Kentucky Fried Chicken in Dreieich

First time to eat here and some stupid employee gave me my order in my hand even though they weren't quite my order on the table children's menu most of the time it smells so bad that you don't feel like eating at all and you can see my PEPSi Cola on it Image that something is not right there. Absolutely not recommended here KFC!

The food is mostly good but last time I was there, they didn't give me everything I ordered, I didn't check because I was in a hurry, so next time I will be checking my order.

The service is not worth 1 star! Just like hygiene never come here again!!!!

Normally I'm used to something different and ordering automatically. Disaster. So it's definitely an advantage for Kentucky, but this system is really time-consuming for the customer.

The restaurant manager assured me that they will give correct and fresh order next time. Hopefully he sticks to his word. I am satisfied with KFC Drieich. It’s finger licking good but there is neither a way to wash your hands, disinfect your hands or wet wipes in this branch. A restaurant where they expect you to wash your hands can’t be asked to have running water or wet wipes.

Disgusting!!! I bought “18 hot wings”, spending 16.49€!!! I took it to go, so I discovered the problem at home. All wings are from 2 phalanx!! There wasn't a single big one!!! Watch out! Willful deception. Booked via KFC app. Credit card charged directly. No order ever arrived. When I called they said there was no order. It's just Lieferando / Wolt anyway. KFC does not respond to complaints. I won't go to a lawyer for 40 euros. I can only warn you about this store.

Went to KFC again for a while. It's really strange when staff walk around there in their private clothes and prepare the chicken pieces in a really unhygienic way. In addition, some of the staff work so slowly that it's really no fun waiting there for your food. Better to eat somewhere else.

Da gehst du nur einmal hin, nämlich wenn du es nicht kennst. Service um Gottes willen. Sauberkeit gibt es nicht. Freundlichkeit, was ist das.

Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, Essen war schnell abholbereit und sehr lecker. Hat alles gepasst! Gute Erfahrung, ich würde wiederkommen. Ambiente ist wie gewohnt eben.
