Great staff. Very polite. The woman kindly brought the food. I've rarely experienced this before.

We stopped by McDonald's while passing through and were impressed. It was a Monday afternoon, both the dining area and the restrooms were clean. The food came quickly and everything was perfect, including plenty of fries. Many McDonald's don't put much in the large fries, which obviously saves money :( That definitely wasn't the case here. The dining area was decorated with bamboo, which looked good. We go to McDonald's a lot, but this was definitely one of the better ones.

McDonald's, that's all. Bad food for a lot of money. McDonald's used to be good, but now all the burgers taste kind of boring. For me, this fast food chain has lost its appeal.

The coffee is bitter. A bad kind. Not recommended. And at €3.99 for a large coffee, it's too expensive.

We've never seen such a clean location. The restrooms were very clean. The service was unexpectedly excellent. A great team.

We tried it here too. It worked with my card, but I think the extra effort for the customer should be reflected in the price. It's impersonal. I'm no longer a customer. It's far too expensive for the result.

The best branch in the area and beyond. Excellent service, it felt like a restaurant rather than a fast food chain. Very attentive and friendly staff. The food and drinks were all perfect.

We ate here for the first time today. Everything was freshly prepared and delicious. The staff, especially the shift manager this evening, were extremely friendly and even asked at the table if everything was okay. I've never experienced that at a McDonald's in all my years. My daughter needed a lid for her drink, and the shift manager took it from the stack with a napkin and handed it to me. Hygiene was absolutely top-notch. There wasn't a single fries, etc., lying on the floor in the kitchen either. The ambiance and the restaurant made a first-class impression. I've also never seen such clean restrooms in all my years. The outdoor area and the parking lot were also super clean and well-maintained. Keep it up! We'll be back 💯%.

Everything was normal, but I saw a few cockroaches in the parking lot... So something must be going on nearby.

Stopped in for tomorrow. We had coffee with a croissant. Fast service. Delicious food. There is a parking lot for customers, lots of parking spaces. There is also a parking lot with electric charging. There is a toilet in the building, also for mothers and the disabled, everything is there for comfort. There is a playground on the territory. There is a large table for a large company.

Breakfast was hot and freshly prepared, cocoa and cappuccino delicious.

If you're in the mood for McDonalds, go to another branch because you'll get ripped off here! Cheeseburgers and chicken burgers currently cost €2.30 but not in this branch. Here you pay €3 each, McDonalds has adjusted many prices, this branch doesn't seem to be interested in that. I had to wait over 5 minutes for the 3 burgers, which were supposed to always be ready, and they weren't freshly prepared either, so they weren't particularly warm. I was the only car in the drive-thru. I will never visit this branch again because it is a disgrace to offer the products around 30% too expensive!

Clean tables and friendly staff.

There was little going on during the week at lunchtime. Ordered quickly, delivered to the table, eaten in peace. Toilets very clean. Great stopover on the way to vacation.

Mc Drive used, food warm and freshly prepared. Rental worker friendly, so no complaints.

I'm not very enthusiastic, unfortunately it took a long time until my food was ready and part of my order was missing, which is why I had to turn back, then at least I got my 2 missing curly fries without much discussion.

One of the most cleanest McD I have visited in Germany. The burger doesn’t taste like “nothing” and the staff were friendly and food was served warm! Plenty of parking around, and you have the chance of sitting in the sun as well!

I'll put it this way: I'm not surprised that people are looking for people. The boss's representative insults and puts people down. Hygiene? As far as I know, food is not touched with bare hands, but with special gloves. Then you have to do 5 tasks at the same time for the minimum wage. I don't know anyone who allows themselves to be bullied by the boss and then manages all the tasks at the same time. In my opinion, management hasn't quite understood who is really responsible for something.

Does not take part in the McSmart snacks promotion. just like dillenburg. So no permanently cheaper hamburgers, cheeseburgers, chicken burgers, fish o fillet, etc. However, Gladenbach, Giessen, Wetzlar, Asslar, Marburg take part. therefore never again herborn and dillenburg.

Very clean and tidy restaurant. The burgers and fries were very tasty, warm and freshly prepared. The staff very friendly and helpful. Good place to take a quick break from the highway.

The first McDonald's where everything really works every time. The food is always hot and fresh, ready within a few minutes (really fast food!!!) and all the staff are friendly. The sanitary facilities, like the entire inside and outside area, are 100% clean. A big compliment to the employees at this branch! 👍👍🥳

Update 2025: Dead insect in the drink, but everyone is very friendly. The price-performance ratio hasn't been right for a long time. Update 2024: The toy was missing from the Happy Meal (unfortunately I only noticed it at home). Burger lukewarm.

Best McDonald's I've ever been to. The food was fresh quickly and after about 5 minutes someone came again and asked if everything was OK. Craziness. And then I thought it was an isolated incident, but no, on the way back after our vacation we stopped here again and it was the same. Super.

If you want to buy a MacRib with low-quality meat and a pinch of sauce, you should definitely go here. Tendons and cartilage are free.

Unfortunately, the gaming table is always occupied when we are there...

In the morning for breakfast everything was very clean and well maintained. Staff was nice and the food was freshly prepared. There is a McCafé and the rest of the usual offerings. Toilets were very clean.

Mein bestellter MacRib wurde mit minderwertigem Fleisch mit Sehnen und Knorpeln hergestellt. Die Soßenmenge ist unzureichend daher habe ich bisher immer eine zusätzliche Menge dabei.

I'll put it this way, My job was actually: Takes payments by accepting cash, check or debit and issues change to customers . Verifies credit acceptance and operates credit card authorization systems. Balances the cash register by counting cash at the beginning and end of work shifts following cash register procedures. There was a person who bullied me out because she couldn't get along with me. I was also supposed to complete 5 tasks at the same time. That means: While I'm collecting, I should, among other things, get more fries, use the deep fryer so that people have the meat available for the burgers, and at the same time have the balloons ready for the customers. Should keep the path clean and also make sure that the drink supply was right. All in exactly the same time. It doesn't surprise me at all that colleagues came and went there. Management as it was held there is usually handled differently. However, of course everyone may have a different hand. However, in my opinion, many aspects did not agree with the employees' statements or with what I thought was the logic. But I recommend everyone to take his or her own picture. However, I definitely won't go there again. It also said: actually never work for more than 3 days in a row. Then it turned into 6 days. However, I left the bullying voluntarily. Especially since salaries are often messed up. I received less for my work. If it actually goes to court, it doesn't matter how good the lawyers there are. For my part, I have informed everyone who needs to know. So I'm 100% protected.

Unfortunately I have to give 1* for the food and 1* for the service. The 20 nuggets weren't even lukewarm and the ice cream (McSundae) arrived as a half portion. The service person at the checkout was very unfriendly.

Were there between breakfast and lunch. Clean, Tasty, Friendly!! Our short one tipped over a full Fanta and in no time the young salesman was there and cleaned the table, bench and floor. I offered to help but he did it alone. Hats off !

I visit this McDonald's a few times a year. At times I found him normally good. Toilets not new, but clean (and free, even without a deposit or similar), parking spaces available, etc. But the last two times the food was served so quickly that I was pleasantly surprised! And it was fresh, so it couldn't have been lying around for long! In addition, an employee apparently gave all the children balloons for no special reason. This action made me give a positive rating. After all, nice things should pay off!

The service was good and friendly, only the food wasn't quite as warm, but still OK. Everything was included when ordering. The only drawback: I really don't need ice in my drink in the fall ;-)

I was very disappointed, the Big Mac was dry and the fries were flaky and tasted like they were from the day before yesterday. When I then asked how old they were, the checkout checked to see how long I had had them. 7 minutes! Do you have to eat slings at Mac Donald's? However, a very nice other employee, who ignored the blonde for a long time, took the old fries out of my hand and brought fresh ones like I know from Mac Donald. You should check your staff.

A McDonalds like any other, but the prices are 20ct higher on the highway! Ordering via the app works great here, in contrast to many other restaurants, but in my opinion that is more due to the overloaded and unintuitive app and the overwhelmed users who just want their food quickly when ordering and don't think much about it want.Some coupons can only be added to the ordering machines in the restaurant and not in the app, then you just have to place 2 orders, one in the app and one at the machine, very practical🙈🙋

Probably one of the cleanest McDonald's restaurants I've ever seen.

I haven't seen a McDonald's this clean in a long time. My highlight here, however, was the older employee who was very friendly and enjoyed her job. There are things you don't know about McDonald's - usually a McDonald's is dirty and the staff is very unfriendly. Luckily that doesn't apply here. All I can say is keep it up!!!

The breakfast at McD is just McD's breakfast. Nothing great and nothing good. But what everyone knows when they enter the store. The whole breakfast nonsense is so crazy, McD is burger and not cheap toast with cheap processed cheese and cheap molded ham for €1.99 before 10 a.m. Sorry, but then it's better to keep the shop closed.

Even when the "restaurant" was full to bursting, the waiting time was acceptable and the employees were still very friendly and patient.
