Eine ganz normale Tankstelle. Das Essen war in Ordnung, wir hatten Cordon Bleu mit Pommes und waren zufrieden.

Parkplatz aufgrund ruhender Lkws hoffnungslos überfüllt. Rastplatz stark verschmutzt. Kein einladender Ort. Rasthaus war um 5 Uhr morgens geschlossen. Keine Ausschreibung der Öffnungszeiten am Eingang gefunden. Licht hat gebrannt, Mitarbeiter haben uns gesehen aber auf unser klopfen nicht reagiert. Sehr unfreundlich.

20 Euro Kaution für eine blöde Dusche. Afrika ist wild :)

Kaffeestand nicht besetzt, da die Mitarbeiter zu zweit Pause gemacht haben. (04.06.26 10:15) Mindestens 4 Personen haben gewartet. Zusätzlich war die eine Toilette defekt (hat nicht gereinigt, sehr schlecht bei Sanifair)

In Sanifair gab es weder Seife noch Tücher, wofür zahlt man!? Bedienung war eher mit putzen beschäftigt als uns zu bedienen. Schlechter Service

Jeder muss es für sich entscheiden. Uns war es nicht. Was wir erwartet haben.

Eines von drei Urinalen defekt, alle vier Toiletten mit Fäkalien vollständig verdreckt. Wer hierfür Geld nimmt, gehört verhaftet.

Sonntags ist es geschlossen...und es gibt keine Duschmöglichkeit.

Raststätte wie jede andere mittelmäßige Station. Teuer und ohne einladende Ambiente. Besucht man nur wenn man "muss". 🤷🏼‍♂️

Hallo, ich war heute mittag zur Toilette und habe einen Cappuccino getrunken. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Der Cappuccino hat mir gut geschmeckt. Ich komme gern wieder und werde die Pause dort einplanen.

Essen unter aller Kanone, mir wurde ein verbrannter Burger vorgelegt. Nach Reklamation bekam ich einen kaum genießbaren vorgelegt. Daher null Sterne und nicht zu empfehlen.

Die Dame bei Nordsee ignoriert einen schlichtweg. Kein hallo, kein kleinen Moment bitte, es wird einfach nicht auf Kunden reagiert. Sie latscht 100 mal hinter ihrer Theke an den Kunden vorbei und schaut nicht mal hoch. Es wird lieber mit dem Kollegen, der auf der anderen Seite neben uns stand, geredet. Wir sind dann wieder gegangen. Sowas geht gar nicht! Ein Stern ist hier zu viel!

Hatte keinen tollen Tag und brauchte nach einer langen Autofahrt eine Pause. Freitag Nachmittag. Natürlich erstmal zur Toilette. War sehr sauber. Habe mich gewundert, dass der Vorraum so sehr warm war. Dann entdeckte ich nebenan die Duschräume und fand den Gedankengang sehr sympatisch. Dann ab zu Coffee Fellow. Habe einen Cappuccino zum vor Ort trinken bestellt und einen Blaubeermuffin. Beides war wirklich super. Cappuccino hatte nicht zuviel Milch und geschmacklich war er auch sehr gut. Der junge Mitarbeiter (leider habe ich nicht auf den Namen geachtet) war auch sehr freundlich. Danke für die entspannende Pause!

A disaster, organization was terrible. The food was burnt after a 40-minute wait. It was our first time there, and it will be our last.

August 16, 2025. Clean shower with hot water. They work until 10 p.m. Even though I arrived 20 minutes before the restaurant closed, no one made a problem and I was allowed to shower. Cost: 3e

Three of us were just here for breakfast. The lady behind the counter was very helpful and friendly. The coffee and hot chocolate were hot, although the latter was a bit watery. The hot breakfast items were hot, but somehow everything lacked flavor. You don't really expect gourmet cuisine, but when your order includes fried eggs, the yolk should be whole unless requested. I had already removed one of the cups that wasn't quite clean, only to get two clean forks out of five attempts. The lamps, which hang above the tables at eye level, could perhaps be cleaned of fly debris more often. The restrooms were clean, which is the only place we would go again.

Run away if you want to take a shower. They want a deposit of 10 euros. Or leave your passport just to take a shower. I totally refused to give them my passport. I went to the next peco. So don't accept giving your passport to the colleges anymore, they are not from the police. Shame on you, top rast. You don't deserve a single star

Very bad experience with them! You have to leave your passport or phone as a guarantee for the shower key! Only in Germany can you beware of this very arrogant parking lot! Clean shower costs 3 euros!

Very expensive, not particularly clean, and the charging infrastructure is a disgrace.

At the checkout, there's a lady who more than deserves the name Pitbull Terrier. A NO GO!

Unfortunately, the restroom attendant doesn't speak any German and is unable to ensure that people who have paid can use the restroom. A child swiped a ticket and wasn't quick enough to get through the barrier, so it wouldn't open. As a result, the next person who swiped a ticket couldn't get through either. She refused to let them through for a long time, even though several other people tried to explain. A woman from the gas station who came to mediate also had trouble explaining her misjudgment to the restroom attendant. The attendant continued to shout in some language. Impossible. So it's best to avoid them, or the operator should hire someone who is at least willing to understand very simple concepts.

The shower and toilet were spotless. The restaurant area was a complete disaster. - Orders were not processed properly. - Communication was sometimes difficult. - Tables were sometimes dirty with leftovers from other guests.

I ordered a schnitzel box and currywurst. These were also prepared quickly. Both were good enough, within reason. The fries were particularly good; they were freshly prepared and so crispy and fresh. You can't expect more from a rest stop.

Two employees on a Sunday morning for an entire rest stop? The operator must be crazy, those poor employees.

Very friendly and motivated staff, and the restrooms and dining areas are exceptionally clean. You rarely see that at motorway service stations. Thank you very much!

We were there at lunchtime. The rest stop was pretty empty. I ordered bratwurst with fried potatoes. When I paid, I was told they didn't have fried potatoes. Just fries and the other potatoes. When I asked what other potatoes they had, I was pointed to the sign next door, "At the North Sea Stand." Apparently, they couldn't pronounce "parsley potatoes." Well, I decided to go with those. The employee then disappeared, and another employee came later to pack the dish. The wait was more than 10 minutes. I opened the door in the car and discovered that the potatoes were simply boiled potatoes dipped in oil, without any parsley. I'm honestly not demanding and flexible, but not being able to get fried potatoes at lunchtime is pretty awful, especially since other dishes were excellent with them! The staff seemed overwhelmed. What happens when it's really busy?

The food, etc., was okay, but unfortunately, they were completely understaffed. Only two employees for the entire rest stop on a Tuesday afternoon is awfully small. But both tried their best.

Complete disappointment...ordered a dish at 4:17 p.m., received the dish at 5:07 p.m....staff seems extremely insecure and untrained. Also very unfriendly. If I had cooked myself I would have been faster. And considering the prices, ridiculous

Price and performance is good. Toilets are very clean.

Unfortunately my visit to this cafe was extremely disappointing. The staff seemed completely untrained and weren't even able to use the coffee machine properly. After a long wait I finally received a completely undrinkable drink. When I asked politely, I was met with great unfriendliness and even aggressive behavior. Such disrespectful treatment of guests is absolutely unacceptable. I was hoping for a pleasant stay, but was extremely disappointed. I definitely won't be coming here again.

Next, they ask for a deposit for a key to the shower. 20 euros or ID. In Poland, they give you that for free and it's much cleaner. I would be embarrassed to ask for a deposit. 3 euros for the shower and a 20 euro deposit.

So you shouldn't always just complain, but also praise when appropriate... 1. There's nothing to complain about here. The rest area made a good impression and is clean. We had breakfast here. Scrambled eggs with a roll and butter almost 9 euros and a classic breakfast with 1 roll and 1 croissant as well as sausage, cheese, cream cheese and butter almost 8 euros. To be honest, it's not a bargain because coffee comes on top. Really expensive, but it tasted good. The friendly smile from the employee was FREE. The sanitary facilities were ok. Have a euro ready for this. But you can get the euro back when you order food and drinks. Our dog was able to go to the rest stop with us. There is enough green outside for the furry friends 🦮🐕‍🦺. Really the most disgusting food I have eaten in a long time with great reluctance. Bread rolls go in the microwave. Worst curry not to ram just. Really skip this unless you have to fill up

Not recommended. The employee simply leaves, even though there is a line of customers in front of him. Everything seems disorganized and takes a long time. After a long wait, we left the rest stop without buying anything.

The first break was taken here. We wanted to have something to eat. Coffee Fellows is here. So I took a White Hazelnut Latte and topped a grain bar with cheese and cooked ham. Unfortunately, the roll tasted very sticky and not even remotely crispy. Too bad. It seemed reasonably clean inside. Staff okay. For the price it's only satisfactory with room for improvement.

There was a strong smell of ammonia in the ladies' room. The toilet cleaning didn't work, the service light was on. There was toilet paper everywhere and a soap dispenser was empty. An employee was sitting in the toilet storage room playing on his cell phone. For the fact that everyone who wants to use the toilets pays one euro, a woman could certainly expect more.

It was the weekend. Lots of free space. Excellent shower in the restaurant for 3 euros, document as collateral. There is a water tap at a gas station. There is a small edeka within a 15-minute walk, open until 15:00 on Saturday. There are places to walk and ride a bike.

Some of the existing toilets are closed, some of the ones that are open are broken and unclean. Garbage cans overflowing in the parking lot. Not nice.

Paid €2.12 for diesel?! I also think I'm wasting money😡 I'm not a cash cow. And then another €1 for a rancid toilet impudence. There wasn't even a display board showing how much you had to pay for a liter. According to Section 4 Paragraph 1 of the Price Information Ordinance (PAngV), you must install a display board at a gas station or indicate the prices in such a way that they can easily be seen by people who drive into the gas station before entering the sales area, at least when driving up to the gas station can be perceived legibly. This could lead to fines, warnings, a ban on sales or claims for damages for this gas station. You just can't refuel 👍

It's a shame that you have to have such sad, disappointing experiences for a lot of money.

The toilets are very dirty, the pee basins are mostly blocked, no paper, soap not refilled. The payment machines don't work properly and there is always a queue. When the staff is asked about this, they become loud and unfriendly. I pay €1 for this. poor Germany

My criticism concerns Sanifair, although it can't be said to be "fair". You do get a voucher for 1 euro, but... I used the Sanifair system with my wife and we received two vouchers worth 1.00 euros each. I wanted to use these two vouchers to pay for a completely overpriced Bounty bar for 2.29 euros. When paying, I was informed that only a voucher would be accepted for payment. So I would have had to buy a second overpriced Bounty bar with another checkout process. For me these are rip-offs.

Very expensive and the quality isn't really good either. I've had few worse schnitzels with mushroom sauce, but all of them were cheaper. €14.99 was definitely too expensive for the quality.

This is the first time I’ve seen this in Europe. I came to the shower for three euros, they said a passport or plus 20 euros as security. I hand over the car keys, they say no. I left my passport, washed myself, and took my passport. Soon, probably, in Germany they will roll back their fingers in order to take a shower.

We just filled up. But that was a thumbs up. 👍😊
