Had a menu, curly fries were too salty and the long chicken was only luke warm. Drinks ok Service staff very accommodating. Nevertheless, I won't stop there again.

Organizationally, the very last BK for me, 1V3 toilet broken, sink broken, waited almost 20 minutes for 2 parts, no napkins with me, Everyone else can do it much better.

Delicious burgers made according to customer requirements. Thanks.

A Burger King on the motorway, the man at the counter seemed annoyed and was extremely inflexible, my order was also carried out incorrectly, instead of without tomatoes as ordered, my Whopper had some on it and my companion was missing the bacon that had been ordered and paid for, very annoying and not a good picture. Based on our previous experience, we didn't complain about it at the counter in order to avoid discussions with the bad-tempered employee!

Burger King! Was clean and tidy and the burger was ok too.

The table tops and surroundings were very dirty, there was a shortage of staff.

The things taste good, like at every Burger King. The employees are nice. But after about 3 hours (didn't eat anything else that day except cookies) I got such stomach cramps and had to go to the toilet immediately that I almost didn't make it. Difficult.

Dirty shop. Although you politely ask to order at the counter, you are directed to the “super” functioning machines. You can take three guesses - it doesn't work.

The terminal had problems entering the code. There was an option to enter numbers. This didn't work. The staff denied the request for direct payment. An employee took the first step in our direction twice, but then stopped. When she remarked again that it wasn't working, she called in another employee, who only responded with "Huh, isn't that possible?" and made no move to support us. When we figured it out ourselves (at the bottom there was a field for scanning the QR CODE), a message constantly flashed asking whether we wanted to continue the order. Due to weak mobile network reception and a lack of Wi-Fi for customers, we ultimately canceled the procedure and left. It's good that the competitors were represented in a diverse manner at the location.

Everything great. Except for the fact that every second order in the drive-thru is missing something...

Always quite relaxed here, so everything is fresh and so far the staff have always been friendly.

So it tastes good... only my problem is that it sometimes takes too long... recently I waited almost 15 minutes at mc drive... otherwise you can't complain

Working order terminals and a lot of vegetarian dishes, but extremely fast fast food that usually leaves you feeling a little unwell.

We already knew that Burger King could also do veggie, but now they also have vegan chicken nuggets, wow! Not bad and supposed to taste just as real as the plant based long chicken, so you have to try a box of 6. The taste experience was simply a success, at least when I remember the taste of chicken nuggets (I ate the last ones 11 years ago). New addition: the service staff probably didn't show up for work today...if you look at the return van 😉

Very nice staff, things prepared fresh and quickly, toilets clean and much larger than the neighboring burger shop, plenty of parking, nice play area, onion rings very tasty and burgers nice and juicy.

Operation of the terminal and interaction with the app should work better or test images of the individual basic steps should be available.

Great shop. Super friendly employees. You can still get something to eat at midnight.

One of the few Burger King with good service

It's a normal Burger King. Everything tastes good and is clean. You can sit outside and there is plenty of free parking. We've forgotten something a few times, especially when we were in the drive-thru. But the classics are above all forgotten sauces.

Duration from order to delivery 10-15 minutes, drive. Fries tasted like old fat. A Whopper menu now costs €10.50, no frills. I think the relationship is no longer correct!!

It's always an option when you're hungry

Just Burger King. The restaurant was well attended and the waiting time was ok too. However, the places could have been a little cleaner and the order machine didn't take the Payback card.

Mr. Stein's team is simply amazing. Never had such a good experience in a fast food restaurant. We were served very friendly and even special requests were implemented without any problems. Despite increased activity, we received our food warm, which is rather unusual for other branches... Although we live about 30km away and have 3 BKs nearby, we will be making the journey again soon and going to this branch!

The food is really great, but if the service is also great, it's a real alternative. But if you ask politely and then get a mushy answer along the lines of "we're working and questions aren't welcome" I think it's semi-GOOD

Food quality is fine as usual at the branches. Service is good but still needs improvement and the ambience could be made more customer-friendly. The big draw that I attribute to the ambience is the terrible network connection. Especially since an app is offered, the operator should urgently provide free WiFi with a network connection. Since this is not the case, two stars are deducted from the ambience and service.

Unfortunately, a branch where you are forced to order from one of these customer-unfriendly machines. Given the prices, there is now an unbelievable lack of service.

Have a bone part inside burger...

Pointless ordering system. Staff on site hardly speak German. If you wanted to order a portion of French fries, you were standing at the checkout. Employee looks away bored. After half a minute he mumbles an “Order?” When I answer yes, I get the answer “automatic”. Aha. So I enter my order as "French fries" as requested, only to receive a receipt with a number at the end, which I give to the employee in question so that he can collect my payment. Makes absolutely no sense to me...

Heute Abend 2 Bacon King XXl einzeln und 1 x Im Menue bestellt, Bacon war kalt nicht mal knusprig , als wir uns Beschwert haben wurde uns gesagt Im Wortlaut ( der Bacon kommt kalt da drauf der wird nicht warmgemacht ) Der war kalt und nicht gebraten . Meine Frau fragte dann warum er auf den Bildern knusprig aussieht wurde Ihr gesagt , wir sollten die Werbeleute fragen ! Frechheit

Tonight 2 Bacon King XXl ordered individually and 1 x in the menu, bacon was cold not even crispy, when we complained we were told verbatim (the bacon comes cold on it and is not warmed up) It was cold and not fried. My wife then asked why he looked crispy in the pictures and was told we should ask the advertising people! Simply an impudence!

We have always enjoyed eating here, but after the last meal we had food poisoning. I threw up for days and unfortunately I'm no longer a customer. The staff was always very nice to us.

Got burgers with way too much extremely hot sauce. The burger was inedible. Unfortunately, despite the desire to swap, no one was interested. Nobody seems to care about customer satisfaction here. It's a shame, I'd rather go to KFC, they're still interested in their customers

Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich gewesen meint um 00.48 zu sagen nach dem wir bestellt haben das sie angeblich ausverkauft wären und kam mit dem Argument wir haben keine Lust bis 3.00 Uhr da zu stehen. Was ist das für eine Respektlosigkeit? Jetzt hab ich mal eine Frage. Geht der Wunsch eines Kunden vor oder die Feier abend’s Uhrzeit?

Seit ein paar Wochen gibt es hier jetzt auch diese bescheuerten Bestellterminals. Unnütz und unpersönlich hoch drei!

EKELHAFT 60 Prozent aller Menschen waschen sich nicht die Hände nach einem Toilettengang. Mal abgesehen davon was Menschen sonst noch mit ihren Händen/Fingern machen. Auch diese Menschen bestellen bei Burger King an den Bestellbildschirmen ihr Fingerfood. So kann man sich außer Pommes auch eine Schmierinfektion holen; (Bindehautentzündung, Bakterienruhr, Herpes, Hepatitis A, Rotavirus, Norovirus, Typus, Polio, Sapoviren). Auch Tröpfcheninfektion können per Schmierinfektion übertragen werden, z. B. die Grippe. Vor diesem Hintergrund spielen die Produkte oder Mitarbeiter keine Rolle mehr.

Wenn ich rohen bacon möchte komme ich gerne wieder ! Was ihr abliefert geht gar nicht, ich esse schon Jahre bei euch aber die Qualität der Burger hat in den letzten Monaten stark nachgelassen.

Der Burger King in Herborn überzeugt mit effizientem und freundlichem Personal. Die Einführung der Bestellterminals hat den Service verbessert, und das Essen ist stets von hoher Qualität. Saubere Toiletten und der praktische Drive-In machen den Besuch insgesamt angenehm. Liegt zudem direkt an der A45.

Bestellung nur noch am Automaten und ewige Wartezeiten für Standarts.

Ist wie in jedem Burger King, Lecker .😋😋😋

Allrs ok, war ein Autohof mit eigenem Burger King. Hatten nur Kaffee. Alles sauber, Toiletten.

Burger grundsätzlich ganz ok auf dem niedrigen Niveau dieser Bräterketten. Leider kalt. Nur Bestellungen via Bestellsystem möglich, keine persönliche Bestellannahme, keine ernsthafte Unterstützung. Dürfte unser letzter Besuch bei BK gewesen sein...

Sehr leckeres und frisches Essen. Äußerst nette Bedienung. Nette Mitarbeiter, Herr Wegat war sehr sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.

Bestellung nur noch unpersönlich am Automaten, eine Mündliche Bestellung wird im Lokal nicht entgegen genommen. Kein freies WLAN.

wir wollten auf loc nuggets mampfen und haben anstatt 100 nur 99 nuggets bekommen, dies fanden wir nicht gut und waren sehr traurig

Ein sehr ordentliches und sauberes Fastfood-Restaurant. Unser Essen wurde ganz frisch zubereitet und an den Tisch gebracht. Die Mitarbeiter*innen waren alle sehr freundlich.

Ein typischer Burger King, der etwas aufgeräumter wirkt als andere Filialen, da er nicht so Zentral liegt. Die vegetarische Auswahl übertrifft andere Fastfoodketten um Längen, weshalb ich hier öfter mit meiner Partnerin hingehe. Auch das vegetarische Angebot nehme ich war, da es sehr lecker und gleichzusetzen mit dem Fleischhaltigem ist.

Ordentlich, sauber und nettes Personal.

Kaschemme ist eine Übertreibung positiv und Untertreibung negativ betrachtet.

Drive In ist deutlich schneller, essen gewohnt in Ordnung

Sonntag Abend (20:15/16.07) und eine Kasse offen... Über 30 Minuten Wartezeit und eine Schlange bis zur Tür. Einige hatten darauf keine Lust und sind in Anblick der Lage wieder gefahren. Lob an die Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse, die trotz Hochbetrieb (ich glaube 3 Großfamilie mit Kindern haben gefühlte 50 Eis bestellt) und streikender Eismaschiene die Nerven behalten hat. Wer hier die Schichteinteilung macht, sollte sich über so eine Situation mal Gedanken machen, aber anhand vorheriger Bewertungen scheint das ja Dauerzustand zu sein. Kein Wunder, wenn man dann ständig Personal sucht. Essen war ok.

Die veggie Burger sind eine ausgezeichnete Ausrede doch wieder einen Burger zu essen. Nur der sehr starker Luftzug auf der drive through genau ins offene Fenster is sehr unangenehm.

Leckeres essen frisch Gerne wieder

Eine sehr schnelle, saubere, gut geführte Filliale, es ist kein Vergleich mit anderen die man tendenziell in Großstädten hat. Man wird freundlich und adäquat bedient und kann dort auch einfach sitzen. Es gibt McDonalds Fillialen die viel schönere Einrichtung haben, aber grundsätzlich ist es angemessen.

Ordentlicher Burger King mit frischen, guten Burgern. Die Sauberkeit ist so wie man sie an einer Raststätte erwarten kann. Kein Ort an den man gezielt fährt, aber auch kein Ort den man gezielt vermeidet. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier essen, wenn mich bei Herborn auf der Autobahn der Hunger befällt. ;-)

Direkt an der A45 gelegen, nicht so frequentiert, Essen durchschnittlich. Die Toiletten hätten sauberer sein können.
