Burger King in Herborn

The best place, and the staff is so super nice, especially the management. 😍 I always enjoy coming here. The whole experience here is a 10/10, and I can honestly recommend this Burger King to everyone.

The quality has declined. The staff was in a bad mood on Sunday, and most of the tables were very dirty.

Churros in potato chip grease with fries on the side is disgusting. But squeezing a hot brownie with ice cream into a burger box and serving it to go is just plain stupid. It all ended up in the trash. Thanks for nothing.

This Burger King branch in Herborn is great, considering the generally friendly staff and the fast delivery of even non-pre-made orders. With the recent introduction of ordering kiosks, the restaurant's efficiency has improved even further, shortening wait times and making it possible to collect points with the app. The only negative point for me is that sometimes the most common orders, which are usually pre-made, are already cold by the time they're served, but that's often the case at other fast food restaurants where "bestsellers" are pre-made. In summary: a good and recommendable branch.

I went through the drive-thru and had to wait 20 minutes for my food due to technical issues in the kitchen, which I can totally understand. The car in front of me apologized a hundred times and gave out free items. When it was finally my turn, I was just rudely addressed by a certain "Mr. Stein." I really don't have a problem waiting for my food, but an apology or at least a bit of courtesy would have been appropriate.

The branch was clean and inviting—you immediately feel at home. I was particularly impressed by how hot the burgers were served and the crispy fries. This is what fast food should be! New employees seem to have to reinvent the world after the Burger King in Wilnsdorf and now also in Herborn. When I was told that if I didn't take a topping, the cup could be filled with ice so that at least you couldn't see the bottom of the cup, it was immediately discussed and the scales were pulled out to weigh it. Food like everywhere else. Mostly lukewarm. But what really annoys me: 1.It is very very very cold in the store. 2. Amex is specified as the payment method. But it is not accepted. If you want to pay by card (or Apple Pay doesn't matter), nothing works. When you tell them, a bad-tempered employee comes and says “Yes, Amex, we don’t accept them either!!” Why exactly do you specify them?

We've been here again for a while. It used to be quite good, but today it is extremely bad. The food was too cold, except for the fries. The nuggets were like rubber. It was 32€!!!! Absolutely not worth it for 2 people. At Mac Donalds I usually pay €24-26 for a good, warm meal and the dining room there is at a normal temperature. It was too cold here. I don't normally write comments, but from here it was worth it!

So I went to BurgerKing again in Herborn and had initially thought about going to the competition across the street. There was very little going on, one table was occupied, 3 people in front of me - order "in the house" (it says so on the receipt) - but everything was packed in a bag instead of eating there. Reason: no idea. It also took longer for the few orders. Unfortunately the BigKing was very thinly topped with lettuce and onions, the special request without cucumber worked. Unfortunately, the last time (a year ago) everything wasn't right, but you don't notice that right away when you take the things with you. Ordered the ChilliCheese Burger menu, BBQ sauce with the fries - that was specifically said. Unfortunately, the employee managed to add the BBQ sauce to the burger - so I had a barely edible BBQ ChilliChesse burger and dry fries because nothing was included here...

Normal rest stop Burger King. Everything is quite loveless and bleak. But the food and service is up to Burger King standards. Therefore, if you get fed up with sandwiches on the go, you can definitely risk a trip to the store.

It's just an average BK. I have the feeling that they are chronically understaffed because it takes significantly longer to prepare the food. You can't tell that any of the employees are exceptionally slow, they're probably just understaffed.

A Burger King on the motorway, the man at the counter seemed annoyed and was extremely inflexible, my order was also carried out incorrectly, instead of without tomatoes as ordered, my Whopper had some on it and my companion was missing the bacon that had been ordered and paid for, very annoying and not a good picture. Based on our previous experience, we didn't complain about it at the counter in order to avoid discussions with the bad-tempered employee!

The things taste good, like at every Burger King. The employees are nice. But after about 3 hours (didn't eat anything else that day except cookies) I got such stomach cramps and had to go to the toilet immediately that I almost didn't make it. Difficult.

Dirty shop. Although you politely ask to order at the counter, you are directed to the “super” functioning machines. You can take three guesses - it doesn't work.

The terminal had problems entering the code. There was an option to enter numbers. This didn't work. The staff denied the request for direct payment. An employee took the first step in our direction twice, but then stopped. When she remarked again that it wasn't working, she called in another employee, who only responded with "Huh, isn't that possible?" and made no move to support us. When we figured it out ourselves (at the bottom there was a field for scanning the QR CODE), a message constantly flashed asking whether we wanted to continue the order. Due to weak mobile network reception and a lack of Wi-Fi for customers, we ultimately canceled the procedure and left. It's good that the competitors were represented in a diverse manner at the location.

We already knew that Burger King could also do veggie, but now they also have vegan chicken nuggets, wow! Not bad and supposed to taste just as real as the plant based long chicken, so you have to try a box of 6. The taste experience was simply a success, at least when I remember the taste of chicken nuggets (I ate the last ones 11 years ago). New addition: the service staff probably didn't show up for work today...if you look at the return van 😉

Very nice staff, things prepared fresh and quickly, toilets clean and much larger than the neighboring burger shop, plenty of parking, nice play area, onion rings very tasty and burgers nice and juicy.
