I got a fish sandwich there. It was delicious. Then I wanted to refill my two 1.5-liter water bottles. The friendly employee refilled them for me. Thanks for that. I was able to make coffee in my truck again. The employees were very nice. And they also made a great effort to satisfy a complaining, rude customer. I'll be happy to stop there again. Keep up the good work.

A disaster, organization was terrible. The food was burnt after a 40-minute wait. It was our first time there, and it will be our last.

Very clean restrooms. There's a €1 fee, though. But it's a Sanifair voucher, so it's redeemable.

I would never go there again. The Nordsee staff doesn't even speak German. And they only offer a small menu. Whatever you want isn't there, or they force you to take something else. Very bad. I've never seen such a bad Nordsee.

Bad service. Only one soup on offer although two are advertised. There was no pasta. Because the pasta station is said to be defective. I've heard this elsewhere too. Prices are greatly increased with poor quality. Better to leave and go to a restaurant.

Ordering at terminals like at MCD - portions for breakfast very small and super expensive... Conclusion: a lot of money for a hollow tooth and a relatively long wait even though there was hardly anything going on...

To be honest, I was only there for a weekend and from what I can see, this type of places are slowly becoming a thing of the past, being replaced by larger chain stores. Due to my culinary tastes, I don't really have much to look for in such places. There is, however, some space for walks, runs and moments alone with nature, so I recommend this place, preferably for people over 45.

The staff was obviously not prepared to take orders. The order was taken incorrectly even after repeated statements. At the end, six customers already had a surprisingly long wait at the checkout.

So the fish was actually just breaded and dripping with fat... I haven't been to NORDSEE for a long time and I won't go there again for a long time...

I recently had dinner at Nordsee, and unfortunately it wasn't as great as I expected. When I arrived, the line was very long and it took forever to get my turn. The staff wasn't particularly friendly and seemed stressed. I ordered a fish sandwich, but when I got it, the fish was cold and tasted kind of old. The bun wasn't fresh either and was quite dry. The fries weren't any better - they were soggy and not crispy at all. The atmosphere in the restaurant wasn't nice either. It was quite noisy and there were empty tables with dirty dishes everywhere. The toilets weren't clean either, which was pretty gross. Overall, I was very disappointed with my visit to North Sea. I was looking forward to a delicious meal, but that definitely wasn't the case. I hope they get better in the future, but for now I wouldn't recommend eating there.

Friendly and clean on the inside, unfortunately pretty worn on the outside. The formerly beautiful complex is unkempt on the outside, some of it has not been maintained for a long time and is dirty. A charging station today is not only no longer up-to-date, but an imposition. It was only to be expected that it didn't work given the completely filthy atmosphere.

The service staff tried to be very nice, but the new employee was very helpless and didn't even try to make up for the mistake of forgetting my child's food, although her colleague did at least apologize to us. However, all products were still touched with hands (without gloves). That means: it doesn't matter whether it was the chicken fillets, or the finished baguette that was placed on the plate, or the frozen things to fry, even the lemon slice that was placed on the fish. That's not necessarily appetizing or hygienic if you see something like that before, during or after eating. It was still very clean and tasted good.

Unfortunately, no one in the service spoke any German. Therefore, both ordering and paying was quite difficult in the end.

Was at the North Sea, short stopover. There was a sign in the display stating that the rolls were freshly made. Then I ordered a fried fish sandwich. Which I was denied. It's just what's on display. Well then just the Bismarck roll and a portion of fries with fish balls. The fish balls were OK. The fries were limp and tasted like boiled potatoes. And the Bismarck herring was no longer fresh, it was mushy and felt lukewarm. You could tell from the staff that they weren't in the mood, but you could also taste it. It's a shame, I would have hoped for more from the North Sea chain, I thought they had quality. Well, homemade is the best.

I just stopped there to take a break. I can't say anything about the food/service as I haven't visited the restaurant. The sight of the unkempt outdoor area was enough for me. Some things were blocked off and broken. It's enough to stretch your short legs. But unfortunately not more than that. All in all not very inviting.

Concerns the North Sea snack bar: Baked fish was chilled on the roll! It tasted very bland, the roll was tough and dried out and seemed to have been waiting for customers for a long time. "Fish and Chips" consisted of 3 tiny pieces of breading, each containing a maximum of 5 grams of fish, you really had to look for it! The chips were ok, but the ratio wasn't right at all

Unfriendly, we wanted to eat a fish sandwich, I have no idea how long they had been there. We asked the fish rolls to be warmed up, which was only done after about 10 minutes with the touch. Fish rolls (baked fish rolls) are always eaten cold.
