Waiting times, usually only one cash register. Drive in always has priority. Prices are getting more and more expensive. No longer affordable without coupons. Unfortunately, there are still too many customers who go along with this cheeky price spiral without thinking. And delivery..A joke..big app advertising and then it doesn't work at all in 61184 Karben.. And no, the statement that this is only possible at selected branches does not change the fact that this marketing idea has failed if not everyone takes part.

Unfortunately a disappointment (not only here): the patties are pre-fried as usual and are warmed up briefly when ordered. Flamegrilled, well. Very far away from the beautiful pictures. Why can't I get a freshly grilled burger even though I made it very clear that I would be happy to wait (longer) for it? It's just lame

I just asked whether it was possible for a customer to cancel an order because I ordered a single burger (accidentally) but wanted the menu. I was then told in a very sharp and unfriendly tone by the responsible Burger King employee that this was not possible. Very unfriendly. Will not order here again in the future.

Slow food. You should bring plenty of time

It was reasonably clean and tidy, but you had to wait a long time for your food. Ofand was charged, even though you were given a disposable cup...but after a short discussion, we were able to sort it out...

Honestly, for a fast food shop, the waiting time, cleanliness and service are absolutely top. The man responds to requests for changes and always has a smile.

I ask for more care when putting together the orders. Today I ordered 2x 9er King Nuggets as a menu and once extra 9er Nuggets. The latter was missing and I only saw it at home. This is unacceptable, especially given the prices.

War hier am vergangenen Wochenende um zu Abend zu essen. Die Burger waren gut, das Öl hätte von den Pommes Frites besser abgeschüttelt werden müssen. Leider waren sämtliche Tische innen sowie außen nicht sauber und auch die Tablettwagen wurden scheinbar seit Stunden nicht geleert. Ich bin ein Kunde seit dem ersten Tag dieses Restaurants und muss leider sagen, dass man dort gerne das Geld der Kunden nimmt, jedoch kaum etwas für sein Wohlbefinden tut. Auch der Zustand der Toiletten war mäßig.

Tasted good and was quick. The toilet was clean, the staff was friendly. The offers are good too. I've been here many times and the food has always been fresh and hot. Beware of rip-offs!!! Got ripped off today for 20 euros, little Eastern European woman doesn't give a receipt and returns coins wrapped in the notes, so you have to balance so that the coins don't fall out of your hand. So you first drive forward a few meters to make space for those coming behind. It is reasonable to suspect that there is a method to this. So in the future, first ask for the receipt with the contents of the bag and then compare it with the change without taking it into the car!!!

Strawberry milkshake way too little strawberry - only tastes like vanilla. I complained about it and the answer I get is that I should just stir it and it will be fine and I can go somewhere else if it doesn't work. Stirring didn't do much good - so I'll actually go somewhere else next time.

Ordered two menus with, among other things, Cola Zero and normal Cola. Plus 2 burgers with your special request. Nothing was marked or identified which was which. With the burgers you could have found out by unpacking them. When asked to refill both colas, the employee wanted to do so. The already filled cups were snatched out of her hand by the “shift manager” and placed back on the counter. The whole thing with the statement that this is not done because, among other things, it is assumed that the rear Cola is the Zero. And we could just try and see what's what. No, I will not try two cokes to find out what the employees did wrong. After further discussion, we were only asked to cancel the order completely. The money was literally “thrown” into our hands and onto the counter with the words “here and bye”. And the whole thing from the “shift manager”. We have ordered here several times, every time there is something, but they always accommodated our wishes and requests. But today it's the last straw. We will never understand how people can make so many mistakes when ordering from the machine. This clearly requires employees who speak German and treat customers like one. From an economic point of view, it doesn't make sense to throw away 2 completely prepared menus because you don't want to bottle 2 new colas.

Normally it would have been really nice for a fast food shop, but I was just sent away at 12:45 a.m. without ordering, even though it says open until 1 a.m. on the door and online.

Unfortunately, if you order Drive Inn there are sometimes language problems. Not good There belongs someone who speaks perfect German.

Today Friday June 28th. I waited 45 minutes for the food. There were only 2 men at the cash register and one in the kitchen. This can not go well. A number of people left again.

This Burger King is by far the worst I've ever been to... The food takes a very long time, the staff is extremely unfriendly and not particularly communicative - eye contact is avoided. I've had lunch here several times, so the things mentioned above weren't unique to you... Short positive: It is almost always very clean inside. The tray trolleys could be cleared out more often, but the overall cleanliness is okay.

Like almost everywhere else at the Nestwirt, the food is not prepared hot enough. But here it was somewhat OK.

The slowest Burger King drive-thru I've ever experienced. It takes forever every time and today they killed the bird with 25 minutes for four cars. The lunch break is over before you have a burger in the car. No more !!!!!!

The fast food restaurant is now being redesigned. Thanks to 5 terminals, ordering is now much faster and the store is cleaner (perhaps). The staff also seem to be in a better mood, although they may also look a bit in a bad mood due to some "stupid" people around them.

You always have to check your food to make sure it's there when you drive through Mc Drive. Very very nice service (boss)!!! My little son really wanted to complete his series of Kung Fu Panda. Unfortunately the toy line was already over. Luckily this BK still had some. After a short phone call, the figures were put aside and I was able to pick them up. Thank you very much again :) Someone is very happy here at home.

So this Burger King is definitely not the best. Here's a little insight. The order was taken incorrectly, the complaint was only received with reluctance and rolling of the eyes, the meat on one side was completely burnt (black), the service could hardly speak German, etc. The burger is still in my stomach now. 🤮Never again!!!!

Unfortunately, on my last visit on Friday March 22nd, 2024 at around 1:00 p.m. it was not correct. I waited at the drive-in counter for 5 minutes until my turn came, even though there was only one car in front of me. There were only a handful of customers at the tables in the store and I still waited almost 15 minutes for my 3 crispy chickens, which were also carelessly put together.

On Monday I was at the Karbeb branch. I ordered a chili chicken burger that was on sale. After two hours I got a fever. I vomited all night and couldn't get up the next day, with nausea, joint pain and headaches all day. I'm taking antibiotics because my doctor thinks this is a sign that the meat was spoiled. I will never go to Burger King again. Thank God it was only me who ate this burger and not my daughter. As a Mexican, it's very rare that anything harms me, even chili. The meat was definitely bad.

Catastrophe! We ordered 2 hot brownies, 6 nuggets, 6 chili cheese nuggets and had already been in the drive-thru for about 15 minutes. Since the renovation it has been a very nice, clean and modern Burger King with self-service terminals. There are also more than enough parking spaces available. The food is as you would expect from Burger King - fast food. It's just happened to me several times now (especially at the drive-thru) that I received either the wrong delivery or an incomplete delivery. That can happen sometimes, but it definitely happens too often here. Furthermore, I personally find it annoying when the staff converse with each other in a foreign language (in my case it was Turkish) while serving customers. It doesn't matter to me which language is spoken in the lounge or during activities away from customers (such as preparation in the kitchen). In my opinion, however, this has no place in the service area.

Over the last few years, this branch has not been able to maintain consistent quality. The little details make the difference whether I want to eat it or not. You rarely feel good after fast food anyway, so it should at least always be “good”. I've had nuggets that were soft instead of crispy. A burger that was almost cold, the bun not toasted. Overall, I'm wondering if it's because of this branch or Burger King itself. In any case, it tasted much better before. A pity!!

Chic, modern Burger King with self-service terminals, but no table service. There are enough parking spaces available. Long waiting times, unfriendly staff. The burgers are rather soggy and dry, the fries are completely tasteless. And the prices are now completely overpriced, despite app coupons. The toilets weren't clean either and some of them didn't have toilet paper. Definitely not again.

Erfahrung am Drive in: ordentlich, freundlich und augenscheinlich alles sauber. Mal wird eine Mayo vergessen, mal ein Dip zu viel: das kann aber alles mal passieren und deswegen mache ich kein Faß auf. Ansonsten im Gegensatz zu anderen BK-Filialen wirklich tip-top. Die Managerin da drin scheint das im Griff zu haben, das merkt und schmeckt man. Solide Schulnote 2. Bis zum nächsten Mal🍔

Wir waren morgens um kurz nach 10 da. Es war nix los aber es hat trotzdem für ein Schnellrestaurant etwas lange gedauert

Irgendwie war alles lappig und pappig.

Lange nicht hier gewesen. Was soll ich sagen, Personal unmotiviert und unfreundlich. Kein hallo, kein danke, kein auf Wiedersehen. Man fühlt sich nicht willkommen und hat keine Lust 11 Euro für ein Whopper Menü hier zu lassen. Whopper lieblos zusammengeschustert, Bacon labbrig, null cross, Brötchen schlaff. Bei BK in Rossbach alles viel besser. Das war’s für mich wieder mit BK Karben.

Wir hatten Glück und es war nicht viel los, wurden schnell bedient und die Menüs und der Burger war fix fertig. Das Essen war einigermaßen warm, aber die Pommes knusprig! Leider war es recht schmuddelig und die Tische wurden schon länger nicht mehr abgewischt. Das sollte besser sein!

Hab lange gewartet auf 1 Hamburger und 1 Naggetburger

Trotz 25 min warten, kalter Burger. Pommes fehlt und bei Reklamation wird einem Betrug unterstellt. Unhöfliches und überfordertes Personal. Manager hilfsbereit und Verständnisvoll.

Wie das Essen schmeckt, weiß jeder. Ich beurteile den Service mit meiner Wertung, mit der Frau die beim Laufen einschläft. Insgesamt nur 2 Personen und dementsprechend auch Wartezeit. Auch die Sauberkeit im Restaurant ist dadurch eher knapp ausreichend... Ich war hier, weil es kein MC in der Nähe gab. Noch mal würde ich nicht kommen

Ich war extrem überrascht, einen solch sauberen Burgerking vorzufinden. Ich kenne den Laden, war einmal vor x-Jahren hier und erkenne ihn heute nicht wieder.

Sehr gute Lage. Das Restaurant ist sauber und Service ist hervorragend sowie das Personal.

Seitdem umgebaut wurde ist das Ambiente viel schöner und die Automaten zum Bestellen sind eine große Verbesserung.

Baut immer mehr ab. Hat nix mehr mit heißen Burgern zu tun. Alles kalt und nach der Modernisierung noch schlimmer. Der Automat zwingt einen quasi zum Menü wenn man nicht genau hin schaut. Kleines stilles Wasser kostet einzeln über 3€!!!!

Für was schnelles auf die Hand ganz ok. Geschmack (logischerweise) wie überall auch nur dass man sagen muss, dass hier alles immer kalt und einfach nicht frisch schmeckt. Sage ich, weil das in anderen Filialen ganz klar anders ist. Tipp: immer alles ohne Gurken bestellen, damit sie die Burger auch wirklich neu machen. Der Trick funktioniert allerdings nur, wenn sie nicht, bewiesen durch einen Blick in die Küche, nicht einfach die gurken runter reissen und den burger wieder zuhauen.

Hatte Hunger deshalb dort gegessen

Modernisiertes und sauberes Restaurant, schnelle, freundliche Bedienung, angenehmes Ambiente. Essen war heiß und genau richtig zubereitet. Top!

Dieser Burger King ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das war es dann aber auch schon mit den positiven. Getränke ( Cola und Fanta ) waren warm und nicht gekühlt, innen war es sehr warm, für die Bestellung haben wir 21 Minuten gewartet dabei war es leer und obendrein wurde ein komplettes Menü für'n Sohnemann vergessen. Schade aber deshalb gibt es auch nur 3 Sterne.

Ziemlich gut: Vom Betreten des Restaurants bis zur Essensausgabe kaum vier Minuten. Schön war, die Bedienung hat sich sehr aufmerksam um einen Klein-Kunden gekümmert, es ging da um Aussuchen eines Spielzeugs. Kindermenü. Ich habe mir den Klassiker, Doppel-Whopper bestellt. Wie üblich echt lecker😉. Aber der Preis -knapp 10€ - hat mich dann doch überrascht. Aber nun gut: Ich mache das nicht jeden Tag. Ich empfand das Restaurant als sauber und gepflegt, das anwesende Bedienungspersonal war freundlich, aufmerksam und konzentriert (Top Job) Empfehlenswert, ich komme da auch wieder vorbei😉

Normalerweise ist Systemgastronomie ja sehr simpel - wenn man sich an die Prozesse hält. Das könnte hier also besser werden, wenn sich die Leute eben daran halten würden. Dann würde die Bestellung komplett dem Kunden übergeben, ohne dass einige Teile zu kalt sind. Würde da nicht nochmal reingehen.

Keiner beherrscht die deutsche Sprache, Qualität unterirdisch! Nie alle was man bestellt hat wurde geliefert! Unfreundlich und arrogant!
