Catastrophe, lowest category of a highway food stall. Staff are so incredibly overwhelmed, make mistakes and then become rude. Just avoid it and drive to the next rest stop, it can only get better.

Fast food is really no fun because it's usually overcrowded and the monitor orders are busy. Difficult to understand and actually unusable and I'm pretty good with computers.

Nice those receipts you get when you go to the toilet along the highway, but you can't hand them in at Burger King for a discount. They cannot scan the machines and we could not hand it in at the counter because we had already paid for the menu. The person behind the counter is not friendly at all and is also far too busy to arrange everything.

The dirtiest Burger King ever! No table was not sticky or dirty, and in the outdoor area there were also tablets with leftover food from previous visitors on many tables. Some rubbish on the floor both indoors and outdoors. Apparently the tables and the floor are not cleaned or are cleaned far too rarely. Is it just as dirty in the kitchen? By the way, you don't get any "tools" with the fries - you have to eat with your fingers. Normally it's not a problem, but if you have to pay €1 to wash your hands in the toilet, that's absurd. By the way, it wasn't a rush hour.

Eating here is an impertinence, the cleanliness in the restaurant is subpar, there were leftover food on all the tables and the tables were sticky. The food was cold, tasted bland and not fresh. Employees who bring the tablets outside wearing gloves go into the kitchen with the same gloves. There are also good Burger King restaurants, but this is definitely not one of them.

Stopped to get a little snack, got 2 cheeseburgers and a milkshake. The castles were falling apart because the bread was too old and the milkshake was bad. I rarely eat at Burger King but unfortunately I'm always disappointed by the quality. You can only agree with the Wallraff documentary that Burger King is dirty and customer satisfaction is very important.

It's a shame that you can't give minus stars here - the service at motorway service stations is, as usual, subterranean, but the Bürger King restaurants top it all off with outrageous and absolutely worst service! It's best to just use the toilet at this rest stop and throw away the receipt, then you don't have to worry about the situation!! Keep it up!!

Sufficient food, non-existent service, discreet environment

Unfortunately the veggie nuggets don't work at all. Way too wobbly. Unfortunately not worth the money. Otherwise they taste really great at Burger King.

Staff absolutely overwhelmed. On a normal day outside of the holidays, people sometimes had to wait an hour for their food. Poor organization, shop too small, staff poorly trained. An indictment.

Waited 50 minutes and gave up and wasn't the only one. An employee stood with his hands in his pockets and did nothing. Unbelievable ineptitude and incompetence. Drive somewhere else.

Everything that had to do with chicken was dry and had hard crusts. Everything was in the self-service and some of the staff looked bored. No hello or anything like that. It's a shame a little kindness doesn't hurt anyone

I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers without pickles and received them with pickles, even though that was also noted on the packaging of the burgers (without pickles).

When everything is closed and you're really hungry. Milkshake was delicious and hash browns too. I couldn't eat vegan nuggets anymore when I came out of the toilet. I would never eat meat or salad there, at most something fried to death.😄So to summarize, it was all very dirty, there were three of the poor boys and there were buses. The self-service stations are totally overcrowded, the waiting time for the food is an average of 25 minutes, then the wrong food is given back and yes, here is yours. Without apology. Yeah, not that bad, but I looked everywhere to realize it wasn't mine, so I touched it and just gave it to the next guy. Doesn't matter! It's exactly as described on TV. Unhygienic and staff overwhelmed, I feel really sorry for anyone who has to work there. We're still alive and hope next time Geiselwind isn't closed at 9 p.m., which isn't possible if the homepage says it's closed until 10 p.m. If you call, yes, we'll close earlier today because there was nothing going on. It doesn't work at all.

The burgers were lukewarm, the fries were cold, what you could see from the kitchen wasn't really clean, everything seemed neglected. Would go a Burger King next time.

Wir kommen rein und müssen kurz warten. Kein Ding. Vorne angekommen wird uns nach knapp 10min Schlange stehen gesagt, es sei nur noch Chicken da, weil eine Maschine kaputt ist. Das hätte man ja mal früher sagen können oder ein Schild aufhängen können. Es war laut und unangenehm sich in dem Laden zum Essen hinzusetzen. Vor Allem, weil die dreckigen Tabletts mit Essensresten schon auf dem Rückgabewagen stapelten und das Personal auch keine Anstalten machte, diese wegzuräumen. -> es war sehr unordentlich Zuletzt noch: Dass die Toilette 1€ kostet, habe ich generell nichts. Jedoch sollte sie dann auch sauber sein und nicht in einem so katastrophalen Zustand, wie ich sie vorfinden musste. Dann empfehle ich heir einfach zu MC Donald nebenan zu gehen und dort die GRATIS Toilette zu benutzen, welche nebenbei auch noch besser gepflegt war.

Netter kleiner BK, war überrascht von dem für einen Sonntag Abend sehr gut gelaunten, freundlichen Personal. War auf meiner 350km-Fahrt ne sehr gute Pause.

Sehr sehr netter Verkäufer, Erwartungen des Services seines Fastfoodrestaurantes stark übertroffen. Er hatte dunklere Kleidung an, als die restlichen Mitarbeiter. Essen wie immer bei Burgerking und vom Erscheinungsbild ist der Laden jetzt nicht unbedingt Rekordwürdig und relativ klein, aber haben uns sehr über den Verkäufer gefreut

Raststätte selber ist aufgrund Umbau echt grenzwertig. Burger King 👑 ist recht klein und Essen wurde frisch zubereitet. Mitarbeiter freundlichen und soweit alles gepasst. Hoffe nach Umbau wird es besser (dafür kann Burger King aber nichts)

Netter Service, für eine Raststätte viele Plätze, gut erleuchtet, leider fettige Stühle. Die anwesenden Mitarbeiter machen viel für die gute Stimmung.

Ein Schicht Leiter der mit unserer Bestellung völlig überfordert ist und mehrmals behauptet dass obwohl keinerlei rote Farbe im Erdbeermilchshake ist es ein perfekter Milchshake ist... Nicht zu empfehlen.

Mag es einfach net ! Aber der Hunger treibt es rein !

Etwas gedrungener Burger King. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht, aufgrund der Begebenheiten aber eingeschränkt. Für einen kurzen Snack auf jeden Fall geeignet

Wie überall......gutes Fastfood zum üblichen Preis.

Üblicher Burger King an einer Raststätte. Der Laden ist ziemlich ungünstig geschnitten und sobald eine größere Gruppe sich anstellt, ist kein Durchkommen mehr möglich. Zu wenige Tische im Innenraum. Das Personal war aber nett und zu vorkommend.

Einrichtung ziemlich alt. Personal reserviert bis unfreundlich. Bestellung kam lustlos, Extrawünsche wurden einfach ignoriert. Qualität des Essens Ok. Preis normal.

Wir waren von der Freundlichkeit des Personals positiv überrascht. Es war ziemlich voll, dafür war unser aber relativ schnell fertig. Die Arbeitsabläufe wirkten organisiert &‘ nicht so chaotisch wie man das sonst bei BK kennt.

Alles in Allem ganz in Ordnung Nach einer langen Reise, eine willkommene schnelle Stärkung

Angebote auf der App sind dort nicht nutzbar, Paypal Punkte sammeln ging auch nicht. Der Käse auf dem Burger war überhaupt nicht geschmolzen. Gute Sitzmöglichkeiten und bequem. Für Kinder gibt es noch ein Spielplatz.

Lange Schlangen vor den Bestellbildschirmen, von denen nur 3 funktionierten. Das ist ein übles System.

Typische Burger King Restaurant. Das Essen wird frisch und heiß serviert. Gute Ort um Pause zwischen durch zu machen

Leider sehr voll, es hatte nichts mit Fastfood zu tun, da sehr viele Gäste da waren und die Zubereitung entsprechend gedauert hat. Die Bestellung war zumindest komplett und die Burger noch frisch warm.

Kleiner Burge King, aber erfrischend anders als die großen.
