Rip-off at the toilets. Costs 1 euro and can be offset against the meal. It's only stupid if you want to wash your hands after eating or have to go to the toilet. It will be billed as Sanifar on the receipt but can only be redeemed at this branch. Unfortunately, the food also has to be rated poorly. The burger was dry. Well, maybe it's better that way. You can't get dirty and still have to pay €1 for hand washing 🤔

We were there today, placed a small order of 2 burgers without anything else and waited 50 minutes for it..... when our burgers arrived they were cold and also wrong... I was here for the first and last time..... the gentleman standing behind the counter was completely overwhelmed, the lady standing at the drive-in counter had no customers and also showed no interest in supporting her completely overwhelmed colleague...

I can't understand that at all, the McDonald's is in the middle of the motorway and should be able to get this problem under control after months. In addition, according to the opening times, the branch is open until midnight, but at 11 p.m. you won't see anyone anymore. I see an urgent need for action by the branch manager here.

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to: The ice cream machine didn't work, burgers were almost all out, even sauces - there was almost nothing left. And I've never been to a restaurant in my entire life that didn't have ketchup!!! I later found out from my companion that this was standard practice in this McDonald's and that there was even no cheese left, which meant that they could only offer all burgers without cheese - whoever ordered it. It is neither signposted nor is it pointed out to you. If you want burgers, go to the Burger King next door.

Cleanliness, well, first wiping trays and clearing away trash and then putting my hand into the Pomeranian shell without washing my hands...my appetite was gone.
