Kentucky Fried Chicken in Eichenzell

We actually really enjoyed eating here from time to time. But yesterday was a bitter disappointment. The crispies were dry, the fries were cold, the Volvic water was not Volvic but came from Italy. But the worst thing: the "new recipe" for Twister Wraps probably only improves the profit margin, but not the taste. We'll probably think twice about eating there again. Too bad.

My friend and I went to grab a coffee and wanted to speak with the manager, but one of the employees approached us and suddenly started verbally abusing me. My friend simply told him to mind his language, and then he grabbed us by the throat, pushing us against the wall. He even ripped my friend’s shirt. Some other colleagues and the manager intervened and managed to pull him away. Initially, we were ready to report him, but we later learned that he struggles with anger issues and may have some mental health challenges. So, we decided not to involve the police. However, we did ask the manager to report this incident to the Betriebsrat (works council). Please be cautious if he’s still working there. He could be a danger 🔴

Food as expected - everything went quickly - everything was fresh - tables and toilets were clean and we were there late

Every time, really every time, something is missing from an order!!! I'm starting to think that it's not because of the incompetent staff, but rather that this is simply a scam!!! Even if it's just a sauce that's missing, for example, it's annoying. You paid for it and you can't eat without it. The franchisee saves a few cents every time something is forgotten. Small animals mess up too!! The staff can hardly speak any German or only speak it very badly if you complain. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere, I feel ripped off here Guys, it's better to go to a real restaurant, for example “Landgasthof Zum Schwarzen Ross” in Lütter

The only good KFC in my area. I would avoid Alsfeld. This one is very small, but at least it tastes good here. Not like in Alsfeld.

I got a great offer from the guys and I really can't figure it out. Great food, fresh, quick, everything clean, great music, ambience hard to beat, prices completely fair.

Well, fries were poorly fried. Otherwise everything is normal. On the highway, what do you expect. It's enough for a short stop.

It is located next to Autohof. There are many special offers, cleanliness, nice staff. The order was completed quickly. I am satisfied with everything. There is no wifi! Just keep going.😎😎

Classic KFC restaurant. Fast service and clean toilets. The chicken was super crispy and hot. (Sometimes they have been finished for a long time and are weak). The side dishes here are also super fresh.

Super accurate at the drive in and very friendly!!! The filet bites were again very good. The fries could be a little thicker. We like going to KFC. You shouldn't think about where the chickens come from.

It was very loud even though it wasn't even very crowded. The scoreboard was of course broken and the employees looked overwhelmed. This ordering system is no good, it's putting your foot down. McDonalds has table service, which is great.

Too slow for fast food. Had ordered a corn, the lady said if it would be okay for me to wait 20 minutes or if I would like something else instead. Since I was just passing through and wanted to move on quickly, I chose the alternative.

Food as usual at KFC. The staff could be friendlier. When I got to the counter, they could have politely told me that I would like to please place the order at the terminals. Instead it said “Go order machine”. I did it, the request wasn't very inviting.

The entire staff speaks very loudly in a foreign language. There were two orders pending. Both had to be reworked because there were obviously communication problems. The price is way too high and the quality underground. NEVER AGAIN KFC!

The Indian girl working at the counter was really friendly and served us very nicely! Everything was great, the parking, the eating areas were clean and overall it was a nice experience eating here at the stopover.

On August 10, 2024 I visited the KFC in Eichenzell and was totally disappointed by the quality of the food, more precisely the freshness of the goods. While at McDonalds or Burger King the burgers are always the same size and the prices have increased due to inflation, at KFC it is probably the case that not only are the prices increasing, but the portions are also becoming smaller. An original part today is no longer an original part like it was 4 years ago. But now about the performance of the KFC in Eichenzell in particular. We ordered a bucket and a wrap menu at the kiosk for 38 EUR. The 2 original parts in the picture were not immediately available and were reproduced, which the staff told us in English, as there was obviously no German-speaking employee on site. The fries we received had been prepared for a long time and were inedible. I then complained about them to the staff and had them exchanged. The other fries that were still prepared in the display were not disposed of, but given to the next customer in the hope that he would not complain about them. In view of the recent scandals, especially at Burger King, I am alarmed by such approaches, because if you save money here, you will certainly save money when other, fresh ingredients expire. We'll be looking for another restaurant to eat soon.

Waited at the microphone in the drive in for over 5 minutes even though I was the only customer. There wasn't much going on in the shop either. Then I just drove past and saw the employee standing in the serving window. In addition, there are the non-existent promotional products.

I am eating KFC 23 years and now I stop because the stupid Decision to make zero drink sugar. I am thinking to move to Dubai just to eat KFC and enjoy. Because kfc in germany now for Diabetics !!!

The quality has decreased. Fries aren't what they used to be. Staff can be a bit careless towards others but also snotty.

Today, August 8th, at 11:25am I ordered a Super Deal Bucket to go. The fries and meat were already cold. I believe everything was prepared 5 hours earlier or 1 day ago. I paid €10 for nothing I won't come back

Our order was prepared quickly. The food was good. Friendly service. To recommend.

The chicken pieces were fried for too long and were therefore completely dry. Service was non-existent. Apparently the chickens dry themselves out after 10 minutes. This is a pity. I haven't observed this problem at other KFC restaurants. Note: if I had complained immediately, there might have been someone to accommodate me. Wasn't done because the first parts were still somewhat acceptable.

Located not far from the A7 on a car with the expected infrastructure. The warning signal here is the cleanliness of the toilets. Absolutely inadequate. No soap. Let's hope that things aren't similarly shabby behind the scenes.

Clean KFC, good fast and polite

Unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. The system catering was at full capacity during our visit. No wonder on a holiday travel day at lunchtime. The waiting time was still within pleasant limits. But the quality of what was on offer was subterranean. The drinks station was probably not in order. So instead of the desired Cola mixed drink Schwipp Schwapp, only a yellow broth bubbled into the cup. Probably the pure orange syrup. The iced tea at least had a liquid that was reminiscent of the drink, but here too the syrup-to-water ratio wasn't right. If the store is busy, you should expect the fries to come fresh from the fryer. Unfortunately the potato sticks were inedible. I can't say whether they've just been lying there for half an hour or what else was causing them. In any case, the fries were soggy and didn't taste like you would expect from KFC. At least the chicken lived up to expectations.

Never been to such a clean fast food restaurant, great. Toilets super clean. All the tables sparkled with cleanliness. I was only there for 10 minutes and during that time someone checked twice. Really good.

I was there with my friends last night for dinner. The staff was so freaking and helpful with placing the order on Kiosks. And once our order was finished, it took us only a few minutes to get the delicious Hot Wings and Burgers.

Food wasn’t hot, no smell in car from the bags, buns didn’t taste well. In general over time deteriorated quality. This time at least nothing was missing. Haven’t been there for a while because last time something was missing. In general don’t like this KFC. Update: wrong beverages. Both wrong. Now store is closed. This store isn’t worth it. Not coming back for now.

They cheat for money. They took 8 40 from the card instead of 1.40. In short, they are scammers.

Eating is becoming more and more expensive for two people for a little food (1 burger menu + filet bites + crispys) €30! Of which the whole crispys were split in the middle and the fillet bites are getting smaller and smaller too!

We grabbed a little something while passing through. The large fries were not big and cold. Instead of Original Bites came Crispy Bites. Like the rest, the 3 crispies we ordered were all cold and nothing was crispy. Very unfortunate

We were passing through and wanted to grab a bite to eat and go to the toilet. The large fries for just under €5 were only marginally larger than the small portion. In addition, they were cold... The toilets were clean and the changing room was also clean.

At first everything was fine, we ordered 2 crispy cheese burgers. One burger had no cheese on it, the other had chili. The boss was very nasty and made fun of us. After the complaint, 2 burgers with mayonnaise came. No more cheese on it. The boss then said that no cheese would be added to such small orders. What kind of nonsense is this? Order a burger with cheese and don't get any cheese? We just ate it and left. Are disappointed, even though the first impression was actually good.

Deserves even fewer stars…. Worst experience in my entire life. Wrong order, just wanted to complain and they yell at you and end up giving you a burger with mayo and some chicken in the burger. I absolutely cannot recommend it!!!!

After a friendly complaint, the boss had a choleric outburst and hit the burger three times that had been complained about 😅 Help!!! I ordered via the app and paid at the restaurant. Afterwards I had to wait about 10 minutes because dozens of people who came after me and ordered from the machines in the house got their food first. Two of them also had chicken pieces. Then my number was called and I was told it would take another 8 minutes because the chicken pieces would only be ready then. I said I didn't agree with that. The lady behind the counter then told me that I would get Hotwings, which I said no. I wanted a cancellation. Another lady was called in and told me I couldn't cancel because I paid by card. I then told him that the gentleman could have told me when I was paying that no chicken pieces were ready. In response I was told that they don't have to tell me anything if I order online. Thank you too! When the chicken pieces were finally ready, someone else who came after me was served first. I specified in the app that I wanted to eat in the restaurant. When paying I was asked twice if I wanted to eat here or take away, to which I always said I wanted to eat here. Of course, at some point I got my food - in bags to take away. The fact that I got a cookie as an apology is a nice gesture, but for me it was the last time at KFC Eichenzell. Oh, the fries were still half raw inside! If it works, then it works.

Do I go to KFC because it's the only fast food with corn on the cob on the side? perhaps. Is it hurtful that you have to order two sides to have a whole ear of corn and then they also forget the butter? yes :c In general, price-performance at KFC is rather unsatisfactory. but the corn on the cob is on a skewer and wrapped up like a lollipop.

I ordered three chicken pieces for €8.49. I often make chicken pieces myself and am therefore a fan of industrial catering implementations. It's unbelievable how young they have to slaughter the chickens so that the legs are so small. The fact that the machines are now capable of this speaks for the high level of profit maximization of this professional company. If you think about it, you could easily make three times as much fried chicken with ingredients from the SM and still manage to sell their hollow-toothed portions. I was in need, hungry, happy that someone was still open. I wasn't fed up and my soul cried. There is one star because there was a free parking space for 20 minutes, and there was a lantern in the space so I didn't trip.

We've been eating there for a long time and nothing has changed - an old KFC with staff that had nothing to do with friendliness. The KFC restaurant needs a general overhaul. As far as food is concerned, it is extremely disgusting that there is so much bleeding in the chicken wing. So I lost my appetite. All in all disappointing. Unfortunately I didn't take any pictures of the inside of the wings, but with this Pteis you can expect a different quality but also more friendliness and a better ambience.

KFC always worth it. Especially the 18 hotwings
