As far as food is concerned, it is extremely disgusting that there is so much bleeding in the chicken wing. So I lost my appetite. All in all disappointing. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of the inside of the wings, but at this price you can expect a different quality but also more friendliness and a better ambience. During my last visit, an employee had one. Chicken drumstick fell on the floor when he thought I couldn't see it, he put the part from the floor back into the counter Ugh, it couldn't be more disgusting

Food was super delicious as always. With one bucket it's also enough not only to sack but to continue driving fully eaten❤️ perfect if you want something different or just like chicken😂❤️

An original part today is no longer an original part like it was 4 years ago. But now about the performance of the KFC in Eichenzell in particular. We ordered a bucket and a wrap menu at the kiosk for 38 EUR. The 2 original parts in the picture were not immediately available and were reproduced, which the staff told us in English, as there was obviously no German-speaking employee on site. The fries we received had been prepared for a long time and were inedible. I then complained about them to the staff and had them exchanged. The other fries that were still prepared in the display were not disposed of, but given to the next customer in the hope that he would not complain about them. In view of the recent scandals, especially at Burger King, I am alarmed by such approaches, because if you save money here, you will certainly save money when other, fresh ingredients expire. We'll be looking for another restaurant to eat soon.

The iced tea at least had a liquid that was reminiscent of the drink, but here too the syrup-to-water ratio wasn't right. If the store is busy, you should expect the fries to come fresh from the fryer. Unfortunately the potato sticks were inedible. I can't say whether they've just been lying there for half an hour or what else was causing them. In any case, the fries were soggy and didn't taste like you would expect from KFC. At least the chicken lived up to expectations.
