The staff was obviously not prepared to take orders. The order was taken incorrectly even after repeated statements. At the end, six customers already had a surprisingly long wait at the checkout.

So the fish was actually just breaded and dripping with fat... I haven't been to NORDSEE for a long time and I won't go there again for a long time...

I recently had dinner at Nordsee, and unfortunately it wasn't as great as I expected. When I arrived, the line was very long and it took forever to get my turn. The staff wasn't particularly friendly and seemed stressed. I ordered a fish sandwich, but when I got it, the fish was cold and tasted kind of old. The bun wasn't fresh either and was quite dry. The fries weren't any better - they were soggy and not crispy at all. The atmosphere in the restaurant wasn't nice either. It was quite noisy and there were empty tables with dirty dishes everywhere. The toilets weren't clean either, which was pretty gross. Overall, I was very disappointed with my visit to North Sea. I was looking forward to a delicious meal, but that definitely wasn't the case. I hope they get better in the future, but for now I wouldn't recommend eating there.

Friendly and clean on the inside, unfortunately pretty worn on the outside. The formerly beautiful complex is unkempt on the outside, some of it has not been maintained for a long time and is dirty. A charging station today is not only no longer up-to-date, but an imposition. It was only to be expected that it didn't work given the completely filthy atmosphere.

The service staff tried to be very nice, but the new employee was very helpless and didn't even try to make up for the mistake of forgetting my child's food, although her colleague did at least apologize to us. However, all products were still touched with hands (without gloves). That means: it doesn't matter whether it was the chicken fillets, or the finished baguette that was placed on the plate, or the frozen things to fry, even the lemon slice that was placed on the fish. That's not necessarily appetizing or hygienic if you see something like that before, during or after eating. It was still very clean and tasted good.

I always like to stop there. Even better after the renovation!

Unfortunately, no one in the service spoke any German. Therefore, both ordering and paying was quite difficult in the end.

Was at the North Sea, short stopover. There was a sign in the display stating that the rolls were freshly made. Then I ordered a fried fish sandwich. Which I was denied. It's just what's on display. Well then just the Bismarck roll and a portion of fries with fish balls. The fish balls were OK. The fries were limp and tasted like boiled potatoes. And the Bismarck herring was no longer fresh, it was mushy and felt lukewarm. You could tell from the staff that they weren't in the mood, but you could also taste it. It's a shame, I would have hoped for more from the North Sea chain, I thought they had quality. Well, homemade is the best.

I just stopped there to take a break. I can't say anything about the food/service as I haven't visited the restaurant. The sight of the unkempt outdoor area was enough for me. Some things were blocked off and broken. It's enough to stretch your short legs. But unfortunately not more than that. All in all not very inviting.

You can eat and drink nice here. Everything is clean. Thumbs up. 👍

Concerns the North Sea snack bar: Baked fish was chilled on the roll! It tasted very bland, the roll was tough and dried out and seemed to have been waiting for customers for a long time. "Fish and Chips" consisted of 3 tiny pieces of breading, each containing a maximum of 5 grams of fish, you really had to look for it! The chips were ok, but the ratio wasn't right at all

Unfriendly, we wanted to eat a fish sandwich, I have no idea how long they had been there. We asked the fish rolls to be warmed up, which was only done after about 10 minutes with the touch. Fish rolls (baked fish rolls) are always eaten cold.

Automatic ordering system doesn't work. After the order is entered you go to the shopping cart - but paying with credit card is not possible. Staff totally overwhelmed. Staff cannot handle the cash register. Not all products are available in the system. 15 people cannot be served in 30 minutes. Too bad, food is good.

Here you can find delicious and freshly prepared fish sandwiches to eat directly on site or to take away.

At 7 p.m. all chairs were put up, hardly any choice of warm food - "at this time". Too expensive for what you get Extremely expensive drinks, even still water.

Bratwurst bizarrely salty. And the sauce costs 1 euro for a tiny bag. Ridiculous!

The construction phase is disruptive at the moment

Ich habe noch nie so demotivierte Servicekräfte gesehen, wie hier bei Nordsee. Essen war gut, nur die Soßenbehälter waren unappetitlich angetrocknet. Kann das Café Freddo allerdings empfehlen.

Die Raststätte war sauber und das Personal höflich. Wir hatten Kaffee und Brezeln. Der Kaffee hat uns nicht geschmeckt und die Brezeln waren trocken.

Es hat sehr lange gedauert bis man sein Essen bekommen hat

Gutes Essen, gute Portionen, sauberer Rasthof. Ein Sternchen Abzug für: der Käse geht geschmacklich im Cheeseburger unter und das Essen könnte etwas günstiger sein.

Toiletten gut und sauber. Bei Nordsee gegessen, hatte das "Sparmenü", 2 Backfisch mit Kartoffelsalat für nen 10er, Portion gut und Preis ok. Begleitung hatte "Fish & Chips". War ein Teller Pommes mit 3 (!) kleinen Stückchen frittiertem Fisch. Preis weiß ich nicht. Sollte man eher Pommes mit einer Idee von Fisch nennen. Vielleicht hatten wir da aber auch einfach etwas Pech :-/ Ansonsten aber soweit ok, Personal freundlich usw.

Ich war 10 Minuten vor 19 Uhr da, 3 Gäste vor mir wurden noch bedient dann war schluss. Ich denke es war ein langer Arbeitstag......

Leider nur 2 Sterne da es keine richtige Kasse gab und gefühlt alles unorganisiert war.

Fisch mal anders. Fritten knusprig und die Sauce lecker.

Raststätte, Toilette, Parkplatz okay, Preise überirdisch! nur ein Beispiel, 2 einfache Brötchen ohne irgendwas, 1,98 € Alter Falter man kann es aber auch übertreiben, Beim Einkauf kostet ein Rohling keine 0,05 €, das Aufbacken, okay, mit einem Verkaufspreis von 0,50€sind die Unkosten gedeckt und es ist auch no h was daran verdient, liebe Betreiber, lasst die Kirche mal im Dorf

Leider war durch den Lockdown wieder das Rasthaus geschlossen, dafür wenigstens diesmal die Toiletten geöffnet.

War alles schon sauber und kueche kalt.

Schlechte Organisation, nicht sehr sauber.

Die Bedienung des Bistros war sehr unfreundlich. Die Brötchen waren weich und nicht ganz frisch, schade.

Schön hier, ich war schon so lange nicht mehr hier, hab mich aber sofort wieder wohl gefühlt, danke an euch.

Der Kaffee war gut aber extrem teuer. Wir haben für 2 Kaffees 12€ ausgegeben.
