Kentucky Fried Chicken in Dreieich

The staff is incompetent, and secondly, they have a toilet but it's locked (for private use only). And the food wasn't as it should have been. For example, the chicken part wasn't a proper piece but a chicken wing. Not recommended.

Absolutely abysmal, even one star is far too generous! The restroom was closed for no apparent reason, and there were no hand sanitizers! And this is a "fast food" restaurant where you have to eat with your hands! 👍🏼 Great!! The staff was incredibly slow and sluggish, giving the impression that they had no desire or enthusiasm to work. I had to wait ages for my order… Cleanliness leaves much to be desired; no tables were cleaned during my visit (approx. 40 minutes). The products were outrageously overpriced, but that was known beforehand.

It's great that the place has been modernized and made more stylish. I also like the food itself. I'm usually there outside of peak hours, so there are generally fewer customers at that time. But I've tried ordering there four times now, and only once did I actually get what I ordered. Sometimes something is missing, sometimes you get something else. When I asked, I got what I ordered twice, but once they argued with me, insisting that was exactly what I wanted. Distinguishing a brown Bluna/Miranda/Fanta from an orange one isn't exactly rocket science, in my opinion. If you happen to be in the area, you can go there, but generally speaking, I wouldn't recommend it (at the moment).

I would have liked to buy something here today, I arrived at 9:30 pm, but the store was closed... Google says it's open until 11 pm, what a shame. There's plenty of parking available.

The portions of fries were smaller than in other branches. Otherwise, incorrect products were added, or items were completely missing.

For the second time, the store is simply closed during business hours! The staff are standing there ignoring you. The strange thing is, there are customers sitting and eating... What's going on there?

Saw one of the staff pick their nose and roll a booger in his fingers. Guessing in his culture this is nothing but it's the last thing you want to see at a restaurant as a customer. Tables are not cleaned regularly even though you can see staff members just chatting idly with each other. Other than that the chicken was fried perfectly.

The slowest KFC I've ever seen in my life. Ordered food at 8:30 PM and received it at 9:10 PM. "Fast food" means something else; even high-class and regular restaurants are faster. It completely ruins the enjoyment of eating.

This place is awful. Every time you order, at least one thing is missing or completely different. And the wait time is around 1 hour and 30 minutes. Even after that, the food looks like it's only been in the fryer long enough for the breading to become slightly firm. Absolutely disgusting.

What a crazy place. Filthy, trash everywhere, and a really weird clientele. Some of the kiosks don't work or don't print receipts – complete chaos. I waited 40 minutes for my food – I've never waited that long in any KFC. The kitchen? Absolutely insane. The food is – as always – way too expensive, but still amazing. I really feel sorry for the employees… why anyone would put up with that is beyond me.

Worst service ever!!! I'm not exaggerating when I say that my food was practically thrown onto the counter. The bag was still open, the carton (I had 6 bites) was completely dented and squashed, no napkins, nothing. I didn't even get a look in; they hadn't even heard of "Bon appétit," "Thank you," or "Have a nice evening!" After asking for napkins, someone handed me two napkins from the dispenser without a word or a look. Simply unbelievable!!! If you don't want to do your job, find another one!!

Probably the best KFC in Frankfurt...

We ordered a product value of €90 from Uber Eats. When the food arrived, only 6 of the 12 items (50%) were simply forgotten, even though the entire order was stapled to the bag as a receipt. When I called, the restaurant manager said he would take care of it and send the driver out again. I've been waiting for the driver with the remaining 6 ordered items for 3 days. The service is a desert in Germany, unbelievable and beyond words. I demanded a refund from Uber Eats; a lot of stress that could have been avoided.

Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience at this KFC. I had to wait over 30–40 minutes for a small order (e.g., a burger and fries). The staff barely responded to questions, and the organization seemed chaotic. Definitely the worst KFC I've visited in all of Germany. I hope management pays more attention to faster service and better customer service in the future.

The worst fast-food service I've ever experienced. The wait for an order was 40 minutes, even with a few customers, only to find that the food was cold and the order couldn't be fully filled due to a lack of ingredients. Drinks couldn't be refilled. Instead of working to improve the situation, the employees stood around, laughing, and gossiping among themselves. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Very expensive and not so much tasty as expected

KFC Dreieich - WORST experience ever!!! 1. Ordered a milkshake - only to be told rudely at the counter that the machine doesnt work and that I may have a cookie instead - vast price difference but then told I could not get a refund. 2. Ordered a 3 piece box of chicken - only to be told at the counter ( again rudely) thaylt they only have 1 piece of chicken .. this at dinner time and I could have wings instead. If I wanted chicken I would have to wait for 15 minutes - this at a fast food resturant. And then suddenly I was allowed to miraculously get a refund. Also - noticed another customer ordered the bacon cheese fries and I could visually see that the bacon was NOT cooked 😫 This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a KFC and will never return to this branch 😫😫😫 if I could give negative stars I would.

I waited for more than 20 min and later had to ask when I will be served since more than 6-7 people after me got served first.. The Pommes wasn’t even extra large like I ordered…

The music is quite nice. The burgers were ice cold, and when we returned them, saying they were cold, they were quickly warmed up and returned. God only knows who else had the burger in their hands.

It's quiet, so I place a small takeaway order at the terminal. The person behind the counter is obviously overwhelmed, and it takes a while... Later, it turns out that parts of the order are simply missing, and the soft drink I ordered turns out to be water. For over €20, that's an outrage.

For people who shop, it's a good place to stop for a quick snack, but overall, I think it's one of the worst KFCs. Ordering was quite complicated, and the staff either had little knowledge or were overwhelmed. The restrooms are in poor condition (very small, messy, no paper towels, and worst of all, there's a door to a staff room that doesn't lock. So, theoretically, someone could just walk into the restroom and watch you do your shopping.) Bottom line: good for a quick snack, tastes like it's supposed to, but you can't choose your drink; I only got Pepsi-Cola. But if you really want to go to KFC, this is definitely the wrong place.

The food is mostly good but last time I was there, they didn't give me everything I ordered, I didn't check because I was in a hurry, so next time I will be checking my order.

Ordered online and nothing came, till next day When I called them. Bad customer service and bad service

I ordered chicken wings from Lieferando, but what I got was something completely different. I contacted the delivery person, and he said he'd resend it, but it would take a while. After about an hour and a half, I called again, and then he simply said it was my problem—he had delivered it correctly. In the end, he just hung up and stopped taking my calls. I feel truly sorry for the owner of this restaurant. I paid €16.99 for these four pieces. It's not about the money, but about respect—and the fact that I was clearly cheated. I was just expecting a simple meal after a long day at work—nothing more, nothing less.

They went there to eat a basketball chicken and bought me two children and Pepsi for an adult, so not only did they not put the drink down, the baby chicken basket was disgustingly prepared without salt, absolutely tasteless. There are no wet wipes!!! Disgusting service. People pay money and want to get delicious food, not what we bought today!!!!! There's no place for a foot in it anymore.

I go there every now and then during my lunch break. It's always been great. But what I found really cool was my colleague Adnan, who takes the time to help our elderly residents who aren't so comfortable with the touch ordering system and gives them great assistance!... Keep it up! 😉👍

Super friendly service. The food was simply fantastic. The chef, in particular, is simply personable.

The entire store is a complete disaster. Even when ordering for pickup, 50% of your order is forgotten. The man at the cash register takes cash and then turns around to prepare and package the chicken and fries. And no one answers the phone to alert the staff that the product is out. I have to get in my car and go back to get the food I paid for because it was simply forgotten. Thank you so much for that! I absolutely do not recommend this place. I prefer to get my fast food at other restaurants.

I've been coming here and eating here for a long time, but I've never had anything like this. I don't understand how a 0.5-liter juice and these "things" can cost €11. I understand inflation and price increases, but seriously: One of the employees was kind and changed the food, but it's 90% the same. It weighs a few grams at most, which is a shame... What a shame! I'll never eat here again!

It used to be better! Unfortunately, there's no spicy chicken. The chicken isn't as crispy as it used to be; everything's very oily.

The place is simply a disaster. The employees aren't in the mood; they've completely messed up all the tables. After someone asks if he could quickly wipe the table, he manages to wipe another table so aggressively that he gets his colleague covered in salad leaves. We've been waiting 20 minutes for the food, and the air conditioning doesn't seem to be working...

I placed an order through Lieferando at 9:30 p.m. I haven't received anything yet (11:00 p.m.). I checked online and saw that the store closes at 10:00 p.m. I haven't received a call, and the order hasn't been canceled. Now I have to chase after the money.

The chef manager is so rude. I ordered the chili pommes and unfortunately it was out of stock. There was only hand writing notice on the table not on the kiosk where the customers can miss it. And I missed the notice. The manager offered the other side menu but I didn’t want any other menu than the chilli pommes so I asked the refund of the additional charge. And the manager was angry at me and shouted me that I should read the poor quality notice for the next time and kept complaining about my choice. I was the only customer there so he could have informed me before I order not just shouting. My family regularly go here but as the manager disappointed me so much with his poor reaction, I don’t want to go here any more. Ah on the other hand, the lady staff is always welcoming with a smile and gives me nice service.

I ordered a zinger and the chicken inside was raw and my puree gravy tasted like water. I don’t recommend it.

The fries were completely over salted several times. I watched them being prepared. A pinch of salt is carelessly thrown on it.

1 hour + 20 minutes, and at the moment I'm still waiting. Update: 1 hour after ordering, I call. The answer? "Uhhh yes, we prepare and deliver as quickly as possible!" After 1 hour my order wasn't even prepared. 1 1/2 later, I'm still waiting. 🤷‍♂️

Food was served hot and fast. Hot wings were crispy and juicy. However, the skin of chicken legs was so soggy......

Came in and found greasy tables and chairs. So first we exchanged chairs so that we could sit down. One of the service employees was nice. Zinger Box was delicious. Not the single bacon chicken burger. Luke warm, chicken meat hard and very dark. Definitely not for the money anymore.

We ordered online and instead of Chick and Share Crispies, Chick Hot Wings (on the bone) were delivered. The rest of the food was cold and the fries were rubbery. Big disappointment.

Unfortunately I couldn't order anything. I haven't experienced anything so unfriendly in a long time. After asking how you can order, we were treated like air straight out of this “store”. Never again and it was filthy too.

Totally disappointed! I really wanted KFC and ordered it online. At home then the frustration: two wrong burgers and completely wrong sauces. That can happen, but I really expected more from KFC. Eating should actually bring joy and not make you angry. And then there wasn't even a real concession or a quick solution. The customer service was rather moderately helpful and in the end I just had to accept the wrong order. Honestly, I won't be ordering from them any time soon. A little more care and customer friendliness would really be appropriate!

First time to eat here and some stupid employee gave me my order in my hand even though they weren't quite my order on the table children's menu most of the time it smells so bad that you don't feel like eating at all and you can see my PEPSi Cola on it Image that something is not right there. Unfortunately it wasn't anything special this time, as I love Kentucky per se, there was no comparison at all. The chicken pieces were cold. Normally I'm used to something different and ordering automatically. Disaster. So it's definitely an advantage for Kentucky, but this system is really time-consuming for the customer.

Crispy chicken is the best food without any fun

I was there briefly yesterday and the restaurant manager was very nice to me. He told me that a new employee got my order wrong. The restaurant manager assured me that they will give correct and fresh order next time. Hopefully he sticks to his word. I am satisfied with KFC Drieich. I recommend others to go there and try fresh hot wings 🔥
