McRip. Disgusting. On top of that, the staff is incredibly unfriendly. Worst McDonald's ever. They should completely overhaul their staff.

We waited almost 20 minutes for our food and had to rush to the airport. The restaurant was quite crowded. Restrooms cost €1, a complete rip-off!

I ordered a Double Chicken Big Mac meal and the 5 chicken wings. I'd barely finished the first Big Mac when I wanted the second one. I opened one of the other boxes and it had chicken wings inside. Okay, so they must be in the last box. But that wasn't the case. The third box also had chicken wings. That was very disappointing because I really like the Chicken Big Mac, which is exactly why I ordered this meal.

We visited this McDonald's yesterday. Absolutely terrible. After waiting 35 minutes for two cheeseburgers, our order and about five other orders simply disappeared from the board. Unfortunately for the employees, everyone still wanted their paid food. Even at the McDonald's Cafe counter, we were ignored for 15-20 minutes. I find waiting 35 minutes for fast food pretty awful. We could have gone out for something nice to eat in that time.

Don’t expect much from McDonald’s but couldn’t even bother heating the nuggets…. And had to go hunting for a straw for the shake…. Bit rubbish….

Today was the last time I visited this establishment. The waitress forgot two items, despite ordering on the touchpad. When I complained to the front desk, one of the salespeople snatched the receipt from my hand and, very reluctantly, asked the cook for the missing items. Seriously, please train your staff in friendliness and service. Because if they can't even do their job properly at McDonald's, the family can be really proud of their loved ones' failures!

Everything was OK, except that you have to pay €1 for the toilet, hence 1* (You get a voucher, which is of no use to me if I need to go after eating or want to wash my hands.)

I ordered a McWrap with egg and bacon and got it with cheese and a huge amount of dried onions.

Nobody wants to eat this crap so they cut people up in the paid toilet even for customers.

We wanted to take a short break and ordered two drinks. The staff were unfriendly and made us feel unwelcome. The price for a bottle of water and apple spritzer was €3.99 per bottle without a glass. Once, never again. The table and outside seating were dirty.

We wanted to end the evening at Mces, as they often do after the darts tournament. It was 12:15 a.m. and the door was closed. There was no apparent reason, and the staff turned us away very rudely. At least put a note on the door with some excuse; maybe they'll buy it. But that's not what the franchising company had in mind. We're certain of it. What happened? Well... all the "wrecked" people in front of McDonald's Alsfeld turned up at Burger King Alsfeld a short time later. It was so nice there, we'll meet again next Friday. Bye!

The employee, a nice man with glasses, convinced me to take the food after all. He took the order right away. When we finally got to the table, we realized that half of our order was wrong and cold. Only the fries were freshly prepared. Which I don't understand, since it was really busy and burgers had to be prepared all the time. Or maybe, like at Burger King, they were storing the old meat in the drawers and using it. Maybe Team Wallraff should take a look undercover here!

First of all, I love fast but bad food. "Fast" is relative in this context, as I've already been waiting 25 minutes for what I expect will be a beef loaded with antibiotics. Apart from that, I find the outdoor facilities very nice, apart from the fact that children leave all sorts of limbs in the playground. The potatoes are undersalted, and there's a fee for using the restroom, even with a receipt. For four people, there were only two napkins for four burger portions and one menu. Access to the grounds is only possible by car or on foot across the lawn. Furthermore, the Happy Meal with a chicken patty is missing, and many burger menus are salad-free. Burgers for €8 are smaller than a child's palm.

Today I placed a large order at McDonald's in Alsfeld. It was super easy to order via the app. A colleague picked it up and the staff was very friendly and helped carry it to the car. Thank you for that!!

Dirty and broken toilets, service practically non-existent, rude and overwhelmed. When it came to the toilets, it took me three attempts to find a usable cubicle. In the first the glasses were twisted 90 degrees and the second had more water/urine outside than in the key. Unfortunately you have to pay the €1 in advance, otherwise you would be out of it long ago. Considering that this is a Sanifair toilet, this is very disappointing. The €1 is a voucher that can only be redeemed if you order from the machine and then order at the checkout. I was just there 5 minutes ago and picked up my order from Mc Drive using the app. When we drove off and looked in the bag, they simply forgot TWO burgers. Fast service. Friendly staff. Food is as freshly prepared as it should be. Even the special request “French fries without salt” is not a drama, but works. There is continuous tidying and cleaning. Everything as it should be.

Hamburger Royal very small and carelessly folded. Temperature in the restaurant very cold and uncomfortable. Toilets cost extra, even if you are a paying guest. When we asked the service staff about it, they said that we could also have gotten a coin. But that's not what it says at the entrance to the toilet.
