A McDonalds like any other, but the prices are 20ct higher on the highway! Ordering via the app works great here, in contrast to many other restaurants, but in my opinion that is more due to the overloaded and unintuitive app and the overwhelmed users who just want their food quickly when ordering and don't think much about it want.Some coupons can only be added to the ordering machines in the restaurant and not in the app, then you just have to place 2 orders, one in the app and one at the machine, very practical🙈🙋

Very nice branch and a nice outdoor area for the kids. Otherwise it took a while to get the food, the food itself was fresh and tasty.

Good McDonald's, but entrance and parking situation a bit cramped. Highly recommended!

Probably one of the cleanest McDonald's restaurants I've ever seen.

I haven't seen a McDonald's this clean in a long time. My highlight here, however, was the older employee who was very friendly and enjoyed her job. There are things you don't know about McDonald's - usually a McDonald's is dirty and the staff is very unfriendly. Luckily that doesn't apply here. All I can say is keep it up!!!

Everything is ok and meets expectations. Unfortunately, the food isn't really hot, but that's often the case at Mc, it must be due to the way it's prepared. We will come back, no question.

The breakfast at McD is just McD's breakfast. Nothing great and nothing good. But what everyone knows when they enter the store. The whole breakfast nonsense is so crazy, McD is burger and not cheap toast with cheap processed cheese and cheap molded ham for €1.99 before 10 a.m. Sorry, but then it's better to keep the shop closed.

The first McDonald's where everything really works every time. The food is always hot and fresh, ready within a few minutes (really fast food!!!) and all the staff are friendly. The sanitary facilities, like the entire inside and outside area, are 100% clean. A big compliment to the employees at this branch! 👍👍🥳

Even when the "restaurant" was full to bursting, the waiting time was acceptable and the employees were still very friendly and patient.

I notice it more and more negatively. When you go to the drive-in, you can be sure that something is always missing. As if it was intentional...?

Unfortunately, this is the second time I've had an unpleasant experience. The lady with the short blonde hair and the shrill voice is more than overwhelmed, cheeky, stroppy and not customer-oriented. The first time, 3 vouchers were too many for her - she told me that others also wanted to order and that I had to hurry up. The second time I barely got around to ordering because she didn't let me finish (two identical menus) and said that it would go the way she wanted and no other way. Next time 3 km further to Dillenburg, for the price you don't have to do something so outrageous. Impossible person and the boss doesn't seem to care. A pity.

Here too, the charging station met all expectations. The maximum charge of 100 KW was made available throughout the entire charging period.

I actually don't like Chinese at all, but it's fine with schnapps.

Leider war nun (zum wiederholten Mal) die vorher online getätigte Bestellung, falsch! Die Soßen falsch, ein Burger fehlte komplett.

Modern atmosphere, very clean, staff friendly and accommodating. The food was fresh and warm, as it should be. One of the best branches I've ever visited. Keep it up ;)

Very unfriendly staff! You were literally “plumbed”! I would never allow myself to use such a rude tone towards customers. No sugar or milk was served with the coffee, and people didn't know their way around their own terminal. We definitely won't be going here again!!!!

Ordentlich geführtes McDonald's Restaurant mit netter Bedienung

Habe heute mit meiner Mc Donald App bestellt. Voll cool😎 . Wenn man schon in der nähe ist, kann man noch mittels der App bescheid geben und alles ist fertig wenn man dann vor Ort die Sachen abholt.👍

Essen schmeckt immer super...... Egal in Welcher Filiale.

War erstaunlich sauber und die Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich

Sehr hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin hat mir bei der Bestellung geholfen und alles sehr gut erklärt. Toiletten sehr sauber, Auswahl sehr groß. Schöne Sitzplätze und eine schöne Aussicht. Mir hat der Kakao besonders gut geschmeckt. Parkplätze sind kostenlos.

Futter ist so wie immer, aber hier gibt es wegen Corona (nov. 2023) immer noch Kaffee im Pappbecher, trotz extra wunsch gibt es keine Porzellantassen

Das war definitiv mein letzter Besuch bei MC Donalds..nach der unsäglichen Eingabe am Terminal bekomme ich meinen Cappuccino ( Mehrweg!!!) im Plastikbecher..!? Abgebildet war er in der guten alten Porzellantasse, ich finde das unmöglich und so schmeckt der dann auch.. Nie wieder...

Fast food halt, nach em Suff wirklich gut. Hat lange offen und es war immer alles in Ordnung.

Nett eingerichtet, sehr hilfsbereites Personal und saubere Geschäftsräume. Über die App bestellt und innerhalb von 2 Minuten war das Essen abholbereit.

Bestellung aufgeben nur über den Automaten. Die Fritten wurden mit losen Haaren serviert

Bedienung war nett. Toiletten waren kostenlos nutzbar. Sah man dann auch direkt auf dem Herren WC unterm Urinal. Manch einer hat wohl sein C-Rohr nicht im Griff. Essen war halt Mc Donalds Standard.

Ein ganz normaler McDonald's. Früher haben sie häufig Dinge vergessen, dies haben sie mittlerweile behoben. Ab und zu fehlt mal ne Sauce. Mittlerweile kann man für das Geld auch gut essen gehen, ich empfehle den kaisergarten. Bei 5€ für einen doppelcheese kann ich mir Grad wo anders was besseres holen.

Die beste Filiale überhaupt! Wir sind von der Autobahn zum Mittagessen dorthin. Alles sauber, sehr, sehr schnell kam die Bestellung (hab ich noch nie erlebt bei McDoof) und alle wirklich sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett. Besser geht's nicht! Kann man dort nicht die Mitarbeiter aus Gelsenkirchen mal zur Schulung hinschicken?

Nicht sauber, Terminal defekt, App funktioniert nicht. Burger sehr weit vom Bild und leider auch vom Geschmack entfernt. Royal TS und McChicken schmecken nur fettig.

Pommes leider oft genug zu kalt

Fahre selten dorthin. Immer nur, wenn der filet-o-fish im Angebot ist. Aber der wird mittlerweile von den Mitarbeitern so mies angerichtet-wie hingewichst-, völlig lieblos und unattraktiv. Alles schief und pampig. Das brauche ich dann auch nicht mehr😖

Bic Mac kaum verändert dafür weniger Soße, was soll man sagen kult aber verbesserungswürdig

Mc Donalds kennt man aber das hier ist die bisher beste Filiale die ich besucht habe. Alles sauber! Super freundliches lachendes Personal. Das essen war wirklich frisch zubereitet und alles kam sehr schnell zu uns. Kein Detail der Bestellung wurde vergessen. Komme gerne wieder.

Ist halt ein McDonald's. Der Salat ist Frisch aber die Pommes könnten kunspriger sein.

Gehen gerne mit den Kids dort hin. An sich ein schöner Mc Donalds. Leider gibt es nur einen Spieletisch und der ist meistens belegt. Ansonsten schön sauber. Aber eine Mitarbeiterin diese blonde mit den kurzen Haaren kommt mir etwas überheblich manchmal vor.

Seit 45 Jahren gehe ich in verschiedenen Ländern und Städten zu McDonalds, aber so freundlich wie hier bin ich noch nirgends bedient worden. Auch das Essen frisch und top. Vielen Dank dafür!!!

Hallo ich bin ein Mitarbeiter bei McDonald’s bei Hörbach. Wir Mitarbeiter und die Schichtfüher sind nicht dafür verantwortlich das man nicht mehr an der Kasse bestellen kann. Wenn wir wir Mitarbeiter uns nicht daran halten bekommen wir Ärger Genau wie die Schichtführer. Ich persönlich spreche nicht dafür das es einen Bestellswang an den Terminals gibt, das sollte jeder Gast selbst bestimmen können. Ich weiß aber auch nicht genau ob es nur bei uns so ist oder auch bei jeden anderen McDonald’s. Ich denke das McDonald’s Deutschland dafür verantwortlich ist und dort sollten ihre Bewertungen und Beschwerden landen, diese kann man im internet finden in dem man McDonald’s Deutschland in Google eingibt. Und zu guter letzt es ist nicht alles schlecht bei uns wir versuchen einen Freundlichen und Schnellen Service trotz dem neuen Systems zu leisten.

Gestern Abend nach einem Flug auf dem Weg nach Hause schnell mal zu Mc Donalds. Diese Person sagte sie könne, wolle, dürfe keine Bestellungen mehr annehmen, man müsse an diese Tafel. Dabei würde sie uns auch gerne helfen, erstens sehen wir nicht aus als wären wir unfähig, zweitens hätte sie in der Zeit die dieser Vorgang benötigt hätte auch die 2 Burger bestellen können. Nein, das möchten wir nicht, ich tatsche nicht auf diesem Bazillenverseuchten Teil herum, ich möchte Service, so schafft man Arbeitsplätze ab und vergrault Kunden, wir sind dann ohne etwas zu bestellen gegangen. Sollte man künftig keinen Kunden mehr direkt bedienen gehen wir garantiert nie wieder hin.Leider kann man nicht ohne einen Punkt zu vergeben Bewerten.

Wir waren am 23.08 gegen 10.30 in dieser schönen Systemgastronomiewelt. Das gelangweilte Personal teilte uns an der Bestelltheke pampig mit dass sie hier keine Bestellungen annehmen.(macht irgendwie keinen Sinn) Wir sollten gefälligst unsere Bestellung am Automaten aufgeben. Das haben wir natürlich daraufhin nicht gemacht. Wir sind ein paar hundert Meter zu einem anderen Systemgastronomen gefahren wo wir dann auch persönlich unsere Bestellung aufgeben konnten. Wenn das der neue Standard ist kann ich nur sagen. " Nein Danke, ohne mich! " Fazit : Wie wechseln ab heute zum Alternativrestaurant oder machen es wie früher und nehmen Kaffee und Verpflegung von zu Hause mit. Ist letztlich gesünder und auch günstiger.

Ich bin Pendlerin und mache bei Mc Donalds regelmäßig Rast. Essen ist immer gut und der Cafe auch. In Herborn gibt es jedoch seit Jahren eine kleine dicke und so unfreundliche Bedingung, dass ich das Lokal wechseln muss. Sie ist fast immer schlecht gelaunt und beschimpft einen, wenn man etwas nicht nach ihrem Geschmack bestellt. So was geht gar nicht, solches Personal darf es einfach nicht geben!

Es handelt sich hier um ein typisches Mc Donalds. Allerdings etwas besser als gewohnt. Sehr sauber. Schnelle und vor Allem freundliches Personal.

Nähe der A45 gelegen, man fährt an einem BurgerKing vorbei, ist es ein frequentiertes Restaurant von Reisenden. Der Service, wie auch die Service-Ausbildung hängen dem Standard hinterher. Auch wird nicht frisch zubereitet, sondern auf Vorrat. Sauberkeit ist gegeben. Essensgeschmack wie in allen McDonald's Ketten-Restaurants durchschnittlich.
