NORDSEE Autobahnraststätte Uttrichshausen West in Kalbach

Gute Parkmöglichkeiten, viele Bäume, bei Ankunft vor 14-15 Uhr kann man im Schatten parken, großer Parkplatz, Dusche, Toilette, Restaurant, alles in Ordnung.

Das Hähnchen war sehr schlecht und trocken, als wäre es verdorben. Die Fischgerichte waren besser.

Meine Nordseeapp wurde hier nicht akzeptiert. Ich bestellte 2 Menüs zu je 9,99€ inkl. 0,5l Getränk und zahle 21,48€. Auf meine Frage, wie die Differenz entsteht. "Das ist Pfand für die Flaschen". Bei Rückgabe der Flaschen sollte ich aber dann nur 50ct. bekommen, was von mir reklamiert wurde. Nach einer längeren Diskussion der beiden Angestellten Herren in einer mir unbekannten Sprache erhielt ich mein Geld zurück. Wir kommen hier bestimmt nicht mehr zum Essen vorbei.

Wann es möglich wäre 0 Sterne! Service unter aller Kanone, unfreundlich und inkompetent, Bestellungen kommen nach mehrfacher Korrektur trotzdem falsch. Bereits um 13 Uhr keine Kartoffeln mehr zum Fisch. Das frittierte Schnitzel total zäh, der Zander fad.

Sehr gut, Vielfältige Essensmöglichkeiten

Der Eindruck des Ratshofes weist auf einen Renovierungsstau hin, dazu waren die Toiletten zwar sauber, aber es fehlte teilweise Toilettenpapier, 2 von 3 Seifenspendern waren leer. ABER es ist eine der wenigen Rasthöfe im eher südlicheren Raum, die NORDSEE Essen haben, das ist für mich wichtig. Von daher halte ich trotz allem gern hier....

Teuer wie an jeder Autobahn RS. Essen mittelmäßig. Bisschen abgefracktes Ambiente. Verdienen ist alles, auch wenn die Kunden nur 1x kommen. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Wir aßen Fish and Chips in dem Imbiss am Straßenrand. Es sah sauber und gemütlich aus. Die Sitzgelegenheiten waren bequem. Sehr gut für einen Imbiss am Straßenrand. Das Essen war auch ausgezeichnet.

Wir waren in Restaurant essen ! Die Thekenkraft war nicht sonderlich motiviert und hat wahrscheinlich auch nicht mit hungrigen Gästen gerechnet, ihre 2 Kollegen (wurden uns in den letzten Jahren als dringende Fachkräfte vermittelt) hatten auch eher andere Dinge zutun als sich um Gäste zu kümmern. Nach unserer Bestellung suchten wir einen sauberen Platz, dies hat etwas gedauert weil es keinen gab, bemerkts sei, dass wir zu diesem Zeitpunkt gerade die einzigen Gäste waren. Wir haben also kurzerhand unseren Platz selbst gereinigt, wir wollten die Mitarbeiter dort jetzt nicht unnötig mit Arbeit belasten. Als dann nach einer Weile die erste Portion auf dem Tresen stand und weitere Minuten später dann auch die 2te könnten wir endlich speisen, wir hatten solchen einen Hunger das es uns schon fast egal war kaltes Essen serviert bekommen zuhaben. Das die Preise an Raststätten nicht gerade gering ist, ist jedem bewusst, wenn aber darüberhinaus der Service und die Qualität nicht passt, kann man sich schon sehr ärgern wieder ein Stange Geld aus dem Fenster geworfen zuhaben. Diese Lokation wird von uns nicht mehr angefahren.

Es war ganz nett eingerichtet und das Personal bemühte sich. Ich denke, es würde noch besser gehen wenn einiges gemütlicher wäre.

Sauberer Raststätte. Eine Kleinigkeit gegessen und einen Kaffee getrunken. Wurde freundlich bedient. Sehr leckere Pommes gegessen.

Treffen zum Frühstück, Stühle nicht abgeräumt, Spiegeleier und Brot bekommen, als der Mensch gerade essen will, erscheint ein Tier auf dem Teller, das wie ein kleiner Tausendfüßler aussieht. Es war sehr ekelhaft, da es im Essen ist. Wir zeigten es dem Personal, das sagte, es sei genug von Eiern, und unternahm nichts weiter. Wir gingen ohne Frühstück. Hinzufügen

Ich habe zweimal Texas Schnitzel bestellt, beide Male war es ungekocht, das Fleisch war roh, für 15 € ist es eine Tragödie.

Waren dort nur für einen Toilettengang in der Hoffnung hier ist es besser wegen dem Nordsee Standort . Die Männerseite war gut aber die Frauenseite eine Katastrophe nur 4 Toiletten offen alle anderen verschlossen und die offenen so verschmutzt die sollen sich was schämen.

Das Essen war frisch, aber die Wartezeit (über 10 Minuten), obwohl keine anderen Kunden vor uns waren, war etwas zu lang.

Ich habe neulich schon den Laden in Fulda bewertet. Jetzt bewerte ich den Laden. Im Internet steht Öffnungszeit 6:00 Uhr. Ich wollte meine Frau überraschen und wollte ihr etwas holen. Ich war um 8:00 Uhr vor Ort. Bin extra dorthin gefahren. Die Theke war leer und irgendeine Mitarbeiterin vom Rasthof sagte mir, die machen erst um 10:00 Uhr auf. Sag mal was ist das denn für ein Franchise Unternehmen danke nie wieder

Trostlos und in die Jahre gekommen

Essen dauerte etwas lange. Sonst die bekannten Serways Toiletten mit der bekannten Sauberkeit. Für 1€ gibt's einen Gutschein den man dann einlösen kann. Auch mehrere auf einmal.

I got a fish sandwich there. It was delicious. Then I wanted to refill my two 1.5-liter water bottles. The friendly employee refilled them for me. Thanks for that. I was able to make coffee in my truck again. The employees were very nice. And they also made a great effort to satisfy a complaining, rude customer. I'll be happy to stop there again. Keep up the good work.

I can't give any information about food and service as I only stayed overnight in the truck.

A small but nice rest stop. The staff strives to keep things clean, walking around with rags and buckets—and yes, they're successful at what they do.

Friendly staff Breakfast is freshly prepared

A disaster, organization was terrible. The food was burnt after a 40-minute wait. It was our first time there, and it will be our last.

Very clean restrooms. There's a €1 fee, though. But it's a Sanifair voucher, so it's redeemable.

I would never go there again. The Nordsee staff doesn't even speak German. And they only offer a small menu. Whatever you want isn't there, or they force you to take something else. Very bad. I've never seen such a bad Nordsee.

Expensive toilets and poor service. The toilets stank. Waiting fifteen minutes for a portion of fries when there are only two guests is inadequate. The playground is dirty and boring for children.

Bad service. Only one soup on offer although two are advertised. There was no pasta. Because the pasta station is said to be defective. I've heard this elsewhere too. Prices are greatly increased with poor quality. Better to leave and go to a restaurant.

Ordering at terminals like at MCD - portions for breakfast very small and super expensive... Conclusion: a lot of money for a hollow tooth and a relatively long wait even though there was hardly anything going on...

Experienced for the first time: only one toilet voucher per item. Saved vouchers are almost worthless here. A no go!!!

To be honest, I was only there for a weekend and from what I can see, this type of places are slowly becoming a thing of the past, being replaced by larger chain stores. Due to my culinary tastes, I don't really have much to look for in such places. There is, however, some space for walks, runs and moments alone with nature, so I recommend this place, preferably for people over 45.

The staff was obviously not prepared to take orders. The order was taken incorrectly even after repeated statements. At the end, six customers already had a surprisingly long wait at the checkout.

Unfortunately not good at all. Staff fills bread and rolls without gloves while they also collect money. Rolls are very pale and don't look fully baked. And that's exactly how they tasted

So the fish was actually just breaded and dripping with fat... I haven't been to NORDSEE for a long time and I won't go there again for a long time...

After a long journey It's a good place to recharge your batteries

I recently had dinner at Nordsee, and unfortunately it wasn't as great as I expected. When I arrived, the line was very long and it took forever to get my turn. The staff wasn't particularly friendly and seemed stressed. I ordered a fish sandwich, but when I got it, the fish was cold and tasted kind of old. The bun wasn't fresh either and was quite dry. The fries weren't any better - they were soggy and not crispy at all. The atmosphere in the restaurant wasn't nice either. It was quite noisy and there were empty tables with dirty dishes everywhere. The toilets weren't clean either, which was pretty gross. Overall, I was very disappointed with my visit to North Sea. I was looking forward to a delicious meal, but that definitely wasn't the case. I hope they get better in the future, but for now I wouldn't recommend eating there.

Friendly and clean on the inside, unfortunately pretty worn on the outside. The formerly beautiful complex is unkempt on the outside, some of it has not been maintained for a long time and is dirty. A charging station today is not only no longer up-to-date, but an imposition. It was only to be expected that it didn't work given the completely filthy atmosphere.
