The amount of food was very small compared to what was on offer. Unfortunately, I was taken advantage of. I won't go there anymore.

The Indian girl working at the counter was really friendly and served us very nicely! Everything was great, the parking, the eating areas were clean and overall it was a nice experience eating here at the stopover.

On August 10, 2024 I visited the KFC in Eichenzell and was totally disappointed by the quality of the food, more precisely the freshness of the goods. While at McDonalds or Burger King the burgers are always the same size and the prices have increased due to inflation, at KFC it is probably the case that not only are the prices increasing, but the portions are also becoming smaller. An original part today is no longer an original part like it was 4 years ago. But now about the performance of the KFC in Eichenzell in particular. We ordered a bucket and a wrap menu at the kiosk for 38 EUR. The 2 original parts in the picture were not immediately available and were reproduced, which the staff told us in English, as there was obviously no German-speaking employee on site. The fries we received had been prepared for a long time and were inedible. I then complained about them to the staff and had them exchanged. The other fries that were still prepared in the display were not disposed of, but given to the next customer in the hope that he would not complain about them. In view of the recent scandals, especially at Burger King, I am alarmed by such approaches, because if you save money here, you will certainly save money when other, fresh ingredients expire. We'll be looking for another restaurant to eat soon.

Waited at the microphone in the drive in for over 5 minutes even though I was the only customer. There wasn't much going on in the shop either. Then I just drove past and saw the employee standing in the serving window. In addition, there are the non-existent promotional products.

I am eating KFC 23 years and now I stop because the stupid Decision to make zero drink sugar. I am thinking to move to Dubai just to eat KFC and enjoy. Because kfc in germany now for Diabetics !!!

The quality has decreased. Fries aren't what they used to be. Staff can be a bit careless towards others but also snotty.

Today, August 8th, at 11:25am I ordered a Super Deal Bucket to go. The fries and meat were already cold. I believe everything was prepared 5 hours earlier or 1 day ago. I paid €10 for nothing I won't come back

The chicken pieces were fried for too long and were therefore completely dry. Service was non-existent. Apparently the chickens dry themselves out after 10 minutes. This is a pity. I haven't observed this problem at other KFC restaurants. Note: if I had complained immediately, there might have been someone to accommodate me. Wasn't done because the first parts were still somewhat acceptable.

Located not far from the A7 on a car with the expected infrastructure. The warning signal here is the cleanliness of the toilets. Absolutely inadequate. No soap. Let's hope that things aren't similarly shabby behind the scenes.

Clean KFC, good fast and polite

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. The system catering was at full capacity during our visit. No wonder on a holiday travel day at lunchtime. The waiting time was still within pleasant limits. But the quality of what was on offer was subterranean. The drinks station was probably not in order. So instead of the desired Cola mixed drink Schwipp Schwapp, only a yellow broth bubbled into the cup. Probably the pure orange syrup. The iced tea at least had a liquid that was reminiscent of the drink, but here too the syrup-to-water ratio wasn't right. If the store is busy, you should expect the fries to come fresh from the fryer. Unfortunately the potato sticks were inedible. I can't say whether they've just been lying there for half an hour or what else was causing them. In any case, the fries were soggy and didn't taste like you would expect from KFC. At least the chicken lived up to expectations.

Never been to such a clean fast food restaurant, great. Toilets super clean. All the tables sparkled with cleanliness. I was only there for 10 minutes and during that time someone checked twice. Really good.

I was there with my friends last night for dinner. The staff was so freaking and helpful with placing the order on Kiosks. And once our order was finished, it took us only a few minutes to get the delicious Hot Wings and Burgers.

Food wasn’t hot, no smell in car from the bags, buns didn’t taste well. In general over time deteriorated quality. This time at least nothing was missing. Haven’t been there for a while because last time something was missing. In general don’t like this KFC. Update: wrong beverages. Both wrong. Now store is closed. This store isn’t worth it. They cheat for money. They took 8 40 from the card instead of 1.40. In short, they are scammers.

Eating is becoming more and more expensive for two people for a little food (1 burger menu + filet bites + crispys) €30! Of which the whole crispys were split in the middle and the fillet bites are getting smaller and smaller too!

We grabbed a little something while passing through. The large fries were not big and cold. Instead of Original Bites came Crispy Bites. Like the rest, the 3 crispies we ordered were all cold and nothing was crispy. Very unfortunate

We were passing through and wanted to grab a bite to eat and go to the toilet. The large fries for just under €5 were only marginally larger than the small portion. In addition, they were cold... The toilets were clean and the changing room was also clean.

At first everything was fine, we ordered 2 crispy cheese burgers. One burger had no cheese on it, the other had chili. The boss was very nasty and made fun of us. After the complaint, 2 burgers with mayonnaise came. No more cheese on it. The boss then said that no cheese would be added to such small orders. What kind of nonsense is this? Order a burger with cheese and don't get any cheese? We just ate it and left. Are disappointed, even though the first impression was actually good.

After a friendly complaint, the boss had a choleric outburst and hit the burger three times that had been complained about 😅 Help!!! You would like to wave the error flag - we remained friendly - your statement was; If you had spoken to her in a more friendly manner, the complaint would have been accepted 😅 OK - thank you very much for the poor service and your inappropriate fit of anger - some customers after us probably had a similar problem - too little food and the wrong food was packed. Half of the restaurant, which was well attended, shook their heads because of the boss and the poor service - some came up to me and confirmed that the service was extremely bad, even then it would have been the last visit - Conclusion: That was my first and last kfc Visit 👋🏼 I'd rather eat healthy again 😅 our journey continues now - all the best

I ordered via the app and paid at the restaurant. Afterwards I had to wait about 10 minutes because dozens of people who came after me and ordered from the machines in the house got their food first. Two of them also had chicken pieces. Then my number was called and I was told it would take another 8 minutes because the chicken pieces would only be ready then. I said I didn't agree with that. The lady behind the counter then told me that I would get Hotwings, which I said no. I wanted a cancellation. Another lady was called in and told me I couldn't cancel because I paid by card. I then told him that the gentleman could have told me when I was paying that no chicken pieces were ready. In response I was told that they don't have to tell me anything if I order online. Thank you too! When the chicken pieces were finally ready, someone else who came after me was served first. I specified in the app that I wanted to eat in the restaurant. When paying I was asked twice if I wanted to eat here or take away, to which I always said I wanted to eat here. Of course, at some point I got my food - in bags to take away. The fact that I got a cookie as an apology is a nice gesture, but for me it was the last time at KFC Eichenzell. Oh, the fries were still half raw inside! If it works, then it works.

Do I go to KFC because it's the only fast food with corn on the cob on the side? perhaps. Is it hurtful that you have to order two sides to have a whole ear of corn and then they also forget the butter? yes :c In general, price-performance at KFC is rather unsatisfactory. but the corn on the cob is on a skewer and wrapped up like a lollipop.

I ordered three chicken pieces for €8.49. I often make chicken pieces myself and am therefore a fan of industrial catering implementations. It's unbelievable how young they have to slaughter the chickens so that the legs are so small. The fact that the machines are now capable of this speaks for the high level of profit maximization of this professional company. If you think about it, you could easily make three times as much fried chicken with ingredients from the SM and still manage to sell their hollow-toothed portions. I was in need, hungry, happy that someone was still open. I wasn't fed up and my soul cried. There is one star because there was a free parking space for 20 minutes, and there was a lantern in the space so I didn't trip.

We've been eating there for a long time and nothing has changed - an old KFC with staff that had nothing to do with friendliness. The KFC restaurant needs a general overhaul. As far as food is concerned, it is extremely disgusting that there is so much bleeding in the chicken wing. So I lost my appetite. All in all disappointing. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of the inside of the wings, but with this Pteis you can expect a different quality but also more friendliness and a better ambience.

Das Personal war wirklich freundlich. Wir haben das erste Mal unsere City for Two Gutscheine eingelöst. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert und es hat super geschmeckt. Vom vegetarischen Hähnchenersatz war ich positiv überrascht. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder vorbei.

Bestellung nur am Kiosk möglich. Nicht sehr Kundenfreundlich. Toiletten zu klein. Essen war gut, aber die Hähnchenteile werden von Besuch zu Besuch kleiner.

Das KFC Restaurant ist wirklich sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter waren kompetent und sehr zuforkommend, das Essen war sehr gut und schnell fertig, außerdem war die Bestellung am Terminal ein Klacks und super einfach. Jedoch muss ich in der Kategorie des ambientes einen Stern abziehen, da die Toiletten sehr eng und nicht gut gereinigt wurden, was nicht heißt dass das Restaurant im allgemeinen ungereinigt ist, auf die Hygiene innerhalb des Essbereichs wurde gut geachtet. Alles in allem ist der Besuch sehr angenehm gewesen.

Das kulinarische Erlebnis erwies sich als überaus vorzüglich, ein wahrhaft meisterhaft zubereitetes Mahl, als hätte der Colonel höchstpersönlich Hand angelegt. Beeindruckend ist dabei der vorangeschrittene Grad der Bestell- und Digitalisierungssysteme, wobei die Nutzung von Terminals als Grundvoraussetzung gilt. Der Service brillierte durch außerordentliche Effizienz, begleitet von äußerst freundlichem Personal, das stets zuvorkommend agierte und für eine stets lockere Atmosphäre sorgte. Das gastronomische Ambiente präsentierte sich mit vielfältigen Sitz- und Stehmöglichkeiten, wobei der ansprechende Außenbereich besonders hervorsticht. Die Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder, sowohl drinnen als auch im Freien, erwiesen sich als wahre Freude für den Gaumen. Das gesamte Lokal präsentierte sich in vorbildlichem Zustand – ordentlich, sauber und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Ein potenzielles Manko ließ sich lediglich im Bereich der Sanitäranlagen ausmachen. Obwohl modern und sauber, scheinen sie sich knapp an den Normen der DIN 180402 zu orientieren, was bedauerlich ist. Hier gilt es, auf begrenztem Raum geschickt Bewegungsflächen zu überlagern, wobei jedoch darauf zu achten ist, Behinderungen für andere zu vermeiden. Doch wie schon Ikarus am eigenen Leib erfahren musste, wer der Sonne zu nahe kommt, der... nun ja, ihr wisst bereits, wie die Geschichte endet.

Super Laden mit freundlichem Personal.

Die Burger dort finde ich immer extrem lecker. Essen wird schnell gemacht und oft Mals beim reinbeißen dampft das Fleisch noch.

Die Preise steigen und das Essen wird immer schlechter ! An den Hähnchenteilen ist kaum mehr was dran und die Pommes werden alt und kalt serviert . Service komplett überfordert . Bestellung nur über Schalter möglich ..

Essen wie gewohnt bei KFC also gut. Es gab früher aber mal mehr fürs Geld. Service gibt es keinen, essen muss geholt werden. Ambiente gibt es eigentlich gar nicht. Die Hocker sind unbequem und das Mobiliar ist sehr steril.

Für diesen starken Kaffee braucht ihr einen Waffenschein 😄 Wir haben einen Burger ohne Käse bestellt und weil viel los war trotzdem mit Käse bekommen. Nächstes Mal würden wir auf ohne bestehen. Ansonsten ist es lecker, mein Sohn will da immer hin und das Ambiente magisch dort. Im Moment ist es alles auch sehr schön weihnachtlich dekoriert. Ich war nämlich trotz Drive dort auf dem WC.

Wir haben ja schon sehr viel erlebt, aber dieser KFC hat uns jetzt überzeugt die App zu löschen. Wir haben immer mal ein Auge zu gedrückt, wenn was nicht in Ordnung war. Aber dieser KFC hat uns den Rest gegeben, das wir nie wieder da was essen werden. Keine Hilfe bei der Bestellung, sondern noch freche Antworten bekommen. Toiletten sehr schmutzig wie der Laden selber auch, man muss betteln das sie ein den Tisch mal abwischen. Im Laden war es kälter wie draußen, so daß wir doch lieber bei Minusgraden im Auto gegessen haben. Das Essen war schon kalt wie wir es vom Tresen abgeholt haben, die Pommes waren hart wie noch mal frittiert. Das Personal bedient in dicken Straßen Kleidung wenn sie Lust haben, hoffen aber wohl eher das man doch lieber geht wenn es zu lange dauert. Für uns war es das letzte mal das wir ein KFC Laden betreten haben.

War ganz gut, was mich gefreut hat das es wieder große Becher für das Getränk gibt. Leider kommt aus dem Getränke Automaten hauptsächlich Schaum raus. So dauert das Befüllen leider sehr lange. Schade... Das Essen selbst war Top!

Neuerer KFC mit Bestellterminal für ein FastFood Restaurant ist es auch recht sauber nur vereinzelt Krümel auf den Tischen und die schlieren vom wischen. Essen wie gewohnt bei KFC.

Essen war gut, die Bedienung sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit am Bestellterminal. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Leider wurde uns zunächst das falsche Essen eingepackt. Bei Reklamation wurde dann die Schuld in einem unfreundlichen Ton auf uns geschoben. Essen wurde dann nach Diskussion widerwillig getauscht- das vorher falsch eingepackte Essen wurde einfach zurück in die Auslage geschmissen! Lecker! Als wir dann unsere richtige Bestellung essen wollten, fiel uns auf das wir dann viel zu wenige Teile bekommen haben! Zum krönenden Abschluss hatten wir auch noch ein Haar im Essen! Fazit: nie wieder!

leider muss ich sagen das bestellen über online funktioniert nich so richtig obwohl ich ein bestellungs code hatte hat sich keiner dafür interesiert nach dem ich gefragt habe warum ich so lange warten muss sind die erst zu pötte gekomme haben erst dann den menü zubereitet !!
