Worst service ever. Wanted to make me pay more because she got it wrong herself. Under the guise that it wasn't that bad. You get it under control. The food could also be better for these prices.

The tables were very dirty and the food took forever. We waited a long time in the drive-in and the food was cold at the end, except for the apple turnover, which was hot😅

Too incompetent to pack the order. There's almost always something missing. There are three other people in front of me who were missing something. Wrong sauce packed, nuggets forgotten, chicken burger looks like someone sat on it. After checking the order for completeness and opening all the items, they're naturally cold when I get home after picking it up. Thanks for the great service. Never again.

We waited over 20 minutes for a menu and two burgers. In the end everything was just lukewarm. Took far too long and no one can speak German.

Very disappointing – never again KFC on Schiffenberger Weg in Giessen! This was by far the worst experience I have ever had at KFC. Online the menu looked normal – crispy chicken, chicken wings, etc. – but on site there were no regular chicken pieces or drumsticks, just the usual crispy pieces. Totally misleading! We ordered curly fries - they were absolutely inedible: soft, floppy, and you could immediately see (and taste) that they were ancient. The oil they were fried in was obviously way too old too - just disgusting. The staff was extremely unfriendly and annoyed. No smile, no greeting, no help. And the cleanliness: a disaster. Every table was dirty, trays and trash everywhere - no one cared. It looked like no one had cleaned there all day. I absolutely cannot recommend this location. There is neither service nor quality nor cleanliness.

We're not rating the food here, but rather the restroom policy, because everyone knows what you're eating here. If you want to use the restroom (which were clean, by the way), you have to pay €1 per person at a turnstile. We were here with our children on holiday from Wiesbaden, so we ended up with four vouchers that you can redeem when ordering. It's a good thing we weren't the first to order. However, when ordering, we weren't allowed to redeem all four vouchers (as parents for the children) for one order of four meals; we were only allowed to redeem one voucher per order/payment. At first, I thought it was a joke! No! The lady at the cashier just shrugged her shoulders. So we paid four times SEPARATELY. What nonsense and effort. This could definitely be solved differently... As it was, it was annoying and wasted a lot of time!
