Assistant in the training phase with very poor knowledge of German, which led to the sandwiches being incorrectly placed. Preparing a SubMelt ended in a wet mess.

Now there is the Schlosshütte-Alm, which we recently visited. The interior wasn't full, so we quickly found a place. However, we had to wait 20 minutes until the waitress was comfortable enough to take our order of 3 drinks. After another 20 we were still waiting. When asked, the waitress pointed out that it was very full and then became rude (notice the waitress, who is also the lady of the house). What was surprising was that at times there were 5 people standing behind the counter watching each other pour drinks...amateurs! After another 10 minutes we left thirsty. We then decided to go to the Wiesenmühle in Fulda. It was also very well attended. Nevertheless, we found a place... So we sat down, ordered, got drinks in less than 5 minutes... with just 2 people behind the counter... professionals!

At the beginning of December 2023, I bought a candlelight dinner via Mydays in the Fasanerie restaurant for our wedding anniversary. (The appointment confirmation came immediately) When we and 3 other couples were there, we stood in front of closed doors. When one of the couples checked their emails, they sent a rejection letter before the appointment. I was able to notice this too. The contact person for the Mydays voucher is Mr. Müller (Restaurant Fasanerie). Nobody answered. Poor organization, illness, whatever. We accepted it. We got a voucher through Mydays and then got a new date for a candle light in June 2024. Here too we were there again. This time the staff was very confused because there was a closed party that evening. And we left again. Here, too, the contact person was Mr. Müller. This time I reached out to him and expressed my displeasure. Mr. Müller regretted this and promised to make amends to me. Since I can no longer reach Mr. Müller by phone and he doesn't respond by email, I would like to make it very clear. Neither Mydays nor Mr. Müller are interested in eliminating the errors that have arisen. That doesn't work at all. We spent €109 on it and received no benefit for it. Of course, Mydays also received such a recession. One piece of advice: stay away from Mydays, as organizing with Pheasantry simply doesn't work. I can't say much about the restaurant. Didn't have the chance...but I'll definitely never go there. Conclusion: Mydays + Restaurant Fasanerie = wanted, but not able. We were simply ripped off.

We actually really enjoyed eating here from time to time. But yesterday was a bitter disappointment. The crispies were dry, the fries were cold, the Volvic water was not Volvic but came from Italy. But the worst thing: the "new recipe" for Twister Wraps probably only improves the profit margin, but not the taste. We'll probably think twice about eating there again. Too bad.
