Wow! By far one of the best McDonalds I've been to during my charging breaks with my car. The staff there is in a really good mood and incredibly friendly. The toilets cost €1, but that's okay because you get a voucher afterwards. The toilets are intended for paying customers. Thanks!

Today I placed a large order at McDonald's in Alsfeld. It was super easy to order via the app. A colleague picked it up and the staff was very friendly and helped carry it to the car. Thank you for that!!

Dirty and broken toilets, service practically non-existent, rude and overwhelmed. When it came to the toilets, it took me three attempts to find a usable cubicle. In the first the glasses were twisted 90 degrees and the second had more water/urine outside than in the key. Unfortunately you have to pay the €1 in advance, otherwise you would be out of it long ago. Considering that this is a Sanifair toilet, this is very disappointing. The €1 is a voucher that can only be redeemed if you order from the machine and then order at the checkout. I don't want to go through all the back and forth, but it took 15 minutes between ordering and receiving the coffee. In the meantime I was chased across the store 3 times until I was finally able to pay. The question of when someone would come to the McKaffee stand was ignored without comment. There are 4 people standing in front of the McKaffee stand and no one cares. After someone finally came and I saw my number “being prepared”, I was already happy, only for my colleague to disappear again a minute later. When he got back he packed some brownies 🤷‍♀️ My coffee? No trace. The screen is blank. Orders are being issued far past my number. Great! Impossible to respond. No response to hello or sorry. Let's try to ask another colleague when someone is coming to McKaffee Station, because it's been 15 minutes now. Even though the lady sees 3 people waiting there, all she does is shrug her shoulders and ask for my number. Now I was handed a coffee without saying a word. Whether that was mine, I have no idea. I've lost interest. And so that the owner can't claim that I wasn't a customer 5 months later when trying to delete it, here is the receipt and a screenshot of the GPS data.

I was just there 5 minutes ago and picked up my order from Mc Drive using the app. When we drove off and looked in the bag, they simply forgot TWO burgers. Of course, since you're driving straight onto the highway, you can't just drive back... I bet the nice cashier calculates the price for the burgers, accidentally "forgets" them and puts the money in her pocket because she knows full well Nobody changes the motorway because of 10€. Hamburger Royal very small and carelessly folded. Temperature in the restaurant very cold and uncomfortable. Toilets cost extra, even if you are a paying guest. When we asked the service staff about it, they said that we could also have gotten a coin. But that's not what it says at the entrance to the toilet. I was here for the first time. Actually a typical McDonald. In a rest area with plenty of parking spaces. You can order food via the app or via the terminal. The food is typical McDonald's. OK. Nothing worth mentioning. But now it comes. The toilets. You have to pay and cannot redeem the credit directly. I don't understand why McDonalds charges for toilets. But then you can at least redeem the credit directly here. This doesn't work at other McDonalds.

Ordered a Cappuccino Grande and a Fresh Chicken McMuffin. Employees constantly stood in the way of orders and were processed differently. McCafé service staff had to constantly jump back and forth between the café and restaurant. I've been going to the restaurant every Thursday evening for 2 years. As we watch, the quality deteriorates and the chaos increases. I experienced a catastrophe yesterday. Due to Christmas, I drove to the rest area on Wednesday (8:30 p.m.). By other standards, the rest area and the restaurant were quite empty. But the food was katl the vanilla milky way tasted of chocolate residue, the fries were a cold mass and the cola had never seen the carbonation. Unfortunately, I ate while driving so I was already standing on the highway entrance to complain about it. The thank you as a regular customer is that you get a serious case of food poisoning, which ends up in the doctor and ruins your pre-Christmas season. I will also show my gratitude and recommend a place for a pleasant dinner to the health department. That was the last time I ate there. Unfortunately there are no -5 stars and even those would be too good. I'll treat myself to the store one more time so I can take on the managerial role.

Ich habe ein mal ein 6er MC plant bestellt. Aufgrund vorherigen Funden schaue ich bevor ich diese esse immer erst einmal nach. 3 von 6 waren aus Fleisch. Ich habe mich beim Service beschwert und eine weitere Packung (MC plant) bekommen. Alle 6 waren aus der Packung aus Fleisch. Bei der zweiten Beschwerde wollte man mir erst einreden dass das doch MC plant Nuggets wären... Als dann der, schätze ich, Manager dazu kam bestätigte er meine Aussage. Ich bekomm eine weitere MC plants Box. Am Platz stellte sich heraus das wieder 3/6 aus Fleisch waren. So was unverschämtes.

LJ can be used because a minimum height of approx. 100cm is required, otherwise you simply can't get up! For smaller children, it's just frustrating! The changing room was not easily accessible and the child had to be changed on the floor! Why the McDonald’s GROUP accepts all of this remains a secret! No recommendation. Never again!

What is particularly important to me: Food that is returned must be disposed of and must under no circumstances be resold! I observed several times today that returned items were simply put back on the shelf for further sale. This is not only unhygienic, but also extremely unprofessional. I know the concept of McDonald's well: orders should be freshly prepared and the customer should get their order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, there was no sign of this during my visit. Regarding the staff: The employees are unfriendly, can't even communicate in German and constantly have misunderstandings among themselves. It started with frayed pieces of paper hanging everywhere with references to the 3G rule. But no one who came was checked. Then the note simply leaves you behind. The Mühlheim branch can explain to you well how it works. Everyone would be checked even at peak times. Then I placed the order on the touchscreen and paid at the counter because I only had cash with me. An extremely motivated employee (note the irony) then came to collect. The junior bag was placed on the tray to be filled, so far so good. The things that come in there were simply thrown in from 10cm. Something like that just doesn't work in front of the customer. Collected our order and looked for a table outside. All the tables were dirty, so we went in and eventually found one. While we were eating, the lady went around with a rag and a spray bottle. What happened next actually made me look at it several times because I thought you couldn't be that bold. The woman repeatedly pressed the cloth against the spray opening of the cleaning bottle, but did not pull the trigger. With a dry cloth and to preserve appearances, ALL tables were smeared inside and out. In the sunlight you could clearly see how a table was simply smeared after being wiped. This is especially dangerous to health these days if done intentionally. At McCafe, an employee next to the shift leader washed his hands and then took the same paper towel from his hands to wipe the work surfaces. I like going to MCD but that was the last straw. We waited about 40 minutes until we could sit at the table and eat. Parking is also a disaster, to get to the drive you have to drive through the parking lot, due to the high volume of visitors to the rest stop, electric cars, hotel visitors and the arcade and the suppliers unloading in this parking lot, you can imagine what because sometimes things go wrong!
